Respected Sir,

I am realy disappinted from MTNL prepaid- delhi,
I am using MTNL-prepaid ([protected]) from last 5 years, due to some urgency i was out of city from last 2 month(presently in Indore M.P.) and I had around 262/- rupee balance in my phone. but i was unable recharge my mobile in this duration, today 8-aug-2010 was the last date of my phone grace period and I have recharged it on the same day(08-aug-2010) before expire the grace period after that they have deducted my all previous balance 262/-. i have talk with customer care but are not hearing me.

Such type of Harassment from a goverment dept.is realy ridiculous.

Please do the needful and give me justice.

      Hello my name is Manish Ravindra Pardeshi & im staying in Kalwa (Thane) I have taken a new internet triband unlimited plan of 512kbps @Tariff of 599 Rs. but according to my plan i have to get the speed of 512kbps but im getting speed of 20 to 30 kbps im facing this problem from last 2 motnhs after so many complaints i did not get the satisfied solution for the same i went to telephone exchange office for clarification but they were saying that the speed you are getting is accurate according to our rules. I'm making this complaint so that i want to know what will be my actual internet speed if im paying 599 Rs. for the same. Respected sir its my humble request to look into this thing & please clarify the problem.

I call at call center, customer support executive behavior was very rood. Your CES doesnot have manners to handle customer.

          They said that you will get connection in eight working days but yet no one is comes from MTNL to set the land line connection.
          I have call the chembur exchange but no one is picking up the phone....
          Where do i go....

            I am a dlphin mobile customer having No. [protected] since about 5 years. I had dropped cheque for the bill amount for June, 10 on 22nd July after getting details from MTNL dolphin bill viewing system as the original bill did not reach me. MTNL suspended my incoming as well as outgoing services and on enquiry i learnt that the bill amount is still outstanding. On enquiry from MTNL Toll free nu. i was told that you check from your banker regarding clearance of cheque to ascertain the status of payment. As the Cheque was not cleared, I went to Sanchar Haat at Idgah, near Jhandewalan Temlple and paid the amount in cash at 11 A.M. on 4 August. I was assured that the facility will be restored within 2 hours. It is two days since then the facility is yet to be restored. On enqury on toll free no. yesterday i was told that the overdue bill is cleared and my no has been noted for early restoratuon of facility. I am at a loss to understand how it can take so long to restore the facility.

              I am subscriber of I Control IPTV (Akash Optics). I am being harassed by the staff of IPTV.
              I upgraded my plan from Rs.299 to Rs. 399 on trail, which was done by the person (Uma Shanker) who visited my place to recharge my services. At that time I did not give any prior notice, this was done on suggestion of Mr Uma Shanker that we can view any movie at any time with an additional payment of Rs.100.
              But after its use for two month I did not find this plan suitable for me or my family as we hardly got any time to watch a movie.
              So on 30th Jul 2010 when I requested for recharge of my service and I also requested to downgrade it to my previous plan of Rs.299.
              A person from Akash Optics visited my place on 2nd Aug 2010 for charging. First of all he refused to charge for downgraded plan he said downgrade is not possible. Then He spoke to Lalit in his office and he allowed he to do so then he recharged my services for downgraded plan of Rs.299.
              But to my surprise my account was suspend on 4th August 2010 for which I made a complaint to Akash Optic wide their complaint number D/1007/0408/HS attended by Mr Harish . There after my services were reinstated.
              I was surprised to see my account stand suspended today (6 Aug 2010) again.
              Please look into it why it is happing again and again even after I have paid in advance for my services. I don’t think I need to give any advance notice to change my service as I am on prepaid plan.
              Still if there is anything then how my plan was upgraded without any advance notice and on just a flick of charge. So there cannot be two different norms for changing plans for upgrading and down grading.

              first i waited for its installation for more than one month after its booking, thereafter its STB gets hangs
              after 1 or 2 hours. secondly it plays like its buffering

                i (beer singh rawat) booked mtnl internet service on 29-june-2010. my telephone no is 27617960. after a month they install telephone box. and after two or three days phone was in working. but internet was not working. they said they had not modem. we wait for that. at the end of july modem was installed. two day it was working properly but after that there was no any connection in internet. ya there is one more thing, when we call customer care no- 1504 our internet is working for some time. and after some its gone. we complaint so many time in that perticular number. but diferrent executive gave different advice. they commits our service engineer came to you within 24 hour. but right now there are so many 24 hour are gone. my work is in bad position due to bad service and bad commitment

                  MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE INSTALLATION
                  I have lodged sevral complaints (complaits no :- 1397, 2585 ) in the past few days, but still the same problem continues and I am stuck with the same problem every now and then. Further I am not able to avail the services for which I am paying regulary.

                  Request you to kindly get the line tested and change the cable at the earliest as the same is having multiple joints from main connection box to my residential place.

                  From the time I have availed of this service it is malfunctioning.

                  mtnl broadband connection — MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION

                  I regret to bring to your kind notice, my sad experience with getting an MTNL internet connection installed at my home. I had registered for an MTNL Broadband connection in the month of May, 2009.

                  By the day lf Installed connection it is not working properly. Anytime , the connection got disconnected.
                  From that day onwards till today, nothing has been done about it.

                  I have made many complaints but the internet connection has not been restored and working properly in full swing.

                  When called, the reply I get from the official is, "Every time when I visited personnaly to the conecerned area office they said that very soon the probelm will be sort out by our engineers.

                  I have'nt even used the internet for one week regulary in one go. Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet restored at the earliest.

                  I would also like to khow wheather the monthly charges towards the internet connection would be PROPORTIONATELY DISCOUNTED FOR THE NUMBER OF DAYS THE INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING.

                  TODAY IN MY ABSENCE A TECHNICIAN FROM MTNL OFFICE CAME....................BUT THE SPEED IS NOT THERE.....................HE ONLY START MNTN.IN SITE TO MY PARENTS, WHO ARE NOT AWARE ABOUT ANY COMPUTER APPLICATIONS.

                    Sir my name is Manish and i have taken mtnl broadband connection 4-5 months back. At the time of providing connection the said that the internet speed will 512 kbps but i never got that speed. At the time of downloading something i am getting speed upto 60-70 kbps but in my neighborhood one of my family member is getting speed above 100 kbps. I made complaints about my problem many number of times even to the person who is looking my area Hauz Khas. But no action is being taken yet. Every time i made complaint, they tell me that they have written my complaint and my problem will be solved shortly but till now no action is being taken. please sir take some action and help me out this problem as soon as possible, i am tired of making complaints in the mtnl office.

                    MTNL — No action against broadband complaints

                    I complained for poor broadband (Complaint No.- 5467 ) on 27th March following which a technician visited my house to have a look at the problem. He told me that modem is fine and the problem is due to humming in wire line. He even talked to some official and asked him to get my wire replacement done. But nothing has been done so far even after 15 days.
                    I even complained of noisy line on 198 ( complaint no. 1321 dated 8th April ) and the only result I got is that LINEMAN calls me 5-6 times each day asking " TELEPHONE THEEK HAI KYA ". Even the supervisor K.D.Sharma just keeps doing the same. I dont understand how will it be corrected without doing. The only problem I think is that I will have to give some money to the Lineman to correct it.
                    Now I think that I made a big mistake by subscribing your broadband service.

                    Please help me out in getting the wire changed and thus solving my broadband and telephone problems.

                      i am deepa.. using MTNL connection from last 1 year.. I have taken connection o[censored]nlimited usage MTNL broadband.. but whenever i use that connection its hardly work for 10-15 min then sometimes ADSL not working some time USP not working.. then just try try and try.. it hardly come at that time...their instruments whether modem wires they are 3rd class..even thismth i tried to remove the connection i called on[protected] that how can i remove the connection.. she told me pls call[protected] they i switchof[censored]r connection same day.. then i called that 1500 no they told me go to MTNL office with latest paid bill they will cut of[censored]r connection. on 28th i paid bill and ask for removing my connection they told me to come with instrument when i went on 30th with instrument and modem.. they told we will not remove ur connection u have to come 5 days before the closing i mean 30th.. Why?? dont know.. i mean i will leave my 5 days usage although i will bill.. but they will not remove connection on 30th and said if we cut on 30th u have to pay next mth bill too.. and their customer support people.. they are ridiculus they dont know the proper answer of querries..Although in august i am out of city but still i need to pay broadband connection bill 720 Rs.. just because they people told me.. i am very upset... with their behaviour...how many times a person visit their office.. for a single work...

                        I would like to inform your goodself that several complaints made regarding rectificatin of my telephone No.[protected] since last 20 days. I kindly request you to rectify the same promptly.

                        In July 2011 our land line did not work properly for almost 25 days when a complaint no.[protected] was lodged .It was put in order and worked only for 48hrs. and again dead.
                        I request to allow us not to pay last month charges if any. We request to provide quality service in time.

                          MTNL is not giving the said internet speed.
                          I have 495-unlimited broadband plan offered by mtnl.
                          The speed given to the users is said to be 320kbps....... ie. it should be around 40 kbps....
                          but they give a speed of 25-30kbps.... and when tried to test on mtnl speed test it shows 256kbps........
                          its us who r in s great loss...................

                            Sir, I have taken unlimited plan for MTNL Broad Band Internet service. They promise at the time of connection this will provide 256kbs speed for downloading. But after a month there was speed of 50-60kbs and now a days only 8-10kbs speed is coming. What is the use o[censored]nlimited downloading when you are not getting propoer speed. I have complaint their coustomer care center as well as to area manager but all in vain.

                            kindly suggest when I paying my monthly bill of Rs.699/- for this connection regularly every month why I not getting speed 256kbs as said by Mtnl.

                              This is Venkatesh. R my balance got deducted previous balance is 140 current balance is 85 regarding this i have raise a compaint in Customer care they are not giving any proper resoponse.

                              and Customer care Excutive names are Swapnali , Gaurav, Shiv, Anil, Neha Sevani, Kavitha, Yasmin, Rajesh Vishwakarma who has disconnected the call and not provided the details
                              Dear Concern,

                              Yesterday again the balance got deducted 20 Rs for that i have logged a complain no. CC[protected] and customer care people saying that it is for my group plan which is activated on August month. But i have not sent any msg from my no. [protected] my plan got activated at that time when my no. was not active or in use at that time i have purchased new simcard due to sim got rejected because the of the wrong pin code provided by the customer care people
                              Even i have the call track sheet of my no. from 1 day before the sim card got corrupt and till 2 Aug my sim card was inactive than how could able to send any msg or call any body
                              in that call sheet mtnl people are unable to give the justification for amt deducted

                              could any give proper guide lines contact no. escalation path

                                i have used about 407 MB during jun 10 as shown customer wab care (register mtnl bol.net in). but in the bill it is shown total mb usage 504.I have been charged extra. i have already paid my bill of jun10.
                                Therefor i request to kindly check my mb usage and amend my bill and adjust my paid money in the next month

                                  we requested to MTNL to change only internet triand plan DSL 395 plan (unlimited downloading). our previous internet plan was DSL 199. but not for landlien plan.
                                  landline plan was dfferent only.

                                  but they have activated DSL_Unltd_Combo_495 which was not requested.

                                  this is totaly fault from MTNL offiice (mira raod)
                                  it has to change asap.

                                    i have mtnl broad band connection for internet(Rs 495 combo pack).........according to the scheme of plan my download speed must be 250 kbps(kilo bytes )......but it hardly reaches 40...please help me out :((((

                                    i have the same plan...its working great for me...geting 300 kbps downloading speed...simply great...
                                    hai I have same plan but get 30 KBPS download speed, made complaints no use no improvement. My No is 24131052 wadala mumbai.speed test result file size 1000KB, Time download 28.182 sec, bandwidth348kbps.The speed test result is download speed 0.32 mb/s, upload speed 0.21 mb/s.Can any body help me solve this.

                                      I wish to disconnect my BSNL landline phone number 239554 in the name of Mr. Pawadi Samson. My phone is not working properly for the past two years, either it is dead most of the time or disturbing noise during call. I have complaint several times but no permanent solution is done so far. Whenever I complain, they come and fix the issue which lasts for a day or two. I am fed-up calling them again and again. I requested them to provide new cable wire because it’s broken in several places but nothing done so far. There are many houses which are willing to take the new connection but they are scared by seeing the service provided by BSNL Chakradharpur.
                                      Therefore, I no more want to take your service, kindly disconnect my landline number 2039554.

                                        I installed the MTNL 395 unlimited plan on the 26th June 2010,ever since that day I am having every 30 second buffering problems no connectivity problems,Inspite of my repeated complaints nothing has been done my complaint num is 721 and a few more I have spoked to Datta,Shelar,Ms Tamade they keep asking us to be at home but no one turns up,but they have charged us for the installation Rs 600 in the bill,We are not going to pay anything because it has been troubling us since day 1 and there is absolutely Zero help from the mtnl.I would like to disconeect and this service and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND any one to go in for the mtnl broadband service.My number is 24467599,Ms Pereira.Please see what can be done
