Hi Everyone, Its really very tedious to get a simple referal bonus. If i have forwarded the detail from internet then what is the issue with Tikona process, why these people cannot maintain referal record. They never give referal bonus. I raised complaint so many times but each time they keep asking stupid question for confirming my referal. When i have already provided details on internet then why they ask for confirmation again. This shows nothing but just a way of disturbing their customer so that they stop asking referal bonus and they get rid of providing referal bonus. I forwarded one friend, But i did not get referal bonus till three moths. Then i called customer care and talked to Rakshanda- She gave me another number: 1-[protected] and confirmed that Referal bonus will be given in next billing. request raised on 28-Aug-2013. If there would by any issue then they will call me. But i did not received any calll nor any referal bonus. I again call customer care and they ask me to confirm all the details of referal. When i have already refered from website and given my user id at that time, then what is the issue in connecting that user id with referal details. Even while refering they ask stupid questions like 1) what is the referal user id. (Now isnt it obvevious why would i ask them what user id is allocated to you?) 2) They ask me what is the name of the person. ( In one house many people live. If one person X take advice from me for internet connection and i told him tikona is ok and refered his name in website on his permission. But due to some person reason the x person took connection with name of his brother i.e. Y. Now my all details given in referal are absolutely correct, only name did not match due to this reason. Now would i realy need to ask him that by which name you get the connection? Isnt my other confirmed details are enough?) 3) Why tikona website cannot store my referal details and whenever connection is establish with the refered one, then simply link that user id with my user id. This way they dont need to ask so many confirmation questions and neither customer will tolerate anything nor Tikona people will get confused with referal confirmation. I sent the email again to customer care and they given another request number 1-[protected] but no resolution. So tired of keep applying.Actualy tikona is just doing a fraud by not giving referal bonus, or creating so many trouble to the customer that customer himselve wont ask for referal bonus ever. They keep try to find one or the other way to reject he referal bonus. This is so disturbing that i wont like to refer or advice anyone further. I dont trust Tikona anymore. Regards, Ajay [protected]

The customer care executive called me and explained me that whatever information i have submitted on website for referal actually not saved with them. They dont have any track from website whether i have refered someone or not. But as i have all the details of that customer, and i confirmed that i have refered him with proof, so then they provided the bonus. My question here is that why they dont provide the bonus by themselve once the person forward another person. Why we have to prove every time that we have refered that person. This incident happens with me second time. I am not satisfied with this service of tikona. They should improve their process and should start giving bonus once someone fill detail on their website. My issue is resolved, but their process is still not corrected.
I get one call from tikona guy, they ask me to refer again from the website. They alwasy give such a rediculous reply, now what do i do, shall i laugh on them or fight with them. I am tired. Realy tired of dealing with such people. If i will forward again from website, then the executive will call to that person, ask for new internet connection, he will say i already have internet connection and then again tikona guys get one more execuse for not giving the bonus.
Actualy the ideal process should be, on the basis of my email where i have explained everything, they can update the information in their system and can give the referal bonus simply. But they dont want to give so they keep try to find reasons for disturbing customer. In this situation, i will never recommend referal for TIkona.
They are not trustable and big liars.

    Hi, My User Id is "[protected]". I have been facing slow internet connection for the past 1 month. I have raised several complaints. I have called customer support twice or thrice in a week and also sent emails to customer support and the manager of contact center operations. I have also raised a complaint about slow internet connection when I connect to VPN. An Engineer came that time and checked the signal in the device and said, I have to contact customer support to resolve the issue. I have shown an example that when I connect VPN when I am using MTS data card, it works fine but the connection is not slowing down when I use tikona, This is the secondary issue. Primary issue is, I have taken is 4Mbps but the download speed not even reaching 2 Mbps. I have shared screen shots to the customer care. I have raised a complaint recently on 16th sep by calling customer care. I haven't heard any updates. I have again raised a complaint on 18th Sep 2013. An Engineer called day before yesterday (19th Sep 2013), got the address and direction but no visit done to my home. I have again called the customer care yesterday night and they arranged a call back to a senior engineer. I have also sent an email to customer care with connection speed screen shots. Customer Support officer promised that an engineer will definitely come today before noon and the issue should be resolved but no visit done today as well. I have been hearing from customer support senior office stating that there is a problem between the tower and the device and there are packet loses but not sure why they are not listening customer's complaint. Following are the reference for the complaints. 1-[protected] (complaint registered yesterday night). 1-[protected] (Complaint registered on 16th Sep 2013) 1-[protected] (Complaint registered on 4th Sep 2013). 1-[protected] (Complaint registered on 2nd Sep 2013). 1-[protected] (Complaint registered on 22nd Aug 2013). I am working in night shift from home. I have told customer support that if the connection speed is poor/lost, I can't support from here for my company which will lead to lose of pay. I have taken several days off due to this, which spoils my credit in my company. I feel sometimes, even dial up connection is faster than this speed. I have even told this to the customer support engineers when I talked to them. It will be great, if this complaint helps to resolve the issue. Thanks, Venkat

    After a long struggle, engineer visited the house. I told him clearly that the issue happens only during peak hours and connection looks good during day. He changed the device at my home and asked me to monitor the speed yesterday. issue continues like the same. I have complaint this again to customer care. I have also informed the engineer again today early morning. I have requested the engineer to come tomorrow. let me see how long this is going to take again.
    I hate to call customer support since they are asking me to call when the issue happens. when the issue happens, If I call they said, they will arrange a call back or engineer visit. Engineer visit is not happening as per the promise.

    An Engineer called and said he will visit today at 4 PM to rectify the issue related to slow internet connection but no visit done today as well. Again the connection speed is very slow. I am not going to pay this month's bill unless the issue is resolved.

    Yesterday the senior customer support engineer got the trace and confirmed again that there is an issue in the device which is installed at my home. Not sure why the proper steps are not taken to resolve the issue.

    Connection Speed in tikona speed test is less than 1.8 Mbps. If I check the speed in "http://www.speedtest.net/", it is even too low.

    I don't have internet from last evening. I couldn't work yesterday night and also today in the day. I have asked to transfer the call to senior technical resource but the call was not transferred. VERY POOR SERVICE. They are not giving contact details for the support in chennai as well. Customer Support has given the mobile number of an engineer so that i can talk to him but he is not picking up the phone. We should mark this company as black listed company and restrict people to go to this service. I will update to my friends and relatives so that they won't take the service from this company.

    Second day has gone like the same. No Internet connection. Escalation team called at 6:30 PM today and checked whether the engineer visit has been done. Nobody visited home to resolve the issue. I have got the local team member's number and contact them for the issue which I am facing. He said, he will call me but it is more than 1 hour. I haven't received the call. I tried to call him again but no response.

    For the name sake, they are sending engineers to home and asked them to change the device. They know clearly what is the issue. The issue is during peak hours, load is not handled properly. Customers who uses internet during night will be affected if they use Tikona. I don't have words to express my frustration. I have decided to hold the bill payment until the issue resolved. I am looking for alternate service provider, if i get some one else, i will go with them. I hate this ISP.

      My ID is [protected]. I've become tired of calling customer care from more than two weeks everyday. It takes nearly 1 hour to connect to their executive. You have to wait 15 minutes to connect then they transfers call to their upper executive and another 15 minutes, these people talk like they were in deep sleep and you disturbed them by waking them up. They are sending their technician from last two weeks its more than 15 days may be their technician is coming from Himalayas on foot. The connection worked at full speed for first month though connection was dead for 5 continuous days. There are 3 customers of tikona in my building. All o[censored]s tired of calling Tikona care, mailing them from mails and from their contact site. Tikona forum is awesome you cannot lodge a complaint, you cannot reply anybody. check out this link http://forum.tikona.in/. hardly one customer online and I was online. I have already paid bills as it is prepaid. The bill is -300+. I am paying for 512 kbps line but I am getting 256 kbps speed, my plan is heavy usage half yearly prepaid plan, NO FUP. I am continuously calling customer care but no use. I told them I will go to consumer complaints forum, they easily answered - “Your problem will be solved till tomorrow evening after that You can do whatever you want.” I am not glad to say that that evening never came. I am again getting 256 kbps from long time. At the time of installation the incharge(connection incharge of my area) came to give demo, He promised me Tikona is awesome and you will never face any issue till 6 months.         Hi,

        I got mail from Tikona asking for the payable amount of Rs2624/- & additional Amount Rs.1500/- for Modem charges are unacceptable. I have paid all the amount to Tikona representative along with that he collected the modem also, at the time of disconnection.

        My connection was terminated in DEC'2012. But I got so many calls(from so called tikona lawayers) asking for the payment of due amount till last 2 months, i repeatedly informed the same that i paid already. Finally i was happy that i am not bothered anymore with these kind of calls. But now you people sent me a demand notice, after nearly 1 year of the service termination.

        In the Demand notice it is mentioned that contact Mr. Aditya Sharma on [protected] after making requisite payment, i tried to reach him so many time on the given number. But it is not at all reachable.

        I request you to take act accordingly. My Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected].

        If you people want to earn money please provide better service but this is not the way by harassing the middle class people like me.

          I was a PRE-PAID Tikona broadband user having User ID [protected] ( Billing Account Number[protected], Plan- ADULH512K) During 13.04.2013 to 24.05.2013, there was no service provided by TIKONA, even after repeated follow-ups (I sent mails on 17.04.2013,23.04.2013- for deputing Engineer/ technician); no action taken by TIKONA. I was unable to get the connection(limited or no connectivity issue) from TIKONA frequently and contacted the TIKONA tech support many times and they said that there is a problem at the TIKONA server end at my area and will rectify that, which they never do/ not able to do. My billing cycle was valid upto 17.07.2013 ( payment made by me was on 13.01.2013) 1. Due to poor service, on July 30,2013, I requested Tikona Digital Networks to discontinue my service. 2. After that, repeated requests over Phone (from no.[protected] for allowing continuation with TIKONA); they were telling that- they will add the above non- service period of above 41 days (13.04.2013 to 24.05.2013), in my next cycle. I have told them to confirm this in writing, which they didn't do. I also clearly told that- unless I receive any communication from respective authority of TIKONA in writing, I'll not continue. 3. At last on 14.08.2013, I have got a mail from TIKONA about discontinue of service. In that mail, it is shown as Rs. 828 as due; I have immediately replied on 15.08.2013 that- not a single paisa is due and TIKONA is non-committal to provide agreed service. 4. On 18.08.2013/ 10.09.2013, the due amount revised to Rs. 561.80 ( mail received from TIKONA) Message: Kindly inform that your usage was found till 30th July 2013 which is in between billing cycle (15-Jul-2013 to 14-Jan-2014). Hence your payable amount is Rs. 561.8/- for full and final settlement. 5. All Equipment of Tikona ( Modem, Charger etc) taken by their representative on 26.08.2013 at 19:15 Hrs ( having mobile no. [protected]). Since TIKONA has not provided any service ( for 41 days in my earlier billing cycle), to a pre-paid Customer, like me, I explained that- not a single paisa is due and TIKONA is non-committal to provide agreed service. TIKONA is never replying on this issue of not providing any service for 41 days. 6. I have got a call today from Phone number # [protected] stating that the call was from the Delhi High Court and there is a case lodged by TIKONA. I am considering this as HUGE HARASSMENT from TIKONA, for pressurizing Customers like us. I request you to make it a search of this number and prove that- this is a call from TIKONA and take action accordingly ( based on communication recording), on the basis of harassment to a Pre-paid Customer of a service provider company.

          Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) — Very Very Slow Connection, No Connectivity, Frequent Disconnection, No Response from ISP

          Since i got the connection i am not satisfied i am facing lots of problems slow connection not reaching closer to the subscribe speed, frequent disconnection, no constant speed, frequent disconnection and very poor response from the management. i subscribed for one year plan with 512mbps speed which i paid in advance thru AXIS Bank Cheque No.: 091570 Amount Rs: 6,618.           Tikona — slow speed and frequent disconnection

          Hi Guys,

          I have got Tikona broadband connection a month before. Since then i have been suffering from slow speed and frequent disconnections. They also visited several times, but unable to fix it. It has got wort speed with connection. So my dear friends. dont opt Tikona even at worst case.

            i have disconnected my internet about 3 months ago and asked them to collect the router and stopped using the connection and suddenly i get a bill of 3 months i didnt use and a legal notice for aprox 4800 . then on inquiry i come to know i havent used the connection from 14 june and have paid till 15th june. now due to the harrasment i will be posting about your bad service everywhere my account number is [protected] my bill realted ref number is[protected] .. an the advocate keeps calling me and telling me that i have not paid though i can see in my account that my money is debited into their database i suggest no one uses tikona and shift to better options due to poor connectivity and very bad service and a good torture i hope tikona refunds my money for the two months and all the torture they have provided

              Hello, This is Irfan and my user ID is [protected]. Its been over a month I am following up with number of your so called "technical executives" for this issue and all I've got is disappointment and careless behaviour. I've reported this issue many times over phone and emails, but I don't see anyone there who is working or even care to look at this issue. Here are some of the complaint number I filed and ALL of those are closed without any solution or even not a followup. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Here I am finally reporting this issue that THIS INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT WORKS!!!! I can't even browse for 20-30 minutes and it stops working. Your engineer visited twice here and he says its an issue at your towers. There are two towers in your antenna range and the connections switch between them. I don't know thats truth in that. I've repeatedly communicated this to you but still you failed to take any action. Now the issue is worst, I am not even getting 2MBPS speed according to my plan. I called your support number yesterday and your executive simply dropped the phone when he got no answer after talking for 15 minutes!! If anyone there is able to fix this issue, please do so. Otherwise just disconnect this service, my phone's 3G connection works better than this. -Irfan [protected]

              What is the resolution time on it? Today Internet stopped around 8-10 times and the speed is very slow too.

                Hi, I have taken Tikona Broadband connection in the month of March and have pain 1600 rupee for that, But have not availed the service even for 10 days due to frequent disturbance and asked them for disconnection on the 16th day.One person from tikona came and has taken the router back(which is totally useless and will hardly cost 300 rupee) . Even though they have kept sending me the mail for the billing and in the last bill i they have charged me 1500 rupee and today I got a call saying that they have logged a complaint and we will have to go to delhi or have to pay 40000 as compromise.                   I have recently bought a Tikona internet connection (on 28th April 2013), I was asked to give installation/monthly charges in advance which I gave (1650/-). And then two engineers came, and pull the wire and asked me to wait till my connection gets activated from there server. I never get my connection up and running, when I contacted the customer care number I was told after they diagnose from there end that I don't have proper hardware installed...I raised a complaint for it, but even after 3-4 days no one came to my place to attend the request. After a week when I realized that Tikona will not take care of my concern as I have already paid the money, I asked them to give my money back. But they denied.

                      Complaints history are as follows:- 1-JUl-2013 [protected] Rajesh ithape-senior person whom i talk to resolution of my problem but he didnt respond. He commited issue will be resolve in 24 hour, he will callback, but none of the statement become true. 1-[protected] Raise a new complaint for getting continuous service and to re-check that we are getting proper speed. On 9Jul2013 again i call the customer care and talk to Pradeep, but while talking the call get disconnected. Then re-call and get connected to Tushaar, he was good person and talk very nicely and kept my connection under special observation for next 24 hour. Also engineer was arranged to check connectivity at home. There was also servier side issue which they try to resolve remotely. The request number given as 1-[protected]. My internet could not work for even two days, again i raised multiple request almost on daily basis:- 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Each request for either engineer visit or for server issue, but none of the issue resolved permanently and i keep facing disconnection in the internet. 1-[protected]-raised to request by talking to senior to get the issue resolved permanently. but no benefit. 1-[protected]- server side issue put under escalation. but escalation never resolves issue. Its just another way to make customer calm. 1-[protected]-AAnand pick my call. But customer care executives just give another 24 hour to get the issue resolve. But it still never resolve. Talk to Rohit, but received another false commitment. 1-[protected] - Then talk to Pradeep but no resolution. This disconnection keep going on and on. on 20-Jul-2013 i talk to Bhushan-1-[protected] , this request number is given but no problem resolved. 21-Jul-2013 1-[protected]- received another complaint number. 22-Jul-2013 1-[protected]-internet disconnect 1-[protected]-eng visit 24-jul-1-[protected] 26-Jul-2013- call again but same request number was kept open. 27-Jul-2013 - Hemant-1-[protected]-this request number put under escalation. 31Jul2013 1-[protected]-avinash pick my call, but he also could not resolve issue permanently. 1Aug2013 1-[protected]-I talk to Yogesh, but he also gave another false commitment for permanent resoution. 1-[protected]-Vivek- i was not getting continuous connectivity. so again engineer was assinged but never visited. 6-aug-2013 1-[protected]-i talk to another engineer, but no resolution. Below are the details of the engineer which are responsible for correcting the roof top device, but either they never visited or they say "i will visit in one hour" but they never visit. ravindar kumar-[protected]- First he clearly refuse to come but When i told him that my request is already under escalation, then he said he will come in another one hour. but never visited. another engineer Akhil-[protected]- this engineer also said he will come but never visited. even i keep calling for two days, but he never visited. When i try to complaint about them with senior customer care executive i.e. Sachin then the customer care executive said they can't log any complaint against them, they will assign another engineer. How can the services be improved in such cases. I am fed with the services of tikona, and fed with tikona service engineers and fed up with tikona customer care executive.                           Account UID: [protected] Have written on 18th May to your Tikona Customer care (that do not exist) and your nodal officer that I am not getting services from Tikona. have to call your team multiple time to restore my connection, never got the promised speed and your technical executive never be prompt to reach the place and solve the issue on my multiple request you guys disconnected my connection on 9 Aug 12. when i haven't used any of your services in this period how can you invoice me and that also some 3000 Rs. Your executive came to collect the device and other device and still not got the acknowledgement for the same. When i take the connection i have paid money advance with the assurance from your agent this will be paid back to me when I disconnect my connection instead of paying mu money back to me you are asking me to pay for the services which i haven't used. Now I am getting multiple threatening calls from Tikona Team and some legal department that you will destroy my CIBIL record and latest that you will also get my Votor ID card, other financial document if I not paid the monies. But still I am ready to pay so I had a word with your Legal Person and got settled on the amount of Rs. 1000 to pay and settle the account. I wrote reply on your email to come and give in written that account is settled and the documents that you will not write to CIBIL rating and also withdrawing of court case. but I haven't received any reply from your team. I am still ready to pay the settlement amount. Please give me the requested documents and collect the money and close the account But still have one question is this the way to treat the customer? not reply on emails and queries and charge the customer as per your discretion?

                            Dear Sir/madam, I have received a call from number [protected]. He is claiming to be from Delhi high court and asking me to make the payment of due amount of Rs 1011. I discontinued their services in Fab or March. Their guy came and took the instrument and remaining amount. He provided me a receipt as well. I stayed at the same address till July 2012. After I made final payment i did not get any call/email or letter for any due amount till the time I was at my previous residence and also till a few days back at my new residence. A few days back I get a call to make payment and then this call from alleged "Delhi high court". I already talked to their customer care and they said that I never sent a disconnection request and the services were discontinued from their end as i did not make payment of a month. My question is that who was the guy who took last amount. Also, even if they discontinued from their end why they did not give me a call earlier and now called after 15 months. I have now moved to a new place and in relocation I might have misplaced or lost the final receipt. These guys had time of about 4 months to come at my place where i was using internet before i left it in case of non-payment butt they did not do it. Now, they are asking for receipt which is not correct, i have also recorded my call with their customer care as a proof. This nonsense of Tikona should be stopped and I would be happy to provide more details to punish these guys for troubling their ex-customers. There are several such complaint in this forum and there might be a few more who would have either not lodged any complaints to succumbed to their threat and would have paid the amount even though they really didn't owe them anything.                             Hi Tikona Care,

                            I have not received any sms, email or call from any of your representative. I am not sure how the settlement is happening and what's my role in it.

                            Again, remember that I discontinued my services about 1.5 year back and if there was something pending (though there should not be as I made final payment) you should have given this call long back not after this long time.

                            Also, I request you to provide me a receipt in email or via sms that my final settlement is done so that I can keep that for future records.

                              actually we paid for the connection to the concern person but did not get any connection due to lack of signal we are not gained out of that services.The complain is we did not get our cheque still now(1 month).the service is very very poor.please do take action.

                              my name is chetan. I took the tikona internet on 8/10/2010.this was the very bad for me. when I took tikona internet.their customer service is very bad. I took the plan cb 499. they told me that i can use 5gb in this plan at 2mbps. but i never received the speed of 2 mbps. I did complaint for this many times. but no one come out to solve this problem. when I contact their customer care. they treated me as a dust. they did not solve my problem. even they did not send me my bill on time. they have impose the late charges for my bill. which is 279 only for one week. however, the interesting fact is that the plan is of 499 for the enitre month. please help otherwsie you will lose your unsatisfied customer. till date I have not received my bill. they also have my email id wrong. they have my email id as jony.[protected]@yahoo.com. which is not correct. your customer care guys do not have the sense to speak with the customer. that is the reason I need to post my complaint on this website.

                              Tikona Internet Services — CHEATED ON REFUND

                              I am Yaqoob Tucy with Tikona User I.d – [protected]. I have taken the connection on 7th March 2011 by giving an advance of Rs 2425 for three months subscription. I have taken the connection only with a condition that if I cancel the connection during the first 15 days then I shall get the complete guaranteed refund which is also mentioned on their tariff card.
                              On 9th march 2011 I have requested for cancellation of services due to inappropriate service. And I had been promised that a complete refund shall be done within 30 days.
                              On 28th march 2011 a follow-up call was done by me on the refund status and to my surprise I got to know the cancellation request was not filed earlier. However another refund request was given with the reference number: 1-[protected] and the staff has promised the payments with in another 30 days.
                              On 11th may when I spoke to Ms. Kavitha (supervising authority) at tikona on the case, She informs me that the payment of only Rs. 1045 shall be given within a period of another 30 days.
                              When I further enquired on why the deduction and the delay is been done - she says it’s the Tikona Deduction policy.
                              As this is a Case of Open Cheat I request the authorities to look in the issue as soon as possible.

                              Still I am facing worst kind of Internet. Even this forum can not get me solution of the problem, I have been trying to have my connection corrected from customer care but, still poor internet. This forum is becoming ineffective in redressing problem to the consumer, Better i should complain to TRAI / or ministry of Information and Technology grievance forum, Very poor customer service, This is my last month with Tikona, I will scarp the connection .
                              Still facing bad internet complaining to customer care is of no use i guess tried 50 times in last month . But still facing problem, worst service from tikona.
                              Every body is saying i will get good internet after 24 hr since 11th this month still, very poor speed, very poor Internet

                                I had paid 2000 for Tikona wifi router which was never given to me. Bombay Tikona custome care say that their computer is showing that the wifi router is given to me.
                                I got the connection disconnected and my outstanding bill is Rs 1500. Insted of adjusting the amount which i paid for router i am getting calls that they are going to file a case against me.

                                Tikona Digital Networks — No connection provided but installation amount encashed.

                                I wanted to take a Tikona connection for my home laptop. I got a call from one of representatives. One of rep came with a device and couldn't find signal. Then Sales rep gave me a call and said to give him Rs. 500 Cheque and and he will install a nano cp on my terrace which has to be brought from Mumbai. I gave him the cheque and got the receipt. But when nano cp was tested, no signal was found again. I called up rep he said that cheque will not be encashed till the connection is successful and will be returned within two days.

                                But to my surprise, nearly one month is over and there is no sign of cheque. And to add to that i find that my cheque is encashed now. I and trying to reach the rep now but all in vein. He is not picking up my call now.

                                Tikona Digital Networks — No refund of amount, even sending bill

                                I deposited amount of Rs 500 for Tikon Wi-Bro on 17th July, they checked the latency and coverage of network after encashing the amount and found that there is no latency, so no internet connection can be made by installation person. And executive promised me the amount will be refunded back to you with in 15 days and later on I started getting call from Tikon two three times on daily basis for disconnection the internet :(. (CONNECTION THAT WAS NOT MADE, THEY WANT TO DISCONNECT) for two weeks and I got disturbed in my work and even while sleeping. Then I called Pune Area manger and inform about it, and he assured me that amount soon will be refunded.
                                Now there is hit, next irritating thing - I started getting monthly bills that is after finishing of due date.

                                I also mailed many times to consumer forum, but no reply till now.
                                I have every proof like call recording, SMS, Bills and all mail I did to consumer forum.

                                Tikona Digital Networks — Non Refund Of My Deposited Amount

                                I had subscribed for wi-fi service in tikona and i also given RS 500/- for deposit through DD...but i didn't get connection and they informed me that signal is low connection cant be installed, then i requested to refund my deposit amount but even after 3 months i did not receive amount please .... take action.

                                  I had a tikona broadband connection (ID No [protected] ) which I requested Tikona call center and local tikona dealer to disconnect as I was relocating to other location but they did not turn up for terminating the connection. The last outstanding bill was Rs. 450 which I informed the local tikona dealer to deduct from security deposit money, Rs. 1000 paid in and the balance Rs. 550 to be refunded and the same was not done by the dealer till date.

                                  Now all of a sudden I am getting threatening mails from Tikona about the legal action and there are fake calls from their team stating that they are High court lawyers from Delhi.

                                  Please advice me.

                                  Broadband — harassment

                                  I have been using tata indicom since 3rd january 2008(prepaid 6 months pakage) . I am not sure from where to start because i am facing this problem from the very begainning and it's very rustrating one - because neither your customer care executive nor the so called nodal officer who told his name as Praveen is providing any help to me, rather they created a sericous problem by disconnecting our internet from 12th May 2008(about 10 pm).

                                  1. Customer service has degraded like no one's business. They keep promising me every time, that today for sure they'll fix the problem and nothing happened. I kept calling them thrice or more time daily and story repeats. Everytime I lodge a complaint the feild engineer visits the next day and by the time he visits our internet starts working as if he has intentionally doing so. This thing repeated every time so lately we didn't allow him to enter our house to carry on his drama. It is then he permanantely cut off our connection and even though i called more than five times a day nothing happened till today i.e. 17.05.08 (2.40 pm). I was sure that we will get the connection back today because one of tata indicom's field engineer visit today at 2.15 pm and by chance, there was power cut during their visiting time. i was sure that as usual they have came to our house after swithichg on the button from their end as they usually do. But because there was no power at that time so they returned back saying they would visit again after an hour. i am writing to you because i am totally frustrated by the behaviour of your empoyees who are doing nothing expect for creating problems for us. I have faced ill treatement from your few officers named-suresh- the field engineer, who is playing all this game (2) Anil sharma who told me that he the boss of this area and who didn't want to listen to my point and according to whom my connection doesn't have a real problem and i am in habit of calling them for no reason (3 ) Praveen, who said he is the new customer officer and who also speak to me in the same manner as Anil sharma has talked and today when I rang the number [protected], a guy called Raghav Sinha pick up the p hone and he talk all the nonsense he could to me, as if he is doing any special favour to his customer by providing them internet.
                                  I don't know why the employee of tataindicom broadband are behaving in such a frustrating way. As i have mentioned earlier that there is no problem ever found in our end which means the problem occurs in the other end(if any, otherwise I think it is created problem of the tataindicom employees of our area i.e East of Kailash. I want that action should be taken against these mentioned persons as they have made me suffer like hell. They are trying their level best that there is no problem whereas there was no link from 12th May 2008, night on our end. If there is any justice done by the Tata group then I am sure that I will get full judgement for the above mentioned harassment. One more thing I want to include is that the number provivded to me saying it is the number of nodal office is being picked by some other peoples and today this number is totally switched off so I think there is no possible way for a suffering person like me to share my problem with the senior office.
                                  2. Connectivity: Has become unreliable. Many a times I don't see VSNL_BRAS_1 when I try to connect. Get 678 error#.


                                  Please Help as last five days has been really very torturous to me due to the way tata indicom's staff dealt with me !
                                  You're absolutely right, These guys are fraud. They also promise me for the hard copy of the bill at the time of installation. Now i've called them 20 times & written over 50 mails but getting the same response as you are.

                                  Tata Indicom is nonthing but a bunch of nonsense & stupid ppl who showed no manners towards their customer.
                                  You don't have to worry about these as they are not lawyers they are people from Tikona. You ask them their name, which court they are appearing and their registeration number and also record the call. As per the Indian consumer law and also Indian Penal law they should not contact the opponent party, they can only send a legal notice. If they send a threatening mail which you can take it as a wriiten proof and file a defamation case against them and also the recorded call you a raise a complaint in Cyber Crime cell near your place. Even if you are a defaulter they can only send a notice and cannot threaten.

                                  I am really being harassed by Tikona. I hardly used their service as I faced consistent connectivity problems so I requested a termination. After taking so much time they finally terminated the account with levying some charges which they said have to be paid as the account was active at that time.

                                  They were also not ready to honor their request to adjust the charges for non-usage which they promised me so many times when i complained them about their connectivity.

                                  To close this matter once and for all, I made the mentioned full and final settlement payment of 1, 978 INR (after account termination) as requested and you can find their email, payment receipt enclosed herewith this mail.

                                  Also you can find enclosed, the Client Premises Equipment (CPE) removal receipt for your reference.

                                  I am very nervous at this point of time, as instead of getting a final no due email from Tikona (as mentioned in their full and final settlement email), soon after the settlement payment I got a message saying MY SERVICE IS RE-ACTIVATED.

                                  Also as an added measure, i have once again called tikona care to request close this matter. the request id is for the same is: 1-[protected] for your reference.

                                  Now their collection guys are harassing me regularly with a rude and abusive tone asking me to pay 1500 more for CPE (which i already returned and even emailed them a removal receipt), and saying otherwise the bills will be keep on being generated every month.

                                  I am also not getting replies to any of my emails to them. I have written to Customer Care &amp;amp; the appellate authority (J Nair) but have got no response and am hence writing here. Please help.

                                    I had purchase a new Tikona connection on 4 August, 2013. By 5th August the Tikona engineer visited my home and installed the device. The cash payment was updated in their system on 5th August, 2013 by 11 am. The engineer assured that I will be able to login by 5th August 7.00 pm but still my order was shown in progress. At 6 pm the tikona executive when I called didn't gave me correct information and told me to wait for 24 hours after payment gets updated.
                                    Today on 6th August I again called at 11.00 am about not able to login the executive said as previously I was customer of Tikona it takes time. But as I check the account has been closed and there is no outstanding payment. Some senior executive name Prem Sharma called and said that he has launched complaint tell me to wait for 24 hours.
                                    On August 7, 2013 I called Tikona cc she told that your document has not been verified therefore takes time. I again called Tikona cc she transferred my called to technical department and told that there is problem in Lan wire.
                                    Again some executive from technical department called me and she couldn't solve my problem.
                                    Even after I told them to scheduled a visit from their engineer they are avoiding it and trying to solve problem online.

                                    I think that my mobile net and Tikona internet speed is same.

                                    I was an old customer of Tikona. Even after 4-5 years this creatures have not changed a bit.

                                    After 1st installation I was given contradictory statement 7-8 times by various executive in 3-4 days.

                                    Maa kasam Corporate Choro Mein Tikona Number 1 Hain.

                                    If one problem get resolved other one crops up. Know my sis is not able to connect to internet through her mobile and Apple I-Pad.

                                    If possible I will nominate Tikona name for most Hopeless, Pathetic, Fraud internet service provider in India.

                                    Please those who are looking for internet service don't buy this . I will suggest use mobile internet for basic usage if no other option is there.
                                    I have never encountered so many problem regarding usage of internet by 2-3 providers in last 4-5 years.

                                    Know I think my mobile internet is faster and more reliable than this Useless, Fraud, Hopeless Tikona.

                                    I can access one website at 1 time only.

                                    I will file a complaint against you in Consumer Court if I am not satisfied with your service.

                                    I am not able to access internet through Wi-Fi on my Apple I-Pad & sis mobile. You have really cross the limit.

                                    I had to pay 2950/- for 3 months internet service. I will seek Rs 2, 95, 000/- as compensation for mental harassment and false promises.

                                    I will also gather all dissatisfied Tikona customers and publish in leading newspapers like Times of India, HT, The Hindu etc regarding service provided by you.

                                    Still problem persist when I login internet for more than 1 hour. I thought Tikona is offering good services but still the same. The executives call when you launched consumer complaints. The services are good for few days but after 3-5 days its again pathetic. I am very disappointed with such service. In future, I will never purchase and suggest anyone to buy Tikona.
                                    I have never encountered such problem with any internet service providers since last 4 years. Tikona should change name to Pathetic, Disgusting, Bogus etc. When the complaint was launched Tikona technical executives resolved the problem. It was working for 3-5 days but then again it was pathetic. When the internet is login for more than 1 hour the same creates problem

                                      I am writing this in response to your unpleasant services and non-responsive behaviour of your customer care and bill settlement center from the last 3 years. My user id was [protected]. I have activated my Tikona service on 18th Dec 2010 by paying a quarterly amount of Rs 2260/- for quarterly use but after getting very poor service, I discontinued the same on 11 Jan 2011.

                                      The use of service charged by you cost me Rs. 804.89/- while the amount due is Rs. 1455.11/- (Rs 2260 - Rs. 804.89 = Rs. 1455.11) that you were supposed to pay back me with-in a month from the discontinuing the service, as promised in the agreement, but you didn't.

                                      After making so many phone calls to you and getting frustrated every time; you delivered a Cheque of Rs. 374/- dtd. 17 March 2011 to me which was not of the promised return amount of Rs. 1455.11.

                                      When I'll get back my remaining Rs. 1081.11/-. (Total amount due was Rs. 1455.11/-)

                                        I would like to register a complaint against Tikona.in.
                                        Service id - [protected]

                                        Due to non performance (I had Purchased a line of 2 GB and never got the promised download speed. The average speed I used to get was not more than 500 Kbps) I had asked the customer service team to stop/disconnect my service in the 1st week of June. After, asked for disconnection I use to frequently get calls from the customer service department to reconsider the service, but every time I said please disconnect the service. Today on 5th Aug I got a call from the billing department that if you want to completely disconnect I have to pay Rs. 506. When asked I the amount they mention that the service was active and hence the charges. Is Tikona management sleeping or insane? They were trying to followup with me for complete one month to reconsider the service where I every time said no to the service. I have been billed to keep the service active for a month. Over this the billing rep says the we will be calling everyday to followup for the amount.

                                        Is there no law to get back to such companies like tikona?

                                        If anyone has experienced such bad behavior, can you please advice me what can be done?

                                        Tikona — billing to non customer

                                        during installation of the internet service by TIKONA at my residence the technical representatives of the company informed that the signal strength is very low they tried an entire day but could not succeed in getting the connection activated. they informed me and took a signature from me on a paper for cancellation of service. assuring me that i will not be charged and the deposit paid by me would be refunded.
                                        however, i called customer service and requested disconnection of service too.
                                        now i have started receiving bills from the company for usage of this account. I have email copies from their department confirming to resolve this issue.
                                        now i get recovery departments sms's , calls and emails to pay the bills ! for services that were never even installed !
