[Resolved] State Bank of India — ATM CARD | |||
I withdrew 1000Rs using my SBI debit card in the ICICI ATM Machine(ATM ID:S1AN2486) on 26.02.2011. But I got only 700Rs, I did not get the transaction slip at that time. I called to SBI customer care ,they told they need transaction ID for registering the compliant. After that I sent mail to my branch office regarding this issue ,There is no proper response from them . Then I called so many time to my branch to ask about the transaction number, but no one is ready to pick the phone. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

I have savings bank a/c in VIVEKANANDA HOUSE, CHENNAI. SBI BO and my
SB A/C NO.[protected]. I had used STANDARD CHARTERED BANK ATM CENTRE situated at GRINDLAYS GARDEN, 1 HADDOWS ROAD, CHENNAI - 600 006 today morning ( ie 07.11.2009) at around 5.00 AM for withdrawing Rs.10000/-.and i withdraw the amount and receive the ATM DEBIT CARD.
While iam trying to access second time to withdraw a sum of amount Rs.100/- a bad experience I had gathered. I had not received any money from the STANDARD CHARTERED BANK ATM CENTRE and also no printed statement was not generated from that machine. So I can't mentioned the ATM ID. My card was not ejected.
It gives error like " YOUR CARD CANNOT BE RETAINED".
Please do the needful.

I am applying for an atm card, and i received my card on 23.02.2009. But still i am not getting my pin number. I ask in branch for pin number but they didnt give any response.So please send my PIN number immediately, without which the card is meaningless.

dear sir,
i had an atm card of sbi savings account at chandrayangutta branch hyderabad. I had lost this card and had applied for blocking this atm card. Later i found this atm card and gave a written application to SBI chandrayangutta branch on 21 Nov 09. I was assured that my atm would be activated within 48 hrs.
On 23 Nov 09 i used my atm card in ANdhra bank atm machine at champapet to check the status of my atm. Unfortunately the atm card was retained by the machine. I hereby request you to get back my atm card to me.

SBI Bank — issued the ATM to someone else

Now I am facing that My Pin No is mising and I Can not axis my account due to Pin No. Thre fore you are requested to issue a New Pin No at the earliest please. I contacted thrice the SBT Panjim Branch for the above said but they are not listning and they are not co-operating .
