[Resolved] MTNL Delhi — Payment Problem

Everyone faces problem with the pvt. companies very regularly. But I always faces problem with one of the India's Largest telephone and mobile service provider MTNL specially during the bill payment time. Inspite of repeated reminders and telephone calls to their office and even talking to the Senior officials the problem remains the same. The have given an option of payment through credit card on their site. But it never works for the last 12 months. Even if it works for some time it takes atleast 15 min. to process a payment. This is the conditions of the the largest telephone service provider. But same works very well and fast if you want to pay through netbanking. WHAT A PITY. Automatically montey is been transfered to MTNL account this the 2 time that my bill is 258 for nov-09 but on 03/12/09 607 rs have been debited from my account.
Please let me know how can i stop online payment option.

Sub: Complaints against illegible/indistinct Recharge PIN code against Trump Top-Up card of Rs. 225.00, vide Sr.No.- [protected]

Respected Sir,

With due respect, this is to draw your kind attention that no effective response has being received from your Sancharhat, Koralbugh, Delhi office against the subject above complaints for a long time since 24.04.09. The fact is - I purchased a Trump Top-Up card of Rs. 225.00, vide Sr.No.- [protected] form a shop at GTB Enclave, Nand Nagari, Delhi-93 in March-09. When I Scratched on the recharge PIN code I found recharge PIN code is illegible/ indistinct and so I could not make it use. I showed this defective card to the shopkeeper but he advised me to go to the local Sancherhat office at Dlshad Garden. I went also there and met the officials. They further advised me to go to Sancharhat office at Koralbugh, Delhi. Accordingly I went there on 24.04.09 and met with Shri Narender Tyagi at Room No-401. There I told him the fact and handed over the defective card for recharge. Then he thoroughly checked the validity of the card with the Sr. No using computer and finally assured me that this card is valid till now and not used by anybody, so the rechargable amount would automatically be credited to your account within a day or two. For this purpose he (Narender Tyagy) noted my mobile no. [protected] and had taken the original card. After that I repatedly reminded Mr. Tyagi and Ms. Sarabjit over phone at Sancharhat office, Karolbugh, Delhi but it produce no effect till date. I am now completely upset. I have the receipt with me.

In view of above context, I would like to request you to be kind enough to look into the matter and take necessary actions from your end at the earliest and obliged.

my telephone n. is 27613066, i have a broadband connection also.i have return the mtnl modem with application on[protected] to sanchar haat mukherjee nagar derlhi 9, but still i m paying the modem rent in my bill. many times i complaints to sanchaar haat mukhrjee nagar about my problem. so kindly take a right step about it. thanks.
