No money back even when there is no service get activated at my end.

I have recently bought a Tikona internet connection (on 28th April 2013), I was asked to give installation/monthly charges in advance which I gave (1650/-). And then two engineers came, and pull the wire and asked me to wait till my connection gets activated from there server. I never get my connection up and running, when I contacted the customer care number I was told after they diagnose from there end that I don't have proper hardware...

Bill Settlement

I had paid 2000 for Tikona wifi router which was never given to me. Bombay Tikona custome care say that their computer is showing that the wifi router is given to me.
I got the connection disconnected and my outstanding bill is Rs 1500. Insted of adjusting the amount which i paid for router i am getting calls that they are going to file a case against me.

fraud bills for id 1108252769

Tikona is activating services without any consent and charging 200 bucks stating your credit was activated and you have used 1mb of data. Even a 4G wont cause 100 bucks for 1mb. Also my plan was a prepaid plan and I do not understand what gives tikona the authority to activate and kind of plans or credits without your consent.
Tikona does not cares about customers in least possible ways and tries to milk thd cow as much as they please.br...
