[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

I am Uttam Singh Negi My Telephone No.[protected]. My Phone is not working last Two Month but their is no further action against my complaints regarding dead phone

i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now. Plz Solved It As soon as

Dear concerned,

Please note that the broad band connected with telephone number[protected] in the name of Krishna Kumar Ganguly - is lying unserviceable for long times. Despite giving several reminders to the Baishali Exchange (Dabri More, New Delhi) and as well as on lodging complaint on-line - the faulty telephone and Broad Band connected to the Phone No.[protected]could not be made serviceable by the most in efficient MTNL - Delhi, technical staffs. Please advice to whom should we contact.

Hello Sir,

i m user of mtnl Land line past many year, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with landline since last one week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now. They were giving me a complait no.like 801 on[protected].
Still problem is same.

plz take some appropriate action.

i had apply a new broad band connection on 6.12.2012, i daily contacted to related person on phone number 27918000, 27881112, 7294511 and G.M. No.[protected], GM Mr. Tiwari not picking up phone calls on several times, and on other numbers no give satisfactory response were provided and they had used (ROUGH LANGAUGE) to me by senior officers of your department. Kindly let me know whom to complain about getting my connection and status of the connection as its nearly more than 2-3 months. I request you to take quick actions against such officers and provide me my MTNL connection status asap.
MTNL department had took Rs.500 against booking no.4550053 dt.[protected]. If department is unable to provide me the connection then I want my refund asap.
I accept your needful effort to resolve this issue.

I had applied for change of my Broad Band connection to wi fi on 2.3.2013 under registration No. 1964825, but to my dismay and surprise the same is not provided till today. Further I am not given any proper reply except the one that the modem is not available. I think this attitude of the MTNL is discouraging MTNL users to switch over to other companies for early consideration of consusmers problems. MTNL — Phone and Broadband not working

I am user of MTNL Broad Band service which is one of the best in India so far I heard from people around me so I have taken combo plan for unlimited broad band surfing .My telephone number is 29842820 which is without working condition since last 2 months and the internet has stooped to work.I lodge many complaints regarding this and also contacted many times to the workers of the Area i.e Nehru Nagar but they could not short out the problems.I am depositing the rents fixed for it without running the internet which I thinks is not fare.If the service is not provided by the MTNL or the service is interrupted by the reasons best known to the company for along period than they should not recovered the rent...Please let me know how and whom I have to contact for this so that I could feel good about the MTNL Delhi being a best service provider in India.

I am using broadband for the last more than 7 years my mtnl no. is[protected]Keshav Puram) .My paln of mtnl is tri - unliminted of 599 ..my net speed is too slow.Now wi-fi is connected to it for the last two months .I have complained so many time but there is no response .Every time they told me that I am getting the proper speed but the speed is coming too slow downloading speed .Kindly take take neccessary action as soon as possible to solve my problem.

The internet facility on MTNL landline No.27517385 is not required by me and hence may kindly be disconnected forthwith under intimation to me for which a complaint has already registered earlier in February, 2013 in this regard.

From last 3 months I have complained about my landline and broadband many times and i went to the area manager 7 times. Still the problem is same and no action took place by them .Please solve my problem as soon as possible...

My telephone line/wifi connection no. 23557241 is still dead. I am not happy from MTNL officer and staff telephone . Your landline phone and wifi connection not working satisfactory, I also complaint so may times to MTNL office by telephone and on-line, but not attended so far, I would like to say if you can provide me uninteruptible service of telephone/internet than OK, otherwise please cut my said connection. I cant tolerate anymore from MTNL in future.
