    Dear sir,

    I got a call from [protected] saying i am advocate calling from Delhi and i am filling case against you on behalf of Tikona. I am sure she was lying as she was not even able to talk properly neither in english nor in hindi. I am sure this is some kind of department or you can say fraud run by tikona network provider as i have seen multiple cases on this forum only. Would request you please check in details like number registered on whose name, Whose is calling etc. And penalize them with heavy amount as they would have already cheated 1000 of consumers. Please find below the details.

    I was using the tikon internet service.I was using the 6 months unlimited plan and after the period of 6 months I have disconnected.I have paid the bill amount to the company in advance.But suddenly the company started harassing me to pay 4890 INR even though I have not used there connection they started calling me on my number for the payment and even they threaten me to send legal notice from different advocates the advocate from delhi is calling me that if I will not pay the sum of outstanding amount then it will be multiplied by 10 as the penalty.sir I have paid the bill in advance and have dis connected the service and have got the confirmation mail as well.

    Tikona care Internet service provider — Cheating on customers

    My name is Om Narayan and my user ID is [protected]. I received a bill form tikona on my email address om.[protected]@gmail.com on 6th April at 4 p.m and my connection was disconnected by 11 at night on the same day.

    There was a discrepency in the bill as I have not used the tikona services for 17 days, that is between 16th March till 2nd of April. I had raised a request for correcting the bill so that I can pay it. However no one from the billing department has contacted me till now. It has been 2 days since I had raised this request.
    Every time I call up tikona care they say that they are arranging a call back within 20 mins however those 20 minutes have not completed till date.

    On an average I have made close to 5 calls a day to you people.

    Tikona care people are the worst service providers I have ever come across. All the call center people reply is "sorry". When I asked the people to connect me to the supervisor they refuse.

    The agents I have spoken so fare are Kartik, Kartikey, cubical number 4205, Kavita is the floor manager to whom my call back was scheduled however she never bothered to call back, also the call centers opens at 8 however an agent told me that she comes to the office at 9, I feel pity on such careless people.     Hi There,

    Apologies are very cheap now a days and its a standard line which people just copy pasted from one place to other. It has no significant importance nor does it assure you will not cheat other people again. If i will check on this forum only i will get thousands mails where in you just apologized and commit same mistake again knowingly. There is a saying "if you will not fall, you will not learn" same way if you will not be penalized you will cheat more people and this is serious breach of Indian law which should ban tikona from providing service.

    I would request consumer forum to take this matter to department of legal affairs or LAW ministry to investigate this in detail and found guilty not just penalize them with heavy amount but ban them for life time. As there are threatening people by misusing the LAW.

    Apologies are very cheap now a days it is standard line which you copy pasted for all consumers. if we check this forum only we will find 1000 of apology comments. It has neither significant importance nor does it assure you will not commit same crime again knowingly. There is saying " If you will not fall, you will not learn" Same way if you will not be penalized you will not stop doing this.

    This is serious breach of Indian law where in doing fraud taking name of top most judiciary system fearlessly. I would request consumer complaints team to forward this to department of Legal affairs or LAW ministry to investigate in details and found guilty penalize them with heavy amount and ban them to provide service in INDIA as they have PAN India presence and might impact million consumers and will set examples for others to do such things.

    To answer your question just check whom did you call on Jun 12, 2013 @ around 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM in Mumbai.

    @Consumer complaint team : Awaiting your kind reply as i don't want to deal with this people. It might be dangerous for me.

      Hi,
      I have used Tikona internet for jus 4-7 days and faced lot of issues in connectivity. I have disconnected on 7th day, Still I got Bill for that month and they havn't refunded my router deposit which was taken from me(2, 000 INR). I got harassment calls different advocates and stating delhi police (whom I can see as Tikona Advocates in true caller) after one year. They were not ready to refund my amount which is more than the stated bill amount.

        Its been more than a month than I have been facing frequent internet disconnection. After complaining about the issue daily they did solved the issue (previous one) but the solution lasted for only few days. Now I am again facing the same issue.

        I(Tikona Customer ID - [protected]) called customer care (pathetic customer care service as call waiting time is more than 30min - God Knows what sort of customer service it is where the customer needs to wait for almost an hour). First the executive said that there are some issues with the tower and at there end and it will b resolved within maximum of 24hrs - (Okay i waited for 24hrs). I called them up next day and out of frustration from the response of customer care executive I said that I want to talk with any senior and then the senior said that there are some issues which again will be resolved within max. of 24hrs (okay waited again). Now, when I called them at midnight of the 2nd day they replied that "owner of the house where tower has been installed is out of station and will b back within 2days (NOW WHO GONNA INFORM ME ABOUT THAT).

        Now again OKAY, I waited for 2 days, but out of pathetic service now today when I called them to know about the status of my complaint an executive named "RAVINDER" cut down my phone without when even listening to my problem.

        So, after this type of service I can't rely on tikona and will be moving on to some other service.

        internet service — pathetic internet service

        i am holding reliace internet connection.i am extremely sorry to say that you have a pathetic service.connection is very very slow.i want to make my net payment and from past 4 days i am not able to access your site.its showing page cannot be displyed.all other internet sits are accessible except yours reliance coommunications.tomorrow is my last date of payment and i am trying again and again bt iam nt able to make my internet payment.if any late fees is charged i am going to escalate this matter to higher authorities as i am fed with up with the unsatisfactorily services you people are providing.pls. live up to the brand you have created in the market.

        I have lodged a complaint with tikona saying the inernet is very slow, and doesnt get connected easily, but nobody bothers to attend the complaint. I have repeatedly called the call center only to find that the customer care executives are really not interested in serving the customers. They collect an amount of Rs 500 as non refundable deposit. When the service is so bad, why should i continue with the service provider. I would request you to help me get back my deposit amount.I would request you to kindly spread a word about this pathetic service of tikona so that other customers dont get stuck with that service provider.

        Tikona — Pathetic customer service

        Tikona has one of the pathetic customer services. I registered for Tikona broadband under the FUL499 plan. As per this plan I am supposed to get 100MB data download for a speed of 2Mbps. After the initial 100MB download the speed would be reduced to 150Kbps.

        I got only 32MB data downloaded for a speed of 2Mbps in May and 69MB data downloaded for a speed of 2Mbps in June. When I raised this issue with their customer service I got the following standard reply everytime:
        "We would like to inform that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department for necessary action. You will receive an SMS from Tikona with your complaint number and expected time of resolution within 6 hours"

        Unfortunately this issue has not been resolved since the past 2 months. I am giving them some more time before moving the Consumer Court regarding this matter.

        Tikona has one of the pathetic customer services i strongly agree. i had the tikona broadband connection with 300 kbps in 599+tax scheem. but the initial 100MB download the speed wwas drastically reduced to 15-20 Kbps.
        i was away from delhi for 30 days and my tikona connection was on hold, according to company norms they would only charged Rs. 100 for 30 days When I raised this issue with their customer service I got the following standard reply everytime:
        "We would like to inform that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department for necessary action. You will receive an SMS from Tikona with your complaint number and expected time of resolution within 6 hours"

        Unfortunately this issue has not been resolved since the past 3 months. I am giving them some more time before moving the Consumer Court regarding this matter.

        Tikona — PATHETIC SERVICES......

        Need your interference in complain which I was lodging since last 12 days. I have broadband connection o[censored]ser id No. [protected] . This connection is not working properly from last 12 DAYS and for this I had made about more than 10 complains but the response is very poor from the customer care and technical team of Pitampura area.

        They give different excuses every time , like line me problem hoga, you will receive the detail of engineers by sms or call within 48 hrs but still I am waiting for that SMS and call.

        My broad connection not working AT ALL.

        Please take a proper action so, that I could get better service. I have submitted all my Bill payments on time.



        I dnt expect this type of response from TIKONA.

          Hello,

          I have been customer of this company for more than 2 years.
          One day they disconnected my number without prior notice. I had informed them that I am out of town & pay their bill soon. Yet inspite of the fact that I had always payed their bill on time they disconnected my line. When I came back there was no connection from tikona. I called them to please come home & connect my service & take their bill. But they kept on insisting to pay bill first which was unfair.
          Finally one day I decided to pay bill to get service back & called them. When I entered my user id it said wrong id! Which means they have disconnected my services completely, that too for a small amount of Rs.1400/- delayed by just 20-25 days.
          Now they keep threatening me to take legal action via some lawyer & I cant even contact them in the absence of my working id.
          Infact they are now talking of a bill amount of Rs.4000/- When they closed my account with bill amount Rs.1400/- how can they ask me to pay Rs.4000 now????
          Please help me.

            Hello,
            This is Mayank Mahant from Vadodara, Gujarat. I have problem of slow internet connection from 17 April. I registered my first complaint on 22th of April. From the date of registering complaint i've registered many more complaints to solve my problem. But there is no response even after a month of my several complaints. After that on 23th May i registered a complaint to discontinue the internet connection. But the result was same there was no call from tikona even after registering a complaint i called few more times but they did not respond.
            After several calls and wait of 17 days there was a call from tikona that your service will be discontinued soon. After two days i.e. yesterday there was a call again and Mr. Rahul told me that a technician will be there tomorrow to solve your problem still the same result. There is no one here to solve the problem.
            In last call i asked to refund my advance payment of bill but executive said that if there is a problem from our side you will get refund otherwise not. Now just go through the attachment and just see is there any problem from my side? I have tried my best and wasted at least 20 to 30 mins behind every call. Is this the way you treat your customers? 1 and a half month of waiting was my fault not a problem from your side as per your executive, is it so? If you want to contact me call on the number below not the other one.
            I want refund of remaining two months that's all. I don't want to continue your service. I have also registered complaint in consumer court to see the best results.

              I bought a broad band connection last year from Tikona Digital Networks. The service was so bad that i called the customer care to discontinue my service. They did not do so even after repeated calling for a week or so.

              I also sent them an email to stop the service and refund me the money for the few months advance deposit that they had taken from me. But they kept sending me monthly bills.

              after a few months there technicians came and took away the company hardware and got a release receipt signed. Even after that the bills still kept coming for another 5 months or so.

              After a year now I get a call from a very rude guys who threatens to file a suit against me in Delhi, unless i pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 400. Mind you I have taken the service in Pune, Maharashtra and Delhi has no jurisdiction in the matter. ( I am a law graduate).

              Today again a got a call from an Advocate A.P. Singh from Delhi Civil Court, at least that's what he said his name was. He said he is about to file a suit against me for an outstanding sum of Rs. 780.

              The company is an absolute fraud. The customer harassment is wide spread. I know a few people in my locality itself who have faced a similar problem with Tikona Digital Networks.

              I want a refund of my money as well as compensation for this harassment. Other wise i will file a criminal complaint against this company and its representative who have been harassing me.

              had applied for Internet broadband service, sales executive promised to give the service within 4 days,
              didn't received the same after 1 week also,
              when asked to return the documents given they provided only with the cheque give all other documents were not given back

              my name is Ravi prakash,and i have applied for tikona digital network broadband services my application no is [protected].i have applied for the broadband service on 17 march 2010 my cheque number is 528313 and i have not yet received the connection till date.the executive is not responding to my call and always making excuses no network is there sometimes he says tower only cought fire where as my friend in the very same area where i am residing is using the network effectively. his name is somashekhar and his executive id is[protected].(ph [protected])when i told him to give his manager number he has given two different numbers and names of his manager.they are as follows [protected] his name is sourav,[protected] name manjunath.
              prior to this i have made three complaints in tikona care there reference number are as follows[protected]April-2010),[protected]April-2010) ,third complaint is having the same reference number the executive in tikona care told same reference number has been updated as your third complaint and has been sent to area sales manager of the concerned area on 13-april-2010 no action have been taken by the concerned department also.
              sir,i request you to take any action against that executive and get me the connection done as fast as possible if connection cannot be done then i request you to refund of money.

              Tikona Digital Networks — bad service and unprofessional approach

              Dear sir,
              I took Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Lts Broadband service on 19 march 2010.After few days i started to get connectivity problem and very slow speed. I made complaint to Tikona cutomer care about my problem and i was told that some engineer would visit me in 24 hours but no one came.Its now more than a month and may be i called 100 times to tikona customer care i havent got any engineer visit and evry time i call the tikona people talk in rude manner and they say that they have forwarded my compliant on unrgent basis and in 6 hrs i vil get a sms which vil have name n numbe of engineer and its like may be 15 times my complaint has been taken on unrgent basis no one has visited me in past 1 months times. This show the improper service committment n unprofessional approach of Tikona digital networks.
              I feel cheated and frustrated with a pathetic service of this broadband service.I have wasted so much time and money on calling . I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me proper justice as soon as possible for the pain and frustration i have gone through by using this broadband sevice.

              Hope you are doing well.

              I amalso not getting a good support from TIKONA technical staff.

              I have subscribed for FUL599 plan (300kbps) 2 weeks ago. I am getting In-consistent Internet connection. And speed is only 40-80 kbps speed (I rarely get 100 kbps if I stop windows firewall). Even not getting satisfactory technical support. Their staff seems to be totally un-professional. I wonder, that how TIKONA is surviving in the field with such an In-Competent, Un-skilled, and Un-professional team (in all the fronts whether its Sales, Installation, Technical or Customer care staff). Please let me know whether you have got a proper service after your follow-ups.

              1- On 2nd of may I registered a complain (Complain no:[protected] as my tikona Wifi connection stoped working and my wire had a loose connection too. I requested for an engineer to visit my place n rectify it.

              2- Unfortunately it has been 11 days…no body ever visited my place nor called me back from your side and my problem still continues…it has been 13 days I have been keep calling every day 4/5 times to your customer care executives (technical support department), but in vein. Each time I call I get the same mechanical, fake answer that some engeeneer ll visit my place and rectify it..but nobody visits…..i am fade up with same fake lie everyday…but nobady never took any action….

              3- To utter surprise today I got a text sms that “ your problem is resolved and ur complaint is closed”. Though I m facing the same problem that I was facing on 2nd of may….for last 11 days

              4- After being fade up with the tecnicall department this time I called (around 2.30, 13th may 2010…) customer care officer and conveyed my dissatisfaction of the service of the technical department… instead of giving a solution the the customer care executive misbehaved me, used absurd language and hung up the phone….

              5- I must mention that 2 months before I had a similar problem and I kept calling for 25 days …but in vein…finally I hired a private technician solved it and played the guy from my pocket …

              So finally, I must say I am totally dissatisfied with your worst service and bad mannerism to customers…and going to sue a case in consumer court and disconnect ur service…

              My name is Suraj Kumar Verma and i am residing in Army area with my father near Navy Nagar,Colaba,Mumbai-400005. On 11th Nov i had applied online for the Tikona Broadband and on 13th Nov i got a call on my mobile number for providing the Broadband connection and they told me that their Sales Executive will come to my home and do the necessary documentation and collect the advance charges and the Installation charges.They told me to send my address to their mobile no -[protected] and i did that .

              Later in afternoon around 11 am their Sales Executive Mr Dinesh came and done the required documentation and took Rs 1102(one thousand one hundred two only) as the First month Broadband charge Rs 499 and Installation Charge of Rs 500 +Service tax for the 2Mbps Circuit Breaker Broadband Plan CB499.Mr Dinesh told me that on 15th the installation and service will be provided.BUT STILL NOW NO INSTALLATION AND NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED .The mobile no which he gave me on the receipt [protected] is switched off.

              I called the customer care twice but nothing has happened till now .My application form no is -[protected] and Sales Executive ID is[protected].My Registered mobile no is [protected](as written on application form)

              Tikona Digital Networks Broadband services — Refund of the Payment taken in advance and service not provided yet in a month

              My name is Shibu Karunakaran, and I have applied for the Broadband service from Tikona. My Application No is [protected] and I have made a cash payment of Rs 1250 for activating a net connection in 2 days.

              I was told that if I make the cash payment, my connection will be activated in 2 days.

              I have paid Rs 1250 on the 6th of February 2012 and I followed up after 4 days i.e. on the 10th of Feb 2012 and was informed that there is a shortage of equipments and the connection will be installed and activated on the 13th of Feb 2012.

              Subsequently I have been calling up the customer care and they informed me that I have to wait till next Monday for the installation.
              I requested the customer care executive attending the call to transfer the call to the Team lead or manager but he informed me that the team lead is busy in a meeting and asked me to call back next morning.

              Since then I have been calling the Customer Service team and they do not answer, or they keep you on Hold for more than 10 minutes and finally disconnect the call without any communication

              Is the team lead/manager so busy that he does not care about the customer?

              This is one of my worst experience with any Service provider and even before I have started to use your company services I have a feeling that I should not like to connect with some company who doesn't value the customer.

              I would want a refund of money with out any deductions and also will not wait for 30 days as it's none of my fault that equipments are not available with you.

              If you are not able to deliver on a predetermined deadline any one would expect a proactive formal communication from the sales representative or whoever responsible to avoid such type of situation.

                Last four month I am using Tikona Internet Service.
                Plan Details : 40 GB - 1 Mbps - 6 Months
                I have used only 3 months then my Account is De-Activated. I called Tikona customer care and asks why my connection is De-activated ?
                They replied your cross the Max limit ( 40 Gb your crossed ). I will check with Tikona selfcare portal ( user information site ).
                I have crossed only 20 GB then I informed to Tikona They Accept my 20 GB usage. They updated me - Your only crossed 20 GB we will activate the connection with in 24 Hrs .

                I am waiting for latest 10 Day. Daily they updated me we will activate the connection with in 24 hrs .

                So I decided Tikona is Fraud service Please take care of Internet Users

                Tikona — Fraudulent Service

                Hi,

                I took a tikona connection, the demo was fine. I paid then and there Rs 1543/- to the demo guy. He also told that there are already few connection in my society. So i took the connection.

                But the connection engineer came and told that connection is not feasible. So i am eligible for refund. Now when i asked for refund the customer care official told me that i would be getting only 1300/- as refund.
                This is fraud. And i mailed this to acc.[protected]@tikona.in as the customer care person told me.

                I did not get any response within 48 hrs. So i mailed to nodal officer of pune division. That guy also did not reply my mail. Need assistance.

                They are not contacting me for my refund. I dont understand how these fraud companies exist.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am using Tikona connection, and I have used for almost two years. I am using advance rental plan, and paying the rent in advance. In August 2012 I have paid the advance amount and on 5th September I have terminated the service as they don't have network coverage where I have shifted to new place.

                  Till June 2013, they are sending the bills and now I am receiving the call from recovery lawyer agent. I already contacted many times the customer care and explain my situation, at that time they agree that I don't have any pending bills.

                  They told me that you need to submit the tikona device back , so four month back I have returned that device to their team. Thank god, I have the device with me at that time.

                  According to me I don't have to pay anything .... and I always ask them that please explain me what amount I need to pay with the details. They are not able to do that. Two days ago they want to submit me that Device collection receipt...

                  Please help!!!!!!

Now i was chasing him for three days. I was not being attended by any of your representative. Then on 12th may, I again called on customer care no. [protected] and requested for service. Then a representative with cell no. [protected] called me. But he told me that he can't come because he is from gurgaon. He told me that service may not be feasible in your area. Even nobody really checked the connection. Then on 12th may, i requested for disconnection. After 20 days, i got reply. but there is no indication for return of money.                     Tikona Digital Network — Non Refund of Money

                    I had applied for a Tikona Wi Bro Connection . There sales executive came for a demo and told me that if i pay the money to him on the same day the connection will be installed the next day. The sales executive asked for cash RS 500, which i paid at no time to him.
                    After two days the connection was still not installled , when i called the sales executive his regional marketing head tells me that at Tikona we dont accept cash we accept only cheque or DD so he the regional marketing head has deposited a cheque on his own for me and later in the evening he got my connection installed... nOw next month when i recieved my bill i saw that Rs 500 was added to my bill , when i called up the customer care asked about that extra 500 they said the cheque which was deposited has bounced ... i immediately explained the same thing to the customer care executive and gave the contact number of the sales executive who had visted me and took the cash ... since that day i ahve made at least 25 complains to the customer car centre but no one has ever reverted back and every month that Rs 500m is added to my bill with the late charge aount and sent it back to me .......
                    Tikona is into a racket this same thing they do with every other cutomer in the Marol Region of Andheri East as a friend of mine is experiencing the same problem.....

                    Tikona Digital Networks — No broadband installation after paying the money

                    I have applied for a broadband connection with tikona digital networks (http:/Www.Tikona.In) on 2nd of june, 2011. I have paid 1000/- In cash, the receipt is with me. The person who came to collect the cash told me that the installation will be completed in two days, but it DID not happen. I called the customer care and inquired, they asked me to wait for seven(7) days. I waited ad then again called customer care regularly for four consecutive days. Every time they told me that "they have escalated my case to the concerned department, and I should be receiving a call regarding installation"---but as usual, all went in vain. When I called them again on 14th of june, 2011, they told me that the verification is not yet completed. The person who came to collect the cash has come to my home, but they have not completed the verification-- what a lame excuse. At the end, after listening to their false promises for over a week, I asked my money back. But, they have not even contacted me regarding this even. I think I have to call them again and again to get my money, and I do not know, whether they will process it or not.

                    This is pathetic service, in fact no service at all. When I applied for connection, within a day they came to collect the money. But for installation, they do not even bother to check.

                    Please help. This behavior is highly unappreciated. I was in urgent need of an internet connection in my home, and at the time of giving the money, I asked them whether they will be able to provide it in short time or not-- they agreed. But now I understand, they agreed because they wanted to get the money.

                    Please help, and let them know that how much a consumer suffers due to these unethical behaviors.

                    I have also asked him whether the same speed will i get or this only for demo purpose you people are boosting your signals & later you reduce it?

                    Please disconnect the services with immediate effect I would not like to pay for your services any further.
                    SALES / MARKETING EXECUTIVE
                    1. While the demo was shown the internet speed was less than 100kbps for the @mbps plan, the Executive convinced me “it’s just a demo our installation people will place the modem in the right direction & you will 100% get 2Mbps speed, the user name is shared by many sales executive so it is still slow”.
                    2. I wasn’t convinced, then he called his sales manager to provide a new user id which he sent via SMS & he used that user name & convinced me stating “If you pay Rs.1000/- installation fee will be waived off!” I accepted it without knowing it to be a trap.
                    3. The marketing executive took the cash Rs.1000/-, address proof (passport copy), photographs and promised for the installation in 2 days.
                    RECORDS TEAM
                    1. I have submitted my passport copy as proof of address,
                    2. I got a receipt with the wrong billing address, which I notified them stating it to be a typo error; the Costumer care guys on the telephone were not ready to change the address.
                    INSTALLATION TEAM
                    1. The engineer called me to confirm the address & the payment.
                    2. He refused to install the system in my premises until he got the documents which I had already submitted to the sales executive. I had to rush back home to resubmit the documents to get the connection.
                    3. The installation engineer informed me that “the marketing team should not take the documents, if they take how will I get, until I get the document I will not install”
                    AFTER SERVICE & BACK-END CALL CENTER
                    1. I have been calling the CC for frequent disconnections & speed issues.
                    2. I am getting the reference complaint ticket numbers each time I book a complaint from them but at the same time they are being closed without resolution or from customer consent.
                    3. The most disgusting thing is that the onsite engineer who comes for servicing gives us repeated missed calls on your cell until you call him back, “ sir I am from tikona” to respond.
                    4. That onsite engineer has no basic commonsense or manners on how to deal will the customers, after doing all the baloney and chatter the problem is back to square one.
                    5. Finally today I had a prompt onsite supervisor stating the fact & the reason for frequent disconnection & speed issues. I appreciate him & I understand the issue is with the proximity of the access point & signal strength.
                    6. Unable to contact the Nodal officer over landline, the operator never transfer the call

                    BILLING TEAM
                    1. Promptly I have a bill with additional Rs.500/- as installation charge.

                    I would request you to discontinue the service as I am having frequent disconnection or no signal & refund my amount.

                      I used Tikona Broadband for 7 months after worst service i have disconnected the service. 7th November 2011, i called the customer care 5 to 6 times to resolve my issue but no response from them, on the same day i told them to disconnect the service but i forgot to get the reference number, after two month on 09-jan-2012 I got tikona bill stating that i have to pay 2142 rupees i called the customer care and asked why i should pay 2142 since i have disconnected the connection from November 2011 but they said that request details not processed properly so the connection still active and after the customer care associate said however i will take the complaint now and disconnect the Connection. After one month tikona customer care agents called me and asked me to pay the bill amount but i explain them i faced lot of issue and i did not use the connection for 3 months but they billed for that as well. The actual Amount pending is 899 for the month November 2011. After two years now today 30-May-2013 I got a call from this number: +91 [protected] that guy told me that i have to pay the outstanding amount otherwise Tikona will file a case against me in consumer court. Then I contacted tikona customer care and asked them regarding the same asked for itemized bill because the actual outstanding amount is 899 November-2011 due. But they asked me to pay 2142 which includes Dec-2011 and Jan-2012 where did not use internet on Dec-2011 and Jan-2013 and the modem was taken by the tikona guy on November 2011 itself. However money is not issue for me i paid that amount today 30-May-2013 online. But here the problem is they did not provide me proper service, I called customer care many times my time was wasted; they charged me 2 months extra my money waste and mental stress for me unnecessarily. They have all the mistakes but i have to suffer unnecessarily by thinking all these. These people are exploiting the customer; I’m fed up with tikona.

                      Tikona Broadband — BILLING, FRAUD SERVICE,

                      I am Dinakaran from chennai. i took one connection from tikona on march. After got the service from tikona i suuffered a lot in terms of speed, service, signal connectivity etc.....
                      My connection was diconnected in june without my concern. After a long struggle i got the connection in july 16.
                      They promise me that the bill will be calculated on pro-rate base. BUT NOW THESE FRAUD FELLOWS SEND BILL FOR ME TO THE WHOLE MONTH. ACTUALLY THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH TIKONA WERE NOT EVEN WORTH TO SINGLE PAISE. THEY PEOPLE GETTING SALARY TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.
                      MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERYONE IS PLEASE BE AWARE ABOUT THE TIKONA. DON'T GET CONNECTION FROM THEM . THE WORLDS MOST AND WORSTEST SERVICE IS TIKONA.

                      Tikona — harrasing and waste of money

                      Sir / Madam,

                      I am a subscriber of tikona broadband, i have taken a plan of 499 unlimited,the 1st bill of 7 days was of ,650,wherein the monthly charges was mentioned as 499+taxes .On a daily basis i spend around half n hour speaking with their executive at the customer care number because of the unavailability of the network.Would like to know that if this kind of service persist then why was there an approval given by the government of telecommunication , is it a matter of just earning money or to cheat the consumers. Really would like to write to Mr Bajapi, but unfortunately do not have the mail ID .

                      Today i checked the entire history of my bill. The actual outstanding amount pending is less then Rs.500 and also i have paid 1500 as deposit amount 750 was reduced in first month bill the remaining 750 they have to pay me back after closing this connection. Totally the have cheated me around Rs.2200, Fraud company, cheat, criminal these kind of company should be sealed. why the government sleeping, i guess its Indian citizen's fate.

                      I don't need an apology, I made payments properly till Oct-2011, at the end of Oct-2011 I have faced lot of issues in the connection and i have made numerous call but not provided proper solution and at last 7-Nov-2011 I called and told them to close my connection but that request is process by the end of Jan-2012. So the till Oct-2011 i have done all the payments and for Nov-2011 I used half month your service since i have faced lot of issue i called customer care and i clearly told them I will not pay the amount since the connection is not working properly. So now i have treated by tikona to pay 2142 i paid it on 30.-may-2013. Now if you really care about customer send me the itemized bill with all the usage i made and pay back the money unnecessarily charged for Dec-2011, Jan-2012 where did not use internet after 11-Nov-2011 if you want check my account and see not even a single KB used by me after 11-Nov-2013. I also paid Rs.1500 deposit, for that they have reduced 750 in the first billing the remaining Rs.750 should be paid back after closing the connection. So what ever charged extra check your database and payback my money.

                        I had been using Tikona broadband more than 1.5years ago. After I had shifted my house they had said that their network was not available in the are and so they would disconnect it. But every month they sent me bills even though I was not using their services. Everytime I had called the customer care they had said that they would look into the matter. AFter 1.5years I get a call from a lawyer in Delhi saying that I have to pay the bill or else a case would be filed in half and hour and threatened to block all my cards. He said Tikona had proof that I had used. I failed to make him understand that I had never used it so how could they have proof? He was unwilling to listen to me and kept threatening me. I was forced to pay the bill. I now want action against this company for making people pay bills without any usage.

                          Today again I got a call from Ratan Pratap singh, Mob - [protected] saying that he is calling from Delhi Civil Court where as this mobile number belong to Banaras (UP East) Airtel GSM.

                          Few months back also I have received the same and after complaining in this site I got a call from Tikona saying I will not get such call anymore.

                          Request you stop calling me otherwise this time I am going to file a case against Tikona in consumer court.

                          If you want to talk call me directly.

                          I can say "Worst Service Provider" TIKONA....

                            Well sir i have used tikona broadband service 5 months back. While i was using tikona i complained many times that their connection is too slow where they said i will get 3 mbps speed which i never got while i was using that net connection. I talked to the customer care that i will not use the service if they will not provide the good service and they said thay will do it but they did not, So finally I left the place and told them i will not use the service any more. One day thay call me up and said you have to pay Rs1400 than i said i never used that service for that month. Then again they call me up next month they call me up and said i have to pay Rs 2000 and again next month Rs 27000 I told them many times that i m no longer using their service so stop calling me. On 25th of may 2013 in the morning somebody call me and he said he is a advocate from saket high court and he said that i have used 1500GB and I have to pay Rs 2800 or else they will sent me to the jail.When I searched the telephone no. from which i got the call it was from Tikona broadband service, its not only the first time i got this call many times i got this call . Sir this is the mental harassment and please help me out

                            I have bought Tikona Broadband Connection (Consumer No. [protected]) on 15th May 2012 with the plan ADULH512K. As per this plan I have paid Rs. 3000/- in advance as subscription charges for 6 months upto 14th Nov 2012

                            Firstly, installation was not happened properly, about the same I complained at customer care but nothing happened.

                            Secondly, soon after installation, i started facing issue of poor connectivity I intimated at customer care about poor connectivity but they didn’t bothered.

                            I have disconnected my broadband connection on 6th Nov 2012. As I have already paid upto 14th Nov 2012 so nothing is due from my side. Even the mail from legal department of Tikona has confirmed that my last usage date was 6th Nov 2012 and I am supposed to pay till that day only. Even after that they have raised invoice for next 6 months amounting Rs 3240/- and I am getting threating calls from them.

                            Using this forum I want to raise my voice against illegal practice being used by Tikona Broadband.

                            I used tikona broadband in june 2012 for 1 month only and discontinued through proper channel.
                            However the company kept on generating bills post my closure of account and is now harassing me to pay the same.

                            The called me clainming to call from DELHI TIS HAZARI COURT and said that they will summon me to high court if I do not pay the bills(amy 2226).

                            They also used harrassing words on the same call.

                            THE CASE:

                            To explain the case I am copying my final mail to the company whioch details all the activity

                            &quot;Dear Sir,
                            I am writing you this mail as a confirmation for the talk I had on 29/6/12 with customer care officers and billing officers on your helpline.

                            I had ordered a new tikona service in may under the name Dr. Amit Agarwal. The user ID was [protected].

                            The connection was activated on 31/5/12 but not installed. After repeatedly contacting the helpline the connection was installed on 11/6/12.


                            My billing cycle was from 7th to 7th of every month, and I was charged Rs. 400 something for period between 31/5 and 7/6. During this period my connection was not installed and if you check my usage was 0.

                            I had discussed this issue with the billing dept thrice with diff ref no. and each time i was assured that the waver will be given. However i continued to receive messages to pay the bill. Yesterday again for the fourth time I talked to officials and I was again assured of the waver

                            the REF NO IS 1-[protected].

                            Also i have requested a termination of my account for which the ref no is 1-[protected]. The official has clearly stated that account will be terminated within 48 hrs.

                            I am writing this mail as a proof as i believe that talking to officials does not get things done at your end.

                            I have stopped using TIKONA service and I will not be held responsible if you do not cancel my account at your end and keep billing me.
                            i will not be calling your helpline any further.


                            I have cleared all my dues and attached ref nos for the same.


                            After this mail I recieved a mail from the caompany that they will send someopne to collect the modem device within next 5 days

                            However till about three months nobody came from tikona to take away the modem device that they installed. They kept generating bills and kept calling me with harrassing calls to which everytime I had to explain what was the actual case. After three months they collected the device.
                            After this I started recieveing calls that bills were still due even though account was terminated
                            Also they billed me RS 1500 for the device despite the fact that executive from tikona collected it.

                            After that the calls stopped for a few months and now suudenly I recieved a call claiming to be from TIS HAZARI information department.
                            I beleive that the call was made by TIKONA executive only


                            I have searched the internet and found that there are numerous pple who have ben harassed like this.

                            PLease look into this matter and come up with a solution.

                            I think that my mobile net and Tikona internet speed is same.

                            I was an old customer of Tikona. Even after 4-5 years this creatures have not changed a bit.

                            After 1st installation I was given contradictory statement 7-8 times by various executive in 3-4 days.

                            We should unite together and file criminal complaint against these company.

                            Maa kasam Corporate Choro Mein Tikona Number 1 Hain.

                            If one problem get resolved other one crops up. Know my sis is not able to connect to internet through her mobile and Apple I-Pad.

                            If possible I will nominate Tikona name for most Hopeless, Pathetic, Fraud internet service provider in India.

                            Please those who are looking for internet service don't buy this . I will suggest use mobile internet for basic usage if no other option is there.
                            I was customer of Tikona internet last year and paid 6 months subscription in advance to you company .

                            but due to issues in services i requested to disconnection on 5th month and stop using your services.

                            after which your team has collected Tikona device from my house .


                            soon after that I start getting phone calls from your employees for more payment of the services which I never used and it was followed by threteing calls till date from Tikona and its legal team.

                            this is very embarrasing and give wrong impression regarding the Tikona and its way of doing bussiness.

                              I have used Tikona for more than one and half year ( User Id [protected], In month March the internet didn't work well for whole month, it was connecting and disconnecting frequently and I couldn't able to use it.
                              I have given complaint lot of time from 27 march to 3 April 2013, Issue was not resolved for a week.
                              I also sent a mail to Customer care regarding the issue, They didn't respond to that.

                              On 04 April Technical Engineer came to my home , checked the connection and asked go for disconnection , as signal is very will, internet will not work
                              I have asked customer care for termination of the connection, They started this process from 09 April 2013, and they closed it on 20 April 2013.
                              They have taken their instrument and modem also.

                              Next month they have sent bill for April month where I have not used internet as it was not working.
                              When I have asked the customer care they are replaying since you have used net on 26-27 March 2013 , you have to pay bill for whole month

                              I have asked to adjust the bill to my usage rather than generating the bill for whole month where the usage is NILL,
                              Customer care has replied very rashly saying "we will not going to do that you have to pay and disconnected the call"

                              Tikona has collected Rs 899 from me on 14 july 2012 for plan migration to 1Mbps plan as advance rental.
                              They are not considering that amount also.

                              They are threatening me with calls that till I will not settle the amount every month the bill will be generating for my account.

                              i purchased a tikona broadband since past six month and i applied for a wifi modem.but i had not use this service as it was not installed to my home.but from there(six months) they are applying charges for that modem every month..i complained about it so many times but there is no result of it.
                              so please take care when taking this tikona services..and i requested all who wants to take tiikona services please choose another service.

                              Tikona Broadband — Bill Issue (Overcharged even after disconnection)

                              After continuous email about the billing complaint I'm being harassed by phone calls and messages to pay the bill. The bill for the month I have not used internet connection and asked for disconnection.


                              I have sent an email also conveyed over phone. They are asking to pay.
                              Not only this, they have also added the bill for wireless modem which I never received.

                              I asked for connection on 26/Feb/2011 but made disconnection request on 23/Mar/2011. Why should I pay the bill for April???

                              After repeated emails I see no action from Tikona.

                              Getting unidentified network regularly. Service engineer reported issues in my laptop. But I have tested in other laptop but issue remain same.

                                Hello, Reference to my complaint dated 23rd Feb 2013 through you, I want to state that still Tikona people and unnecessarity calling me again and again for paymen which i'm not at all liable to pay.Today someone called me and stated that a case has been filed against you in delhi courte for not paying bill of Rs 3830/- (Dotn know how come amount rased from 1088 to 3000 when i;m not using it at all)

                                After that i got call from their representative that we will settle case if i can pay Rs 435/- But the point is why should i pay even Rs 1 when there is no mistake of mine. Company like Tikona is spending much more time and money in customer haressment rather than customer satisfaction.

                                Through you, i'm once again putting my request to forum to make TIkona aware to stop all these nonsence activities.

                                Hi All,

                                Please don't go for Tikona broadband connection.One of the worst broadband service in India.I am using tata for the last three years.last month i got Tikona broadband live demo.I impressed with plan and i disconnected Tata.I paid 500 rupees and i took 599 monthly plan

                                after that Tikona broad band service is worst.Not even single day i used....I called so many times to costemer call and i registered the complained.

                                Till now no result for that.Please tell me how to get my money.And i have so many client in online because of the stupid connection i am unable to satisfy my costumer on time.I am totally upset.

                                the below is the problem or query with the services of tikona broadband for the year 2011 which has recently sprung up and are claiming or enforcing me to pay for the service which where bad and delayed a gap of 5 working days without intimation of the error or delay in service, at the fifth day when the service manager called i informed him about the delay and told i would not pay for the service rendered before and after the month of july, according to my conversation with their service manager then and the customer care executive i decided that we have come into a agreement until they sent a bill for the month of july & aug in november 2011. After 14 months this problem reprised and i received a call by the lawyer enforced by tikona to collect the debt by any means which was informed to the customer care executive in jan 2013 after the call and apparently no action was taken. Please help me resolve this.

                                Email sent by me today March 3rd 2013 requesting resolution of the problem.

                                " regarding my previous telephonic conversation with your helpline, i was expecting a call from the manager in charge regarding billing and also from the lawyer who was enforced by tikona to call and threaten to file a case against me in delhi, after which there was no summon or any kind of information (this was also informed to the the executive who handled my call). to bring to your notice please speak to the service manager who handled my query during my subscription with tikona in 2011, i registered a compliant regarding my internet connection during july/aug of 2011 , it took them 5 working days to rectify the error and when it was done i had already informed him about my anger and tikona's displease service and also that i would not pay or use tikona connection and have not done since, i then received emails regarding my outstanding bills in the month of aug , then in november of 2011 and after a gap of 14 month i received a call from a lawyer who clearly mentioned that he was enforced (or) enabled by tikona to collect the remaining of the bill amount. which is now an amount of Rs 2570/- against of the previously used bill of Rs 1325/- which should be only Rs 599 according to the bill plan taken by me. please mention a resolution for this problem and also investigate on all the above mentioned problems or query regarding the facts and please contact me by end of next week dated 9th of March 2013 . incase this email is not replied to i would consider it to be resolved and will not take this case ahead to the consumer court for harresment and undue pressure by tikona.

                                I have been getting calls from Tikona threatening me that a case had been filed in the Delhi court and that I must visit the Delhi court or the police will take action against me. They say it is for the so called pending bill of RS 1000 that they had filed a case against me. I am from Mumbai, I have been receiving calls persistently from someone threatening me about the case. This is extremely annoying. There is no pending bills that I am due for. I had cleared everything before disconnecting. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then.

                                Tikona Broadband company has started collecting fund from all unethical practices and making fool to all customer who has fall into there pray.Please find the below email from your side in which it has been clearly mentioned that the account has been terminated and full and final settlement has been done already.
                                In spite I have received several threatening calls from your assigned advocated to settle the payment otherwise there will be criminal case filled against you.I have made a loss of my efforts, time and money by choosing TIKONA and I have invested almost more than Rs.2000 without any services offered and even the Broadband was never used for a single Day because of false commitment and technical incapability.

                                Today, 18th June, 15, I got a call from the same number saying herself Rekha from CIBIL or something informing me to pay dues of my cancelled Tikona service. Yes, i used tikona service that was 4 months ago ..i used the service for more than two years and because of the pathetic support i had to cancelled..where technical guys took 21 days to visit my place( Issue started from FEb&#039;15- April&#039;15) i was unable to use Internet for 4 months despite of numerous calls for help., The support forced me to change the plan to 699 to 799 instead of fixing. i changed the plan thinking it might resolve the issue no luck then my option is to cancelled it. Support told me that i don&#039;t need to pay since i was using any service or data due to the error. . Support cancelled the service on April but till now i haven&#039;t receive my deposit amount and now started with harassment.
                                I have disconnected my Tikona connection for which i have made payment online.

                                I get a FNF settlement amount of 206 payable for no reason. Customer care cant explain the reason

                                i get a call after 3 months from a lawer &quot;Deveraj Joshi&quot; from number +[protected] threating to pay 2005/- in half an hour or else i will be called to delhi for a civil case and calls me a criminal.

                                I offer to pay the 206 but they deny it.

                                for an amount of 206 they creating nuisance and harassment.

                                  I have used Tikona for more than one year, In month March the internet didn't work well for whole month, it was connecting and disconnecting frequently and I couldn't able to use it.
                                  I have given complaint lot of time, but the response was not there.
                                  When bill got generated after that technical support person came to my home who has checked the connection and told just go for termination of connection as it is not working. I have raised the request for disconnection, Tikona took more than two weeks for processing this

                                  In month of July 2012 for plan change, I have paid advance rental of 899 for changing to 1mbps plan, at that time customer care person told it will given back
                                  Tikona has charged Rs 479 bill for my last bill before disconnection, I have told them to adjust the bill with the advance rental which I have paid
                                  And settle the remaining amount back to me.

                                  Customer care person never took my words
                                  And final settlement bill they have sent with April month usage which I not used as internet issue was there.
                                  And they are asking to pay, Calling every time and disturbing me all the time
                                  When I am calling the customer care they are always focusing to make customer pay the money but not on why he should pay If already he has paid some money as advance rental
                                  Now the advance rental is considered as plan changing charges after we have paid this amount.

                                  As a customer I am very much disturbed with this act.
                                  I have even referred my friend to take this connection, for referring tikona pays Rs 250 , But I haven't got that amount also

                                      My Tikona User ID is: [protected]
                                      I always used to get inappropriate online bills every month from TIKONA BROADBAND.
                                      I have complained several times online,but of no use and hence I opted to pay personally to their executive Mr. Jagadish or Mr. Satish

                                      I have cleared the outstanding bill and handed over the modem and cables to the Tikona executive,Mr. Jagadesh who used to collect the bill every month
                                      I have also registered a complaint with ID: 1-[protected] on[protected] as on which the outstanding bill was inappropriate as usual.

                                      I have no balance to pay neither I used it again because of very bad service experience.

                                      Now,they are calling me and asking to pay Rs.2700 or else they will put a lawsuit.
                                      Why should I pay for the one that I have already cleared 2 yrs ago to their own executive?


                                      So,kindly consider this issue and resolve it soon...

                                        Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                                        I was using Tikona Internet Service in the year of 2012. I was very disappointed because of frequent incidents of poor/no service.

                                        I had stopped using the service from 23rd August 2012 (originally because of technical fault in Tikona system).

                                        I was promised a resolution by Tikona customer care representative over phone but there was nothing happening from Tikona's end to get the issue resolved. After numerous calls to Tikona customer care and great disappointment I wrote an email to Tikona on 4th Sep 2012 requesting disconnection. I sent a reminder to Tikona on 12th Oct requesting them to start/expedite the disconnection process. This email was acknowledged on the next day but followed by no action.

                                        All throughout the period from Sep 2012 to Dec 2012 (approximately) I received numerous calls from Tikona to pressurize me to pay bills generated for months after Aug 2012, which I think is unjustifiable when I had already paid all the bills generated till Aug 2012 month while I was using the service. I used to explain my case to every caller and used to request them to process the disconnection request, which still hasn't happened. After a while I stopped answering to Tikona calls just to keep myself from the added pain.

                                        Now today, on 14th May 2013 I received a call from a person calling herself a Senior Delhi High Court Lawyer. According to her Tikona wants to sue me in Delhi High Court and I must pay Tikona Rs. 5740 (approx.) for outside of court settlement. I could understand that the call was made by a Tikona personal faking to be government official and think of the act as supremely condemnable, highly unethical, unjustified and unnecessary.

                                        My experience with Tikona was never better and these calls have made it worst. I feel that no other customer should go through such suffering and intimidation. I humbly urge you to take action to prevent this from happening with rest of the customers and to settle my case as well.
