dear sir,
i regret to say that your coustomer service is not up to the mark,because i bought a hand set on the month of november 2011,after 4 moths the set shows a complaint of auto suitch off while receiving or attenting calls or during idle time,i went to service station at kottayam[sreesivam communications,kmc 643 f,afra building,jetty road,pulimoodu jn,kottayam 6860001],they told me that it was soft ware complaint and they retuned the set after 3 days,but after that also the same was happening,then again i given the set to them and told the same problem exists,after 3 days they called me and told the set is ready,then on receving the set after some days the same problem is again happening,totally i had given the set for three times for service and yet they are not finding the problem,they are simply keeping the set for two three days,and just returning that,i told them that i will complaint,yet they told me that do what ever u what ,that was not at all a good way to talk to a customer,i hope that the respective authority will give me a solution soon,

Samsung Washing Machine — Samsung Washing Machine Part Replacement
HiWe had a power problem in our area around three weeks back and because of that the whole PCP unit of the washing machine got bad. I registered my complaint the same day, for last one week I am calling Samsung customer service and they are telling me daily that the part will arrive today and they will come and replace it. But still my washing machine is out of order and the samsung guys have not turned up to replace the parts. What should I do about their customer service.
