I like to register a complaint against MTNL Delhi.

My phone no. is 22478956, and i like to wake up the MTNL working staff, as i am not satisfied with their service and their Internet broadband connection, which they installed to my place. My Internet Connection is not been working from the last One & Half month. Earlier I was using unlimited plan, to which I requested to change to the minimum tariff plan and I also made several complaint to MTNL TOll free no's 1500, 1504 and 198, and i also informed up the PRO MTNL MRS. Bhatnagar in preet vihar office, but no action is taken yet.
I am suffering a lot from this irresponsible behavior of MTNL Broadband department, as i have to pay the Internet bills, even without using the service. I am requesting MTNL Department to please do the needful, otherwise i'll move towards the Consumer Court regarding this matter or i may seek the laxity on the part of MTNL through RTI Act 05.

MTNL Broadband — IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR

DEAR SIR,

I AM ONE OF THE OLDEST CUSTOMERS OF MTNL. MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 25610443. INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND WRITING TO GM/AGM, MY PROBLEM HAS STILL NOT BEEN LOOKED INTO.

i want to a new connection for a landline and broadband. my booking date[protected]...today yhe 7th day ...and there is no action on my complaint...so please solve my problem very fast
I made a complaint on computer as well as to Nehru Place Office regarding non-working of broad band(internet ) Telephone No.29841746 about 15 days back. No one has attended the complaint sofar. I am paying the bill in time even in case of non-working of broad band. I am fed up with the services of the MTNL. I case, my problem is not rectified, I will be compelled to get it disconnecte shortly. My address is 10/71 Nehru Nagar, New Delhi-110065

MY CONNECTION GETS DISCONNECTED IN EVERY 10-15 MINUTES.
WHENEVER I COMPLAINT TO LINEMAN, HE SUGGESTS THE FAULT IS NOT OF LINE AND VISEVERSA.
I am suffering a lot from this irresponsible behavior of MTNL Broadband department, as i have to pay the Internet bills, even without using the serviceproperly. I am requesting MTNL Department to please do the needful, otherwise i'll move towards the Consumer Court regarding this matter or i may seek the laxity on the part of MTNL through RTI Act 05.

I m fed up with the service of MTNL, and request you to check my problem.

MTNL — Non Satisfaction against complaints

My Mobile number is [protected] in the name of SAVITA. The service provider is MTNL. I made complaints to MTNL vide complaint no. 19300036, dated 5/9/2010, complaint no. 19300254, dated 7/9/2010 and complaint no. 19300284, dated12/9/2010. The problem is, we are not receiving incoming sms on my MTNL number from any mobile. Everytime we complain regarding this problem, they ignore the compaint and says that there is no problem from their serives. They says that problem is with your handset not with our services.
We tried our handset with other service provider's sim card and the handset was working OK, but not with MTNL sim card. The MTNL is not accepting this.
Kindly ask MTNL to take immediate action in this matter and get us relief from this problem.
Do u think u get any reply from them so easily ? if this happens it will be 8th wonder of the world .. so i[censored] can pls change ur service provider. THATS WHAT I CAN SAY ALL .

    i am broadband user o[censored]nlimited plan599/rs per month.in my residence area main cable line became faulty(cut by airtel company according by lineman's statement after my complain) on date 9 june2009and repaired on date 26june 2009. my complain number is 142 on dated 10 june 2009 at 9:15 am.mtnl company gave me full month bill without reduction of rebate(due to fault of cable and unavailable service for 18 days by mtnl delhi ) from my monthly bill.i went for correction in my bill guided by A.M.OFFICE DILSHAD GARDEN SHAHDARA DELHI TEL.NO 22572323 to my nearer sanchar hat.mtnl east of loni road shahdra delhi 110093.I met to S.D.O. Raj pal."muzhe kaha ki yah bill theek nahin hoga bharna padega S.D.O. aur uske kisi saathi nei mere saath badtamiji ki.kaha yadi kisi makan main aap kiraye per rahte hoe toe kiraya dena hi padega.telephone ki tulna makan sae ki hai . hamara telephone 18 din band raha hum poore mahinae ka biil kaise bharen.iss per mere saath bahoot badtamiji ki aur hamari puri baat bhi nahi suni .yah bhi kaha jaao joe karna karloe bill theek nahi hoga.bharna padega .aise officer, s ko punishment milni chahiye. jo apni koi responsibilty nahi samztey hai. hamare billon sae hi inn officers ki salary milty hai .aur yae log hamaare saath aisa bartaw karte hain. please action against these officers.

    We are using number 28344224, Monthly service charge is Rs 500 and also using broadband of Rs 249 rental plan per month. Our address is 302-A, Swaran Park, Udyog Nagar, Mundaka, Delhi-110041.
    My phone number 28344224 is not working because noise problume and brodband also.
    On dated 23.07.09 to 18.08.09( 27 days intruput). we were suffring because D.P fault is there. Here required change under groung cable. About this we complaint on dated 24/07/09 at 25107444 and get complaint number 845.
    We meet my area line man Mr Bhardwaj. He said to me here D.P. fault, require change cable. So you should meet Mr Sunil his number is 20596301. And then we call Mr. V.P.Sing (S.D.O) his number is 20056100. V.P.Singh suggest me that Cable fault problume is not my responsibility. So we called Mr. D.s.Rathi his number is [protected], 2834188. Mr Rathi said that me that I am not taking any public dealing. So you called V.P .Singh. Her I am puzzeld.
    We called Mr Satpal Rana his number is 25943416, [protected] (D.E) Nangloi. He didnot get sutasfactory answer. He repeated call to Mr V.P.Singh (S.D.O).
    At last we called[protected]Area Manager Harinagar) and also Courier of hard copy of my
    complain and mail on Dated 07.08.09
    On Date 10.08.09 called G.M.Office on 25410505.
    After a long period taking 27 days, On dated 18.08.09 My telephone working proper. His noise problume short out on dated 18.08.09( After 27 days ).
    My Telephone No[protected], consumer No. [protected], Bill No-[protected], Bill Dated 09/08/09, Pay by Dated-29.08.09, amount payable Rs 1274. Previous reading and Date 14677, 01.07.09 and Current reading date-15496, 31.07.09., Metred called 819.
    I there for request you to grant me rebait of 9 days in month of july and 18th days rebaiting me in month of august also. And genrate a new bill for Month of July, reduceing from My current Bill of Nine days monthly charges.

    I have observed that there is a mistake in the billing address which is mentioned as:-

    (207, DDA SFS Flats, Rohtas Road Madipur, New Delhi 110063) whereas it should be Flat No. 207, Punjabi Bagh Aptts.(DDA SFS Flats) Rohtak Road New Delhi 110063.
    Definatelty this type of Officer shoul be punished, don't know what understand when they get Govt.job and take the seat.
    Definatelty officer should punish b'coz I am also hunted this type of matter.

      I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June 2009 for desconnection of my internet connection(CA No. [protected])
      Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being 'breakage'. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

      Please rectify my bill at the earliest.

      This is to bring to your notice the irregularity in the billing of broadband usage for my number 26365108 for the period of June 2010.
      We have the TriB 500 combo plan, which entitles us to 2560 MB of free data download. In the month of June, our download usage was 2543 Mb and still we are being charged for extra usage.
      Attached are the details of our usage, as provided by the MTNL customer portal.

        iam a user of mtnl broadband since past one year.my number is [protected].I have taken the unlimited download plan of mtnl and according to the plan i must get 2mbps download speed but am not getting the same.am getting speed of 15 kbps which is very very slow.a lot of complaints have been registerd but no actions have been taken to cure the problem.we have been harassed by this a lot of times as it takes a lot of time to work on internet.

        we have taken the unlimited plan of mtnl.according to the plan we should get the speed of 2mbps but we are getting only 15kbps.we have registerd the complaint lot of times but staff says that they cannot do anything about it and they are helpless.please help to solve the problem as it takes a lot of time to download anything.

        very low speed of broadband
        have been using the MTNL internet since a month and found that the internet speed is very slow, I took the plan of 526Kbps and getting the speed of 120Kbps only and called 1504 several times but no response. and when I try to open www.microsoft.com. I am not able to browse the microsoft web site too, even I am not able to login to windows messenger or login to hotmail.com. I have called about this problem but there is no response from MTNL. my number is 28547336
        I think MTNL is not taking its customers seriously.

          The mobile networks of MTNL in Noida(sec-41), are really poor there has been no network coverage for the past 2 days, the network is lost after every 5 minutes. even after repeted complaints no action has been take by MTNL.my complaints are rectified on the system itself, without any action on ground.

            Dear Sir,

            I, Om Prakash Sharma R/O B-177, Stree No. 3, Hardev Puri, Delhi-110093, Ph. 22819742 am a customer of MTNL from 1986 to 2009. There is no fault for me as paid your charge or bill before dated or due date:
            1. Every bill have paid before date from 1986 to 2009.
            2. Your department has not send th bill and add 10/- as penalty why?
            3. Now a bill has delivered on the month of Nov+Dec 2008 Rs. 349 with penalty in the month of July 2009. But mtnl department does not tell me about it within 9 month Nov+Dec. 2008, Jan+Feb+Mar+Apr+May+Jun+July Why?
            4. My record is clear from 1986 to 2009.

            You are requested to please take action on this matter because there is no fault of customer.

            please send a duplicate telephone bill
            My land line number is 28977471, this is new connection and its about more than 2 months from Jan 2013 I had not received any bill at my correspondence house address for the same. When I contacted MTNL officers in the month of Feb 2013 they told me that since this is the first bill you will get the same late, but till now I haven't received any bill.
            Please check on priority and confirm to whom should I contact for issue.

              We are having MTNL garuda FWT connection no. 24505728 in the name of Elex Marketing Solutions (P) Ltd. since last three years. Some how the telephone instrument was not functioning properly. We approached to concern sanchar haat for rectification of our problem.The answer we got was surprising one they advised us to terminate the connection as the telephone instrument is not in their stock. I was shocked as we are using this no. since a long and this is our business no.Earlier twice it happened to us when instrument was not available with them for replacement of faulty set and we kept waiting 3-4 weeks for change. After getting this irresponsible treatment from Sanchar Haat we decided to terminate the connection.At least MTNL higher authority must review the matter or they don't need to care for subscribers.
              Wish you all the best for such responsible officers.

                i am subscriber of mtnl dolphin postpaid connection with number [protected].I have not been getting bills since Feb 2009.I have been paying my dues regulerly after getting it confirmed by sms only. Earlier i used to download bill fron mtnl site from internet but now even this has been stopped from being uploaded.
                Sir, my office has started refusing disbursement of my mobile bill due to non attachment of bill.Please help i am losing my money,

                  My brodband connection 27859529 is not working properly,, mtnl lineman says it is virus problem and closed the call. But my computer is completely protected with virus. Also mtnl is not able to run internet on some other computer as well.

                  Can mtnl name the virus so that i can send the request to quickheal to find out the solution..

                  To my surprise mtnl lineman is not equipped with any antivirus but he claims that there are some viruses..

                  May i ask gm mtnl to reply on this.. What tool lineman has to prove the virus..
                  Line man hardly know how internet works, the only thing he can do is measuring voltage and current in the line.. Then how he can claim for the virus.

                  Lineman is just making fool and creating a big trouble for me. As i am abroad and internet is my life to connect to my family.


                  I am an it professional with 10 years of experience in the field. How can mtnl talk such a rubbish to me.. Even their man does not know what virus is.

                  I request to gm mtnl to recruit some good engineers in place of these stereotype linemen. So that service level can be improved..

                  And i can feel proud to be an indian..

                  SIR, I HAVE APPLIED A TELEPHONE CONNECTION WITH BROAD BAND SERVICES IN M/O SEPT. 2008 AND TELEPHONE WAS INSTALLED IN NEXT WEEK AND WORKING SINCE ITS INSTALLATION. BUT BROADBAND CONNECTION NEVER WORKED . ITS ADSL LIGHT BLINKS ALWAYS. DESPITE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMERCARE AND IN CONCERNED TELEPHONE EXCHANGE NO POSITIVE RESPONSE RECEIVED. LINMEN VISITED AND SHOWS THEIR INABILITY TO RECTIFY THE DEFAULT. MTNL IS CHARGING ITS CHAGE ON MONTHLY BASIS FOR BROADBAND SERVICE WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE. MY TELEPHONE NO IS 25050417.

                  My IP TV on telephone Connection No 22241396 is not working for the last more than 2 months and about 25 complaints to Aksh at Phone No. 12699 have failed to produce any result. At every complaint I am assured that the problem would be resolved in 24/48 hours but I am facing the same old problem of Waiting Signal or Blue Screen with No Network connection. As advised by Aksh I contacted Officer Incharge Sanchar Hut Madhu Vihar but he expressed his unability to solve my problem.

                  I therefore request you to either get my problem resolved without further delay and adjust my bills for failing to provide me proper service.or else PASS NECESSARY ORDERS TO DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION AND REFUND BACK THE SECURITY.

                  My braodband on telephone Connection No[protected] is not working for the last 4 months and more than 50 complaints to mtnl departmetn throgh various channel like at Phone No. 1500, 1504, 197.. and email and online complaint register, but failed to produce any positive result. At every complaint, assured that the problem would be resolved in 24-48 hours but I am facing the same old problem, like phone dead, not connecting internate, if connecting then not geting speed (single page opens in more than 60 seconds).

                  I booked a broadbamd connection on MTNL line no -1500 .Iwas given a code no 4800151 on 18th APRIL 2009 with the assurance that the internet connection will be provided to me with in a week.



                  The line man of chatter pur exchange came alongwith a modem and a installer CD . He got a form which was filled up. The lineman told me that some senior person will come and connection will start.



                  No one has turned up to connect the modem with computer till to date. All my efforts failed to speak to some one as all the nos provided by service centre are bussy or keep on ringing, , ringing & then stop.



                  To my utter surprise when I received the bill of my telephone no 26802478 it includes the charges of internet connection from 24-04-09 wherin it has not been connected as yet .

                  You are rquested to send some one who is able to connect modem with telephone and computer so that the services of internet could be used.

                  I am reget to say that broad band connection provided with my telephone No.28061845 under jurisduction of Bijwasan telephone exchange not working since 15 days and more than 20 complaints to MTNL Department were made through various channels like at phone No.1504, 1500 and 197 and also personally visited bijwasan telephone exchange but failed to produce any positive results. At every complaint assured that the problem would be resolved in 24-28 hrs but in vain.
                  It is, therefore, requested to your kind honour that get my problem resolved without further delay and passed instructions to adjust my monthly bill for not available of internet services for 15 days and accordingly adjust the same amont in the next generation bill.
                  I am painfull to inform you that JEs of Bijwashan Telephone exchange not performing their duties in a pleasant manner and their busy in other activities. Please look into the matter.

                    Broadband Issues
                    Hi,

                    From last few "Months" I'm having problem with my MTNL Broadband.

                    DSL Router: T-KD 318-EUI
                    Name: RAM NARESH

                    Everyday most of the time it just keep trying to connect to internet and i get "Authentication Failure" or "PPP Down" messages, It works fine for some time (Around 2-3 hours in brakes in 10 hours of time). But whenever i start my laptop i never be sure that internet will work or not, and most of the time it take hours to connect to internet.

                    When i complaint to 1504, they register complain for problem in line/cable, but no lineman comes to correct anything when i call them they just say you phone is ok so your line is also. I ask lineman to replace the old cable (it has multiple joint in it), but they say that they don't have new cable to change.

                    There are too many complaints i made on 1504 but they dony respond and many times they put call on hold or disconnect the call.
                    Now before giving up the my broadband connection i want to know if the problem is in my line/cable or your server is used to work like this. But i don't know how to find out.

                    If you can, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

                    From Feb"Months" I'm use MTNL BROADBAND I am facing problem with my MTNL Broadband.

                    There are too many complaints i made on 1504 from feb month ) complaint no are : 7180 (23-feb-2009 ), 2446 (06-march-2009 ), 5835 (06-april-2009 ), 8274 (12 may 2009, 4728 (21-May-2009), 5357 (29 may 2009), 4331 ( 05 june 2009), 2204 (10 june 2009), 3148 (18 june 2009),

                    Now before giving up the my broadband connection i want to know if the problem is in my line/cable or your server is used to work like this. But i don't know how to find out.

                    I want my full refund from feb 2009 to till month


                    If you can, please let me know how to resolve this issue.

                      I purchased a 3G mobile connection ([protected]) on 24-June-09 from Sanchar Haat, Jor Bagh. However, even after passage of a month, I find that the above mobile connection is not yet energized and, whenever I want to use it, gives a message “Your phone is suspended temporarily”.

                      I had already submitted the requisite Agreement form alongwith copy of photo ID. On enquiry with the Sanchar Haat Jor Bagh, I’m informed that they’ve sent all the documents to the Idgah office. Nevertheless, I again faxed a copy of my photo ID to MTNL on 10-July-09.

                      I also made two telephonic complaints - No. No. [protected] dtd. 16-July-09 & No. [protected] dtd. 20-July-09. Yet, after all this, there is no resolution of my complaint & my phone is still not activated, much less on 3G.

                      It's disgusting that MTNL is promising the moon to its 3G service users (including video calling and mobile TV), but can't get its act together to at least activate the services on new connection on priority basis, much less providing 3G functionalities. Good that MTNL is searching for partners to run its 3G services - MTNL is not competent enough to run normal services, leave along 3G which thrives on providing a superior experience. MTNL should just hand over its infrastructure to private players before the whole of its customer base shifts to operators providing better (or any!) customer service. But then what would happen to MTNL's fat cows who sit on their behinds and take their salaries while not caring for the consumers one bit.

                        Hi,

                        This is Manish from Mumbai, I an subscriber for MTNL ADSL Broadband Connection from September 2006. Prevoiusly I had subscribed for DSL 599 Plan (minimum download speed as committed by MTNL on thier site is 256Kbps)but the speed I was getting was pretty good between 150Kbps to 175 Kbps.

                        Since last month I have changed my plan to Trib Unlimited 256 Kbps after that the speed has reduced to 25- 28 Kbps (minimum download speed as committed by MTNL on thier site is 256Kbps).

                        I had logged a call at the Triband Helpdesk, but no use & the troubleshooting steps they told was to add the MTNL DNS Server. That did not help resolving my issue. Please help

                          Fe months back IPTV- MTNL executive visted our home to sale IPTV conncetion, We have taken conncetion on 1 month trial basis.

                          They have not done installaiton at all, & charged us rs. 900 as installation csot & deposit. They just hanng wire & taken wire cost. Provide IPTV chinees model & remote, whcih is not working properly & hanged regulalry.

                          On MTNL site they have given customer service number & email id... Sedn many time complaint email & phone but no reply... Finally we have given letter to MTNL to cancltion of line... Still no feedback.

                          Now again they are not picking up line... Requesting you to help us to cancel the line as MTNL is charging us monthly rental though we have cancel the line & not used by us.

                          MTNL - IPTV — In Spite of regular complaint, does not work properly

                          I have got MTNL IPTV as my cable provider (set top box) since almost 9mts now. The service is very bad, they do not show many sports channels along with a lot of new channels, inspite of promising it in the start, vision and reception is horrible. It keeps gettin disconnected in between, I have asked them to disconnect the service but no one comes home for the same or even bother to call for bad customer service. I am very tired and irritated with this horrible service. Please ask the company to refund all my money and disconnect their horrible service from my house.

                            Use Consumer Court to fulfill ur requirement. :)
                            Search on Internet for your area's GM, give him/her a call and explain the problem. That might help. Also go to the local exchange/ MTNL sanchaar haat and ask for Divisional Engineer and explain him the problem.
                            If noting happens give a call to 23356666. Its central grievances no. and lodge a complaint there. Make sure you get a complaint no for your complaint.

                            Good luck and lets teach the lazy MTNL ppl a lesson. Afterall its our money they ask for every month.

                              I had registered for an MTNL Broadband connection on MARCH 2009.

                              My broadband connections is not working regularly anytime. First of all the Phone is not working 4 months out of 4 and Half months (till date of complaint)

                              I have made many complaints but after complaint it was rectified within two - three days, but at once within 2-3 hours of working again not working,
                              the internet connection is also run when the line is running...
                              Mostly whenever line is working, the MTNL server is not working

                              When called, the reply I get from the official is, "it will solved shorly".
                              after that no-one come to see the problem. now i m totally regreted from mtnl services.


                              Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet problem solved at the earliest.

                              You are requested to kindly adjust my all paid amount towards this connection to the coming months bill...because as you see out of 4 & 1/2 months it was only worked half a month only...

                                It is not working properly. always disconnect after sometime. Never worked continously within a month.

                                On making complaint it is rectified for one day again someone plays mischief in MTNL and stops its working. MTNL higher authorities should do something about it or I am thinking of discconeecting both landline telephone as well as Broadband connection.

                                  5: Today I took Telephone No. for S.M.TALWAR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 23325544 and calld him a lady said that you need to call Raju Sinha 22433333 calld that no. the the guy picked the phone and said that Raju Ji isnt here and this will take some more time to make your phone line up and running and Hung up..

                                    I have the following MTNL Delhi Dolphin Mobiles.
                                    1. [protected]
                                    2. [protected]
                                    3. [protected]. I have opted and paid for the itemised statements for all of the above.

                                    The bills for the month of June 2009 were recently sent to me for the above phones. I find that itemised statements for all the above pnones show calls made and charged for the month of May. Further, even thogh the bills have been invoiced on 07.07.09, the calls shown in the statement are only upto 26.06.09. I fear that the same problem shall again get carried over in the next month as well.

                                    Further, MTNL offers discount/incentive for making payments thru net-banking. I have done so for the past two months, but no incentive has been indicated in my last bills. I made several verbal and written complaints to MTNL for the above, but to no avail.

                                    COMPLAINT


                                    I am having one telephone connection (No[protected] with broadband facility on my residence at B – 460, FF, Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. I have received the bill for the month of December 2007 amounting Rs 4, 847/- which includes the bill of Rs 3, 950.52 towards usage of Broadband.

                                    I was surprised to see the bill because despite the fact that my Computer is out of order for last two months how this usage was recorded by MTNL during this period. Also right from the date of installation of this connection till November 2007, my usage has never been so high. In fact most of time, I have not used my free quota of 400 MB.

                                    I have made written representation also. I addition on various occasions of verbal talks, it has been admitted by MTNL Officials that prima fascia the bills looks unjustified & there is some problem in bills.

                                    They have told me that the usage has been recorded on a single day, which is impossible because when the connection is not even used for last some time & after that particular day, a single day use of such high quantity is not possible.

                                    Also I have paid the bills of January 2008 in February 2008. Even after that the MTNL has disconnected my broadband including telephone facilities on 12.02.2008



                                    DEMAND

                                    I seek the correction in broadband bills for the month of December 2007 & restore the facility of Telephone.

                                    I have already requested MTNL to disconnect the broadband facility which should be done. The modem etc is owned by me. So MTNL only has to amend its systems on that.

                                    I also seek the amendment of bills for February 2008 sent to me as MTNL has disconnected the services on 12.02.2008.

                                    Also MTNL should not send futher bills untill this matter is solved at their end as I am not in receipt of any services from MTNL after 12.02.2008
                                    the mtnl broad band service is just useless service

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      My telephone no. is 23697045

                                      I am a mtnl triband user for over 3 years now. Recently i got my plan changed from trib unlimited 256 to trib unlimited 512, it was done on the 1st of july.
                                      Since that day onwards my internet speed has decreased considerably. Previously my average download speed used to be 200 to 230 kbps, now it is mere 50 - 55 kbps after the plan change.
                                      I have been complaining to the 1504 service since 2nd of july 2009 everyday till now, but no response till date.

                                      I request you to kindly address this complaint as soon as possible. My Last docket no. is 1441

                                        I had purchased this Mtnl DataCard on 14th June, 2009 for Rs. 2850 which is non refundable. I was told that it will fetch you the speed between 60kbps to 100kbps. But the speed I am getting is betweem 15kbps to 25 kbps which is very slow.. Inspite of several complaints there is no improvement in Speed. I am unnecessarily paying the money without any effective use for me. Is there any Procedure for getting my money back or fixinfg my problem.??

I was told that it will fetch you the speed between 70kbps to 120kbps or Downloading Speed min.15Kbps to max.any But the speed I am surfring is betweem 15kbps to 25 kbps or downloading speed 1kbps to 3kbps max. which is very slow.. Inspite of several complaints there is no improvement in Speed. I am unnecessarily paying the money without any effective use for me.I Am send this complain 9 days ago but no action in my complain so sir i m reqest for u please solwe my problem ??
