Continuous Disconnections and slow speeds

Since FEB'09, i have been getting slow speeds and continuous disconnections on my earlier plan 590NU and latest upgraded one 849NU. MTNL people have come to my place to test my CPE and line and told me to do various tests like changing the PHONE, FILTER, ROUTER, PC, ETHERNET CARD etc which i have done readily and they themselves have done it at my place. Finally their DE and other people have confirmed that its a line problem though...

I have a dolphin connection . My mobile no is [protected]. But this no has been disconnected due to not receive ID proof . But I have also given my ID proof to retailer and also I have talked to him.

I have been using MTNL triband for some time now. On 30th October 2009, I had given a request to change my tariff plan to the new festive offer of Rs.749 unlimited plan to their customer service. I have got my mtnl dolphin connection permanently closed. no. is [protected] and also submitted an application for refund of security at Sector -3 , Rohini. All the bills have been paid till 28.10.2009. It is requested to kindly refund my security at the earliest possible.

Excess Billing Complaint

This is regarded as highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour of MTNL that it charges excess billing. Iam using Dolphin Post Paid connection for quite some time and to my surprise - last month the bill was huge.
Total outstanding bill amount is Rs 1853/- which is huge.
Firstly, The excess amount charged is towards GPRS (Internet usage).
When I called customer care and enquired - they told me that GPRS is not activated...

Erratic Broadbannd Connection

My broadband connection is erratic. Its LINK and DATA light goes off abruptly hampering download process midway and soon the connections resumes on its own. This happens twice a minute and is quite inconvenient. This problem is persisting since June, 2009 and despiting writing mails to CMD/MTNL, no improvement is forthcoming. Plz advise what to do next.....

I am holding a broadband connection with phone no. 23642585 from around 10 months now. I send repeated complaints to 1504 for last 15 – 20 days the people picking up the phone there ask if the ADSL is blinking & if it is blinking then there is problem in line or get the setting changed every time and it starts. I have purchased a mobile sim from laxmi nagar dealer whose no is [protected] and its sim no is[protected] on 16/10/09 but my sim was not activated . i have submitted the necessry document to the dealer.
any satisfactory help is not given by the customer support.dealer told that he send the document already.I also go to the SANCHAR HAaT but he told me to talk to dealer.

Surrender cheque not received

Hi, I was using MTNL Landline connection since 1997 to Aug 2009 but because of some irresponsible & lazy service by MTNL, I have decided to surrender my landline connection. On Aug 1st I have surrender my instrument as well as all the neccesary documents. Now it has been around 75 days, I haven't received my surrender cheque. A clerk in Sanchar Hart in Dilshad Garden told me that it'll take 60 days from the submission of instrument...
