[Resolved]  Indian Railway Ticket — Non receipt of refund of cancelled ticket

Dear sir,


I have booked two e-tickets through IRCTC website. Same both the tickets bearing PNR No. [protected] & [protected] were cancelled on 05.01.2009 but I have received amount of Rs. 826/- i. e. payment of only one ticket in my ITZ account card No.[protected]. I have not received refund of second ticket. I have sent them two emails for the same but till date no reply is received. Please do the needful in the matter. If the said amount is credited in another card no. it is requested to supply the details of the said card no.

Indian Railway — Non received cancelled ticket charges.

Hi

This is regarding my one ticket which I cancellled in the month of May 2008 on 30th. After that I have submitted TDR for the same as it was cancelled manually as that time Indian railway system was down.

I also sent scanned copy and all requried documents to Bangalore as well as Delhi TDR office. Then also after 5 months this amount still pending.

I have called no of times to them but I never got any +ve response.

I request you to tak some action to help me solve this issue. I have paid from my Credit card and around 4606 amount has to come back. For this I made more then 1000 Rs STD.

Details are as below:

Indian Railway — NON RECEIPT OF TICKET

I HAD TO GO TO AMABLA ON 06 JUNE, 2009 BY JAN SHATABADI (DEHRADUNTO UNA HIMACHAL). I REACHED AT WINDOW NO.62 NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION AT 2.40 PM. I REQEUSTED THE TICKET ISSUING OFFICER TO ISSUE A TICKET FOR THE ABOVE REFERRED TRAIN. I REGRET TO MENTION THAT HE WAS BUSY IN GOSPING INSTEAD OF ISSUING THE TRAIN. AS A RESULT, I MISSED THE TRAIN AND HAD TO SPENT HUGE MONEY IN REACHING AMBALA. I LODGED A COMPLAINT NO.25 DATED 06 JUNE, 2009 AT THE NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION. IT IS ALMOST ONE MONTH, NO ACTION SEEM TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE DEALING CLERK. A PHOTCOPY OF REQUISITION SLIP AND COMPLAINT NO.25 LODGED AT THE STATION ATTACHED FOR READY REFERENCE. I have been cancelled a ticket on 22 Oct 2009.And file TDR to that file.
Till that amount is not refunded in my account and that is showing as "Forwarded to Railway".

I am Rahul, I had reserve e-ticket from Rudrapur dated 24th Jan. 2010 for train Garib Rath (H. Nizzamudin To Bandra). when I go to station before half an hour to departure the train there is announcement from rail staff for train cancelled. but its refund still not reaches to my ajent.tell me about the fair refund status as soon as possible.
There is misbehaviour of railway staff against passangers. I live in Azamgarh. There is a small town rly. station 'Sathiaion' at distance 8.00 km to district HQ. I ask for ticket while i reahced at station shorlty and train arrived on station. But staff told me that here is only ticket available at before arriving the train on station. while train is stood on here so it will not possible to get the ticket. He misbehaved also me and others too. But after some time he sell the ticket when train shortly ready for departure. He gave tickets to others but not to me while i m in line.
I have cancelled a ticket bearing transaction ID [protected], pnr no [protected], dt of cancellation 30.06.2017 fut the refund has not been credited to my account
