TODAY THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO OVER DUE PAYMENT AS PER CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER . AS EARLIRY I HAVE SUMMITED THE BANK STATMENT TO TRIKONA OFFICER MR. SANDEEP HIS MOBILE NO IS [protected] .
AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT - 504/- CHQ NO IS 552297 UCO BANK AND ITS WAS CLEAR ON 8TH OF NOV FROM MY ACCOUNT . AFTER THEN ALSO TRIKONA HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION WITHOUT MY FAULT . SIR TRIKONA'S MANGEMENT IS SO POOR THAT THEY EVEN CANNOT UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMER'S A/C , HOW THEY CAN DO PERFECT ACCOUNT IN TRIKONA COMPANY , SUCH A BIG NAME OF COMPANY , AND MANAGENT IS LIKE "KIRANA STORE" .

AS THE PERSON HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE THEN ALSO YOUR COMPNAY'S HAD DISCONNECTED THE CONNECTION . THAT MEANS THE PERSON WHO PAYS HIS AMOUNT HONESTLY , THEN ALSO HE HAVE TO SUFFER .

THIS IS KIND REQUEST TO YOU THAT PLEASE TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST THIS KINDS OF COMPANY AND AVOID CUSTMER TO SUFFER WHEN HE IS RIGHT .

    I used to have a tikona connection 2 years back in early 2011.I have disconnected the connection

    Its been almost 2 years and sudden yesterday in the evening i got a call from some advocate from delhi court and he says that Tikona company has filed a case against me for non payment of the bill.

    I dont know to what purpose i have to pay the bill when i am no more using it.

    Broadband — Wrong Billing

    I sorry to say that BSNL service is moving to bad condition. I am running a public telephone booth with broad band service with two system. last two years my broand bill was rupees 2000/- to 3000/-. in the month of Dec'09. our broad band was not working. last working was 25th of dec'09. BSNL sent the bill Rupees 13,520/- when i made a written complaint they are not ready to accept my complaint. I am uable to pay the bill. i don't know what's wrong with BSNL staff. now they are sending telegram and notice to take further action. I am planning to make a complaint to all over India BSNL officer's whethere they will take right decision or the same decision what Trichy main office people took.

      I am using Tikona as my ISP from last 1 and half years. I shifted to malviya nagar couple of months before. A guy from tikona came and set it up for me here. But after some time i started facing problems with internet. I have 4MBPS connection and i sometimes used to get 100KBPS of speed and sometimes internet is completely not forking. Its been happening from November '12. I made a lot of complaints regarding my internet connection calling tikona customer service number[protected]. But every time they say that there is something with the server on your side we will fix it in 24 hours or they say that your modem is faulty and will replace it. They replaced my modem twice, sometimes engineer never came and i still got the message that as your internet is working fine now we are closing the case. Still i have paid my bill for November as well as december. Now in January my internet is still not working the way it should and sometimes no internet, but they again sent me a bill. I called them for cancellation of this bill as i haven't used internet but that executive was playing around on call and asked me to call back. I am very uspet with Tikona's service. I am not paying any bill this month, and i also want the refund of my last too bills i paid to tikona without using the service. TIKONA IS THE WORST ISP.

      I Pooja Nagpal wish to submit a complaint against TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PVT. LTD as I wanted to use tikona internet at my home,so demo was shown to me & I gave a cheque of rs.1213/- at the name of TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PVT. LTD about 2 months ago to give me the connection but after some days a person came and check for the signals in the region, but signals were not to the mark in our locality.So due to weak signals he did not install the connection and took all the wires and device along with him and ensured me that my cheque would come back to me through courier, but till now cheque has not come& and i have got two bills for two months of rs/-551.
      but when i called customer care then they gave me complaint no.s every time (two compaints no. are [protected] & [protected]) every time i called them they give me unsatisfactory answers. So i kindly request you tyo take some necessary actions and give my money back(rs 1213/-).

        Disconnection Request - 1-[protected]

        I have given a disconnection request on dated 12/06/2011 number 1-[protected].

        From the beginning I am not able to use the service, I have given complaint many times at last I stopped complaining.

        Complaint numbers are follow :

        1-[protected] 27/4/11
        1-[protected] 01/5/11

        Above are few of the complaint number which I have rest you can check in my account in Tikona.

        After I took the service I have given first disconnection complaint within a week but didn't get any response, so I clearly mention either please return my money back or if you will not disconnect the services then don't expect me to pay any bill.

        But I have relieved the bill after disconnection, so I have checked with sales person Mr Praveen - +91 [protected]. Praveen told me not to pay the bill as I was not able to use the service for a single time and he will check with the billing department.

        Today (2/13/2013) after more than one an half year later I received a call from +91 – [protected], telling me that he is a lawyer calling from Delhi that he have received a case against me that for not paid the tikona bill of Rs 2900/- asking me to make the payment or else he will file the case for which I have to make a payment of Rs 2 Lakh for the lawyer.

        This is really cheating with the customer they are giving false commitments to their customers. I believe I am not the only one, may be many more who have gone through this kind of company torture.

        Can anyone help me on this, whom should I reach for this.

        I want to clear one more thing if I receive any more fake call from third party collection then I am going to complaint in the consumer court.

        Today again I got a call from [protected] and person is telling me that he is calling from Delhi police station and he is a Sub Inspector and he will issue a warrant against me where as this number is also from Rajasthan.

        Request you not to call me again else I have to take a legal necessary action against Tikona.

          I have started with Tikona's services on 13-Aug-10. I paid in advance for one year. After that I wanted to convert to monthly plan(mid Aug 2011). So I wrote a mail to their customer care stating my wish. But they didn't do any thing for the same.
          And they them send me the complete year bill for next one year.
          I called their team asking to convert to monthly plan but they did not so.
          So I did not wanted to continue Tikona as they were not understanding my requirement.
          After a month of renewal they discontinued my account.
          Even though I was willing to pay for what I have used (should be calculated on Pro-rota basis).
          They did not try to understand my point and continue to bombard me with complete year bill.
          Now I am getting police call(probably fake police) and ask me to transfer the amount immediate to tikona which i would not do.
          After receiving the calls on 25-Jan-13, I visited Andheri East Police Station, and asked about such situation.
          The police promptly told me that police would never indulge in such recovery kind of stuff and just ignore the same.
          Neither Tikona has sent me any kind of bill in this tenure nor any kind of notice.
          They are make people threatened by taking name of police, Which is ILLEGAL.

              Service ID : [protected] I paid for the broadband connection on July 24,2011 and got the actual connection on Aug 01,2011 (+- 1/2 days) . While paying for the connection, I paid Rs.1267( One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Seven) for PLAN BB649 (Unlimited usages fixed plan), in cash to your agent (Mr. Sanjay, Sales Executive ID : 15395, mobile no : [protected]),( application no : [protected]) . I still have the bill copy which I can produce before the court. But tikona claims to have received only Rs. 500 which is illogical since as per their own rules they take 1 month bill in advance + 500 installation charges. Then how do they claim to receive just Rs.500? Then I was not happy with the connection so I called the Tikona customer care and asked them to disconnect my connection on Aug26,2011. And send a mail to compliment the disconnection request (reference no :1-[protected]). So in total I used the connection for less than 1 month for which I had already paid in advance. But somehow they generated some bill against my name (Month of September though I had got the connection disconnected in month of Aug,2011 only) and they kept on calling me for the payment of the same. I tried to explain and sent them various mail regarding the same. The last response which got from them was : "We have forwarded your email to our collection team for stop collection call." But to my utter surprise, today morning ( Feb 10,2012) , I got a call from Govt. Advocate Sumit Choudary, CRO Legal Department , Tees Hazari Court, New Delhi ( Mobile no : [protected]) informing me that Tikona has filled a no-payment case against me and the hearing is at 11 am . So Either I need to appear before the court or make out of court settlement by paying Rs. 2052 and provide him the transaction ID. Since I reside in Bangalore, I wasn't possible me to reach Delhi. So I paid Rs 2052 ( Gateway Id 63957250 , Transaction Id [protected]TPC[protected] , which is totally unjust . I have got the bill copy as well as all the emails sent, to prove my claim. I would like Tikona to refund my money or else I will move to Consumer Court as I have all the documents to prove that I was wrongly charged.

                I already have posted complain against Tikona about their connectivity and their Customer care representative behavior.
                Anyway, I am posting it again so; any new person will aware of their behavior and service. So, they can avoid taking India’s worst Broadband connection.
                First of all, their connectivity:
                1. You will never get an error free connection even for 1 month continues.
                2. Their Invisible engineer can visit your house and complain can be closed without resolving.
                3. Sometime their real engineer visit your house even after 10 to 15 days (that may be they called within 24 Hours)
                4. You may have to call day after day just to get your own connection.
                5. No matter what you will do and how many mail you send along with proves the problem will be carried in his own way
                Now Their Customer Care Representative:
                1. They always consider the problem is with your system (No matter How good technician you are).
                2. They may harass you telling –“That’s your Problem I cannot do anything” and Cut or “I only take complain of real problem” and won’t take complain.
                3. You will be fooled by telling “next time it won’t happen” and the very next day it will be the same
                Or “Your connection is in our observation” I really want to know how they observe.

                These are few thing I am telling. I have prove of the speeds that I receive and Conversations made with their famous TL and Customer care representative

                  Never go for a Tikona internet connection for your home or office. It will turn to be a night mare. I have been subscribing to Tikona broadband services for the past two years. Download Speed has always been a problem and every now and then I used to call the Service center to rectify it. As I required a Wifi connection at home, I called up Tikona and enquired. I was asked to pay Rs.1500 +tax and settle my current outstanding for my request to be registered. I paid up all that online and called again and made the request. This time the so called Customer Service Executive at the call center came up with a different story. He asked me to call back from the registered number for my request to be registered. I did just that and was told that my Wifi connection will be in place in 72 hours. 72 hours passed but no connection. I called up again two days later and was told that the connection would be given in 24 hours. Several 24 hours passed and I kept calling again and again but no connection. When I told them I would sue them in a consumer court for this, pat came the reply:"Do what you can!" Never trust Tikona, they are cheaters to the core.

                      i got tikona broadband ago 4 month i have not got proper frequency then why he give me internet when i tell him about if need dia-cast antenna i will pay for antenna but he say no need antenna and we soon resolve your problem for 4 month he not give me resolve you can see in my all complain with date i daily dc problem and call him he say me power on & off cpe power box i am tired tell his technician please resolve my problem but he not resolved properly my problem you can see in photo with complain no. & date i daily write complain no.

                          Hello Friends,

                          I took Tikona( http://www.tikona.in) internet connection from 2 June 2012 for 6 months unlimited usage plan. (User ID: [protected]). I already made pre-payment Rs. 3000/- for it. I requested to terminate service before end of November 2012, due to zero service & then removed their cable from my system. I didn’t use full 6 months. But still me & my father got thousand calls from Tikona to pay more, as per their fraud bills. Ultimately I got NOC paper from Tikona. After it Tikona started to give threats to us on calls. Recently my father got such blackmail call from so called Tikona Lawyer, K. P. Singh (+91-[protected]). He was demanding Rs. 25000/- & gave threat that we have to go Delhi Court frequently to resolve this issue. Almost all customer, who disconnected Tikona service suffered in such way. All o[censored]s should fight against this bogus company. All o[censored]s should demand at least Rs. 50,000/- from Tikona, for mental-harassment & blackmailing to genuine peoples. It will be nice, if you can publish such to Newspaper(s). Kindly apply your best effort to terminate this fraud company.

                            Tikona customer care & services are worst in world, i asked customer care guys about full & final settlement statement so many times,they are not providing me the details, as per tikona policy, bill payment for next cycle is in advance, when i applied for disconnection, tikona care bill was generated for next cycle, they asked me to pay that & told me to refund that money, as i asked them payback my money, they are telling, no refund is applicable to you, when i asked them about full & final settlement statement, they are not providing me the details, where they adjusted my money, please read my full conversation with them, how they are irritating to the customers, they are worst in there conversations & services.

                              I took a plan of Tikona User ID: [protected]. 1 Mbps unlimited plan.. IN the night the services doesnt work, they say the load is too much on the server. Call customer care u in queue for half an hr.. They say they will send an enginner.. The Engineer comes and says they have very basic server which cant take laod, so adviced me not to use in the night.. Now whats the use of the net if it doesnt work in the night...
                              I called customer care asked them to sed me the bill and cancel the connection.. they aid it will take 15 days to disconnet. I said wow take 30 days or 1 yr but i wont pay anything from today.. i[censored] r so lazy to login into the system and stop the services its your fault not mine...

                              Then in Dec i received a call from a lawyer in delhi.. he said make the tikona payment or i will lodge a complaint againt you in delhi high court..
                              I said company has not send me the final bill how can i make the remaining payment... he said that company wont do just make the payment..
                              I said how can i randomly make a payment when i dont know how much i have to pay... he said pay 1793 rs... immediatly or else by lunch time i will lodge a complaint..

                              First they torture us by not providing services then they ask there agents to call us and threten us..
                              Can i get my money back now from them? Is there any way to solve these harrasment...

                              Tikona Secured Wireless Broadband services — Connection delay

                              I have booked for internet connection 6 days back, still now i do not get any connection.
                              Non of the company people respond to the phone call. They take hole money after that not respond my call.
                              It seems that Tikona people are not interested to resolve my closing connection request since april 2012 as you are sending me bills on regular basis. I am attaching the Tikona documents which shows that my unused hardware was collected by tikona on 21-Apr-2012. Now will you justify why billing was done for may, jun ,jul, aug when there is no hardware in my premises and Total usage MB is zero. (See detailed billing detail below)
                              You have not settled my bill of april as i requested many times (Plz see service request in bottom). In month of april my net never worked(only usage 991MB while in march i used 21405MB) then why shoud i pay full amount for 10 days as my connection activated from 20th of month. I requested to disconnect on 1st april 2012 but it was delayed at your end and hardware was dismentled on 21st april.

                              I again request you to give me correct bill B[protected] for april month only for 10 days on pro rata basis so that i could pay it. I am willing to resolve the issue. If you people are not serious than I have to take this matter to consumer court as a case of harassment as your agent’s keep calling me for payment(or extortion of money).

                              even me and my friends were victim of this tikona broadband hyderabad..they have cheated me..1 and half year back i paid 500+100(some charges)=600 for net connection to their agent named prasad, they were no signals in our area, they have given all false information, the reality is they were no signals in our area..when i tried to call that person prasad, he dint pick my calls, when i called him form diff num, with out any hesitation he replied that
                              "this is our business, we need to increase our connections in order to meet out target we do like this, u will never get ur money back""
                              this is the reply i got from that agent..
                              later came to know that in our building totally 10 families were cheated by this tikona agents.
                              in our colony in the simalar way they have cheated hundreds of families
                              I am loknarayan gupta residing in navi mumbai, vashi. i took a tikona prepaid connection in 2010 for one year (consumer id: [protected]). in june 2011, i shifted from my current apartment to a nearby other apartment (1.5 km away). i called tikona service center & told them to transfer my connection to new place. they didnt do that. as per them in that perticular area there services was not avilable (area:- Raheja apartment, sector 14, vashi, navi mumbai. so i told them to disconnect the connection & give me back my deposite (1000 rs.). they didnt do that also They told me to pay one month charges 500. so i told them them cut the amount from my deposite & remaining 500 rs send me back. they didnt do anything.
                              today 02.09.2013 after three years back i got a call from one lawyer from delhi (his no [protected]). he is telling me to pay 3256 rs. or he will file case tomorrow in delhi high court. then i ll have to pay 1.5 lacs. or my bank account, license pan card everything will be blocked. as i am in mumbai so cant go to delhi.
                              please help me. or advise me should i file a case against tikona. or should police complain against that delhi lawyer.

                              We availed the services of Tikona Wireless Broadband in Mysore from April 2012. We took a plan where we had to pay in advance for three months. After paying for the 2nd time, suddenly their services in Mysore stopped. They took their modem also and assured that a refund will be provided. However, even after repeated complaints through their Customer Care we did not get any refund. When we checked in our account a bill was generated where a negative amount was shown in the amount due part. They had even charged an amount of Rs. 1500 as termination penalty charges. Now, they have filed a case against us of non-payment of the bill amount. This is complete harassment from their side. First of all they did not give us any refund of the amount that we had paid, even after acknowledging that through their last bill. Secondly, they had mentioned a termination penalty charge in the last bill, which is completely uncalled for as their services were discontinued in Mysore and for that we are not the persons to be charged for. Lastly, they have filed a case against us for non-payment, which is ridiculous as we are the persons who should get a payment. I have attached the last bill that they had generated which has all the details of the amount of money that we are supposed to receive.
                              Dear Tikona,

                              I took Tikona Internet connection on Jun 2013 and was with you till September 2013. Though the

                              speed of the connection was good and I was happy with their services but what I experienced

                              after the disconnection was beyond horrendous. I called you somewhere in end of September

                              and asked you to discontinue my account which you agreed to at that point in time.

                              However, I got called back in November asking for bill settlement, anyways I informed

                              at that point in time that I am not a user anymore and please discontinue the

                              services. This time around I also sent an email to their customer care account and also to

                              their local area representative namely Mr. Santlal Sharma.

                              Even after doing all that I got a threatening call on 4th Dec saying that I have not yet

                              paid my bill and this matter is going to be sent to court. The caller apparently was an

                              advocate. They asked me to deposit Rs. 1, 445 (I don&#039;t know how they reached this number).

                              At this point I debated on whether I should deposit this money or not as I haven&#039;t used

                              their services during this period, however like a normal citizen I didn&#039;t want to get into

                              any legal trouble for such a meager amount and hence I deposited the money. I tried calling

                              the so called &quot;advocate&quot; after depositing the money but to no avail. He wasn&#039;t available!

                              Matter was fine to this extent but lately I started getting a call from them to deposit

                              further Rs. 1, 500 as there is more bill pending. Now, the interesting point - this guy who

                              called me from number [protected] said that his name is Advocate D K Suri (please note that

                              he also introduces himself as Chetan Sharma when he call people for extortion) and that he is going to take legal action against me. This time again I relented in the starting thinking that this is a meager

                              amount, I was going to deposit the amount but I thought let me search for this number first

                                  Last few days I am receiving calls from claiming to be lawyers on behalf of Tikona from various numbers like [protected], [protected], [protected] etc asking for payment. This is Harassment to customers & they need to STOP IT IMMEDIATELY.

                                  I am seeing lot of such harassment to other customers also. Is this how you operate?

                                  If Tikona has no such lawyers then how those people got my information? It is severe BREACH of customer information & they need to answer/fix that as well.

                                  For the record, I had requested to stop service long time back as shown in mail below. But what Tikona did is, took months to stop the service & kept sending bills. You start service very next day so that billing starts next day but stopping service take months...This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL.

                                  I am being harassed by Tikona. I took Tikona connection for a few months last year and then due to pathetic services and too much of outages I decided to change the service provider. I stopped using the services of Tikona in Feb 2014. Tikona asked me to return the modem which is a shared device on my terrace. despite several emails and calls to the customer care and the local tikona representative, no one came to collect the device and while Tikona keeps sending me demand notices and apparent Legal notices and SMS. I keep trying to contact Tikona through the customer care phone number and emails and while there has not been a single response to the emails, the customer care keeps telling me someone will call me back and I never get a callback.
                                  I also received a call from [protected] from a lady who said she is calling from the office of Mr. Pankaj Kapoor in Tees Hazari court. She asked me to make the payments urgently otherwise she would proceed to file a civil case against me. This is really a torture and harassment. Tikona in a way is threatening its users of Legal notices to extract money. This is really bad and concerning.
                                  Looking at this thread I am planning to lodge a police complaint againt Tikona. Has someone done that yet?

                                      I have discontinued the services of Tikona Digital Network & returned the equipment on 21st October 2012, CPE Removal Letter No. 1410.
                                      Still i am getting Bill Payment Request since the last two Months.

                                      Even after repeatedly talking with the Customer Care representatives i am being called again & again to pay the bill amount.


                                      Please do the needful.
                                      Pay the bill and end the matter... These are very worst people, they will file a case to receive your those Rs. 500-2000.

                                      Just day before yesterday I got a call from some lawyer and he advise me to pay the bill otherwise he has been asked to file a case on me.

                                      We can easily fight with Tikona people as we have so many mails and evidence like receipts and all. But then that time we should have time to do this.

                                      If you will get notice, you should also give notice and ask them to meet in court.
                                      Keep posting.

                                        I am staying in Pune & taken tikona internet connection in Sep 2012 by paying 6 months advance rental. But since October there was technical problem & they were not able to fix online as well as not able to send technical person. My User id: [protected]

                                        They told me that they have the problem with local cable operator so current issue can not be resolved therefor better you disconnect your connection.

                                        I gave the request for disconnection & they terminated in Nov but since then i have not refunded the amount because i have hardly use internet for a month so they should refund the amount for remaining 5 months.

                                        When ever i call to customer care they do not give proper response as well as no impact on writing mail to customer care. Nor they transfer or escalate the call to seniors.

                                        Tikona is the cheat company & they do not have the anything in customer support. I have written the mail to Prakash Bajpai but no response.I am still waiting for the refund & hoping that i will get soon.

                                        Please suggest what to do.

                                        1) 14 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011 --- there is usage of 417 MB and bill amount is Rs 1110.65
                                        2) 26 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011 - there is usage of 557MB.
                                        Hence refund is not applicable to your account

                                        wll — WLL DEAD SINCE DEC 1ST WEEK

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        Pl. note that I am having the above mentioned telephone landline phone & which is not working properly since 05.12.2008 & I had made online complain having compain no G0235 & the officer also visited our place to repair the dispute.They then asked us to purchase the telephone coil, whis was always supplied by the BSNL.We enquired that the same should be supplied by BSNL.They denied.

                                        I again made the complain on 22.12.2008 bearing no. G9483 & also talked with Mr.Bakshi (HOD of Telephone, Kaikhali, Kolkata) bearing telephone no. 21066180, since 16.12.2008 every day.

                                        But all the efforts are in vain & now the phone is tollay dead since 16.12.2008.

                                        If the department is not in a postion to serve the consumer properly, they should stop the business.
                                        We are paying for the services which we are not getting .

                                        I want your interverence to solve the issue at the earliest.

                                        I m ankit jain one of tikona customer. i taken my connection on 12.08.2010 and i paid the payment through cheque then after the engineers of tikona was came at ma place for connection but there so no range of network at my place. that time i called at tikona care and said for disconnect it and give me my money back.them said you will be get back refund in 45 days of disconnect the connection . but now more then 2months is gone but still i didnt got my money back. i called at customer care a lots of time but them are telling you will be get in 10days and all but still 15days is went . i called again then said ur cheque have been sent from here so you will get in 4-5 days but still 10days more is went.i think so them are making fool to people only. them service are totally bad. so please help me .

                                        I have apply for Tikona Wireless Broadband, For that i Had Paid 1102/- for Connection and Installation. But due to some technical Issue, Installation was pending. I have already stated for Cancellation of this Services. Still no one had came to remove the Router and Cable from my residence Primises. Nor i had recieved any refund of amount 1102/-

                                        Tikona — refund issue

                                        Tikona broadband service in delhi worst, I never recommended tikona.
                                        22nd November Tikona broadband installed in my home at first day internet working after that day there is no network. tikona engineer never resolve this problems. After 2 week I request to disconnect my connection and refund my money I called[protected] multiple times but no one responded their customer care never received the disconnection call and keep customer on hold forever or drop the call instead

                                        15th December I wrote to [protected]@tikona.in regarding disconnect my connection and refund my money. But till date there is not proper response regarding my refund but their billing department generating monthly bill and no reply on mails

I don’t think any service provider gives you a technical guy on line. The engineer guided me with the steps. Its very simple. Now I can do setting with my other mobile also.                                         wll — 45 days not get connection

                                        i have not get new wll connection from bsnl after 45 days of ragistretion date i done my payment on ragistretion date Rs:500/- and they will tell me that after one week you will get a wll connection but till now i will not get my connection so tell me that what should i do for this miss behaviyer or ignorance with me .
