Hello,

We are small scale outsource service provider company from Rajkot, Gujarat.

We are using Tikona since last one and half month. Although since last 10 days we are facing bandwidth issues. We are not able to getting sufficient bandwidth. We are using plan for multiple system. (4 Mbps/80 GB per month).

We have locked service requests many times but only once customer support engineer visited our place. As per his knowledge he said "Our company is responsible for only single PC not for multiple PC". Rajkot office's authority Mr. Dhaval Patel and Technical Head Mr. Arvind Patel force us to check bandwidth in single PC and also refuse to help us for multiple PCs.

Before time of installation Tikon's sales person Mr. Pratik (Tikona, Rajkot) visited our place and confirm us that their service is able to provide sufficient bandwidth for our infrastructure.

Before Tikona we used one of local ISP's services and its running very smoothly with same device as well as Tikona's service also running smooth for one month and a week. Our Technical Person checked the device and found no issues with it. But Tikona's authorities said that if we are using our own device than they are only responsible for single PC.

We have talked with Advance Technical Support Executive at Mumbai and as per her knowledge the Wireless Radio Device which is installed on roof of our building having problem of bandwidth but local authorities (Name mentioned above) denied the issue. Also customer support engineer denied to talk with Advance Technical Support Executive at Mumbai; while he visited our place and our Technical Person is in conversion with Advance Technical Support Executive at Mumbai.

There are no sync between authorities of Tikona so, our service requests are never solved. As well as only once Tikon's customer support executive visit our place but somehow our all service requests are closed without any solutions.

And final conclusion we are not getting sufficient bandwidth for our infrastructure and local authorities denied for support and resolve our issue.

    I had lodged a complaint on 20/03/2013 about problems regarding my Tikona internet connection. The complaint no. was XXXX . I am very happy to confirm that a person had been sent to attend to the problem within an hour of my call. Much appreciate the promptness and efficiency of your customer care service. I'm sorry I could not attend your call to confirm the very same.

    Tikona Digital Networks — Service Efficiency

    Sales person named Sachin([protected]) bluffs about network strength,
    Assures that i will get 750Kbps download speed takes the installation amount.
    Said the installation guy will come as soon as possible.
    After several calls to the customer care and escalations to the local network team some person named Gokul([protected]) comes and says there is only 40% signal strength, i should not have opted for the service. When i explained him the scenario he tried and was able to connect to the gateway somehow.... but the response time was very high. After that he finds out that my account is not activated so i was unable to use the internet at all. i was provided a different userid temporarily using which i got only 10KBps download several times it was even 1-2KBps almost 80% of the times it was even 0KBps. I was committed that within 1 hr my id will be active and everything will work fine. it has been 7 days = 168 hrs .

    All the more the customer care, sales and network team have total or no coordination at all. There is a huge communication gap between them.

    Finally i was forced to disconnect the service. Today i am a happy man.

      I am from Indore and I have installed a Tikona broadband connection with 1 MBPS plan but I never get 100% speed. It comes only 10% of plan speed. I complained to tikona but they says everything is alright. And Calling on customer care is a huge waste of time they always give the same preset answers.

      Really there is very poor service from tikona digital network pvt. Ltd, there only concern is to make new customer and they have no interest in old customer. They are connecting more connection from access tower then its capacity actually just double.

      though they told us that they are not giving speed gurantee, but they told us that speed will near to 150 kpbs, but it comes only abot 5 or 10 kpbs, what can i do?

        We got a connection on march, on thjat day itself we felt so many issue in broadband. and cancelled. But they have extend the period without our knowledge and threatening me with a lawyer. Telling that filed a case and need to do payment. But no notification came to me. Asked that guy and he didn't know what communication happened with me and tikona. But riased the voice and threated me for the payment. Can somebody help on this

            I was the customer of Tikona Wi-Bro Service, service id is [protected].
            I requested to disconnect my service 2 years ago and I got request id from tikona person and then your
            person collected whole kit including router from my house.
            At that time 1824 Rs. bill is not paid by me so I got a call from your side to pay 2936(31st jan,13) with
            penalty and I immediately paid that amount via debit card (Tran. Id = [protected] TPC[protected].
            Although I got a call from Tikona Person to pay more 999 Rs and they said that your service is still
            activated. But as I mentioned above we sent request to disconnect my service two years ago and as well
            tikona kit has been collected by you so there is no way to use your service.

            and i got calls from third party to pay extra 999 rs on daily basis. plz help me to overcome from this problem otherwise i have to take legal steps about mental harassment.

              Hi,
              Tikona is a very bad company with such a poor services. I am staying in Gurgaon, laxman vihar phase 2 and facing lots of issue. Never apply for tikona services, i have broadband connection from

              tikona and it does not work 15 days out of 30 days. I am fed with the services given by Tikona company. I have so many complaints against them and they are also so frequent but still they never

              able to resolve and i always get an sms stating that your complaint is resolved. Few of my complaint details are as follows:-
              1) Not getting discount on online payment. For few months i got the discount, but from last three bills i am not getting discount while i am still making online payment and thats also before time.
              The request number for the same is : 1-[protected]
              2) Very frequently my internet is not working at all. I have to raise complaint almost daily just to get my internet working. Even the executive visited my home corrected the issue, and when he left, just after one hour my internet again stop working. The mobile number of executive came at my home is : [protected] (he was keep asking me my internet password two three times. I did not gave him the password, i enter it myself always. He did change my password without any reason then i have to reset it to keep it secret from him.
              The list of frequent complaint i had to do to get the connection are as follows:-

              1-[protected]-17Mar2013
              These are only two, unfortunately i did keep the track of old ones.
              3) Few days back i got the sms that if i opt for paperless billing i.e. bill will not come at home, it will directly send to my email id, then i will receive some gift, and there were big list of gifts. I opted this option, but didnt recieved any gift, i forgot i am dealing with fraud company, it their another dirty cheap trick and nothing else. I call on customer care and they said we are not tracking such things, you will recieve email. Strange thing is that, hardly anyone will recieve any gift sure.No hope for justice, this country if full of such companies, just awaking others that tikona is another fraud company. Can somebody put full stop on it.

              Tikona Broadband — connectivity problem not resolved since months

              I have taken plan 599 in which 4 GB internet usage is free.But since last 6 months my usage is 99 MB. Many times i have spoken to customer care they had send the same engineer at-least 7 times Mr.Sukhdeb who does not know anything about internet.Last few days back he came to my house two hours after his scheduled time i told him to come half an hour late.He never turned up and the next day the customer care person told me that my issue has been resolved.Till now i have paid Rs.7200. I need justification for the money that i have spend. The previous complaint nos. and executive name are as follows

              Tikona care — Poor service - unnecessary bills , no resolution on complaint ids

              There are many complains that I have done in tikona but no action has been taken .. even there was connection disconnect request that had been submitted. But I got only complains IDs.
              Last time I had used that connection on April 10th 2010 . there were many bill irregularities , when I asked i got only complain ids ... how can I make payment for the service that I have not used. Each time they make a call and increase the bill amount.
              I am fed up with their calls.

              hi guys don't buy tikona connection, i got a connection with a speed of 600kbps but it comes around 100kbps only. The technical persons are very worst, they looking for money only. So my simple request is to don't get this connection and waste your money
              I calling last 15day tikona customer care no nay answer evry time one answer server nonworking next time call or 1/2 hour after call.
              Internet use every time maximum 15 to30 minute use after automatically disconnect end connect issue. And this time internet connect speed problem or internet start problem issue every longtime.reason internet properly not working internet speed and disconnect issue.

              Tikona Broadband — Fake Technical Support

              I used their services for 3 to 4 months and after i send a request for the disconnection but they did not take action against action and i have to fill unused bill to him so this is fake services for the customers. So please avoid their services.

              Tikona broadband service closes my complaint even though it’s not resolved.
              Just see the attached screen shot. I dont know on what basis They are closing this request. Tikona executives were not able to resolve and that’s why they are making stupid excuses to rescue from your responsibility. Even I have performed all the steps like removing of adaptor and then replug it and remove lan cable and then replug. But none of the steps did work. These are the steps told by customer executive always. Other than this customer executive doesn’t know anything, they just log the request of engineer visit which is again useless.
              It should be considered like this, what i should pay should be on the basis of the availability of the internet. If i am not able to use the internet due to lack of speed or network issue, then somebody should be responsible and per minute or per hour amount should be deducted from my bill.
              If no one is responsible, then I will keep facing this issue again and again. Tikona will keep closing the ticket in same way. Best approach is that count the number of hours for which network issue is there, and accordingly the per hour charge as a fine should be levied on company and should be deducted from bill.


              Another issue is why tikona say that customer executive are available 24 hour, whenever I call after 11:30 pm I am never able to connect. The automated machine says 6 minutes waiting time, and keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes, and then it got disconnected. Now would Tikona like to improve it or they have any other fake excuse for it?

              Fed up with the services, since long I have to complain almost every month to let my internet work properly.

              I am suffering from bad service of tikona service. I have lots of complaint
              in so short span of time. They are not able to provide service even on a
              single day. I am not willing to take more services of tikona broadband.

              I raised a complain asking them to waive off my bill because internet is not

              working since last three weeks. My internet was not working from 10APr2013

              to 1May2013. They raised a request with request number 1-[protected].
              But now what will i do with the waive off facility. The internet still not

              working even on a single day.
              Even raise the esacalation on my requeset. Still tikona duffers could not

              resolve my problem. my one more request remains unresolved i.e. 1-

              I contact them almost daily. but they all technician and customer care

              executives are so dumb that they are not able to resolve my issue

              permamently. I dont know for what i will pay my bill.
              I talked to Shahid (1-[protected]-req no. given by him). He told me that

              tower not perofrming and he will escalate the issue. but still after 48

              hours my internet not performing at all.
              I raise one more ticket as 1-[protected]-escalated too still no result.
              I talk to Sajid-he put my call on holld for unlimited time.
              Later on i raised the ticket to tech visit again with req no 1-[protected].

              I tired of complaining but all is in vain, never any request able to resolve

              my issue. never trust on Tikona, its just a fraud company who charge bill

              but wont provide you single effort to resolve your issue.

              Even they ask me to send the complain on [protected]@tikona.com. i send email

              to that too but still dont recieve any reply from that.
              i am tired with this tikona bloody as hole company.

              Sujit-Server is down, req - 1-[protected]
              Raised a request regarding internet is not working. callback is arranged after talking to Sujit. No callback received. Even Sujit conveyed that the server issue is going on, it will get ok by 1PM. But again in the evening i checked and found that internet is not working.
              I am tired of complaining but since last two months my internet is not working. Tikona tech staff is not able to solve the problem.
              please be aware that tikona is worst company in service provider, and liar staff who keep giving false execuse and not able to solve the problem ever.
              These Tikona care charge so high but at service leve they are just zero.
              Even the senior staff is also as duffer as other staff is. they are also so useless fellow that they dont understand the problem and uncapable of solving the issue.
              so irresponsible and non-technical staff is there that you will get tired of complaining them but they wont improve.
              Even i call again in the eveing, but when i asked from a person the reason for not doing a callback or not taking complaint seriously and not able to resolve it, then they simply disconnect the call without reply because they had no answer.

              what you technical people in Tikona are doing, can't you even solve a single issue. Can you provide services to a customer who is facing problem with your internet services since last two months continously. Even earlier also there was lot of problem keep coming in every 15-20 days but this time its not even working for a single day.
              As per my experience TIkona is a worst company i have ever deal with in services.

              The worst thing done by tikona customer care executive is they somehow blocked my number that i am not able to call and log a complaint against them. After all this is the only way left for them to get rid of me and my complaints.

              Then i tried to connect through hotline number and talked to Avinash and again my call disconnected inbetween when he was not able to rectify the problem of internet connection. He just told me that my roof device is taking signal from far device and not from near one. The engineer visit is required. After that neither i get any call for engineer visit nor i get this problem rectified.

              shameless staff and irresponsible seniors and fraud owner are running TIKONA.

                Warning for bill payment after connection closed 6 months ago due to technical fault

                Unfortunately, I went for a Tikona broadband connection as there were no other broadband providers in my area.
                The connection was merely average with frequent disconnects during usage.
                The problem increased so much that in June/July 2012, I could use only 300-400 MB of downloads even though monthly usage limit was 8GB, and I tended to use up all my bandwidth when available. Thus I got merely 5% of the bandwidth/connection uptime promised.
                I raised 5-6 service requests in this time period - engineer never visited after the first request, and problem got worse.
                Frustrated with Tikona service, I requested for Tikona disconnection and billing waiver on the 800 Rs. outstanding. I was told that as technical problem is still not resolved, wait for issue to be resolved before asking for billing waiver !! Most ridiculous ever !!
                Anyways, I got the Tikona customer care executives to register a disconnection request and told them to give me final bill after billing waiver. They noted service request, which they never resolved, but closed on their end.

                Since then, they've been generating bills secretively, they never sent me the bills on mail or post. They never contacted me on my phone or email ID.

                5 months later in January, I again needed broadband and contacted Tikona for possible resurrection of service since their engineer never came to collect the old hardware - they promptly got the executive calling me, but good sense prevailed and I decided to go for another service provider !! Tikona didn't inform me that there was an outstanding on my name.

                1 month later in February, they started using a collection agency from some court in Delhi - harassed me and my wife repeatedly saying that we need to pay the amount which was Rs. 2300 after including all the late payment charges.
                We checked with Tikona on status - they tell us that it is our fault that our phone no. was switched off when they called us 5 months ago. Also, now that connection is closed, they cannot adjust my bill for billing waiver.

                I've raised another request to them for final billing amount with adjustment of technical issue and reversal of late payment charges since they forgot about the outstanding and gave me no communication in the interim period.

                If they don't give me a proper outstanding, which I am willing to pay off, I will file a consumer court case against Tikona and charge them for mental harassment.

                I too can vouch for Tikona's poor service, fraudulent billing and harassment. I wast customer ID [protected]. When I purchased the connection, I had opted for the 649 monthly rental plan, but when my first bill was generated, shockingly, it was for a rental of 849. When I raised this with the sales representative, he feigned ignorance and told me that he just submitted what I had signed up for, in the application form. I also erred, in that, I never insisted the sales rep to write the plan name in the initial deposit receipt that he issued to me, so there was no way for me to prove that I had opted for the 649 plan, so I unwillingly stayed on with 849 plan. Once the connection was taken, I faced severe problems with connectivity and speed for 3 to 4 times a day. When things reached unbearable proportions, I complained to their customer care and got a complaint number. However, upon following up on a resolution for the same, I got the response that no such complaint number exists - this happened twice. Fed up with the service and betrayal of my trust, I decided to disconnect it and wrote an email to their customer care (after calling them to inform of my intention) on 17 March 2012. I got an acknowledgment of that disconnection request 10 days later, on 27 March, exactly the day when my next billing cycle would begin. Naturally, since the disconnection did not happen immediately, the bill for April 2012 was generated, even though I did not consume a single bit of data that month. After multiple exasperating follow ups, the disconnection finally happened on 10 May 2012, subject to me paying up the bill for April 2012, which I refused to pay as I had lodged a disconnection request before that. A few months later I got a call from the same collection agency outside a Delhi court asking me to pay up the bill for April 2012, failing which they would enjoin me in a legal procedure for recovering the same. Too caught up in other things, I paid the bill in protest and have lodged a complaint with the consumer court for recovering the same.

                  I am user of tikona broadband.tikona id [protected] but i am really frustated about their service.they told me a plan o[censored]nltd649 in which i will get speed of 2mbps till 6 gb and after 6 gb constant speed of 600 kbps but till now i have nver got speed of 2 mbps and now i am getting speed of only 50 kbps. I called several times to their customet care and technical department. They assure me everytime that their engineer will come and solve the problem but till now no one has came.i am complaining continously from feb and its march now.when i asked technical deptt about speed. They said you are in secondary phase. I said in secondary phase i shpuld get speed of 600 kbps and u r saying about secndary i hve never got speed of 2mbps in primary then they were not clear about the plan.i am really frustated with this pathetic service of tikona.kindly solve my problrm as soon as possible

                    while selecting plan i choose the plan adulq512k which mentioned no data restriction and no speed downgrade. now i started getting low speed when i asked tikona they said there is 90gb cap after which they downgrade speed. i would not have choose this company aur plan if i new there were such restrictions. tikona fed me wrong information about plan and service it is nothing less than a fraud.

                      i take tikona broadband on 15 august ,after taking this the plan is not going as given speed i have paid for one month in advance , the tikona customer care ensure me to solve problem as early as possible but after whole month the problem is as it is so i have dropped the plan at 20 September with a disconnection request number

                      in the start of January a complaint by tikona is raised against me that i have not paid for 2 month and they file a case in court if i m not pay them all

                      and after continuing they will not giving me proper net and not giving the beawar for the days in which there is a network problem ,this is like as just pay for net and get ZERO.so plz give me the solution for this

I was encountering only problems with tikona from the time had taken this connection. Even after complaining with the customer care, I didn’t get any proper response, sometime it took 4 to 5 days to close a complaint.

                      There was a time I felt like filing a case against tikona due to the following reasons. I am retaining all the records with the compliant nos, date wise to take action against this company.

                      18th Mar 2015 – login problem ie very next day after taking the connection & service person came only by 5pm & rectified.

                      19th Mar 2015 – Network problem. Complained with the customer care & they didn’t provide any complaint no ( unless & until we request only then the complaint number is provided. This is just for yr info).
                      No one turned up this day

                      20th & 21st Mar 2015 – the same network problem ws not closed & after 2 days followup with the customer care gave a complaint no [protected]. ( just to sort out this issue have to call so many people & lost Rs 15 to 20/ just for my phone calls )

                      22nd Mar 2015 – Complaint no [protected]
                      When I called customer care to check on the status of the complaint raised on 20th Mar, they gave me a fresh complaint no [protected] closing the 21st Mar complaint no. This fresh complaint which they promised to close this issue within 2 hrs ( complained by 11:18am ) this complaint was closed by 5:30pm. It took 5 days to close this complaint.

                      25th Mar 2015 – Complant no [protected] – 11am
                      Unable to get login page since morning. Complained by 11am & the time committed to resolve was 2 hrs. Assigned person was Vinod. When this person didn’t turnup hv to call him again who give me Kannans mobile no & told me to talk to him. Herealso hv spend time & money callingup thse people.
                      where as the complaint was closed only by 4:15pm where the roof top device was replaced with the new one. It took extra 3 hrs to close this issue as committed by customer care.


                      28th Mar 2015 – Complaint no [protected]
                      Network problem. Did speed test – upload test error. The committed time to resolve this issue ws 2hrs & later in the evening got an sms stating tht this issue will be closed within 24hrs.

                      10th April – Unable to get login page

                      28th April - Unable to get login page

                      21st May – Complaint no [protected] – ( 9am ) Network problem

                      4th June – Complaint no [protected] – ( Time 12:20pm )
                      Customer care informed that the problem was with the roof top device & committed 4 hrs time to rectify.

                      5th June – Issue didn’t get closed. Called customer care & assigned person was vinod mobil no [protected]. When I tried to call this person, didn’t respond to the call the whole day.

                      6th June - Called the customer care for the same issue who informed tt vinod will call before 6pm. I kept on trying this person from 11am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5pm..he didn’t even attend the call.

                      7th June – Service engineer Balaji attended this call & changed the unit position once in for all & this issue was sorted out & didn’t face any problem as of now.

                      It took 4 days to close this issue.

                      22nd June – Informed customer care to snd someone to collect the payment & the same day got a call from customer regarding the payment to be done. When I informed them already that the collection person will collect it today they informd that they cant find the complaint had raised for the collection & informd that they will snd a person to collect the payment & to pay Rs20/ as service charge. Since am doing the payment for the first time they said will wave off this service charge of 20/- & just to pay only Rs 600/-. All set & done the collection person which had registered first came for the payment & asked me for the service charge as well. Again hv to talk to the customer care who informd me to pay this service charge of Rs20/ & this amount will get deducted in the nxt bill.

                      Considering all the above issues have faced, I reserve my rights to take whatever actions necessary to make you see reason. In such an event, I shall also claim damages on the account of causing me needless mental tension and anxiety. As a company policy, if any issue is not closed within the specific time, the company has to provide discount, whereas the customer has to bring this to your notice to get these benefit. This is a kind of cheating to all the customers which we will not tolerate. I wil have to take this issue very seriously with the consumer court.

                        Dear Team,

                        This description is related to threat from Tikona Broadband service provider to me.
                        I have applied for a broadband connection from Tikona on May 27-2012. I have taken the 6 months pack for Rs. 3000 and paid this amount in advance to Tikona. Executive promised me to setup the environment within 2 working days. When they didn't install the instruments then I started calling to executive, but he never picked my phone. I was also unable to call to customer care as it asked for Tikona Id, which I was not having. Anyhow I am able to reach to customer care of Tiokna. I called them many times then they installed the instruments on 15-June-2012.
                        After installation I called to customer care and they confirmed that this pack is applicable up to 15th Dec 2012.

                        But I got the main problem when I started using their services. Connectivity never works properly, I logged many complaints to customer care regarding this access problem but never get a good solution. Due to this connectivity problem I was able to use their services once or twice in a week.
                        After three months I realized that I made a big mistake and I almost stopped using their services and take another connection from other service provider.

                        On 15th December 2012 I called to customer care of Tikona and asked them to disconnect the services and take back their instruments. But they delayed and took the instruments in Jan, during this period I didn't use their services.

                        In February, I got a call from Tikona customer care to pay a bill of Rs. 2700. I was surprised about this info, when I asked about more details they refused to provide more details and told me that I used their services so I have to pay this amount.
                        When I asked them about the usage and I asked them to give me bill details about my usage. They didn't provide anything.I asked them please provide the bills and Usage then I'll pay the amount otherwise why should I pay it. They didn't provide me any proof.

                        Now I am getting multiple calls fro many person for this payment. They are harassing me and threatening me.

                        Please look into this issue and let me know your suggestions.

                            I have bought a new connection of TIKONA BroadBand in Pune on 11-Dec-2012. Your engineer came and given me a fabolous speed demo of 1800/1900 kbps. I was totally impressed and got the same speed that i want but after activating my account i am just receiving a average speed of 300-500 kbps which is extreamly unexpected. On[protected] i called the service person (who called me at installation time) and he said we can not do anything in speed related issues, first you have to log a complaint and customer care will resolve the issue. Then i logged my complaint to your customer care no [protected] and they assure me to resolve this issue within 24 hours. After waiting of 48 Hours i called again to customer care and agian they are asking for 24 hours more.

                            And after 5 months of connection i am continous complainting on customer care help line no and also sending mail to j.[protected]@tikona.in and [protected]@tikona.in but no solution is provided.

                            Please let me know i can i go for legal against TIKONA.

                            The services of Tikona Broad band is extremely poor, having no care toward customer;s complaint, services are unsatisfactory, their Engineers are untrained and having no knowledge of their job. The said company is having a smart show off for selling their connection but after that just want to charge bill without proper services.

                              In Dec 2011 i took one internet connection from Tikona Digital Network (ID [protected] ) and paid Rs 1100 as installation. I took plan of minimum 2MBPS speed to which they assured that I’ll get this minimum speed any time (till usage of my free GB). Even prior to installation they gave me demo on my system and at that time it worked fabulous.
                              But soon after installation, i started facing issue of poor connectivity and on 3rd of Jan 2012 i intimated them about poor connectivity (Proof available) but they didn’t bothered. Again on 22nd Jan 2012 I intimated them but again no concrete action (proof available). Their engineer visited my house to check but could not do much. By the time one month got over and they send bill which I paid.
                              But connectivity issue continues forever and I could not even used it properly. Lot of communication happened from my side by all in vain. So many times I tried to contact them on their Call centre number but they are highly responsible and keeping hold for minimum 10-15 minutes every time they disconnected. Finally one last day (last week of Feb 2012) connection died and could not even get connected. I intimated them so many times (proof available) in writing and even on call centre number but no response from their side. One day engineer visit and said I don’t know why it is happening but you need to pay the bill which is generated. Finally after so many reminders to them (proof available) and observing their shameless behavior I decided and requested them to cut off my connection to which they agreed immediately.
                              Now since then 2-3 times their people came to me for collecting payment against bills of period their connection was dead to which I denied as I’m not at all liable to pay for their poor services. Two days back now they frightened me by making calls from advocate to pay balance or else dragging to court.
                              From you medium, I want to have complete justice. It is not for Rs 1088, which I can pay anytime; it is for justice and metal harassment which they caused and also make sure some other customer will not face issue which I faced.

                              Dear.. i take a connection from Tikona in surat and i take a plan for 2mbps on 22nd of june.. but till now i didnt get more then 50kbps speed... and some times internet disconnects autometically..at installation time service engineer told me that the speed will be come in next 24 hours but till 48 hours i dont get a speed. i gave already 2 times complaits into tikona's call center..i also tried to call local service engineer. area sales manager, installation engineer but. nobody pickup my call. so, finally i decided to stop payment the cheque of deposite which is given to tikona. and tikona's internet instrument(nano) i am trowing in to river Tapi..

                                The tikona guys really cheat, they promise a broadband speed but even a 2 G mobile connection is better than that, when I registered a request for disconnection they took three months to register it and for all this time because my plan was fixed rental I was being charged. Now they are saying that it would take around 45 days to disconnect and I would need to pay for this period also. When I said I will not pay they are saying that in that case you would not be able to get disconnected and will be continuously charged. Can someone tell me what if I do not pay ??

                                  I am customer of Tikona Wifi Broadband a/c no [protected]. I am using XFUL139 plan which is unlimited plan and for the same I am paying more than 1500 rupees per month. Now the best part is i never get the promised 2 mbps speed. Still it was working somehow but the best part is from last week they have blocked my access saying my account is suspended due non payment.

                                  When I called up customer care for first couple of days they didn't even understand the fact that I have already paid and I have the online transfer payment reference number, then when they understood they started speaking about lodging a complaint and for the same I was suppose to get a phone call within half an hour which never happened.

                                  when yesterday i called them up to cancel my connection i had wait for 45 mins in the name transferring as the managers are so busy that they can't come on phone.

                                  Anyway I have cancelled it but just want to ask tikona guys a very good reason why should not I lodge a complaint against you people in consumer forum. when you can't take care of a person who pays you 1500 rupees per month for your services which sucks then why you guys approached me about your services. I can promise one thing I will never use tikona in my life time and will make sure none of known does so.

                                  tikona is the best waste company i had ever been before, they r cheating the cusstomers with wrong commitments and wrong plans, they work for money. they say abt their company and their plans and speed like anything up to giving the connection to the customer. then after they wont take any responsibility abt the customers.
                                  they wont respond even the customers are crying with their service. TIKONA IS BEST CHEATING COMPANY IN THIS WORLD. WE CAN'T EVEN RATE THEIR WORSE SERVICE

                                  i request you all beware of DAAM TIKONA.
                                  The same thing happen with me.
                                  This is worst service provider . Even though loged lots of complaints about inconsistency about connection they charge me 1300 Rs. and I asked them to give me detail . and after I was getting threatening call from third party.

                                  My name is Manoj Bharatkar, i was subscribe six month plan from july 27, to jan, in this piriod i am a facing so many prblem, like, speed issue, password reset, they had not inform to me about changed password, take two to three days resolve this issue. Tikona service executive call for extend this service in december. and i say no, they was convince me, and finaly dissconnect this service in feb. i was told that i am not paying extra money, they are treated me by third party for claimed ammount 624 rs.

                                    I have taken Internet connection from Tikona Digital Networks for six months with Tikona UID [protected].

                                    Service is very poor.
                                    I have sent mail to close the connection in 7 th month.

                                    During my telephonic conversion It is told me that just pay Rs 1000/ for changing of plan for duration of 3 months if find service good enough then continue the Internet or close it.

                                    Tikona guy collected money Rs 1020 / from me. He collected Rs 1000/ for Tikona and extra Rs 20 just for collection money facility.

                                    After that i have received mail from Tikona Digital Networks with additional demand money of Rs 200/ for the plan change.
                                    Means I have to pay Total to Tikona Rs 1200/ for plan change.

                                    This additional demand of money is fraud.

                                    This should be not happens again with new customers from Tikona.

                                    i have taken plan of 249 with circuit breaker it has been changed to 299/month plan without my permission or intimation
                                    circuit breaker means no charge above free usage of GB also internet service is continued with reduced speed i.e 64 kbps

Now that I've asked them to disconnect my plan ,I paid the bill and I got confirmation mail stating

                                      I don't understand why are they calling me again and again and asking me to pay the bill. I called up customer care this sunday and explained everything ,they told you don;t have to play any bill. As we disconnected your connection long back.                                       my name is melwin fernandes and i had acquired the internet services from tikona for which i had given a post dated cheque for the 2nd of June 2011
                                      now as per their policy till the time the cheque is not cleared the installation will not be done and as per the brochure and the time of the signing of the service i was told that the first month o[censored]sage is free now the installation was done on the 7th of June 2011 and i used it till the 8th now on the 8th i was facing issues with the speed of the connection so i called their customer service number 6 times and every time i call i was told i will receive a call from the tech support team which never happened so i called the same day to cancel the service after which they send some guy to fix the problem i gave back the equipment back to them on the 9th June 2011
                                      now i asked for the refund of my money on the 8th and 9th and and repeated after that i been calling them for a refund now every time i call they tell me it will take 30 days for the refund and today 5th of July when i call they tell me I'm not eligible for a refund as i have used the service
                                      now as per the plan and the bill and the teams of the service i was not to be charged for the first month and at the same time when i call them they tell me that i am wrong that the installation was done on the 2nd and that as per my plan i cannot get refund they would not tell me the reason why and asked me to mail their email address which i did with no revert from them
                                      at the same time they tell me that the service was canceled at the 15th and i payed for using the service 2 days please help me as i am being cheated over here

                                      Send them a letter by registered post ack.due informing them the terms and conditions agreed upon and the name of the person you spoke to who said that the money would be refunded to you in a month. Do you have all the information? You need to be critical with each and every detail to get your refund. If you all the information, then send them a letter as mentioned above giving them a time limit of 48 hours after which you can file a case in the consumer court.                                         TODAY THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO OVER DUE PAYMENT AS PER CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER . AS EARLIRY I HAVE SUMMITED THE BANK STATMENT TO TRIKONA OFFICER MR. SANDEEP HIS MOBILE NO IS [protected] .
                                        AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT - 504/- CHQ NO IS 552297 UCO BANK AND ITS WAS CLEAR ON 8TH OF NOV FROM MY ACCOUNT . AFTER THEN ALSO TRIKONA HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION WITHOUT MY FAULT . SIR TRIKONA'S MANGEMENT IS SO POOR THAT THEY EVEN CANNOT UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMER'S A/C , HOW THEY CAN DO PERFECT ACCOUNT IN TRIKONA COMPANY , SUCH A BIG NAME OF COMPANY , AND MANAGENT IS LIKE "KIRANA STORE" .

                                        AS THE PERSON HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE THEN ALSO YOUR COMPNAY'S HAD DISCONNECTED THE CONNECTION . THAT MEANS THE PERSON WHO PAYS HIS AMOUNT HONESTLY , THEN ALSO HE HAVE TO SUFFER .

                                        THIS IS KIND REQUEST TO YOU THAT PLEASE TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST THIS KINDS OF COMPANY AND AVOID CUSTMER TO SUFFER WHEN HE IS RIGHT .
