I have taken MTNL Broad Band in the unlimited schme Rs.395/- monthly & the connectivity is not there for the last 2-3 days. I am facing lot of inconvenience due to broad band not working. My telephone no. is 25332561 & my mobile No. is [protected]. Vinaya A. Devadiga.

I am using mtnl broadband connection from the past 3 years and my no is 23319882 and from the past 1 months I am getting problem and every time when i complaint they say it will be done in few hours but it takes 2 days or three days and when i contact to senior person they simplay reply if are not satisfied you can take another connection of diffretent operator. Instead to solve my problem i have louged complaint to mtnl gm also but till then there is no resoution taken by them to solve this problem and in a month internet only works for 10 days only whole area is getting frustated. and when we call to mr khan incharge of this area he does not pick his phone nor take any action
So i request your team to take a proper action to this action

I am the user of mtnl broad band, My Phone No is 26643490. I Have problem with my broad band since last week.sometimes it works but sometimes it does not work.It starts after half an hour and thus waste my time.
I made a complaint on tuesday(7th sept 2010).After 20 minute i received a call from mtnl offic that they will solve my problem by the end of that day.i called them on 8th, 9th and 10th september but I got the same answer as I got it on tuesday.But till now(8:00 pm) nobody has come to my house to solve this problem.This shows the disgraceful service of MTNL delhi.I had done many complaints.you can check ur records and my last complaints no.[protected].Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Sir, My broadband no 27151658 not working from last four days .Pl solve my problen as early as possible

I AM FACING PROBLEM IN BROADBAND CONNECTION SINCE LAST 1 MONTH AS ITS ADSL LIGHT IS NOT BLINKING AT ALL .SO NO NET CONECTION SINCE LAST 1 MONTH.
I HAVE DONE COMPLAINTS A NUMBER OF TIMES IN CUSTOMER CARE CENTRES.THEY USED TO GIVE COMPLAINT NUMBER BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY NOW. I AM DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES. IN SPITE OF COMPLAING ONLINE IF NO ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN, THAN I WILL PERMANENTLY DISCONECT ALL LANDLINE AND BROADBAND SERVICES OF MTNL AND OPT FOR OTHER COMPANY PLAN.THIS IS LAST TIME I AM COMPLAINING.

my telephone no is 25395648.adsl light in my broadband connection is not blinking at all. i have complaint so many timse in customer care centre but no action is been taken is spite of giving complaint no.i am totaly dissatisfied with your services.if no further action be taken immediatly, i will disconnect mtnl no permanently and will opt another comapny conection and plan.

Dear sir,
My broadband connection is not working from the first day of connection. I am not satisfied from my internet working. My ADSL line every time is Stable but then also i get download speed of 30 kps when contacted to customer care (1504) they told as per my 495 combo plan (i should get speed upto 80 to 100 kps) & when tested my modem speed from mtnl.net.in it shows max "250" actually it should be 320 kps.

I would request that u, go through my Problem i m currently facing as soon as possible My Address is neel kamal bldg, 2nd flr, room no.29, shivaji nagar, wagle estate, thane(W)- 400604

Bradband not working, if modem(purchased by me) is the problem install your own.for disconnection MTNL asks for affidavit for address/connection slip. Installatio place and user name is on your records then only user's ID should be sufficient.

MTNL — receiver & internet is not working

i have connection of mtnl is 25965545. Last one month this is not working properly. I complained no. of times but no body hear. So Please Help Me what i can do. JP Singh ([protected])

Call up the customer care executive. After selecting the option for broadband services u have press 5 to get to talk to a customer care executive.
Then tell the person your problem and ask for the number of someone senior then him. They are different for different areas. Then you move on to the district head and then to the head of such operations in Delhi.
However even they do not get the work done on time. The only option is to give a written complaint and take it to the nearest Sanchar Haat. The only one I know is in Nehru Place but you can ask the customer car executive for the nearest Sabchar Haat to ur place.
I have been suffering this problem too.

MTNL Broadband — MTNL

I have MTNL IPTV and BroadBand on the line 29543445/29543446. Both are not working properly since 3 months. I have call up more then 50 times.Visited there Zonal office. Local Exchange. I works sometime in a gap of 2 or 3 days. Why should they be offering Such plans wasting govt money. If there staff is not capable of handling. There staff in exchange do not have any clue.

Line will come and ask you to check the phone. If you ask him 'Broadband is not working' he would reply. 'Your phone is working - that is what I am responsible for'. Then why they have started this Broadband / IPTV atall. I have spend more then 1000 X 6 = Rs 6000/- thinking it would one day work properly.

Officer of DGHS having resedential phone no. 24652622 is out of order since 21 sept. 2010 and the complaint no 493 has been registered by MTNL on 21.09.10. The complaint no. B1407 also registered on 22.09.10 by grievence cell of telecommunication ministry but phone is still dead till date. Kindly look in to matter. Thanks. Dr.G.R.Soni

MTNL — Wifi and Telephone Line not working for over a month

Despite raising complaints on the website on a couple of ocassions, MTNL has not yet resolved the issue. Every month I pay approx Rs.850 and this is the kind of service we are subject to. My complaint nos.are 93865 and 95533.

MTNL Broadband — No service even after repeated complaints

Even after repeated complaints, my faulty broadband connection is yet to get repaired.
It has only been a month and half of getting this Broadband+Landline service from MTNL, and the internet services stopped functioning from almost the 15th day.

THE WORST PART IS, NO ONE EVEN SEEMS TO TAKE AN INTEREST IN RESOLVING MY ISSUES EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATEDLY. Although I have been billed for almost Rs.1500/- (which I have paid without raising a voice)

My number is 28484587 at mumbai and mtnl is advertise that, they are the besst service providers, but to my openion, they are the white collar robbers, they do not forget to charge you every minth. But they have atl alrge failed to proivde uninturrupted broad band service. I have in last 15 dyas, mde several complaints, but no resulrs. the beauty is that, when u dial 1504, the ADSL lamps, which was not glowing, starts fleeckering and gets steady, when u disconnect the line, in two minutes, the line goes off. Are MTNL officials are inefficient? lazy? or cunning ? or have mtnhl distributed more lines than their capacity to manaqge them. More and more service providers are successful, because, MTNL has failed to trake care for their loyal clients. If they cannot run services, better they close down, More and more loyal clients of MTNL are switching off to new service proivders. if clients are not with them how will they survive?????
