hi guys, i am one of the sufferer of tikona digital networks internet service provider.my plan is HYDBBM999 which costs 999/-rs which speed is 4mbps for upto 50gb and secondary download speed is 2mbps after fup, but what the exact issue is i am not even getting the promised speed and when we called no care executive will answer and puts the call on hold and ends the call never trust the isp provider, please go for another isp provider instead...

Cheating and Harassing

I had installed Tikona Broadband in my premises for personal use.
I always had issues with the services which I continuously raised but it did not help.

I finally decided to deactivate my services and sent them a mail also and called the customer care.
