LG / Monitor TV — For free DTH set top box connection+installation + 6month subscription free

i purchased one Monitor LG LCD Model M197WA s/n 906NLM50063871 from Challenger Computers Limited 101., Building, 55, Nehru Place New Delhi-110019, India 1 August 2009 against Bill No /910/R11586, one Connection was to be provided free with each LCD Monitor TV One 4 August, I sent following document by Speed post in one envelop marketing Pvt.Ltd.d-160, Sector 26, Noida201301.as per the terms set out; 1] one draft of rs 99 No-532224 Date[protected]]One claim voucher no-201144 3]One Bar Code Sticker 4]One copy of bill

Even I have posted among all those formalities in envelope on 10th of august by speed post at noida
But still there is no response.
I have recently shifted at Jaipur, I need DTH connection over here, but still waiting for response from Spectramind pvt. ltd.

LG LCD TV Monitor 22" Complaints - Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
