[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

maine apna no. [protected] dt 24/1/11 ko mtnl me register karvaya tha jo bhi aaj dt 18/2/11 tak yah no. ne kam karna suru nahi kiya.
iske liye maine Mr Arora GM, Mr Aarwal AGM v Mr Obrai ko sms bhi kiya aur in sab se rojana 2 se 4 bar baat bhi ki hamesha yahi kahte hai ki apka no. aaj sam tak suru ho jayega. aaj mujhe kisi mtnl ke karamchari ne bataya jo SIM APKO DI HAI USKA NO. AUR JO MTNL ME HAI VEH DONO ALAG ALAG HAI. JAB ISKELIYE Mr ARORA AUR Mr AGARWAL KO BATAI TO KAHANE LAGE YAE BAAT GALAT HAI MERA NO. SAM 4PM TAK SURU HO JAYEGA PAR ABHI BHI SURU NAHI HUA HAI
please let me know how to resolve this issue.

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last two months, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last one month, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now.

I have configured my WiFi modem on 25th Feb'11. From that day onwards, my modem is creating problem as it starts working when my Computer starts, but with in few minutes when we try to access the internet, all the lights in the modem gets off except the INET and USB.
The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on. There is no permanent stability due to which i am suffering from a great trouble. I have lodged the complaints in the MTNL but every time they give me new Complaint no.
I have received a call from MTNL and told me that "aapki line theek hai", but no issue has been solved.
Please look forward to the problem as soon as possible.

MTNL — Internet does work properly due to noise in the telephone line

i have a problem in line of much noise by two or three month but they never hear about the complaint and about the complaint they say that there is problem in the peer and the line by which internet connectivity also affect and internet also does not work

I am holding a trump prepaid connection no [protected].On 4.3.2011 at around 9 pm one msg on my mobile came and Rs30/ was deducted from my balance without me subscribing to the service(Mitti Ke Rang).I immidiately lodged a complaint and the complaint No. is 10300007 dt.5.3.2011,the response from the call centre supervisor was very rude and shocking, she just said that this is quite normal and i should not take it seriously as if i am the culprit and am wasting their time by lodging such a complaint.
I was assured that within 24 hrs a suitable action will be taken with intimation to me , today its 7.3.2011 i have not recd any reply to my complaint, so i am lodging this complaint with a request to enquire into the matter and inform me of the action taken.
I hope a suitable action will be taken on my complaint with intimation to me.

This is to inform you that wifi/internet is not working on my telephone no. 27395376 from last one month. I am very annoyed with the services, we are getting from MTNL. All your technical support are not fully-trained and behave very rude while coming to attend any complaint. If you can’t solve this problem in 2 days I will prefer to end this relationship with MTNL.

My Telephone no 25898581 .I am using 399 unlimited 320kps plan.For 2 months i was getting good speed of 250 to 300kbps.Offtlate my avg speed has dropped to 30 to 50kbps.Even youtube video is not opening.Have logged a complaint but no response yet.& even called there pathetic customer service but to no avail..

MTNL Broadband — Low response of the officer

I am using MTNL broadband service of 495unlimited at 320kbps.But from last four months I am not even able to get speed of 30kbps.The time to open a single page takes me more than 3minutes either sometimes it shows me page not found.
I had registered complain thrice with MTNL but response was negative.They either gave me another number to contact and said its not their concern.(complain no.3025)

Actually MTNL is a state owned telecom which operates under the policy of " Whether i work i or not my salary is sure " which is why complaints are hardly ever attended to. I complained to MTNL help line, customer care.. kept calling them daily. Until now it hasn't been resolved, they keep telling one and the same thing.My Internet is not working, phone calls breaking up. I want to think MTNL suffers structural management problems. Maybe i made a mistake subscribing to MTNL in the first place.

Dear Sir,
The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically. The Internet light in the Modem never remains stable for more than 5minutes and starts flickering off and on.

I registered a complaint about it thrice a time on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number :[protected]month back & have registered again a complaint i.e.6430011 and i have not remember 1more complaint which i registered 2months back. They said the problem is with the Lan and would be rectified in 24 hours.

Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. Nobody is taking the initiative for any responsibility for that.
Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.

Can anyone help?

my telephone number is 26669675.m using Mtnl BroadBand.Mtnl service is most worst and untolerable.Broadband is disconnected in every 2 mins. m just Fed up. Mtnl's service is just untolerable.i complaint almost everyday but there is no action still taken and i belive they will never take any action.
My money and time both is going in vain. I want to take action against Mtnl for wasting my time and money. others network's 99 Plan is million time better than Mtnl broadband.

MTNL Broadband — Not getting internet from last 10 days

Dear Sir, My name is Ashok Kumar Sansanwal and my phone no. is 26524725 and i have a mtnl internet connection on this number. Sir i would like to tell you that from 22th April 2011 i am not getting internet service from the mtnl. I logged the complaints so many times and talked to their customer care also about this problem but every time they ask me to change my ip address and cut the phone line. But still after changing my ip address im not getting internet service. I am facing so much difficulties as i have lots of work to do on internet but its all pending till now. MTNL Mobile Number — Missed Call from MTNL Mobile Number 9013652263

Dear Sir,

Since last few months I am getting missed calls from [protected] (MTNL) frequently and when I call back its often switched off or out of coverage area or doesn't pick the phone.

Missed call from this number has been panic for me as it disturb me whole day.

MTNL Broadband — Unfair pricing, High Pricing broadband plans

MTNL is charging 999 rs. per month for 1mbps plan
2mbps plan is Rs. 4999.

they havent changed or updated their plans since 11 months now

other companies are providing 2mbps plans for roughly 1400 Rs.

so if we want to upgrade, we have no choice as it is too expensive.

in my area there is no other internet provider or i would switch to another company
