[Resolved]  MTNL Triband — Triband service is not good and customer support is poor.

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is with regards to the broadband connection i am using from mtnl. My telephone no is 25690464 and my connection is pathetic. I am using broadband since a month.I was very reluctant to use MTNL and i think i was correct. I had no other option as there is no other service provider in my area.
Complaint handling proccess is even worse. The language operators use is very outrageous. They are not aware of what they are saying
nor they know about the lineman when he will check the connection. They dont take the responsibility of what they are doing. Time that we
are provided for complaint is 24 hrs in which nothing gets resolved. We are asked to call area manager by taking number with help of directory
enquiry service. The number that they provide never answers. Please look into my connnection problem as you are charging huge money for broadband
as Rs 800 P.M. and i cannt bear this kind of service anymore.

DEAR SIR,
THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT FROM LAST ONE MONTH MY TRIBRAND CONNECTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I COMPLAINT 8-10 TIMES BUT PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVE, I AM CONT.. CALL MR NAYAK AT NERUL EXE. HE IS NOT RESPONDING.
IF MTNL CHARGING MONTHLY RENTAL BUT SERVICE IS NOT GIVEN SO WHAT FOR I PAY THE MTNL BILL.
IF WITHIN TWO DAYS MY COMPLAINT WILL NOT SOLVE THEN I AM ABLE TO COMPLAINT WITH TRI . AND ALSO IN CONSUMER FORUM.
AND WITH THE NEWSPAPER OUT. PLS DO THE NEED FULL.REPLY FOR THE SAME.

From last one month my tri band connection is not working
i stay at thane (majiwade[protected]
i contacted all concern officers but till as on date it is not working
every body is asking to contact another officer & i am running here & there
pl help me or ask me to surrender the connection

MTNL Triband — Poor Service, Customer Support

- Poor service, service uptime monitoring shows 86% uptime (monthly average. Respectable service is >99%). I faced too many outages during online conferences/purchases.
- Poor customer support

Is there any way I can sue MTNL for mental harrasment?
