Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd., Delhi — Erratic & Pathetic Broadband Service

Through this I want to bring to notice of the department concerned the most erratic and pathetic broadband services of MTNL, Delhi. My Combo Plan on 27121878 has not been working satisfactory for last 15 days and I am registering my complaint at 1504 almost daily. But like all typical hopeless government departments, no action has been taken to rectify the fault despite their false assurances every day. No wonder why the private service providers despite being on little expensive side, are getting ahead of our old and obsolete MTNL.

MTNL Broadband — NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

WE ARE NOT GETTING THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM AUGUST 5TH ONWARDS , WE MADE A 25 COMPLAINTS , BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THE MTNL - THEY ARE SAYING OUR STAFF ON LEAVE . NO STAFF , WE WILL SEND TOMORROW , LIKE OTHER REASONS .OUR NO 2754391

i am using broadband for last one year .. my mtnl no. is 25776997 . sir my paln of mtnl is tri b- combo unliminted of 645 and speed 512kbps.. sir my net speed is too slow.. i complient so many time but on one come tu cheak .. the speed is coming too slow my serffing speed is comming is 160 kbs anf downloading speed is 12 kps . sir pls repaire my speed has soon hai possible ...

MTNL Executives are not working properly and my internet connection is coming to work properly — Complaint against MTNL(internet connection is not working fine from last 1.5 months)

Last Month i take a new connection with MTNL.

I called to customer care services..they promise to me that internet connection will great with MTNL.
and faith on them..and give them 500 rupees registration charges for a new connection

I take 512 Kbps wala plan....

On 12th August 2011 a executive his name is Anil Kumar his mobile number is [protected] and [protected] (DSA Code: 081012)...and he takes 500 rupees and register my name in MTNL for new connection.

After requesting daily they come on 18th or 19th August to connect a new connection for me.

Internet was working very fine on 20th and 21st August 2011.

But From 22nd august 2011 to 3rd September 2011 internet connection was failed to run, due to my line was not broken. I called their some executives daily 3-4 times and but daily they give me time.For today or tomorrow....

I also got a bill of 700 and their executive told me to pay that bill and promise me that you connection will be fine in 1-2 days you can pay the bill....finally I paid the amount. But now again internet is not working from last 10 days...today is 16th September 2011.
You can calculate that i worked on my internet connection only for 4 days and i paid 700+500=1200 rupees to MTNL.

I am very disappointed with their service and after losing my patience with them.I has to submit a complaint against their executive....I know that MTNL is a good company but their executives are not working properly...

I hope seniors of MTNL will consider the matter and take a proper action to provide us relief from this miserable condition.

i am agree with you dear..they are government employee and the think that..no one can take against them

can't agree more... Some music channel has deducted about Rs 500/- in the last 4 months... Unfortunately I guess they don't pay the call center guys thats why even they don't unsubscribe the service.

For the last five years that is from year 2007, I had applied for a surrender of TRI Band connection but even after making so many request telephonecally and through letter I am still getting this charges as Rs. 249.00 every month.
Thus a total of Rs. 32370.00 is being charged extra since 2007.As we have already surrendered this internet TRI band

MTNL IPTV Connection — Pathetic Customer Service

IPTV Connection provided by MTNL is a good service, however the Customer Service is pathetic. Simply and horribly pathetic. The engineers of IPTV are dependednt on MTNL line men, and these line men are good for nothing. They will make your life hell, while resolving the issues regarding the services.

I got my IPTV connection from MTNL in October 2010. Since then, there have been a continuous connection failure problem and i reported all timely. After 5 months an engineer from IPTV came to know that the line men from MTNL has plugged in my connection to some other customer port.

I will never ever recommend any to get IPTV connection from MTNL.

guys i live in delhi my net disconnects a no. of times and some times it disconnects in a line and keeps on going on for 5 min...!!! i have modem T-KD 318-MI pls hlp>><<<<
