[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Reliance USB CDMA Modem worst performance

I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.

The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

Reliance Communication — Disconnection of the number and still asking for payment

had taken a post paid connection with Reliance (Number [protected]). I had put in a request for the disconnection of the same on May 22, 2009 (document attached) for which an executive from Reliance had come and got all the formalities completed and took a final payment from me.



Now after a month a get a bill from Reliance claiming the bill for the month of June. I fail to understand that when I have got my number disconnected from May 22, 2009, then where is the bil coming from. I have been to the web world, I have spoken to the customer care and everyone seems to understand the problem, however they come back again asking for the payment.

I have already written to them many times and even have the document which was given to me while the disconnection was processed.
Reliance Netconnect is the worst thing in my life. Mr. Nishant (in Moradabad) is the worst person in Reliance Connection. Never buy this if you don't wanna to get frustate.

Hi I also got the same problem. I have lodged a complaint with them. Soon will be escalating to the Chairman's Office.
I fully agree with all the complaints .. Ferw minutes bk called up custromer care depptt, it took ten minutes to connect to technical deptt, the proble was about speed.. they told me to download net bosster to enhance the speed, how crazr when already it is taking the 5 mins to open their own relaince netconnect website, how will i be able to download the netbooster, it will take ages..then they told me to go to cyber cafe.. bloody this is nonsense.. AM I paying Rs 800 per month to go to cyber cafe to get the netbooster downloaded.. I suggest dont ever go for reliance netconnect.. The customer care is pathetic and the speed is even worse.

Yes, I agree 100% and have similar experience.
Me stay at Magarpatta... The distributor 'Reliance Net Connect'... I have only two words for him-->FIRST I DON'T Remember and second he himself... I was so eager to visit the place n get one of the best plans available, looked for Brocher, and enquired about the best plan... The behavior level is to hell... They don't even talk few words..
I can not used BAD words, thats it...

Reliance — Never Buy Reliance Connection

The reliance connection has so many problems:

1. The levy unnecessary and unreasonable changes in Bill
2. The customer care executives are rude. Infact one executive use abscene laguage.
3. The complaints registered with the customer care never gets resolved

I bought reliance net connect 2 months back. First i opted for night 10 GB plan at Rs 499 per month, but some they have increased my sessions and manipulated my bill amount as Rs. 1000/= even though i have not used for that many hours, later i changed my plan to Rs. 850 (1GB day usage + 10 GB night usage) this time i got bill amount as Rs. 2000/ . They simply manipulate bills, I know how much i used, Reliance is cheat. So i have terminated my services now. Please do not buy this product. Thanks
Relaince Netconnect is one of the cheating businesses that Reliance do. Absolutely there is no any speed, and not even 100kbps i am getting. This is a total fraud.
package migration not done in time even after repeated requests. it seems collecting money by fraud.

Reliance/Broadband USB connection — Worst level of service

Hi,

I had taken broadband USB connection in mid of April 2009. I enjoyed service for 2 months and paid the bill on time. But from Jun I started getting 'Connection Terminated' error message while connecting to internet. I tried getting solution from Reliance Customer support but finally they told me that this is not their issue, it is the issue of the Software provider who provides software to Reliance.
The issue was drivers fro Vista was not working but the same was working for Windows XP only and Reliance people were just trying to blame the Software Provider and who provides software to Reliance instead of providing solution to the customer.

Finally I stopped using the service after frustrated by the Reliance service. After 3 months I initiated to settle the bill but Customer Support Guys told their system is down, Somebody from Reliance will call back. I waited almost a month for callback but I received a notice for payment of bill (This shows the worst Customer Support of Reliance Dhirubhai Ambani Group). I again called customer support and they told to go in any of Reliance Webworld or Reliance Communication center and settle the bill and you can continue the service or terminate it.
I went to Vishrantwadi, Pune Reliance communication center they forwarded me to the Recovery department of Reliance, I called the recovery department and that person(Mr. Nadim) was even not trying to listen my problem. He told this connection(My connection) is assigned to some other person (in the name of 'S. K. Enterprises'. I was surprised how a company like Reliance can do this unethical activity without informing the customer.

Finally I thought to convert my same connection to pay the amount asked by the recovery person and continue it then he told you can't get same number again and you have to give all the documents and get a new connection.

I had no option to pay the bill and close the connection even I never used the Internet facility of that cost.

This incident made me hate the Reliance products and services. I also advice my friends and relatives not to use Reliance services. I know my advice and experiance can't make much difference but atleast I will affect 100 people in my circle, that will give me enough satisfaction.

With great believe in Ambani family business proved as myth and I became the victim fo worst customer support by Reliance.

Reliance Netconnect — Awry Bill Generated

I purchased Reliance NETCONNECT data card in Rs.3173 on September 2009 with Plan of Rs - 1341/- . At the time of Puchased I already updated to Reliance Executive that i'm not able to pay that much amount instead of Rs 800 to 900. The they said that it's a one month rental free before ending of Rental period i have to update in customer care that I have to downgrade the plan & i will charged for downgrade plan. I follow the same process.

Now i have a received a Bill of Rs 450/- for the Period of 2nd Oct to 9th Oct.which was not clarified by Customer care or even by Nodal Officer. Request of changing the Plan was updated in Customer Care on 28th Sep '09 (Request No:[protected] & In Request No:[protected]th Oct '09, I have spoken Customer care regarding of Awry Bill but it's not clarified to me. Again I have loged the same complaint under Request No: [protected] to Floor Supervisor but she also not clarified my point and she provided Nodal Officer No. Today (26th Oct '09) i received a call from Rupali (Nodal Officer), and she also not clarify my Point, Why I have to pay Rs 450/-. After requesting her to transfer the line to concern person, she directly blown up to me said that she have a another call which is waiting and she is not going to transfer my line as their is no such cocern person, the as per request she provided me Request no of Conversation :[protected].
Reliance Customer Care and Nodal Officer Rupali Said that Billing Generation Date is 9th Day of EveryMonth.
My concern was When My Card Activated on 2nd Sep then it's free up 2nd Oct, whether bill generation date was on 9th, 15th or whatever. Rupali (Nodal Officer) said from 2nd Oct to 2nd Nov '09 bill already sended to me but no such Bill i received and not even such details available on site.
As per Reliance My first Bill was from 2nd Sep to 9th Sep '09 and 2nd Bill was from 9th sep to 9th Oct. In Same Rental Free Period i update in Customer care that I was charged as per my changed plan from 2nd Bill, but charged which is made to me as per Purchased Plan, wherein it is already update in customer care. I not asking for give me full waiver and i agree to pay the amout as per plan i have changed. I followed each an step which was updated to my then why should i have to pay Awry Bill. I have recording of each n every call from Customer care even Nodal Officer.
Such kind of person spotting the Reliance name, which means Trust. I want each an everything to be cleared and justify with Consumer, Each an Every Consumer purchase the connection on behalf of Name Only, same i have did and now i'm very much frustrated with Reliance for such kind of Responce.

Reliance Net Connect — Very very poor service

I took reliance net connect before a month, with total amount of 2400 rs. I use it only for two days.
Then they suddenly cut it without any reason. Now i dily go to the customer centre. There is no response from them.
We lost our money. Is we get the money back?

Reliance Netconnect — activation of broadband not done

Hello sir/mam.Recently i purchased reliance netconnect usb modem.At first it worked properly.but, after few days it stopped working.I called the customer care and asked for the explanation. They told your ID proof details was declined. As am a non localite of the particular place called vijayawada which is in andhra pradesh. I have submitted my professor proofing.But, instead they declined that too when it was perfectly alright. Without warning me how could they disconnect my services. I paid money for USb modem too. I resubmitted my documents.but, they said verification department is on leave. you need to wait for one more week.if they are on leave,That's not my problem right. They even turn off my calls and dont respond properly. please solve my problem.. Am a MBA student who need internet all the time.

I also have the same problem. And this happens two time. first time i got billed by 2800 and the actual bill was only 650. and second time this increases by 2880 and i complainet again but i did not get any responce till now..

EC325 — not sufficient speed

Dear Sir,

My bsnl nic Huawei EC325 is not giving the desired internet speed ...
The internet speed always is between 3 kb/s to 20 kb/s...
But I was been told that the speed would range between 150 kb/s to 250 kb/s.. But as you can see that it is far slower from it. Please ensure that this problem should be resolved within some days...
