I placed an order with Times of India in September
Order number:[protected]
Supplier's Ref: IT-350
According to the Ad placed in the Times of India paper, I was supposed to get a 6 inch MP4 Player along with the 20 inch Maxis LCD Television. But, I received the Television but not the TV. I called the supplier, he asked me to call India Times. I immediately called India Times, The person I spoke to me said that I will get the free product after 10 days of me receiving the ordered product. However, even after a month I did not receive the product. When I called again, the person I spoke said that he has logged a complaint. However, nothing was logged (which I came to know when I called again on 7th December). Since, now I asked for the complaint number a call was logged and I was given a complaint number (43061) and he told me that I will get a response in 4 working days. As on date 21st December I did not receive any call or mail from them. When I call India Times, the agent disconnect the call when he known about the complaint.
When booking the order, the call is picked in few minutes. But, for complaints, we are let to wait for nearly 15 to 20 mins on the STD line. I would like seek a compensation for the misleading advertisement, my STD charges and the stress I have been going through with this issue. Was this information helpful? |
