Respected sir, I am an employee o[censored]nion Bank of India, working in Kanpur. Due to change in my residential address which was after submission of the form, I could not receive my Pran Kit on the address mentioned by me in the form. I had applied for my pran &received a message of its generation on 23/12/10 but has not got the kit till 19/2/13.while querieng got the prank no as[protected] & was sent to special treasury berhampur ganjam odisha. I stead of se ding the pran kit to my sword's ie sdvo berhampur the treasury has sent the kit to senior suptd, circle jail, berhampur ddo regd no sgv096331e .hence my case may kindly be solved sympathetically.as I am suffering with higher income tax deposit for the last 3 years
