MTNL — recharge of prepaid mobile
I had recharged mobile no [protected] for Rs. 500 vide paytm (order no is[protected] on 23/4/2012 at 11:28. Although the amount has been deducted but my mobile has not been recharged. Upon contacting paytm team (for online recharhe facility) they said that "We have checked with the operator and they have confirmed that the recharge has been successfully delivered.We request you to kindly contact MTNL Customer Care to confirm the status of your recharge". I request MTNL to confirm recharge on the said number.BSNL — phone is noisy and broadband connection goes off frequently

I' am user of MTNL Broadband service, from last 01 month i cannot access a file sharing websites. I have raise this issue to the concern department and raise the issue in 1504 number, till date they haven't taken a necessary action regarding this issue.

This is with reference to our fax line no.[protected], which also happens to be our Broadband Internet Connection. Since last 4months we are facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every alternate day at periodic intervals. We have lodged numerous complaints, sent complaint letters; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. They provided us online help even changed router but it only sorted the issue temporarily as it resumes again. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection viz. Earthen issue, server problem, request time out, ADSL issues etc.
Our entire official work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections. We have been using your services since last 7years and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL.
So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services. We hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.

I have many problems related to my connection. actually i had compined many time to mtnl office about i'm not getting appropriate internet speed. my plan is of 512kb/ps. But I'm not getting that speed. My maximum speed is 250kb/ps which is very slow. so i request you to increase my internet speed according to the plan

Since I have got a broadband connection vide tel.no 27618886, my net is not working properly even more than two minutes continuously as it's DSL does not stay constant. In this regard I made more than 160 times complaints (record kept with me) on 198 & 1504. Except this I personally met with SDO-Burari Mr. Sharma & Lineman Mr. Upaddhay more than 25 times in this regard but they say that your residence is more than 3 kms far from telephone Exchange of Burari while my residence is only 2 kms from Burari Exchange. At this bothe of them Mr. Sharma and Mr.Upadhayay said that speed is not providing from Mukherji Nagar Exhange. Thus they did not care my compaints. What to do? I am not satisfied from mtnl services. I am thinking if better service of broadband is not provided to me I will leave this mtnl broadband connection.
Please do something in this regard for redressal of my complaint.

MTNL Broadband — MTNL Phone and Broadband not working from last 15 days
I have installed MTNL phone with Broadband at my residence last year. From 6 -7 months i m regularly booking a complaint that my phone is dead and internet is not working since last 15 days. When i called there customer service they said tomorrow someone is visiting but no body came. Please let me know what should i do. I am paying 750 Rs per month to MTNL. and they will not adjust any amount. i am apply a broadband connection for a mtnl worker last 2 month ago in jafrabad gali no. 29 the lineman had connect and give modem and sistem of broad band but after 3days the pole were theft we are complaint of these i dont know what i can do for running working my internet connection please solve this problem

tel 23827343 instrument is out of order since last two months applied for new instrument lineman cut down wire at various points all tht instrument connecting points plucked out taped in what way instrument can used at net and other places. what type of fault services you are providind a number of complaints made applied for new instrument (ordinary) why instrument is nt supplied at the time of net connection we donot get new connection instrument in what way we can survive with type of mtnl services please guide we continue or not with mtnl if you can provide instrument continue the services or disconnect your too much harrashing and ill temptive misleading services please supply new telephone instrument(ordinary) at the earliest as you can we are paying the bills not donation
