[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Online booking failed; money not refunded

I had tried booking three tickets of Prime Normal type at PVR Phoenix for the Dec 27th 9 AM show for the movie "Vettaikaran". The transactions failed twice but the amount has been debited twice (Rs 460+ Rs. 460). The transaction IDs are First time: CCA[protected]IG14720235 TRANSFER TO [protected] Second time: CCA[protected]IG14713798 TRANSFER TO [protected] The transactions failed but with a message that the amount will be refunded. But its been more than a week since then and I have not got my refund. I have sent about 6 reminder emails (along with screenshots of error message) to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com but to no avail. I booked two tickets on 24 dec 2009. The transaction got failed stating the the money will be refunded within 48 hours. It has been more than two weeks but I still don't see any respective credit in my bank account.

I already sent a mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com with the screenshot of my bank statement with a couple of followup mails too but still they are ignoring my mails.

PVR authorties, Please credit the amount of Rs 470 ASAP.

Please call at[protected]. It would help. They were ignoring my mails also. I called them up and then they promised to do something. Just got a mail from ccavenue (payemnt gateway) that my refund process has been intitiated.
