[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance

I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.

The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

Sir My Internet Speed is Very Slow.
& Modem create a problem during Using Internet.
Modem goes down during using.
i also have the net connect its a relay 3rd class service if you are going to by a net connect just by any thing but don't bye reliance net connect

Reliance Communication — Deactivate SMS PACK

My Numaber is [protected], I want to deactivate the SMS 1Paisa pack which gets activated every month automatically . Have send SMS to DECATIVATE the same to reliance , but failed .

Reliance Netconnect — Broadband speed too slow

Hi,

I have purchased the reliance netconnect broadband+ scheme of 10gb download/month for Rs 999/- per month promising 1 mbps speed.
Since the purchase we haven't got the promised speed. The usual speed is 100 -125 kbps.
A nuber of complaints were launched but no action was taken.
please take into consideration this complaint.

Reliance — Their performance is not good

My number is [protected]. Whenever I am trying to call its saying "To resume service please contact Reliance Customer Care". I called reliance customer care. They are saying that my mobile number is in some other person's name.

How is it possible. I am using this number from 2005. How suddenly in one night this mobile gets other persons name?

Please help me.

Reliance Netconnect — retard service

As I registered to use Reliance internet connection service on 31 March and you sent your officers to install at room no.102 in the ladies’ international hotel o[censored]niversity of Pune. I am really disappointed to inform you that, up until now the connection has been failed and I could not access to the internet connection at all. The signal has been very low though I paid for the full amount of high speed at 1288 mbps with 2, 200 Rs plus service tax and so on, totally 2, 978 Rs.
I tried to contact both the officers who installed the system here but they requested for an extra payment for each coming of service, I did agree to pay but they didn’t come. I also contacted call centre service of Reliance Company, they only checked and talked over the phone and again nobody came. The signal is unstable and slow as such. It is already ten days passed and the failure remains.
I have not been accessible through any service. If Reliance Company cannot solve this problem properly within next Wednesday 20 April, I would like to cancel the installation and I need the refund of my payment back. We cannot wait any further.

I visited Your Bansankari Web wolrd bt they force to me for buy a Postpaid connection againg the number change of my choice. Than I compalin on ur customer care abouat that and the complain id is[protected] on 4/04/2011. The call is come frm town office for that complain n she say me i call u back bt no call is come. Am Always call to her bt she dnt give any reponse for that. on 5/04/2011 am also visited ur malleshvarma webol world in bangalore, i drop my documents there n they also say me to call u back bt till date no body can call me, n am call to his/her they say me call to this number [protected] but she say its not customer care number. I complain again on 198 n they give me complain number[protected] and the date is 12/04/2011. This Complain number is also nt resolved. I talk to in town office of reliance on that number [protected] and she say me that this number is nt a bangalore number. I purchase that number frm bhavesh communication, reliance mobile store at srinivasanagar bank colony bangalore and give all the needed documents zerox. I dnt knw why she say like this.
Due to all this i dnt think that reliance is a better service provider than other company. please take necessary decison.

Like Everyone else Here..m also a victim of RELIANCE..! bought Dat [censored]ng Stick 2 days back!..
Without knowing about dere unlimiited plan speed, i took dere [censored]ing Stick! was working gr8 in the beginning.. but after usage of 5 gb .. i was reminded that i m using a reliance product! dat reliance guy told me dat it will work at 3.1 mbps only! but now i m regreting about my decision.. !
from now i m not gonna buy any reliance product!

and m also regreting dat y i m reading ol dis after ol dis happend 2 me!

Dear sir , I have reliance NET CONNET BROAD BAND+ model no ZTE AC2736. My number is [protected]. When conneted in HSD mode it shows full range of signal but still the speed is very low around it varies in the range 5kbps to 18kbps .my location is Andheri(west) .Now my complain is what to do with your equipment .
1. Should I waste my time talking to your call center ??
2. Do you have any pay back or replacement policy(with some new latest high speed gadget)

Reliance Netconnect — Betrayal of trust and Poor Bandwidth

Dear Realince Netconnect,

I bearing realince MDN number [protected] getting attracted to the Realince Brand opted for Realince high-speed net-connect broadband services paying 1600 for the device and 330 for my internet account recharge.

While I am promised a maximum bandwidth of 3.1Mbps(384KB/Sec),I am hardly getting a maximum/average bandwidth of 15-20KB/sec due to which i am having a torrid time in downloading and watching streaming videos.While It is highly understandable that the internet traffic is subject to lot of congestion,a band width as low as the above(20KB) and 5% of the assured maximum bandwidth manifests the fact that Brand Reliance has failed big time.

I sincerely want my money invested on the device,INR 1600 at any cost failing Realiance only Proves that it is cheating its consumers in-guise of excellent marketing and there by selling its brand.

Reliance Netconnect — Minimum speed

I have been using Reliance Netconnect datacard for past 45 days. In ad they tell that we could search at a speed of 3.1 Mbps. But i could surf and download at a speed around 50 Kbps which is equivalent to my dial up bsnl desktop connection. I want to know whats the reason for this, why i couldnot download or surf at greater speed.

I update all information to VRITI to activate my Wireless device, Which is not happen till today.

Reliance Netconnect — Very poor and pathetic service

Have a very very bad experience of reliance netconnect. I supposed to get speed of 3.2 Mbps and I was getting 0.1 Kbps. After 8 days of customer care persuade, they told me that my device has some problem and i will get new device from company. That new device should be delivered to me within 8 days but it took 20 days. After that they told me to go web world to activate the device. Reliance web world employee are the most rude, irresponsible, unprofessional and lazy people on this planet. ( specially the web world at Sion.) I was telling them my problem and one of their employees was laughing at me. Moreover, my device activation which ideally should take 24 hours, took 4 days to activate. And still my device is not activated although in their database it is showing me that status as ACTIVATED. Dont know what miracle was it. Finally i m frustated and decided to close my connection. Plz plz plz dont choose reliance at all, unless u want to test ur patience.

Reliance Netconnect — Refund of online payment

I purchased Reliance Broadband Modem on[protected]. First I did the online payment which was not reflected at reliance system so I did cash payment. They told me that they are in process of refunding my online payment (Rs. 1399), but still I did not receive the same.

Please help me.
My Reliance broadband is not working since Aug 17. I have called the customer care hundreds of times and also called the nodal office. They gave me Mr Ranade's number to escalate and that number is ALWAYS busy. I have other job than calling Reliance every morning.

They have been telling me that the EDP on Sus Road is down. I want to know if everyone who have Reliance internet in this area (Sus Road, Pune) are without connectivity for last 20 days!! Horrible service.
