[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

I AM BROAD BAND USER, TEL NO 26235393, ADDRESS: 23 HEMKUNT COLONY, 2ND FLOOR, NEW DELHI 110048.
MY PHONE AND HENCE THE NET SERVICE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 7 DAYS.INSPITE OF MY COMPLAINING THE LINES MAN HAS NOT VISITED.

MTNL — broadband to be removed

I have launched the complaint for removal of broadband connection for my landline no.[protected].

But till date no action has been made from MTNL from last 15 days. Docket no. 95435.

Please do the needful ast the earliest.

MTNL Broadband — MTNL broadband net complaint

Sir, my name is Ashok kumar Sansanwal and my phone no. is [protected]. I have a internet a connection of mtnl broadband in my home sir and i am facing again start facing a problem of internet speed . Last time when i made complaint to you regarding this problem they get it done within 2-3 days but now after a month, i am again facing problem of bad net speed. But my younger brother is getting the correct speed even though we both are residing in the same building. I made complain to the area manager of Hauz Khas but just give me assurance that my problem will be solved but still nothing is happen and i am going through the same problem. Please help me out from this problem as soon as possible.

I have been using the MTNL internet since 2 months and found that the internet speed is very slow, I took the plan of 256Kbps and getting the speed of 80~100Kbps only, now since 15 days internet conection is down, I called 1504 several times but no response. I have called about this problem but there is no response from MTNL. my number is 27045502.
I think MTNL is not taking its customers seriously, I had personally visited MTNL Exchange, Sector -6, for complant, there i met Incharge Mr. Chaturvadi, who also ashured me that today this problum will be resolve but no responce, This shows the culture and attitude of MTNL, which is disguesting..

MTNL BROADBAND DELHI: I am facing the problem of REQUEST TIMED OUT. Time and again this problem comes and is really very frustrating. For the last 3 months I am facing this.
Are MTNL people indifferent to solve the problems?

there are officers and staff just sitting and not listening to complaint made two and half month back. this is what we say India shining. the staff make mockery of complaint and just play card in the park. that is how we work and expect good things to happen. my no land line[protected] and the broad band is down and perhaps will remain down like yours till the building collapses.

right u just listen and there would nothing

my internet is not steady
ADSL light blinks then gone and after some time get stable
but there is no permanent stability
i lodge many complaints ut the MTNL staff response was not good
its my humble requet to plz look into this matter

I am user of mtnl broad band with telephone no is[protected], I have problem with broad band since I used it. i have reboot my mordem in every 2 min, i has complaint about this problem in mtnl office many time and even many time i complaint it in a day. in last two when i dont used my phon and net. The problem is not solved till now please look into this matter as soon as possible

I agree, MTNL is the worst service provider of all. nobody knows nothing. neither customer care nor technical guys. they are good for nothing. i have been using MTNL from past 6 months. initially speed was good but lately it became pathetic. i loged complaints for poor speed so many times but nothing happend. nobody cares a damn. i dont even remember now that how many times i have loged the complaints. choosing MTNL was the lamest decision.

I had applied for new connection on 2December, though telephone has been conected but net connection has not been provided, I have called many times in MTNL service deptt. but they dont response, always said that they have not required equipment like modem, wire etc.
due to this I am suffering many problems.

MTNL Dolphin Billind — Rs 3900 deducted thru ECS when mandate was only for Rs 500

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of MTNL dolphin mobile service having mobile no [protected] . I had authorised MTNL for ECS of RS 500 only . But to my surprise they have deducted Rs 3900/- from account. This has happened before 7 months. I am fighting with MTNL but nobody listens.
Pl help me in getting my refund of Rs 3900/- in my SBI account (Housing finance branch Vashi sector 29) from where the money was deducted.
