We have purchase a geyser dated[protected] through dealer Oberai Electric Center, Shop No. 16, Harlal Market, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085. But my geyser is leakage on dated[protected]. We have complaint dated[protected] complaint no. DEL150 but not response from service center. We have many time complaints in service center but till date no response from service center. We request you to please return my geyser and refund my money.

KHAITAN / SNACKER — NOT WORKING / NO RESPONSE
I would like to say that about 1 year back , I have purchased one Snacker ( Electric Toaster ) from M/s Pawan Trading Company , bhiwani - dealer of KHAITAN at Bhiwani. Just after one month , while using the same , its lock was broken , as it does not having sufficent space to put the sandwich , inside it & it is really very difficult to lock the same. The strength of the locking system is also very poor & could not bear the force , to be used , while locking. ( That can checked ) . The quality of lock is too much poor. I have complained the same to dealer & he was also convinced with the same. He has told me to show it to the company rep , but now more than 1 year have been passed & I am still looking for replacement. your repl has told to dealer that it can not be replaced , as the lock is broken & it is out of warrenty . It is really very much regretted that , the company like Khaitan is manufacturing the products like this & before launching it in the market , it must be tested in field conditions & not just in labs.The nob of the lock is of simple plastic & it can not bear the pressure , when filled with sandwich . It must be with some strong metel rod or any other suitable material .
I have written a no of emails to all the emails mentioned in company , but no reply , even after no of reminders.
