Respectable sir,
I, Notan Pal of Kandi, Murshidabad, West Bengal, 742137, purchased one PC with Intel Atom Desktop Board on 19/11/2009 but, from 10/12/2010 the desktop board was not operating properly that shows “no display”, the desktop board has the warranty period of three years. I already submitted the defective desktop board with complain on 24/12/2010 to the shop where it was purchased but till now I have not got any result from the shop.
Therefore I am requesting to you please take necessary step in you and as your company’s rules& regulation.
