    After I lost my mobile, I got replacement card on 20th January ([protected]) could not be activated, though all relevant formalities completed correctly even after continuous follow up with the Customer Service Centre, Mint Road, Mumbai 400001 and with the Call centre. 4 times visited the CSC and 25 times phone the call centre. I suffer a loss to the tune of Rs. 40000 in connection with the communication gap, It is serious matter and surprise to see my still unresolved problemof in the age of this fastest Communication sector. I believe to the depth that no Service provided except Trump service will lack such service who might haven not been made understood by Management the importance of time and communication. Another distressting fact is that the call centre and CSC are replyini vague, unconnect and confusing information. I am thinking of approaching Consumer Redressal Forum and making Police Complaint.       My telephone No is[protected] with mtnl triband .It gets disconnected every 2-5 mins .Despite my complaints 1228,8082,8035 lodged with 1504 and various calls to the local Sanchar Haat no rectification has been done . This entire organisation seems to be inefficient and unwilling to listen to consumers . They take everything for granted as they are govt. Employees and don't forsee any danger to their jobs because of the nature of their superiors who are high headed . Please help.

      मेरा टेलीफोन नम्बर[protected] है. पिछले चार माह से अधिक समय से मैं इन्टरनेट कनेक्शन से बहुत परेशान हूँ. कई बार मैं शिकायत करा चुकी हूँ. ठीक करने वाले आते हैं ठीक करके चले जाते हैं और दो - चार दिन बाद फिर से इन्टरनेट कनेक्शन काम करना बन्द कर देता है. नेहरु प्लेस की शाखा में मैं कई बार जाकर शिकयत दर्ज करा चुकी हूँ. अभी फिर वह कनेक्शन ठीक कर गए हैं. लेकिन ठीक करने के ठीक दो दिन बाद से मेरा इन्टरनेट फिर से बन्द हो गया है.

      आफिस में जाकर शिकायत करने से कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं हो रही. मेरी समस्या यह है कि बहुत बार शिकायत करने पर कनेक्शन ठीक हो जाता है लेकिन दो दिन बाद फिर काम करना बन्द कर देता है. हर माह के इन्टरनेट का बिल मैं बेकार दे रही हूँ. वह कौन वापिस करेगा? या महानगर टेलीफोन वाले मेरा कनेक्शन ठीक नहीं करना चाहते हैं. क्या इनकी प्राईवेट कम्पनियों से कोई मिली भगत है ताकि ग्राहक परेशान होकर महानगर का इन्टरनेट कनेक्शन वापिस करके कोई दूसरा कनेक्शन ले ले.

      कोई मेरे प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने वाला है तो अवश्य दे और मेरा इन्टरनेट कनेक्शन चालू करा दे. मैं बहुत परेशान हो चुकी हूँ.

        I am using dolphin since past 5 years n the network is pathetic. The only reason I have stuck on to it is to not change my number but now good NUMBER PORTABILITY has been launched.
        I am experiencing call drops n network failure and whenever I call customer care they always have one answer- system up gradation is going on and there is some network repair work going on.... But sadly nothing improves....
        Nowadays only after waiting for 15 minutes we get connected to the customer care and the women executives are very RUDE and rather than giving the asked information they just say one thing...to go to the nearest mtnl centre....obviously there is no time and it's not possible to keep going to the mtnl centre which is faraway.... And they also hang up....this is the worst kind of service experienced...
        I hope the mtnl dolphin executives take into consideration the complain and do the needful....

          Hi MTNL Dedicated Authirity,

          I saw/listen add "MTNL hai to Sahi Hai" and fill-up form for my broadband connection. But my broadband connection maximum time down (around 10-15 days every months). I complain many times even high authority for this problem, but not improvement.

          I want to know, why to many expense in add, when they don't want to retain there customer. If those amount add amount expense on customer care/technical support, no need to add. Customer will add for new connection.

          MTNL official don't know happy customer is the best add compain for any business.

          I want to know, they provide service and take charge for that, If broardband connection is down maximum time, in that case why I pay for particular time? Please suggest where can I complain for this cheat service.

            Dear Sir,
            We have disconnected Aksh IPTV on Telephone[protected] in Dec-2009. The billing for this has been de-activated. I have asked for the Deposit refund of Rs.1000 many times by calling 126555 get a standard answer "we will collect the equipment at your place Tommorrow" God Know when is this tomorrow. The centre also dont allow me to talk to someone who will help me in sorting this out.
            MTNL denies that they dont have anything to do with Aksh, then why do they allow such a useless service branded under their name.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              My telephone number is 28924806. I have availed MTNL broadband connection. But sorry to say that most of the times DSL light is flickereing. I am not getting proper response from Mr. Kashyap who is the concerned official for our area ie IC colony. Today when I called him he said that do not call on my mobile. My husband took a leave on 17/1/11 for rectifying the issue. He came on 17/1/11 and said that there is some problem which will be rectified from back end. However it is not resolved till date. We are working for a pvt firm and will not afford to sit at home.
              Initially I have been making payments though I was not able to use the facility but now I think I have to stop making the payments till my query is addressed.
              Hence, please note that payment for Dec 2010 and Jan 2011 will not be made till the issue is resolved as we are not able to use the facility.

                sir/mam,
                i am the user of MTNL internet services in C-228/14 A, street no 10, chauhan banger new seelampur, Delhi-110053. The connection is subscribe on the name of Raza Ahmed. i have been facing some serious problem with my internet connection for last one and half weeks. It is not working. i have done many complaints on the phone on this number 1504 to MTNL internet services department. But they give me only assurance all the time i made a complaint that your connection is being repaired and all that. My connection was repaired for just one day. After that my internet connection stopped working again. And again i had made complaint again on this number 1504. But no result i have got so far. i am persuing my higher studies. And my most of the work is done through Internet. so i am in big trouble for this.
                kindly take some adequate action against this problem. we would be very thankful to you.

                  SUB:- Low Internet speed,very irregular connection & pathetic customer support (MTNL mumbai )


                  I am Mtnl Broadband user from 4years & IPTV for 6 months. For the month of December I was having the 1MBps Unlimited plan of Rs 999. For which on MTNL speed test I was getting speed of 400-470kbps from day 1.

                  If I am paying Rs 999 then off course I expect equivalent speed & service. Here I am getting speed of less than 512kbps which is a loss for me. Inspite of several complaints (above 20) & calls to the authorities nobody bothered to even have a check or rectify whatever was wrong with the speed.

                  On 27th of December i visited & had given written Complaint & Notice for the issue at MTNL Borivali west exchange. The line was found dead...they sent a line man who doesnt know anything about ADSL or broadband but fixed the line issue...the broadband problem persisted,actually it went worse. So kept a track of speed every alternate day & taking screen shot of the MTNL speedtest page.
                  Again i made several complaints with 198 & Concerned authorities.
                  i have wasted the money in this pathetic service for THE MONTH.
                  I would have to take a refund for the broadband & iptv.
                  I have had enough of harassment & this is the 5th time I am getting such a bad service from MTNL. If my request is still not attended I will have no choice but to take this issue to highest possible authority.
                  if i am paying Rs 999 for broadband speed which is available for Rs 599, It is a huge loss for me
                  it is not just the matter of money or ego....
                  it is matter of commitment...if i pay late the MTNL reserves the right for disconnection & if i am paying the appropriate amount then i do have RIGHT to demand PROMISED services.
                  I am loosing trust on MTNL & this is not the problem with me alone....the number of complaints speaks everything & i am afraid to say but MTNL are going to loose its revenue due these kind of pathetic services.

                  I am Mtnl Broadband user from 1 months. For the month of jan- 2011. I was having the 1MBps Unlimited plan of Rs 999. For which on MTNL speed test I was getting speed of 350-400kbps from last 4 days.
                  i m also getting verry poor speed & user of 7 yrs and given more than 100 refrences to others but now looking for change, , we will again request MTNL to improve service, contactant speed other than advtgn in the news paper ... if the custmer stisfy with services they will refer to others...

                    frequent complains made but of no use. there is no stability of net connection of mtnl. bills paid right on time but no body bothers to come and check if any fault in modem instrument or line.clling at 1504 is absolutely useless as they only register complain and give no. whether bills paid or to be paid give any relief in broadband charges when there is no surity of stable connection.

                      I've been using mtnl landline form 2001 and broadband from around 2006. Yesterday got my bill and saw that i've been for STD calls worth 467 Rupees and That To From my no 26**5285. So i sent a mail ragarding the same an got a call regarding the same issue and told u've to pay the bill. I even asked him that how the hell can i make STD calls From the local landline when i'ven't opted for any STD facility then he told me that he had called the switch room and confirmed that STD is on from there and then after this i tried dialing few mobile numbers of my relatives at out of delhi and am,zingly found that i can't connect to them and just heard beep beep, i tried many times but couldn't connect for those numbers and when a tried from my cell phone and i was able to connect to them but not through my local phone.
                      Then called the switch room of mtnl talked to lady and she even said that std is activated and i said that if it's activated then why i'm not able to call any std numbers now and then according to that i disabled that service so that i'm not wronly charged for many more calls.
                      Now The Problem is that i've been charged for those calls that i haven't made and the call list that came with the bill show the numbers to where i've called and that the numbers called ar unknown to me.
                      I asked to check my billing pattern and the numbers of call i've made from it, but they just simply refused, so it' not about a small amount but the main thing being that i've been charged for those call that i've not made.
                      Please look into the matter and help asap.

                        Well I am unable to understand where to start from? I am a consumer from Delhi and my CA number and phone number are: (CA number: [protected] tel:[protected]. I took this connection believing that the MTNL is a big brand and a good company. But my thoughts went in vein when I got the problem related with my plan change from 2nd or 3rd month of my connection. I was made to run Shakti nagar telephone exchange and mukherjee nagar sanchar haat several time for communication gap in the department. I did all documentation for my plan change as required and also submitted the hard copy at Shakti nagar exchange but again all went in vein and same problem was repeated. So this time I called customer care and Shakti nagar officers number but instead of helping me they again demanded me to come to their office and submit the hardcopy of plan change request again, which I simply denied. Since then this connection was left on god’s will. There was no body to help me after my several reminders and I really do not know exactly till when this connection lasted? if I recall from past then it was 17th of feb-2009 when I had a word on phone again with customer care and they assured me it will get rectified. But nothing happened. My connection was stopped as I did not do the bill payment and reason is the wrong billing which I have already explained. So since then no body took care of this number and no body called me ever. The wire from telephone pole to my house was also broken and it was stolen by unknown people. Well may I know what kind of service is this where this much big department do not take any initiative to contact the consumer in any way? I am unable to understand if I am living in a democratic country or still the Hitler is the ruler of India.





                        Finally I want to close this connection and making sure that I will pay according to the plan change request done by me and I should not be anyhow made or asked to make payment for time being the connection was on DMP mode. My last usage as per my computer Mac address has to be the march 2009 and it was near around 15 of that month when the connection was stopped completely. So as I have included the name in this email for the top most responsible people of this department, hope to hear a fair judgment and a fast action on this issue.

                            i purchased a MTNL DSL_Unlimited_395 6 months ago i use to get a speed of 270kbps download speed which was a little less than 320 kbps but now i am getting a download speed of 40kbps so i launched a complaint with MTNL and now they are telling me that the download speed is 40 KBPS MAX which is far below from 320 kbps and not at all acceptable.

                            Even in the news papers its been advertised as 320 kbps download speed PLEASE Help me ASAP.
                            I'm also experiencing the same thing. For the past 6 months I also got a speed of 220 KBps & now its 40 KBps.
                            Are u are getting 40 kbps speed but i getting 10 to 15 kbps speed and it is also not continuue.meny time it decrease under 5 kbps please also help me

                              My complaint is regarding harassment and possible criminal intent of an unknown person. I am receiving calls on my landline from this cellphone number [protected]. I receive calls from this number every day wherein a seemingly inebriated person makes incoherent statements which sometimes sound threatening or suspicious. I am submitting this complaint as a matter of record and for reference in case there is any kind of escalation in this matter in future. I intend to lodge a police complaint so as to take action against this unknown offender.

                                brodband connection speed is 320 kbps provided by MTNL. But my brodband combo plan 495, speed is not more than 200 kbps last 5 months. We had complained many times but mtnl staff is not responding.

                                MTNL combo plan — Not giving connection

                                Sir, I am resident of Najafgarh and I booked a telephone and internet
                                connection on 13 may by neighbour mtnl landline whose number is
                                25325691 where the executives told me that the verifier will come
                                after two days and take 500 Rs with documents and the connection will
                                start within 7 days. On 16 may the verifier came and take up the
                                document and 500 Rs. but after that no one any come from mtnl to my
                                house to give me connection, I called many times in the customer care
                                but they say keep patience . My booking no. is 45500001. I also met
                                the officers of najafgarh mtnl exchange but they didn't say anything
                                clear. I am very frustrating from the behavior of the mtnl. please
                                help and guide me .

                                ours is mtnl 495 combo plan unlimited.the speed hs suddenly reduced and it takes ages to download even a small file .Mumbai mtnl is not giving what it promised

                                  I pay my MTNL Phone bill regularly and before time. Last month the due date for payment was 31/12/2010 and as usual I paid on 25th or so by Axis Bank cheque. Suddenly on 3ed Jan, 2011, I got a call that your cheque has bounced. No was was given. I checked with my Banker and was was paid to MTNL. However without further information MTNL disconnected my phone on 4th Jan.

                                  I really got disappointed with the behaviour. I am unaware till date which bill is still unpaid. I feel like permanently disconeecting the services from MTNL. To resolve the issue I will have to visit to MTNL office and explain them, it will lead to cut in my one's Leave/Salary from my office.

                                  Along with phone line the Internet connection also got disconnected, what to do ?

                                  MTNL - Mumbai — No. 28931098 not working

                                  Despite repeated complaints, latest being against docket nos. 4721 and 82210, triband continues to not function due to defective ADSL splitter which needs replacement.

                                  Seek your help for getting MTNL to attend to my complaint.

                                    my number is 28484139,i wrote this letter to inform u that your broadband services are very poor because i have 599 unlimited plan and i supposed to get download speed 512kbps but get only 30 kbps i have complained customer care 100 times but no one listens is this their service supposed to respond????? so please respond to my complain

                                      his complaint is regarding regular problem of MTNL Broadband .

                                      I am trying tried to talk from last 1 year to the area manager mayur vihar Ph III MR S P SINGH but i think he is the busiest man of the world who dont have time to talk to their customers .

                                      None of the managers General manager talk to the customers neither they reply to the mails then I do not understand why MTNL has published their phone numbers and email ids on internet .

                                      If I Call 1504 they say talk to area manager no one bothers to pick up the phone in exchange of Mayur Vihar PH III

                                      MTNL is the worst BB service of india plz dont go for that and specially if you are in mayur vihar PH III and your area manager is S P Singh

                                        MTNL BROADBAND SERVER PROBLEM

                                        My phone number is 23264740, address 3072/35, 1st floor, Gola Market, Darya Ganj, New Delhi 110002. And I am using Broadband unlimited plan but the speed is very low. Most of the times Server it doesn't works. Also, my LAN connection is not proper working I have logged so many complaints but nobody even contact me to fix it.

                                        I am really upset with the services I am getting, please help me. Thanks.
