COMPLAIN AGAINST HP CUSTOMER CARE
i, sri surajit dhar, residing at 54 muralidhar pally , sodepur, kolkata-700110, faced problems in my hp printer from dt 8/01/11 & lodged complain to their toll free no. but no response has yet been received from their end. my complain no was 35754. details of my printer which was purchased on 21/01/10 from lalani group( lalani infotech ltd, 1a, khetra das lane/25, ganesh chandra avenue, kol-700 012) are as follows...
