sir i am facing many problems like week both shocks(front & rear), week disk break, engine oil keaking and i found some noise from tap pit and my present location is bangarpet kolar dist and for above reasons i have been went bangalore kalyani bajaj for 4 times and they checked & solved the shocks problem but still iam facing engine oil leaking & tap pit problem and again i contacted sagar bajaj kolar they checked & for 3-4 days oil was not leaking after oil was leaking so i am not ready to face dis kind of problems in future and i am not ready to take my bike to bangalore becouse the distance from bangarpet to bamgalore is nearly 96 so i am requesting you to send some experts to bangarpet itself ok i[censored] take this matter lightly than it will become very serious k

    i have purchased pulsar 150 cc bike in aug 2008 from anand bajaj, Bhagalpur, Bihar . after one and half month bikes inlet valve get damaged which was repaired after 20 days regular visit to showroom'worksho, after that mileage of bike get reduced by 10-12 km/ltr for which i visited showroom several time but it is not come to actual level. now bikes having pick up problem and after 15 mintus running self not working for which i visted show room ten times but it was closed .yesterday i went showroom than they told there is conflict between agency and company hence we couldnot help you any more and you write complain to company.
    hence i am asking where customer has to go and why not shoul i have claim for replacement of my bike with new one because bike has continuous problem since purchase. is company is not resposible for customer satisfaction because i have purchased new bike for trouble free service atleast one year but here i have problem with bike since very first day of purchase.

    Hi i got bajaj pulsar 150cc in march 2009, all are good up to first service after first service iam getting a problem that iam getting vibration from bike havily when i am in 55kmph. i visited service center for this problem but they have not solved this problem
    i am using pulsar 150cc ug3 march 2008 model now my byke is facing with bore problem and mileage of 36km/l
    i am new bike i taken to just 2months but mileage is very bad minimum40

    i have purchased bajaj 150 dtsi ug3 2008 registration no. cg 10 ee 8201. my loan period is 17 month . I have gave 17 checques 10 of central bank and 7 of icici bank. but unfortunately my icici bank account getting me some trouble so i was replace my balance 7 checques of icici bank to central bank by checque swapping and i have also paid penalty of rupees 550 at their local collection center at bilaspur (c.g)
    but recently i got a call from their representatives for some checque bouncing .then i concern them n found they remain using my icici bank checques and also central bank checques for their loan amount. hence i want to get back my icici banks 7 checques because i have already replace them with my 7 central bank checques .If they won't do that i'll go to consumer forum for harrashment and illegal operation of that fault by Bajaj auto finance........plz do need full

    i have purchase a bikeBajaj 150 cc pulsar black on 25.01.2011from Pushpa motors AlambaghLuknow.after purchas I saw a big spot left side of petrol tank. I go bake to dealor in regarding spot problem on my bike. He suggest me to contact me to puspa service centre Alambagh Lucknow. Theres manager Mr.Dixit I went to meet him for my bike problem. Mr Dixit saw thos spot on my petrol tank and use all possible method to remove thos spot but he faild to remove those spot after this He told me thate this petrol tank should be replace .& he got email to bike company and assure me. It may replace with in 2to 3 days. After 3 dayI contact to service centre.Thay has said it may take anathor 3to 4 day .Hare I face lots of problem becouseI have no own transport mean or I cant ride my bike which I got big spot on bike petrole tant because service managre Mr Dixit adviced me that if your bike petrol tank got any other scratch it may not possible to replace bike petrol tank .     I am having bajaj pulsar 150 . the total running distance distance is about 32000.
    its mileage is reduced drastically in some last months . now i m getting th mileage as 34 . i have done my servicing regularly .

      Sir,

      I went to the SAMSUNG PLAZA, SAKCHI JAMSHEDPUR for purchasing an Air Conditioner under the Finance scheme with Bajaj Auto Finance.

      After finalizing the deal when I started filling up the finance Application form one of the bajaj auto finance representative asked me for an additional insurance, saying that this is compulsary otherwise I can't take the A/C under the finance scheme.

      Sir, if this is so, the bajaj auto finance personel should inform me before dealing.

      Sir, I spent my valuable time and money for this.

      Pl. look into the matter so that the customers do not get harassed.

        sir/madam,
        this is to inform you that my self chetan jain, i am your bajaj customer i have a pulsar bike 150 cc.sir /madam i always send my bike for servicing or any other problem in bajaj authorised service station.but from last 1 nd half year i am totally dissatisfied from your service station which is in tonk road jaipur, rajasthan.they are very careless they are taking so much time but still they didi not work properly. my bike choke switch, chain set, battery iis not working properly, and servicing was also due.i recievd my bike on monday 12 noon.but they did only servicing and battery charge tats it.i want to know why they are so careless.now please tell me what should i do.where i send my bike?

        Dear all,
        I give my bike for servicing at Shree Ram authorised bajaj service center in kurla i have a query regarding my battery in my area 2 times my battery had been robbed n so now i have put a new battery so now my query is how do i know that the same battery is there after the servicing of my bike or while checking every month at least ones in my area is there a number or just the brand name like exide which i can check for me to be satisfied. Plz suggest as to my query( i have a bajaj pulsar 150cc bike model dec05).

        Note the battery number and also make a mark with a permanent marker (the pen costs Rs. 10), so that you can recognize your battery.

          i have purchased bajaj discover 135(disc brake) on 17 october 2008 the colour i have choosen is jetblack but they have no stock, so they have change the bike colour from flame red to jetblack. but on registration copy the colour was print as flame red, so i asked the dealer they said that we will change it, they had the R.C for last 5 months and the dealer itself change the colur name by jet black. it was not changed in original record in the R.T.O office. this is the farud work done by the dealer

            I purchased my bike, (Model Name: Bajaj Avenger 180cc in February 2007) but because of the cheap quality alloys used in manufacture of its parts they are getting rusted. Silencer is almost worn out.

            I observed several bikes of Bajaj make, they have similar problem.

            When I inquired in the servicing centre, he says that this problem is for all the bajaj-made vehicles

              I had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 about less than a year before and i got some defective parts in it.When I give it to the service they had taken charges for repairing it.My bike is under the warranty period and the part was defective so I think it should be repaired free of cost otherwise i am goin to consumer court, think on i and if you wanna talk to me than call me at [protected] or we ll meet at consumer court.

              i think bajaj should know that the product is their selling goods but it is the assets of the customer so they should think towards the customer's point of view else that day is not long when bajaj eill be the customer of some other product.

              bajaj should investigate the customer care in nepal and grade it which in turn gives negative ranking.
              only producing best and top speed bike indeed is not the solution.

              so hope hansharaj hulaschand will keep it in mind.

              Pulsar 150 — part defect

              I Mr.Imtiyaz Khan of Navi Mumbai (seawood) has purchased a new pulsar on dtd.10/3/2011 from a dealer named VANSH MOTOR and SAI SERVICE CENTRE (SEAWOOD). But till today dtd.19/3/2011 I am not at all satisfied with my new bike. It is giving me one or the other problem such as dish break,noisy handle and very major problem in gear makes lot of noise. It seems as if the bike is 5 yrs old. when i conplained about it to the dealer he is sending me to many places. he tells me to go to panvel for showing the problem. But when i have purchased the bike from this dealer its his responsibility to give me a good bike instead of a defaulty bike. After paying so much money i have not received a perfect bike from showroom.Please look into the matter.

                hi my father purchased Bajaj CT 100 in 2005 and they have cleared all the installments, then too we didnt received the NOC of the bike, and one of my uncle had purchased the same Bajaj CT 100 and for that bike there are some 2 installments due for that this Bajaj company people had sent some recovery executives to recovery, without informing how can they come and recover the bike, when we asked the manager's No to speak regarding this they went off ...and here in bangalore when i went to Bajaj finance Malleswaram the office has been shifted to cubbon park, i took the Contact No of that Bajaj but there s no one to pick the call then how we get the details of installments.

                i request the senior Authority of Bajaj finance that please co-ordinate with the clints or else you will be the lossers

                Bajaj Finance — non reciept of noc and improper response

                I have availed loan from BAFL, vizag branch in the year 2007 for a period of 36 months. I have cleared all the emi's in time by dec 2009 and i have not received the NOC for my loan agreement. when i have been to local centre for clarification they told me that, i have to call customer care on toll free number and request for the needful. the branch manager in the vizag have told me that they were some dues in the payment and asked me to pay the same and i did that on 31 Dec 2009 and the branch manager has assured me that he will be able to provide me NOC if i pay the outstanding amount that day with in six days from the payment date which i have not received yet. my concern for un satisfaction that previously they used to send the NOC to residence address. which i got for my old bike. but the BAFL didn't intimated about the change in the local office address which has changed recently and also about the procedure for the obtaining NOC. I am very much annoyed with the treatment of customers by the company and its staff dealing with customers and their attitudes and there is more of a communication gap and casual attitude. thats y strongly recommend and appeal to all of my frnds that donna go for finance in this company as it unsatisfactory on all fronts.

                  I purchased a discover125 DTSi in 2006 ( RC owner M.Govinda Raj (Father) KL-11-X-8842) From KVR Motors Calicut, through Bajaj finance Calicut. After completion of loan BAFL returned the spare key to us but that key is not my vehicle's key . I informed this to BAFL but they telling that mistake is happened from KVR motors, Kvr motors telling viseversa.
                  How can i get original spare key?

                    i am owning pulsar 150dts-i i purchased on 14th oct 2008 i am facing many problems like engine oil leaking, noisy engine, week both shocks( front&rear) for above problems i have taken my bike to bangalore for 5 times still above problems was not solved so i am giving only 2 choices first one is i requestd u to send any experts to my locality(bangarpet) second one is i will bring my bike to bangalore than you must replace the engine i hope u will respond to it as soon as possible and 1 more thing i[censored] neglected above 2 choices than it will be very serious .

                    I too purchased a Bajaj pulsar 150 DTS-i, on 13th of April 2009, i took my bike 4 times in a period of 2 months to bajaj service authorities, as my bike used to give an average mileage of 29.73 km/l, still its giving the same, where as at showroom they said it will give about 55 km/l (highway mileage), my bike gears also stuck & causes noise, ...no one is listening to me ...i need bajaj (HeLp) service people to personally check my vehicle, at PARIS BAJAJ, munivaar, Srinagar, KASHMIR

                        Vibration in handle when crosses 45 mark in milometer

                        I purchased this bike from Bajaj Showroom-Aundh.
                        Right from the first day I am observing a bit of vibration in my bike's handle and it start shaking more when I cross the 40-45 mark in speedometer.I don't think that it has anything to do with the safety while overspeeding because my other friends doesn't have this special functionality:).

                            I have purchased a bajaj platina 125 dts-si on cash from KALPATARU AUTOMOBILES, budge budge trank road, bata more, mahestata kokata-700141, fax no 24901569. on dt 21.07.09 and as per challan chassis no md2ddjkzz spc08396 and engine no jau bsc07235.the dealer promised me to hand over my all papers alongwith r.c book within 10 days but i have not received anything from the dealer till date.i personaly spoke with him but everytime he made a cause and fix a date.i am afraid that the dealear has not processing my papers to the the motor vehicales(r.t.o).i am very upset whereas i am unable to drive my bike on road.
                            So, i request you plz do the needfull act to sloved this problem and take nessesary action as early as possible.
