broadband connection not working

My brodband connection 27859529 is not working properly,, mtnl lineman says it is virus problem and closed the call. But my computer is completely protected with virus. Also mtnl is not able to run internet on some other computer as well.

Can mtnl name the virus so that i can send the request to quickheal to find out the solution..

GSM 3G connection not activated even after 1 (one) month

I purchased a 3G mobile connection ([protected]) on 24-June-09 from Sanchar Haat, Jor Bagh. However, even after passage of a month, I find that the above mobile connection is not yet energized and, whenever I want to use it, gives a message “Your phone is suspended temporarily”.

Very Slow Speed

Hi,

This is Manish from Mumbai, I an subscriber for MTNL ADSL Broadband Connection from September 2006. Prevoiusly I had subscribed for DSL 599 Plan (minimum download speed as committed by MTNL on thier site is 256Kbps)but the speed I was getting was pretty good between 150Kbps to 175 Kbps.

NO customer service & money refund

Fe months back IPTV- MTNL executive visted our home to sale IPTV conncetion, We have taken conncetion on 1 month trial basis.

They have not done installaiton at all, & charged us rs. 900 as installation csot & deposit. They just hanng wire & taken wire cost. Provide IPTV chinees model & remote, whcih is not working properly & hanged regulalry.

Broadband not working properly

My telephone number is 22725092 in I.P.Extension. I have Mtnl broad band internet connection.
It is not working properly. always disconnect after sometime. Never worked continously within a month.

Slow Speed than initially told.

I had purchased this Mtnl DataCard on 14th June, 2009 for Rs. 2850 which is non refundable. I was told that it will fetch you the speed between 60kbps to 100kbps. But the speed I am getting is betweem 15kbps to 25 kbps which is very slow.. Inspite of several complaints there is no improvement in Speed. I am unnecessarily paying the money without any effective use for me. Is there any Procedure for getting my money back or fixinfg my problem.??...

Unreliable connection and Frequent Disconnects

Due to the non availability of proper and cost effective broadband connections in my suburb in Mumbai (Mulund), I eventually had to go with MTNL broadband connection. I was informed by many that MTNL is good but I am sorry to say that MTNL is not even satisfactory.

Easy Recharge Problem

We all know that MTNL is in New Delhi and the network changes to BSNL whenever we are in roaming.Now the problem is that the MTNL coupons are not available for easy recharge outside Delhi.All coupons are of BSNL.We have to recharge our cell from Delhi only.This creates a lot of problem.Please do something to avoid this problem so that we can recharge our MTNL network cell phones even outside Delhi....
