Tikona is a very bad company with such a poor services. I am staying in Gurgaon, laxman vihar phase 2 and facing lots of issue. Never apply for tikona services, i have broadband connection from
tikona and it does not work 15 days out of 30 days. I am fed with the services given by Tikona company. I have so many complaints against them and they are also so frequent but still they never
able to resolve and i always get an sms stating that your complaint is resolved. Few of my complaint details are as follows:-
1) Not getting discount on online payment. For few months i got the discount, but from last three bills i am not getting discount while i am still making online payment and thats also before time.

2) Very frequently my internet is not working at all. I have to raise complaint almost daily just to get my internet working. Even the executive visited my home corrected the issue, and when he left, just after one hour my internet again stop working. The mobile number of executive came at my home is : [protected] (he was keep asking me my internet password two three times. I did not gave him the password, i enter it myself always. He did change my password without any reason then i have to reset it to keep it secret from him.
The list of frequent complaint i had to do to get the connection are as follows:-

These are only two, unfortunately i did keep the track of old ones.
3) Few days back i got the sms that if i opt for paperless billing i.e. bill will not come at home, it will directly send to my email id, then i will receive some gift, and there were big list of gifts. I opted this option, but didnt recieved any gift, i forgot i am dealing with fraud company, it their another dirty cheap trick and nothing else. I call on customer care and they said we are not tracking such things, you will recieve email. Strange thing is that, hardly anyone will recieve any gift sure.No hope for justice, this country if full of such companies, just awaking others that tikona is another fraud company. Can somebody put full stop on it.

Tikona Digital Networks — Service Efficiency
Sales person named Sachin([protected]) bluffs about network strength,Assures that i will get 750Kbps download speed takes the installation amount.
Said the installation guy will come as soon as possible.
After several calls to the customer care and escalations to the local network team some person named Gokul([protected]) comes and says there is only 40% signal strength, i should not have opted for the service. When i explained him the scenario he tried and was able to connect to the gateway somehow.... but the response time was very high. After that he finds out that my account is not activated so i was unable to use the internet at all. i was provided a different userid temporarily using which i got only 10KBps download several times it was even 1-2KBps almost 80% of the times it was even 0KBps. I was committed that within 1 hr my id will be active and everything will work fine. it has been 7 days = 168 hrs .
All the more the customer care, sales and network team have total or no coordination at all. There is a huge communication gap between them.
Finally i was forced to disconnect the service. Today i am a happy man.
