Billing Error

Concern,
I have a billing complaint. First of all my plan have been transferred from plan500 to plan 250 without any request for the bill dated 13/12/09, bill no [protected] and secondly there is a monthly service charge error. My telephone number is [protected].My alternative number is [protected].

Telephone & Broadband Not working from 10 days

I am using Mumbai's MTNL's Landline and Broad Band service from last 4 years and paying regular bills without fail for Both Landline and Broad band service provided by MTNL. I stay in Thane ( Maharashtra) and my telephone no is 25883792. From last 2 weeks i.e from 20th December 2009 till date( 3rd January 2010) our telephone is not working. I called several times to MTNL complaint centre and in last last week i called every day...

Low Speed since last 15 days and no action

Since last 15 days I am getting only 180kbps download speed.
As per DSL NU 849 I should get min 256kbps and max 2Mbps speed.
So on average I should get 1.5Mpbs download speed.

I have modem provided by MTNL only.

I have complained on MTNL number 198 with docket#262 before 2 days.
Even before that I had complained over triband helpline 1504 as well.
But nobody has replied back or resolved...

i am not good experience during the roaming in MP, UP, there are bsnl but i cant call or recieved call anyone other side caller every time massege that phone is busy or not reachable i have delhi mtnl 3g connection...

Broadband connection not working

Dear Sir,

I am subscriber of MTNL broadband service (Delhi) on 26310069, My broadband connection is not working from last 8-10 days.

i have lodged number of complaints on 1504, no solution is provided till now, every time i lodge a complain they give one compain number and next day, person will call and ask about it and thats it.

No body is giving positive response, i dont know where to go and...

mobile tower

Respected Sir,

I am Trunal naik resident in (bhayander). in our socity b wing Mobile Tower installing process started at the terrace of our 4 storey building. I have heard that mobile towers emits harmful radiations effecting mainly children and senior citizens. Now the mobile company for that proposal b wing society is receiving a huge amount. Kindly guide us, as we are not sure about the ill effects of the mobile tower....

Phone Dead & Internet not working since 1 month

My MTNL landline phone No.[protected] has been dead since more than a month. Regarding the same I have complained numerous times since then but to no avail. Because of the phone being dead the Broadband(with a monthly rental of Rs 750) is also not working. So effectively without any usage of the phone & broadband and after pathetic customer service I will still have to pay a sum of over 1000 Rs, which is not acceptable.

faulty instrument - NOT Scheme

I have been complaining about my telephone instrument not functioning properly since last several days and it is almost dead by now.

In response to complaint, the maintenance staff who visited my residence guided me to lodge official written complaint, as after inspection he found the instrument to be faulty.

I am a user of mtnl dolphin user, mobile no [protected]. Yesterday, I mistakenly subscribed some wap service from mtnl gprs services and I got a message from[protected] saying that "Thanks 4 subscribing to Unlimited Pack. Your total cost is Rs. 30/-" and Rs 30/- was deducted from my balance. As told by the Dolphin customer care executive I sent a SMS as "UNSUB Unlimited Pack" to[protected] but response received is Unknown...
