Dear Tikona Customer Service/Legal Team, This is with reference to the mail I received for collection of dues amount on 28th November 2013. I am not sure how Tikona has come up with due amount as I had sent a disconnection request on November 25th as I shifted house. Moreover, I had paid an advance amount till next month. I want to make below points in regards to this issue: 1. I sent a mail to Tikona customer care for disconnection of my broadband connection on 25th November as I was shifting to a new location. Please see the mail below. I had paid the bill in advance till 7th December 2012. 2. On a follow up call from Tikona, I was convinced that my internet services will be re-installed in my new address and I was asked to pay the bill in advance till 7th of January. I obliged and paid the bill till 7th January. Note that I had sent my new address details for re-installation when I agreed to continue the service in my new address. 3. I shifted to new location in mid of December 2012 and called up Tikona customer care to re-install the service. Soon I learnt that they do not have their service reach in my new address. Hence I asked them to refund my money back. I was not given any assurance that I will get my money back for the period when I didn't use the service. So I secured the modem with me till I get my money back. Having said that, I assure that I can return the modem back to Tikona as it is of no use to me. I had just kept it with me for an assurance that I will get my money back. However, instead of giving my money back I am getting a legal notice!!! What kind of ethics this company follows??? Even after 5 days of raising the complaint, no one from Tikona has cared to respond. Tikona customer care team, if you do not have response to customer's complaints, STOP HARASSING the customers and STOP sending LEGAL NOTICES.

    I am Praveen from Chennai, my Tikona net user ID is [protected]. I have taken the connection on 25-Oct-2013 and opted for 2mbps speed. It worked fine for few days and after around a week passed, we faced slow speed issue and frequent disconnection. I have raised complaint regarding this complaint number 1-[protected]. how ever attended the call couldn't solve this issue and worsened it.. Connect is too slow as it became 90kbps and can't even open basic google page. 10 days passed away, by assuring me that the issue will be solve the next day. Everyday when I make a call to customer care, they say it will be resolved the next day. It is almost a month passed and the issue is not resolved. I have even raised cancellation '1-[protected]' a week before, but it was not attended till now. From almost 15 days I made calls to customer care and got the same as "the issue will be solved tomorrow". I have unfortunately taken the connection for 3 months and want refund of my money. Please help me.

The team has called me for the confirmation and told that the can refund only Rs.634 from the total paid Rs.4000 (the Rs.634 is the balance amount after charging 3 months). I have used net only for 10 days and charged for 3 months. When asked the executive says that problem will be fixed, I have to wait till it get fixed and as I have asked for cancellation voluntarily, I have to bare the charges. I said that this is not fair, he told so he will investigate and haven't reverted till now..

    My points is, I have given almost a month to fix the problem, should I have to wait more with out cancellation. Every time when we call the customer care, it says the messages are recorded, I want to team to go thru each of them and understand. It is Tikona's inefficiency for not provide the service all these day at my area. If the can able to use net, why I would cancel it (After investing for the Router and paying Rs.4000 in advance).

    I want to go for consumer court on this.. Please someone suggest me..

      Hi,

      I got mail from you Tikona asking for the payable amount of Rs2624/- & additional Amount Rs.1500/- for Modem charges are unacceptable. I have paid all the amount to Tikona representative along with that he collected the modem also, at the time of disconnection.

      My connection was terminated in DEC'2012. But I got so many calls(from so called tikona lawayers) asking for the payment of due amount till last 2 months, i repeatedly informed the same that i paid already. Finally i was happy that i am not bothered anymore with these kind of calls. But now you people sent me a demand notice, after nearly 1 year of the service termination.

      In the Demand notice it is mentioned that contact Mr. Aditya Sharma on [protected] after making requisite payment, i tried to reach him so many time on the given number. But it is not at all reachable.

      I request you to take act accordingly. My Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected].

      If you people want to earn money please provide better service but this is not the way by harassing the middle class people like me.

        Tikona Digital Network gives prepaid broadband service.I used their service with Tikona broadband User ID [protected] from Aug, 2012 to Oct, 2013. My last service period was 27th July, 2013 to 26 Oct, 2013.I have stopped using the service by 20th Oct, 2013. I had reported customer support and dropped mail well before 26, Oct, 2013 to terminate the service. Now they are stating "you have given a request for disconnection on 28th Oct 2013 which is in between(26-Oct-2013 to 25-Jan-2014)" so I have pay for the period mentioned. I strongly oppose settlement amount.

          Hi, My user ID with Tikona was: [protected]. With the above reference number, you would've pulled up all of my details and I have been very unfortunate to have ever taken up their broadband services and would definitely never advise anyone to ever try your connection. I was very shocked to receive a call earlier in the day today stating that I have a summon for a case they have filed against me for a non-payment of Rs. 1436. When I tried telling them that I do not reside at the old residence anymore and that I had returned the equipment and had no dues, they were not ready to listen and asked me to contact Tikona Customer Care. Subsequently, I called up customer care number and spoke to the representative who informed me that I was charged as I didn't return their equipment. When I gave her the reference number to my previous call to you, (Old Ref: 1-[protected]) she confirmed that she has the details of the scanned copy of the CPE Removal Letter and that the charges would be cancelled. I further insisted to speak to a supervisor and was offered a callback in an hour's time. The reference number for this call was 1-[protected]. I next received a call from Sathish who was a Sr. Floor Supervisor who again confirmed that I had sent the scanned copy of the CPE Removal letter which I received on 9th March 2013 after I placed a request in February 2013 for the disconnection. I was once again informed that the charges would be waived and I do not have to pay anything further. The reference number for this call was 1-[protected]. I find it extremely dissatisfactory and have been very disturbed that I received a call for non-payment of the dues which was never the case. I had sent the email with the scanned copy of the CPE Removal Letter on 7th May 2013. It is further annoying when the representatives at the customer care respond to you very insensitively when you call them. When I requested the supervisor (Sathish, Ref: 1-[protected]) to have a written email stating my account with Tikona is settled, he wanted me to write an email to customer care. I received NO RESPONSE YET TO MY EMAIL SENT ON 16th November 2013. I was forced to pay Rs. 1, 436 over the Tikona's website just to avoid a legal action taken by the company which is completely invalid. My Payment receipt number is: [protected]TPC[protected]. I HAVE RETURNED ALL THE CPE on time and have all the proof of the same and DESERVE A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT PAID (Rs. 1, 436). I am wondering if anyone would even bother calling me from the company. WORST EVER SERVICE AND NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THEIR SERVICE.

            I have taken tikona connection 1yr back, i am requesting for a wifi connection on 5th nov 2013.when i called to the cutomer care they telling me that its taking 72 hours, and in the second day evening also they telling that it will take 72 hours .I have raised a complaints 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] on 7th and 8th november and till now it is not resolved. last time contacted customer care and they it will take 24 hours. and they telling that they cant give any confirmation.i never face such worst experience with any customer care people, the lady name Ayeesha she simple cut my call by telling that she cant do anything.and put my number in blocking list, this is how tikona people serving the customers.and till now i didnt get any call and any confirmation i put whole money 1680rs to get this wifi connection.
            Like this how many days i have to wait?
            if you are unable to provide proper service then terminate my connection and i'll go for another ISP.

              I have been really harrassed by the Tikona After Sales Service departments. This company has no standards to follow and behaves like a thief after it takes advance money from you. I have been requesting a disconnection of the services from past 5 days on a daily basis and have still not received any call from their Disconnection team. Every time I call them its just assurances is what I get and you can;t imagine the technical issues of internet in this companies takes more than 10 days to resolve. Horrible company and very horrible services. Friends please beware of such fraud company.

                hi guys, i am one of the sufferer of tikona digital networks internet service provider.my plan is HYDBBM999 which costs 999/-rs which speed is 4mbps for upto 50gb and secondary download speed is 2mbps after fup, but what the exact issue is i am not even getting the promised speed and when we called no care executive will answer and puts the call on hold and ends the call never trust the isp provider, please go for another isp provider instead we are cheated badly.i am attaching the screen short of the speed test from their portal which they call it as 2 mbps speed . http://imguplo.com/photos/20131106138372149178896.jpg

                Tikona Digital Networks — Amount not refunded

                I have applied for internet connection on 20th march 2010. Due to non receipt of signal at installation place installation was not possible. i have issued cheque for Rs. 800 which was cleared by the company. due to application for disconnection they promised me refund but still the amount is not refunded
                I also facing the same problem and hence put a complaint on this site

                UNINSTALLED Brod band Connection - they have been sending me monthly bills
                on or before billing date & yet they aren't refund the deposit amount .. chennai alwarpet

                Tikona Digital Networks — False Commitment for marketing

                sir the complaint is regarding the tikona digital network service, some of the marketing executive has come to my house for the new connection of internet service. since i was discussing with them regarding the plan but the next day they came in my absence and installed the fixed internet modem which i have explained them that i need wireless connection so that i can access any where in the city after talking to the toll free number they said me that service is in chargealbe basic which i was unknown . so kindly do the needful for the same
                Tikona people did the same thing with me, Now I am sure they are frauds. you better get it disconnected as Tikona services are also not good and not reliable

                Tikona Digital Service — Miscommitment

                Hi,
                My Name is Narender kumar. I m the resident of South Delhi. I have Applied for broadband Connection from Tikona Digital Services. One of their Executive came 3rd Oct'11 for Showing Demo. After that I have Selected the 649 unlimited plan. I paid him 1000/- cash as the executive mention that if i will pay cheque then it will take next 7 days for installation but in cash installation will be done in 48 hours. The Executive name Sanjay id[protected]. So I opt for cash payment. He also gave me his contact no. for further assistant. I waited for the next 48 hours but no executive came for installation. I have contacted tikona customer care, but their excutive told the same thing and they told me that installation will take 1 week. When I reminded them that in their website it mentioned that in cash mode it will take 72 hours maximum for installation. Then they told me that they have lodged my Complaint and soon it will resolve.Since then I m waiting for the installation. Every day Now its my duty to make a call to customer care and ask for status. My application no is [protected]. My contact no is [protected]. It's such a shocking experience for me. I can't believe that for selling a single connection how a executive misguide a person. Now I will never refer anyone to take tikona service. Even customer care person are so lazy that they can't bother to solve the customer issue rather than giving a loly-pop to customer. So its my humble request to install my connection or I will take strict action...

                i dont know the tikona care will ask for details in websites only..this is to show that they value the customers most ...but when we call to them they will say that the speed fluctuates ..that is worst answer we can get from them after follow up having wasted our time in calling them and after this now i will also post the speed results see ..so my advise is to go for only beam or even atleast local isp providers who can promise the given speeds ...after fup i should get 2 mbps and see what i get in speed test ...

                  This is the complaint to mention about tikona broad band internet services, this company is harrasing or black mailing their customers by calling with different numbers from delhi and pune saying as they are lawyers and they are filing a compaints for not paying the bills and police will come with warant to arrest us and we want to report at delhi court to pay the bill and settle down, i have paid all the bills with tikona and i have submitted my modem and i got all the mail communication with tikona for my disclosure, even though they sen serveral mails for milling me unwantedly and from now they r calling me and blackmailing me, i have warned them a lot of times but hey were not bothering about this, This time i am filing a complaint in consumer court if this repeats may be i must a file a case against tikona company for blackmailing, harrasing and fraud and cheat cases.

I was able to realise it from the start of worst week. We were facing terrible network issues, loss of service, frequent disconnects, very low broadband speed and we would have called atleast 10 times to resolve all these issue. I had been loyally paying the bills even for that poor service. At April 2013, it happened that I was almst left with no internet connection for at least 75% of the month, when i took a decision not to put up with this Tikona. We called up Tikona over phone and verbally gave them request to get this connection cancelled as i had enough of it and im not going to pay for that as i never had any actual service offered. But the Tikona people kept sending the Bills and on July month I got another email with tikona bill. Tikona is keep on agreegating the Bills for services even after my cancellation request from myself over call on May 2013 and email on start of of June 2013. I dropped an email to tikona to get the connection cancelled and also clearly stated that im not liable to bill any bills. if tikona doesnt cancel a request and doesnt provide service why an normal civilian has to pay for it? I need these company know the Consumers Importance and the need to offer good services, and this action should refrain them from taking hard earned money from people for nothing.                       Hello, I request to all of the users who are using this forum and reading my complaint that "NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICE OF TIKONA" for broadband connection in any of the city across India. They just cheats and begged the money from our bag. They will provide good services at the starting of the 3-4 months then they will show there actual strength and when you will complaint to there customer care they will never give proper response/support. If you go for the disconnection of your service, they will registered your request but no one will come to complete that request. They will continue your service and even if you haven't use there service, they will say that "You are still using our service and have use XXGB data on XX Date". BULL !!! How ridiculous reply this is. When you ask for the details of the machine used during those days, you will get a negative reply that its not possible from here you have to call at customer care. On the other hand there's only one number for customer care then where should we go now????? Please please spread this review in social network site and make others awake about TIKONA. I am not the employee of any competitor company of TIKONA or not the ex-employee of TIKONA. I am just the Aam(Mango) Man from india, suffering from the RIDICULOUS Service/Suppport/Response of TIKONA. Thanks, for reading my complaint and i hope due to this some people understand and boycott to take the service of TIKONA in any situation. I also, know that there are some guys which are having the similar issue and i will get a support from them.

                        I had installed Tikona Broadband in my premises for personal use.
                        I always had issues with the services which I continuously raised but it did not help.

                        I finally decided to deactivate my services and sent them a mail also and called the customer care.
                        But they still kept sending the bill and I had to make a payment of 1872/-
                        Now I also started getting threatening calls for the bill payment

                        There was a deposit of 1500/- given during installation but I did not get that amount back.

                        Very True...We are alos experiencing the Same Issues for Tikona. Its a Fraud Company. They promise for good services but never provide and the request are always considered but never process.

                        The are working like "Office Office" serial.

                          I have taken "Tikona" service on[protected] and paid 2900 rs. cash to their sales person (Mr. Jignesh Dabhi). He told me that my service will start in next 4 hours. But after 4 days still service is not starting. Also, None of them employees even sales person/manager are not receiving my phone. I called to their customer care ([protected]). But they didn't tell me proper answer. I want my money (all 2900 rs.) back and I don't want their services. Please help me and suggest any idea to solve my problem.

                            I want to know why i am getting legal calls after that i had already paid the full & final settlement amount which is mention in the tailed mail and the equipments are also removed from my home and recovered by your authorized agency .Here you get the attached copy of receipt or acknowledgment that is given by your agency that equipments are recovered and also that bill which is generated of that period which i never used because i got transfer to another place for that reason only i had discontinue with your service . how ever i found that you are not giving good service after sales and not even bother to collect the equipments i called up many time to your customer care and your surat center and i got replied that(by Mr.Rakesh "when we get order from higher authority we will collect the same").
                            So. after six month suddenly i got bill so i called up your customer care and told everything and then your customer care executive advice that we will collect the equipment in next 24 hours and don't need to worry about bill .please ignore it .
                            But this is not the end after 1 month someone called me from delhi and said " i am legal authority Mr.singh who asked " Sir you have not paid your tikona bill, so pay the same or we will take legal action against you".
                            I request you clear all the miss communication and update the same in your record that i had already paid the amount and there is no due to pay any amount and all equipments are collected and recovered .
                            please care your valuable customers who can give you good business opportunity in future.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring in your notice about the mental harassment by Tikona broadband Pune. I am getting “Demand Notice” mails from Tikona mentioning not made payment for usage which is totally untrue. I had tikona broadband connection in Pune with tikona customer-id : [protected] more then 2 years back. I had opted for advance plan in tikona. My plan was such that i was paying always advance payment for every month usage and i was told by customer-care and executive that whenever you are disconnecting services you need to just notify us through mail, there will not be any payment for last month, since it is in advance which is already paid when cycle starts. The Service provided by Tikona was worst against as promised by their customer service representative before taking the connection. Thus sooner i had decided to discontinue with the service in year 2011. Now after more then 2 years they are sending “Demand Notice” mails to me for last month dues. Also they collected their belongings almost 2 years back in 2011. But still their system shows bill outstanding of 2227 rupees which is totally wrong as the service was prepaid. Customer care representatives are worst than any other service provider. They talk slang when i requested for discontinuation. And now after 2 years of discontinuation of their service, one of their advocate with mobile number [protected] called me saying they have lodged complaint against me for non payment of outstanding charges. And asked me to pay bill online. And later the fellow switched off his mobile. and he didnt even confirm transaction record. Moreover Tikona charged me for the service which I never used or asked for as it was a prepaid service. Today when I searched on internet i found so many similar complaints by consumers. I really want Tikona should be punished heavily for mentally harassing, Selling fraudulent plans and demanding money unethically from customers. Regards Radhika

                                HI, I have already done a disconnection request on 18th Sep from my registered email id to [protected]@tikona.in which was never considered and i was forced to pay 1500 rs, which was taken forcefully from me by threatening about the court. I have stopped using their service from 23rd June this year . when i was associated with Tikona i never got any satisfactory service Facts: + In June month total usage is 68MB due to tikona's great network.so ideally i should not be charged anything. + 89 SR's in a Year for your bad service, that means 7-8 SR's every month so tell me if i have ever got a service from Tikona? your average resolution time foe every SR is atleast 4 days which makes my internet work hardly a week in month work perfectly.

                                i had same experience with Tikona
                                few months back i requested Tikona customerCare for my disconnect my broadband connection because of my job location transfer.
                                They sent me final settlement of 440 rs and i paid.

                                Almost after 3 months i got a call from Tikona Legal Advocate for i not paying 1940 rs .I called Tikona service center for this issue.They told me i didn't submit Tikona Router. But really don't know where they are fixed this instrument in my home.The time i was taking Tikona Connection no one told me about this Tikona router.

                                Even when i got finel settlement from tikona...I contacted Tikona person to go and collect Tikona Router and i said i don't know where it fixed .They said ok...but they didn't ...

                                And also last 3 months no one contacted me about This router.
                                But finally Tikona Legal people called me to pay 1940 rs within 1 hour otherwise they ready to file FIR against me, , ,
                                I contacted Tikona customer care ...but they are responded very poor...
                                Finally i paid 1940 rs unnecessarily

                                very very very bad experience with tikona services


                                Pls don't take Tikona connection...

                                Tikona company better to recruit Technical persons...not Legal advocates...

                                  I (RAHUL JAIN) had a tikona connection (User ID [protected]) and i wanted to cancel it.I had been suffering since the day I took the broadband plan of Tikona. After frustrated so much I decided to disconnect.because of very bad connectivity and auto disconnecting problem.I requested the customer care through phone for cancellation on my monthly cycle date.then Tikona representative call me and said that Please give one more chance for better service and give me 7 days Trial Period (Free) If i 'm not satisfied then he disconnected immediately .They sent a engineer . after 3 days the problem was continue problem not solved.So I requested to customer care please disconnected immediately. they told me that it will take 12 days for the disconnection process. I don't know for disconnection why 12 days are required, this is sure a cheating policy of tikona. In this 12 day they will not send any person or call for disconnection.i'am calling again and request please disconnect my connection.they will send executive to collect all the equipment's. and after that they will send the full and final bills amount of Rs. 695 and 1500 rs. for CPE (for equipment) to the customer and are asking to pay the bills. i am again and again calling & complaining customer care for the false bills.if i am not using your service so i'am not pay any amount. After 20- 25 days finally they sent me a mail there is no outstanding payable amount against your account. Tikona broadband User ID [protected] Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected]: Amount Payable : Rs.0/- Non - Usage Period : 0 Waiver for Non-Usage Period : Rs.0/- Balance Amount Payable : Rs.0/- After 7 days I got a call from some delhi lawer [protected] and (Mandeep-[protected] )(tees hazari court) that he got fax from tikona to file case against me and asked me to pay tikona bills. i am again and again calling, Mails and complaining customer care for the stopping Threatening call from tikona lawyer.But they not give me a proper solution. I, am very disappointing.this is fraud and threatening from tikona company. I sincerely request you to please stop threatening me or else I will report all these to Consumer forum. I have all the evidences of cancellation of service and all.

                                    I had discontinued with Tikona services in Bangalore by placing two requests through requisition section in my account on 12 Nov 2011, calling up customer care on 13 Nov 2011 & emailing on 14 Nov 2011. But their customer care respond yes but never does it. I got a bill in OCT 2011 stating I have to make a payment for renewal...I opted for Tikona on May 14, 2011 and plan ends on Nov 14, 2011. But still I got a bill in Oct 2011 which starts from Oct 2011, when still my plan didn't expire. Due to your poor service, I discontinued Tikona's services on the above said dates. After that I got many calls from your customer service on confirmation of termination of services. On Dec 2, 2011 I got a call from your executive confirming the termination of services and person would come to retrieve the modem & accessories. Inspite placing many requests finally person came in March 2012 to get the materials. Meanwhile I got numerous calls stating to make the payment inspite terminating your service. In Jan 2012 a representative visited my house and I showed all the proof of bills sent by Tikona, all communication, error from your side on bills etc.. thereby your representative accepted error from your side and promised to clear the problem. After repeated requests modem & accessories were retrieved in March 2012. But still, I had received calls asking for payment settlement which doesn't exist. Also I received a bill for the period 15-Apr-2012 to 14-Jul-2012 where my connection was terminated in Nov 2011 & all accessories were taken back by Tikona in March 2012. Total Rs. 3792 was over charged untill July 2012 for which I never used. I had contacted their appelate authority Mr. Sunil Nair on 22 July 2012, but no response even their customer care too. After a year in July 2013, I received a call from a lawyer ( Shalini Sachdeva) in Delhi and they politely threatened me that a case would be filed against me if I dont make the payments. I haven't used Tikona connection from 12 Nov 2011. But the bills I had to make payment was for post Nov 2011 to August 2012 for which I didnt use. Strange thing is they have taken modem & accessories in March 2012, but the bill was upto Aug 2012 I need to pay for. Later I had to make the payment (Rs. 3791) and told her that a case would be filed against Tikona because I have emails sent to you for termination of connection and you never reverted me. I have call records for termination sent. But Tikona customer care executive assured me that it was a mistake at your end way back in July 2012 and the same shall be done at system. This is a case of actually cheating and harassing customer. Tikona claims that they do not have any records from Nov 2011 to April 2012 for the above said incidents. And due to non payment they disconnected my service in Apr 2012. I had confirmation in Dec 2, 2011 for termination from their executive. I do have all proofs to nail them

                                      Hi All, This is regarding Tikona billing and their poor customer services which started since June 2013. I am using Tikona broad band services since 2010. In the month of May 2013, I have asked tikona customer representative to put my connection under safe custody from 1st June to till 15 Aug. as I was out of station. After returning, I have contacted Tikona services to restart my services. They have asked me to pay my un-paid bill of Rs. 458.82 on 30th Aug. 2013. After this I was hoping that my net services would work fine but it did'nt happen. I have raised multiple complaints but all of those go into vain. On 6th Sep. 2013, one lady representative called me and asked for deactivation of services whereas I have asked to re-activate the services. After this discussion, I got a call from Tikona field engineer stating that he has taken out modem on same day at 4 PM. Then I raised request for de-activation after few days hoping that services will be terminate soon. After a week's time, I got call from retention team and that guy promised me complete weaver in bill and will restart my services. At last my services were started on 28th Sep. 2013. Now problem started when I got bill for Aug 15 to Sep 14 of Rs. 379.81, so I raised concern with customer representative and send me updated bill. Till now, I have not heard anything from them but keep getting alert to pay dues. I applied for this connection on 23.09.2013. From day one I look connecting problem. I already placed disconnect complete but no one is approaching with any solution I send protest twice via mail to all email and follow-up with customer care when my connection disconnect. Every time I heard that you will be receive call from customer. But I didn=92t receive any call. I also attach recorded conversation between your customer cares. Please have a look. One more thing I don=92t know who close my complaint request without resolving I am back office assistance working for clients abroad. Has to check mails frequently while at home. Due to the problem my work gets affected. Please disconnect my connection and refund my money back from day one. Either I have to connect or put complaint on net and consumer court. I be looking for one approve call tomorrow either I=92ll take my next setup to court. Your totally unhappy customer and I refer to my friend never ever use Tikona in your life. I also had a conversation (Complaint no# 4095340) with your site technician Rakesh Kumar who was supposed to visit my place but he never came and his phone number is coming switched off.**** ** ** I am really annoyed and disappointed the way to take care of your customers and not pleased.                                         Hi Sir,
                                        What about my refund? No one is talking about refund from day one I am updating you I apply for 2MBPS connection but I am not getting speed. Also connection is very but your customer care executive always comes with abnormal answerer.
                                        Please arrange disconnected call and refund my money back as soon as possible. Because I am work for someone and because of internet every day I am losing my sale.
                                        Please consent with your technical team how many times I give call…
                                        Even Tikona is very good name in internet service why you are bad making mark on that….
