Tikona — Invalid collection of money

Hi,

I took internet connection some were in Nov Dec-12 that is quarterly plan.
But due to some Techincal issue my service is topped working just in 1-2 month.
I have sent so many mail and done so much of follow ups.but didn't received any useful response from Tikona.

Today i have got a call from Delhi court. for saying that i have to do a payment of Rs 1700/-.I made this payment.
Right now i was on call with customer care as usual,No one know what happened to my connection.Finally I have asked then to re close my connection.
My complaint number is:[protected].

Now i want my money back.

Still you haven't paid me my money back.
For closing of connection no reply.:

I have already submitted instrument(adapter) to your Technical engg.
Regarding Modern it was being used for some other connection, in same Building.
Just not I want to get this connection closed ASAP.

As there is nothing pending on me So please close my connection ASAP.

As updated in subsequent mail's, I have already submitted the instruments, So there i no point in resolving the issue, Because I wouldn't be able to use your service.
So Please close it ASAP.

Can you let me know what is actually happening and what is status of my request.
What about my money and connection status.


Just to remind you it's almost a month, there is not much done from your end apart from updating this Blog.
This is very depressing.
