Wrong Billing and Faulty instrument

Hello Sir,

I am writing this mail in complete anguish and disgust. There is no care for the customer at MTNL.

There has been no reply to my queries from MTNL sent to you below and on top of that i saw today online that my bill has come close to 2500 Rupees.

I changed the plan to Unlimited from 31st of Oct 2009 and the work order was also released to that effect and i personally went to the Rajouri...

A complaint for faulty telephone instrument and its replacement made on 18.11.2009 vide complainte No. 4090 on 197 and 5874 on 19.11.09, 1458 on 26.11.2009,4758 on 26.11.2009, 180 on 30.11.2009, 110dt. 9.12.2009 and 260 dt. 10.12.2009. Also spoke , the other day to enquiry of telephone exchange, Sector VI, Rohini. However, the faulty instrument is yet to be replaced...

Bad service

Hi, I am using MTNL telephone and internet services from past 10 months. But phone is almost in dead condition. And internet doesn't work most of the time. At present both services are closed from 5 days. I have given 5-10 complaints but no response. Please if you can do anything then do.

No Network In IC Colony Borivli (W)

No Network for Dolphin subscribers in IC Colony Borivli (W) since the 11th of Nov '09. Numerous complaints to 1503 said that my instrument is faulty, have refused to give complaint no by disconnecting line. With difficulty i was able to register No.CC 9120958 finally visited QSS centre Borivli 24/11 who confirmed no network, spoke to DGM Mr. Ghoel and in turn asked to contact GM Shrishankar. i m neeraj bhalla from delhi, i have a dolphin postpaid connection of mtnl. my outgoing was barred on 16th nov because of non payment of bill. on 17th nov i had submitted this payment online through credit card. i got message from my bank that your payment recieved by mtnl for rs 1135. MTNL is sending me exuberant bills, even though my usage is NIL!

SUB: complaint of incorrect billing amount.
Bringing to your notice the following matter, I Shailesh J. Zaveri received (on 24/10/09) a bill from MTNL, amounting to INR 20873.00. for the period 01/09/2009 to 30/09/2009. Out of this broadband usage charges are 17688. This amount is obviously exuberant & incorrect in nature.
We took up this matter & visited KING CIRCLE MTNL office. They did not respond to the complaint...

Wrong Billing..

I have got a MTNL phone in my name for internet purpose last month only, i booked an unlimited plan at the time of booking, they agree to give the same, but when i received the bill they have charged me Rs. 46,210, they have given me a limited plan, now i went to their office but didnt get any appropriate response from them, they told me to come again, should i go to my office or keep going to MTNL, its really pathetic..

the above said no was connected in october 2009 with simple telephone set . the lineman promised to change the set with clip facility on 01/11/2009 as the same was requested at the time of applying for the connection.kindly change the set as promised.

Continuous Disconnections and slow speeds

Since FEB'09, i have been getting slow speeds and continuous disconnections on my earlier plan 590NU and latest upgraded one 849NU. MTNL people have come to my place to test my CPE and line and told me to do various tests like changing the PHONE, FILTER, ROUTER, PC, ETHERNET CARD etc which i have done readily and they themselves have done it at my place. Finally their DE and other people have confirmed that its a line problem though...
