[Resolved] Oxicash — debit for failed transaction | |
This is [name removed] , having an oxicash wallet which i use for mobile recharges. on 18th of march, i did an e-top up of bsnl from my wallet for an amount of Rs 112/- but it showed that the transaction failed. after that i when i checked my balance, it was debited with Rs 112/-. i immediately registered a complain with oxicash over the phone and they gave me a complain id and said that the matter will be solved within 24-48 hrs and the balance will be refunded back in my wallet.but i have not received the refund amt. and neither am i gettin any replies from them.i have mailed them almost 5-6 times but to no avail. i would request u to kindly look into the matter and take some strict action against this company. Subject: Mobile Recharge is failed and unsuccessful but Amount is deducted from SBI Account
Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Tanmoy Chatterjee, have recharge Rs. 222.00 of my MTS mobile number [protected] through www.oxicash.in on 24.04.2012 at 8:06 PM. But recharge was unsuccessful and failed OxiTransID –[protected]. But amount of Rs. 222.00 is deducted from my SBI account through MSBI[protected]IGA3502391 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION with customer SBI transaction ref. no. IGA3502391.
But Till now my same money is not credited on my account.
So, please would you tell me am I get this amount from www.oxicash.in

I have recharged my Airtel mobile no. [protected] by oxicash topup through Vijaya Bank internet Banking for Rs. 50 on dated 30.05.2012 Amount deducted from my account but recharge not successful, so you are requested please check and refund my amount.

Even i've faced the similar problem today... money has been debited from my ICICI Bank a/c n d recharge is not successful on my BSNL network

today i have add RS. 1000 in my oxigen wallet but it shows the transaction have been failed and the amount gets debited from the punjab national bank. Refund My Money.

Reference no. OXISBI10812520IGOBBHNJYA dt. 27.11.2015 for special recharge of BSNL mobile no. [protected]. Rs 561 debited from my SBI account but not credited to my mobile account. WHAT IS THE STATUS. How can I contact to know the status of my recharge. Pl do needful and let me know status of my recharge.
