    I just want give summary of my experience of closing connection..still I am getting bills 1. I wanted to disconnect my services on or before 15th Aug 2013 so I called customer care in mid july and they said it just take 2-3 days to disconnect connection and as your billing date is 15th Aug you can call us on 12th Aug to disconnect your services. 2. I called on 12th Aug and they said it will be disconnected before 15th Aug.I also told that I am available for next 15 days on the mentioned address so please collect your equipment any time. I did call there representative who collects equipment and asked to collect it. He said yes but never turned up. 3.I again called before 15th Aug (request number 1-[protected]) and Tikona care confirmed it has been disconnected and no more charges will be applied hereafter. You will receive final bill in couple of days. I again made request over the same call that despite several calls your executive is not coming to collect equipment. They said they will inform them meanwhile I should also try again. I tried again no response from that executive 4. I received full and final payment e-mail on 21st Aug 347.00 RS. I tried paying this bill online on 5th Sept (payment ref number 1-[protected], 1-[protected] & 1-1A38SJ0)but due to system issues from tikona online system it did not go through. In mean time Tikona delhi recovery agent harassed on my india number like anything. I managed to pay final bill on 14th Sept (1-[protected]). They did not even waited for 15 days and amount is only 347 rs whilst I paid more than 12, 000 for using tikona services so far. 5. After paying full amount on 14th Sept I did mail tikona care (online request number 1-[protected]) that I paid full amount and please close my account now.I also told them I have made several calls to your executive but no one turn up picking equipment and I can't help now. 6. In the mean time Tikona generated two bills 1. 16th Aug to 15th Nov - 3313.25 (no usage, all rental (for the period 16th Aug to 15th Nov )and tax) 2. 16th Aug to 15th Nov - 4566.25 (this comes with arrears of 3315.25 +1500 penalty of termination +100 late payment) 7. I again sent another online request clarifying my case with online request (1-[protected]) but did not get any response. 8. I tried calling customer care explaining the case but they told bill has been generated and you have to pay. They take no responsibility of closing the connection and collecting equipment and keep on charging the amount (bill, penalty etc) and harassing customer. I did search on internet and I got loads of example for the same. Can someone help me on this?

      Tikona User Id- [protected] We registered for Tikona unlimited internet plan in January 2013 at Bangalore. We always faced network connectivity issues from day 1. The signal was always weak and the internet would disconnect in 2- 5 minutes. Constant complaints over 3-4 months to Tikona customer care were fruitless. When we asked Tikona to unsubscribe our connection, they insisted us to wait as they were rectifying the signal problems. The engineer themselves admitted orally that the signal in this area was weak and the connection should not have been given in the first place. We have records of the complaints made and the monthly usage. The complaints status was closed even though the issue still persists. We had done timely payments for all months although we barely used the internet. We stopped paying once we asked for disconnecting the same. We got calls from legal department of Tikona threatening legal case for non payment for one month. We were told that if we do not make payment within one hour, a legal notice would be sent, and we would be made to travel to Delhi for the court case. We have made the payment after the call to avoid any such legal issue. However we demand an apology from the company for such a call. We also demand a refund from the company for installation charges of Rs.1650 and monthly payments made inspite of non-usage of internet due to failure of Tikona network.

        These people are not returning me back.
        i am chasinf these people since last 3 month but i am getting any responce from these people.

          Q.: You get frustrated by some service and then what you do? You desparately, helplessly keep checking your calendar for the annual date to arrive so you again go for a new product just like a small kid who smell every new book and every new product and get cheered. But what if you can not get rid off the previous one due to their pathetic service? A: You Put a new Review. So here it is. I subscribed for Tikona on 11th July for 3 months. So the last date for my subscription was 11th Oct. They told me to call before 26th to discontinue my service. I did the same. Then I had to go to Bangalore. Then I started getting calls for payment. What the hell? They asked me 4700 something for next three months whereas I clearly said, I have asked for discontinue. You know what they said? They say, their bill generation is counted from 26th to 26th. So why didn’t anyone inform me that before? And I used their connection until 5th Oct. I already bought a spare connection and started using that. You know what tikona people says? When you complain for discontinuing the service...You need to stop using their service instantly. Now, When I already paid you 5700 Rs for 3 months, and you want me not to use the service? Kahaa ka kanoon hai bhai? I was in bangalore, in roaming and I emailed them not to call me for a week. And I don’t want to hear their cuckoo voice because I am not used to. I will reply you via email. On 9th oct, finally a guy comes and takes the modem from my office when I wasn’t available. I have attached the screenshot about modem return receipt. So, I took a sigh of relief in Bangalore. But this story doesn’t is not going to end without twists. They still called me for payment. They just screwed up my entire Bangalore business trip. (I am lucky, I wasn’t in Dubai for this thing, else they’d have got a leverage that I don’t pickup even their calls). Now, I had to return. After I returned, I called them and the guys in Tikona Service center are no better than Reliance Customer care. This guy, Sunil Khokhar literally threatens me on call just like a fatty guy with a gold chain, "Payment to aap ko karni hi padegi!" Hey Tikona, Looks like you have hired bouncers. And everytime, I tell them I need to talk to your supervisor. They have given me churan that their Supervisor is not available. Looks like, their entire setup runs on "Do It Yourself!" basis. My Advice If you want to buy Tikona: You can buy Tikona if you want to pay amount for 4MBPS connection but you love your ancestores and want to live their lives by getting around 10-15 kbps speed for the most part of the day. You don’t care what the people on support speaks. After all, you are sons of Gandhi, right? If they slap you on right cheek, show them your left. You live in Free India But if you want to taste the slavery. You pay them amount up-front for 3 months and they will tell you, if you don’t want our connection, don’t even dare to use for the remaining 15 days. To use pure hindi language. Bhai, Makaan Ka bhaada to bharna padega, par tum reh nahi sakte!! You have your dad’s money which you can’t even get rid off even you keep on buying Louis Vuitton Products, Tikona is a better product then them and you can donate the money there. If you want to invest in Tikona shares, because they just keep on looting their customers. You don’t have any problem in life and you want to create one. Also read my old review, which is as young as this one. ================================================================= = Due to our office shifting from central surat to a litle far, we had to shift our airtel broadband connection to some other provider. No broadband connection availability left me with 2 choices, SoftNet and Tikona. I gave my thumbs up to Tikona because few of my friends recommended(And surprisingly!, they are getting proper connection!) out of their generosity. So I called this guy up for the speed plans they offered. As I had to shift quickly, I decided to pay him in cash instead of cheque to speed up the process(After the installation process completed, I regret to pay them in cash, cheque would have been better!). The connection usually takes 24 hours but the guy came within 6 hours only but due to a cable unavailability at our office, he told me to come later after it gets fixed. I called him within 30 minutes to come back because we had fixed the issue. But then after making numerous calls(most of them getting rejected) he came to our office to install the connection on third day. He did his job and showed us 4 MBPS Speed. Happy ending, isn’t it!! No, not yet! Now the story starts, the speed starts getting worst and worst and it hovers around 250kbps (whereas I subscribed for 4 MBPS Unlimited plan) from past 3-4 days And It has become a routine to make one call a day to tikona customer care and being promissed to send an engineer to my place and whoa! That imaginary guy doesn’t show up! After repeated complains, I got calls from them today morning and I told them to come asap to my office to resolve my connection speed. (So far, already frustrated!) and he promissed to come within an hour or so because it has been raining and hello! No sign of raining this noon anywhere in whole surat, where are you from Cherapunji? But I said, its okay! You can come down after an hour and I call him back again after another hour and now he won’t receive my calls. So I decided to call tikona again and I plainly have told them to cancel my connection at the earliest and refund me my amount(Somehow while registering, I became generous and paid them 5700 bucks) And I have made up my mind to cancel the connection in less than a week after subscription because evenif this engineer shows up in a day or a week and resolves my issue, I am sure to have this issue again because from past 4 days I am getting speed no more than 250 KBPS. A screenshot for the latest speed test is attached! Lucky enough to have as much speed to write this review from their Wild Internet connection. I would highly NOT recommend Tikona’s internet connection and will recommend to go for 50 bucks Mobile GPRS plan instead and it will have the same speed. As far as my reason for reviewing this within 4 days of the issue of speed is that my whole business is dependent upon internet, a working internet. I have all my clients online and I need to keep them giving support round the clock and instead now I am busy clicking on refresh button again and again to check my own official website. People Stay Away!!

          I am not using your connection at the moment and you are charging me for this??? And 2 more months pending? What are you people upto? I would like you to contact me about resolution and not the explanation as I have had enough discussion with your team and everyone repeated the same Thug lines. Just try yourself being human for 2 minutes and ask yourself. If I am not using your connection, why do you want me to pay you? I am already discussing with legal people here and planning to file a complaint soon. And I am damn serious as I want your looting business to be closed as I have come across hundreds of same complains. All of them had bad internet and they kept on calling you thousand times. Upon huge carelessness, they decided to cancel your connection. And what comes as a result? Your God gifted recovery agents coming from nowhere to collect the bills for the service which have not been used by them.

          One more thing, you gave me reference number. Are you crazy? You gave me thousands of reference number via email. Once I called you people to trace the issue of reference number and your guy tells me, what is your username or email? I said, I have reference number. But funny enough, he could not find it. You are using such low standards of technology and low standards for collecting payments(Free Money). You people have to grow up.

            My user ID: [protected] Somebody fake agent from Tikona called me and told me to pay bill of 3628 rupees. When i asked them why? He told me because the Tikona Digital Networks is going to file a case against you in Tis Hazari Court Delhi. They told me not to pay through selfcare portal but to pay through Tikona website. To avoid any such i payed immediately. I checked latter and found that my account has been debited twice to the tune of 3628 rupees when my bill was only 2128 rupees. I have applied for the disconnection. When i complained to the customer care they are telling it is impossible to return amount. Total refund amount is 5128 rupees which is a large amount and worrying me a lot but i want it back. Please help me as early as possible. Regards Nalin Rawat

              I took Tikona connnection on august 2013 for 2 mbps unlimited. From the day i took connection, the speed is too low, that is below 167 kbps and sometimes even low.(Imagine google page itself is taking time to load). Daily raising complaints to the customer care and they never get back to me and never solve the issue, but close the tickets. Some times even the connection is always disrupted.Fed up of raising complaints to customer care.Its never been resolved. Before i was using Airtel connection and it was far far better.(Reason for choosing tikona, no airtel connection in our area). If Any authorised tikona member is there kindly improve your service.What the customer is asking is just the service for what we are paying (You are not even providing 5 percent of what we are paying). On request i can provide more details, if any one is ready to resolve the issue. I am just wondering why i took this connection!!!

                I have a Tikona connection, user ID [protected]. The internet services are either not available or at a VERY POOR speed since 05 oct. I have been complaining at the Tikona customer care since 05 October, Almost everyday. In past 4 days, I have called up on a daily basis to complain about the same. I have requested, scolded, screamed, done every possible effort for the resolution of this issue. The moment I talk to an executive, they first say, give us 24 hours to resolve the issue. within 10 minutes, i start getting a good speed and after ard 30 mins again it becomes poor. This is the situation since 5 october and i am TIRED and FRUSTRATED of calling them again n again. Sometimes the hold time and the overall call duration even lasts for 45 minutes. I am not being provided a resolution for the issue after repeated reminders. They say you will receive a call back within 2 hrs or 10 mins. Which i dont. Since last 3 days, they have been telling me that something is wrong with the roof-top device, but they havent cared to send a technical engineer onsite to check whats really wrong with it. I am unable to stay connected with my husband who is in MID-SEA. I am unable to do any office work at home. I am unable to study online. I HAVE TO call up at the customer care for a follow-up (without any resolution) I have to bear the call expenses also which are incurred while i am calling tikona care everyday. I am LITERALLY BEING HARRESSED EMOTIONALLY, PROFESSIONALLY, FINANCIALLY and MENTALLY. Please HELP!!

                I have been receiving calls from Tikona since past 3 days for the closure of the issue. However, I was unable to use the internet in past 3 days. Today when I started using the internet connection in the morning, I again got disconnection. Thus, the problem STILL persists from 5 oct till 19 oct.
                My problem is my net is bad please solve my problem because your service man say call service center Am not use internet past 3 days My user id is [protected]

                  Mr. Nair,

                  My name is Abhishek Sood and my customer id. is [protected], I am facing connectivity issues from atleast 3 to 4 months, keeping in mind the monsoon season I never complained untill 9th of September 2013, but as the monsoon got over the problem still persisted and therefore I was forced to complain about the same. Since then I have been constantly tortured by Tikona. I even sent you an email on September 4, 2013, but it was all in vain.
                  During the past 1 month atleast two people have visited my place to resolve the connectivity issue, every person had there own reason for the connectivity issue. One Mr. Muzabil Shjeikh told me that my building is located right in between the two network towers and therefore the signal keeps on jumping and therefore he moved the device by mere 30 degrees and claimed that the issue is resolved. Another Mr. Bhoir (I dont remember his first name) told me that my device is faulty and is located at wrong place and if I can manage to get the new model device that has just been introduced by tikona my issue will be resolved, but as there is extra cost involved tikona will not do it for me. There was one Mr. Avinash Pol also involved to whom my problem was assigned atleast ten times but every time he called and asked for his convenient timing to come to my house and eventually he never turned up at my place.
                  Now, as the connectivity issue persisted I called your customer service again (who by the way is very unskilled and rude, I have call recordings to prove this!!). This time I had a chat with number of supervisors, (I don't remember there names) who again gave me various reasons ranging from low single, poor connectivity, device dropping packets, device jumping single, problem with the tower from where I am getting single, etc, etc. To prove my point I am attaching all the calls I made to your customer service in past one month.
                  One of your supervisors Mr. Sandeep R. Yadav even agreed to the point that there is some issue with my device and it needs to be checked, after this my connectivity was placed under observation. After a day I got a call from another "Sandeep" who told me that my device was "dropping packets" and the issue is fixed and there will be no problem from now on. I had no issues for the next two days. But after two days the problem again came back. This time I had a chat with various people, but two of your supervisions are wroth mentioning for all the wrong reasons, there names are Ms. Quram and Mr. Abimanyu Sharma. Ms. Quram clearly told me that disconnection happens sometimes and I should not take it that seriously. Listening to this I asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor who happens to be Mr. Abimanyu Sharma, he after some discussion promised me two things,
                  1) I will be getting a new device of new model within next 24 to 48 hrs. and
                  2) My complain will not be given to Mr. Avinash Pol because he never turns up at my house
                  But again my problem was assigned to Mr. Avinash Pol and when I called him he informed me that he can only give me an old repaired device of old model. Listening to this I again called Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma who was very rude this time and told me that he cannot give me new device and very rudely told me that there is no problem with my device and I am complaining for nothing from past one month. This behavior is completely unacceptable, I mean do you think I have time to call you guys again again and write you such big emails. I have to be the biggest looser on the planet if Mr. Sharma's claim is right.
                  I would like to again mention that I have emailed you earlier also, but nothing was done at that time also, this proves that ever you don't care about your customer's problems. Let me remind you that we fund your salary and that Air Conditioned office you guys sit in. And if your don't care about us soon you guys will be left with no customers and no jobs. And going by your company's reviews online that day seems not too far. If you really care about your customers then I request you to please send some qualified person to my house to check about the real issue and if required replace the device with a new model for better connectivity. If that is not possible that refund my money with effect from 9th September 2013, the day from which I started complaining. And please do listen to the calls I am attaching to understand the insult I have gone through specially from Ms. Quram and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma.
                  But let me remind you that, if you think that by loosing me as a customer you will lose only one customer, you are wrong. I am putting this email on all customer websites and your facebook page and being a professor by profession I meet atleast 100 new people every day, I will tell each one of them about my experience with tikona. I will keep doing this untill I have place last nail in tikona's coffin.

                    I have took a broadband connection from Tikona (Wi Fi), the plan given to me was 512 KB, free unlimited download for Rs.550/Month which sounds attractive and competitive looking at the other brands, I got to know I have been fooled when I saw the first bill, I was charged much more than what i was promised. When I called the Customer Care Representative about the same, they showed least interest on my complaint and just gave a blunt reply saying "some taxes has been added", Well first and foremost I did confirmed about the monthly rental and I was assured that is nothing more I had to pay. They Did not provide any Brochure neither did explained to me about their terms and conditions, i felt this was needed when i had to pay the bill,I was again told it could be through online or drop a cheque and that too with only ICICI cheque (No other bank is valid). I did not have any online banking activated neither do i have ICICI account. I requested to have Cash collected from my house as i was never informed about the payment restrcition before, they bluntly again denied saying they don't cater this facility.

                    First month, the speed was okay, but the second month the internet speed drastically became too slow,I could not even open the google page or it took 5 to10 minutes to open a page, I had to go to the nearby Internet cafe to send a 50KB file. I called the customer care multiple times and keep telling me the same story "an engineer would visit shortly and fix the problem" which never happened. To my frustration I called and informed the Customer care that I would not be paying any rental until and unless the speed is fixed. My problem was never resolved but i got billed with extra amount and when i called Customer care, The rep told me sarcastically "I have been billed along with the late fee amount", I requested to waive the late fee amount off because my issue has not been resolved yet and also i have informed in advance it would not be paying it unless i get the right speed. She (customer care rep) told me alright she would waive the late fee but it never happened and to my frustration i called and asked them to disconnect the service. Which they did very quickly. They also informed me they would be coming and collecting the Wi Fi machine in 7 days, it has been two months now since i have disconnected and I have called at least 10 times requesting someone to come and collect the little machine. but not one bothers and no one cares.

                    I have never seen such a poor and careless customer service.

                    I Subscribed to Tikona WI-fi Broad band internet connection. My Subscriber ID ; [protected]. It will not work for 20 days in a month, every time I make Complaint to them they will Not care about it. I Have even Complained to nodal.[protected]@tikona.in, Appellate Authority-Mr. Nagesh Prasad (Head Compliances)

Every time I complain to them I will Receive a Templete with same kind of message . it even would't change.. even no action from the Service team. They will call once in a while and how is u r internet working .. I am shame ful to answer them for that question as I am calling to Customer care all most every day. when I say , Its not working that's it .. they will never Turn-up. I have been Complaining for the Past 15 days . every time I call they are closing the ticket .. and I need to explain the same . Please find the below service requests.                     i am with Tikona broad band since last 4 months.when i was see the demo that time Tikona executive showing me very good speed with wi fi broadband so i convinced .but after installation of my connection i am facing lots of problem even i called also to Tikona customer care but nobody follow me for my my query .
                    really i am so frustrated now a days.tikona member only follow to customer on the time of bill date period .
                    really its most bad company in this world.
                    i logged the call many time in customer care but they closed my request without ant resolution and confirmation.no followup an all.
                    really i feel like abusing them.
                    i want to suggest to all customer.take any other option for internet don't take Tikona .otherwise you too have to face lots of trouble as me.

                    I have requested Tikona to move my internet connection to my new address, all required documents provided and chasing since 9th Jun 2011, but still connection not moved to my new address, till now there were 2-3 calls from Tikon and each time they setup the appointment and no one visit the place, and after calling customer care they place new appointment for next 48hrs but no one visit.

                    This is still continuing and tired of this service.

                    I wanted a high speed internet and called just dialed for enquiry. Immediately i got a call from Tikona (shailandra - [protected]). He visited my residence and offered my a speed of 1MBPS. I asked him about the voice port. he called his technical team and they told me that all the voice ports are openened. After getting the connectionmon 29th Jan, my internet speed was very slow..i called the customer service and spent 3 hours discussing the issue. They kept on transfering me from departments to departments and was kept on a hold for 56 minutes. The engineer visited my place and founf out that the lan wire is damaged and repalced it.

                    after the internet started, i wanted to use my vonage softphone, however i got an error due to voice port not open.

                    I called the customer service again and again but no resolution. so far i have spent 720 minutes to Tikona.. They are not ready to either cancel my service nor reolve the issues. I need my money back since their service is pathetic and i would tell all my friends and employees to avoid Tikona.

                    Worst Broadband provider in Chennai, they took the payment in advance, but the service is poor, I'm not getting proper internet connection since in the beginning. The internet gets disconnected very frequently, I raised several complaints, but the same level of service, no improvement. These guys are often when I call the customer care. Sometimes they are disconnecting the call during the conversation. Please don't go for tikona, worst broadband service in chennai.
                    I called up customer care regarding that (kindly refer request no- 1-[protected]) and talked to Mr. Nilesh Borate, found him very satisfactory, infact I wish to appreciate his action in handling customers. He tried all his ways to retain a going customer.
                    Really, it seems that these tikona staff people are hopeless
                    I am really harrased cause of poor service. When I called today. Mine call was only transfered from 1place to another. I lodged this complain on 14th of march. Regarding transfer of mine connection. I was said that within three days work will be done. After 6 days i called again and i was said to give more 2days. But after giving more three days time mine transfer of net connection is not completed. Yesterday technical person came and just took the wire from my old place. But no response for further steps. This is very disappointing. I paidy are the money for three months before because i need internet and they are just spoiling my time. I took this connection for education purpose of mine.
                    Very very bad service.

                    i don't know why this service req is closed. I ve told the tech suresh not to close it.. still he had.. He told me to give feed back about my connection after monitoring for a while. when i told him issue persists, he said he is no more assigned to my area and provided some other engineer no. He too didn't comeback about my issue. he says to re register my call with the center since my previous SR was closed. now why should i do that. i don't understand.

                    I also tried 3 times to call the toll free no. i am in q for 5 to 7 mins each time. to get disconnected at the end of each call. I ve registered for the Call back facility provided. but never happens. Today I ve sent an Email for the same. The turnout time for an email req is 72 hours.. this ridiculous.

                    I HAD TAKEN TIKONA INTERNET CONNECTION IN PUNE.I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO 4 MBPS PLAN BUT THE SPEED THAT I AM GETTING NOW IS NOT MORE THAN 1.5 MBPS.

                    THE DAY WHEN THE COMPANY PERSON CAME TO GIVE THE DEMO, THE SPEED BEING SHOWN WAS WAY ABOVE 5 MBPS AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE SAME SPEED WILL BE PROVIDED TO ME.BUT THE DAY I MADE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CONNECTION AND THE CONNECTION GOT ACTIVE I AM NOT GETTING PROPER SPEED.

                    THERE HAD BEEN ISSUES WITH THE ROOFTOP DEVICE THAT THEY GIVE WITH THE CONNECTION AND HAS BEEN REPLACED FOUR TIMES WITHIN A SPAN OF MERE 35 DAYS.WHENEVER I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE LIKE THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED SHORTLY AND I SHOULDNT WORRY ABOUT IT.

                    THEY ARE JUST MAKING THE FOOL OUT OF ME..EVEN AFTER NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS I AM NOT GETTING THE PROPER SPEED AT MY PLACE..

                      I had taken Tikona Internet connection just a week back and till today I have been just calling the Customer care number every alternate days for the Poor connectivity and slow internet. Whenever I call the Customer care they promise to get it resolved in another 24 hours. I have Hardly used the internet as it was harldy working since the day I have got a connection. I am demanding a refund of all the money that I have paid to Tikona Broadband for the connection as they have taken 3 months advance plus the connection charges.

                      Also I had on Saturday requested for a refund of my advance money which has been collected for 3 months along with the installation charges.

                      The call centre has confirmed that the refund and the disconnection team will get in touch with me in 24 hours. From Saturday till today according to my watch its already 24hrs. I don't know what watch Tikona is following.

                      I have still not received any call from your disconnection department. Please contact me on the number mentioned in the above post. You yourself can see the kind of service standards tikona follows as you are just giving assurances but so far nobody has called me from your disconnection department. Please note that do not call me and ask regarding your services and give me unnecessary apologies.                         Hi, I was using tikona service with 6 month advance payment plan including static IP. Due to disconnection of service issues i called your technical person. He visited my site and told me "You tower is not coming in range due to new constructions between my dp and you tower" So he advised me to Raise cancellation request and assured me they will process remaining refund. Thought it is only 1 month i used service after renewing it. There is 5 month payment which needs to be refund by tikona. I already submitted CPE receipt and completed my process. What a poor service and good way to collect money from customers without providing service... Revert back on my registered email or phone details in tikona account...

                        Result of this action is now tikona saying they will process refund and we got mail from them.
                        Mail From Tikona:

                        As per our conversation on October 9, 2013, please note the following:
                        · We hereby confirm that services for your Account ID ([protected]) have been terminated.
                        · Full and final settlement has been concluded, the refund of Rs. 3249/- is applicable for your account.
                        · The refund cheque of Rs. 3249/- has been processed and it will be delivered within 15-20 working days at your premises."

                        Let see when we get the cheque since 13 days all ready passed.

                          I was a customer of Tikona Broadband services(UserID- [protected]), but due to Suspended My Connection before the due date (i.e., on Bill generated date

                          6/6/2013). They Sent me a Bill of Rs.2198.55 for 6 months connection. Actually i reactivated Connection on 17/03/2013 after clearance of my bill payment.

                          After that i didn't used the Internet due to Low Bandwidth Signal in our area. I have raised no.of Complaints to the customer care, they sent their

                          executives to our house and checked. they also told that due to large building constructions and Weather, signal has dropped randomly. when they came to my

                          house and change the device location from one place to another place at my house. we didnt get the full bandwidth and speed. i have attatched the complaint

                          list to this. the customer care simply closes the complaint when the executives came to my house. we didn't get the issue to solved. atlast an executive

                          came and take the permission from another building to place the device on the building on 4/6/2013. on that week(7/6/2013). they sent me a bill of 2198.55

                          and Suspended my connection without notice of Suspension. Actually on every bill cycle they gave us due date to pay on 25th of month. Before the due date

                          how can they Suspend my Connection on Bill Generated date.

                          Iam asking the Tikona Department, How you send me the Bill for 6 months.

                          I Got a Harrasment calls from your side and said that Tikona Filed a Complaint against you from +91-[protected] and said that told me that he is calling from

                          delhi Tis hajari court and I have to appear in the court by the next day(i.e 4/10/2013)as tikona lodged a case against me in the tis hajari court or I have

                          to pay RS 2198.55 on tikona site and send him the transaction payment id to avoid the court case But when I asked the caller for proper billing document he

                          told that he will send it only after I make the payment.

                          I asked him the due is for 3 months ( But not Used ),

                          This is shame that you guys disclose all your customer's personal information(home address phone no etc) to this recovery agents to threatening and

                          harassing your old customer everyday but don't get time to reply or send the corrected bill.

                          If Tikona do like this another time. i will file a Complaint regarding the harrasment towards the Tikona.

I have sent an email to Tikona requesting to deactivate my account in the month of January 2012 after numerous requests on phone to discontinue my services. Today, i have received a call from [protected] (who claims to be a sub inspector Devraj Singh, later tracked as “Airtel Adv” from Rajasthan) who said that i have to pay a bill of Rs.7743 immediately as an FIR has been filed against me under Delhi Court . Request you to kindly look in to the issue and also I have subsequently filed a case to consumer forum and am keen to report it to media forum as you all have started using immoral and illegal ways to garner money from people. I want a strong an immediate apology from the company or I will be left with no other option but to file a criminal case against the highest authorities.                               TIKONA IS A NET SERVICE PROVIDER AND I AM ONE OF ITS CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEM TO SURF INTERNET FOR PAST 3 - 4 MONTHS, INSPITE OF REGULAR COMPLAINT LOGGING TO THERI CUSTOMER SUPPORT DESK AND EVEN TO THEIR HED Mr, J NAIR. EVERY TIME THEY PROVIDE A COMPLAINT NO. AND ASSURE ME TO PERMANENTLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BUT TILL DATE SOLUTION DID NOT TURN OUT. TODAY (29.SE.2013) I AGAIN REGISTERED A COMPLAINT (C.N. = 1-[protected], CCE = Mr. DINESH) AND AGAIN THE SAME ANSWER WAS RECEIVED THAT TOWER PRESENT IN MY LOCALITY IS HAVING PROBLEM AND PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED SOON. TILL DATE, SINCE 3-4 MONTHS FROM WHICH I'M REGISTERING COMPLAINTS NOL SERVICE ENGINEER HAS VISITED MY SITE TO EVEN ONCE CHECK THE SIGNAL STRENGTH FROM THE AFORESAID TOWER TO MY RF RECEPTOR.                                 Hi, I took the tikona connection on 07/22/2012 and paid 2300/- The guy who got the form told me that there will be a refund on 1000/- on disconnection. I disconnected my connection on 03/19/2013 and asked for a final bill. They said I should pay 1200/- I asked for details why they were charging so much, so they sent me another bill with Rs. 897.12/- amount. I told them that they should refund me 1000/- and hence they should pay me 103/- . I kept getting calls to restore my connection, despite of saying no, 10-15 times. Next I get a bill saying final amount due is 1096/- I mailed them repeatedly (I have the mails as proof) that the amount isn't justified. Today morning I got a call from Vinay Rathore who said he is an advocate in Delhi high court (ph no 91-[protected]) saying that I should pay an amount of 3096/- and a case in high court has been registered. When I called this guy from another number and asked if he is a tikona representative, he simple cut my call. Next I get a call from a guy named Vinod, who said he will send police at my home if I do not pay immediately in half an hour. I have both the numbers. I just paid 1096/- to tikona broadband online, so that they stop calling and threatening me and my parents and to be on the safer side. But being an honest consumer, I know that they are simply harassing me and I should speak uo against it.                                   I used Tikona with User ID [protected]. The guy who provided the connection took an advance amount of 1600 ( Reciept with me) and i was told about a refund of it at the time of disconnection. I used the service and was good initially. It turned out to be a nightmare soon and it was like almost daily i had to call them for Service Restoration. But was of no use. No one turned up to My place to resolve connectivity Issue. So i discontinued using the connection. It was for 2 Months that i did not even log in to that Broadband connection thinking of it is disconnected, i got a call saying Amount of 3100 is pending on your name. Tikona, Please tell me for what i should have paid ? For the poor response that i got from you ? Or for the Betrayal i got from Your representative ? Now i am getting calls from an un identified number [protected] saying a case has been registered for non payment of bills. Please help as this is the height of any stupidity.

                                  I am facing the exact same issue. I was said that there will be a refund of 1000/- Rs on disconnection. Instead of giving me that amount they asked me to pay 1096/-
                                  I am getting calls saying that I should pay an amount of 3096/- and a case in high court has been registered from some advocate called Vinay Rathore. Next I get a call from a guy named Vinod, who said he will send police at my home if I do not pay immediately. I have both the numbers.

                                  They are clearly trying to extort money and sheer consumer harrassment by broadband service of Tikona!

                                  I agree with some of the readers about the pathetic customer service and after all the communication with the customer care I got a call from [protected] stating that a case has been registered for legal proceedings and that legal action will be taken and that 2500 needs to be paid while I have got the CPE removal letter from the service provider but I have already informed them of cancellation would take 15 day after the request was given. But they are cunning enough to make you continue with their worst service and with no change in the way they handle a customer.

                                  After all this you get a call threatening you to pay the dues from an unknown lawyer but the number is temporary and actually they are no lawyers and no legal action has been taken from their end. "PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NO LEGAL PROCEEDURE IS INITIATED BY THOSE GOONS"

                                  I would suggest you not to get into the net of fraudsters like TIKONA. If they call you and threaten by calling you then its better you report the same to Cyber police. Let them take care as you have done nothing wrong and if possible sue them in consumer court.                                   Facing the same problem with these guys. They are demanding money for a modem which they claim has been given to me, while I have all through used my own modem. There is a limit to fraud. Y'day also I got a call from someone claiming to be a lawyer and the usual gyan about dragging me to Delhi court and all. Is this the way Tikona operates? Do not forget. Given below my email to one Adhitya Sharma in response to a claim mail. I sent this mail on 18 Feb '14 after speaking to this person and he assured that it has happened erroneously and he would help close it. Despite that I continue to get emails and calls from Tikona. Guess this is what happens when you buy service from people who have been part of Reliance Communications before. I took the connection on complete trust and this harrassment is really not warranted. I request once more to Tikona guys to stop this nonsense or I will be forced to take legal action now.

                                  Moreover, I am sure from your logs you will be able to generate a report which will tell you that what I say is correct.                                   I have been getting similar threatening calls from Tikona people demanding money for the services I did not use. I took the connection on 29th Dec 2013 after paying Rs.2950 for advance rental of 3 months. Their executive did not tell anything about the billing cycle applicability at that time. All I was told is that I need to pay this amount as advance rent for 3 months which includes all kinds of charges. Their service was worse than pathetic. Everyday there were network disconnect issues for several hrs.

                                  Tired of their poor services, I raised the disconnection request on 19th March 2014 (which is within the 3 month period) and the services as well as usage stopped from 20th March itself. My account services got fully terminated from 30th March 2014 (which is again within the 3 month period for which I had already paid in advance). After that, they sent me bill for the billing cycle 15th March-15th Apr 2014. I had already paid till 30th March 2014 and my account was also terminated by that time, then why should I be paying them till 15th Apr. I had returned the modem also within the 7 days period. The person who took it did not give me any acknowledgement at that time although I had asked him for the same. But now, I see modem penalty charges also added in the bill along with late fees, which I refused to pay as it was undue.

                                  I think its high time that these people be taught a lesson. I am planning to lodge a complaint with Cyber police regarding the same.

The connection was terminated on 14/3/12, i have received the confirmation docket Number is : 1-[protected] and the representative had come and collected the device which was provided to me with the connection. Yet earlier also a case was filed and it was settled because the fault is of the company, but today again i have received a call from the advocate informing me that the company has filed another case for non payment. If this matter is not dealt seriously and settled once and for all, i will be compelled to file a criminal case for mental harassment by the company.                                       Finally I heard something from the tikona team. However it's 2 weeks since 26th Sept and still my net connection speed is very bad. Even if 2 week is not enough for you guys to resolve a simple issue then I guess you are not anything other then enjoying with my money.

                                      I have done many follow up complaint for this particular issue and in each complaint your foolish executive will made new promises which are getting failed every time. Forget 1st level of executive even your 2nd level of senior executive are even worse then your 1st level executive.

                                      I am feeling like disconnect the connection so that I will be assured at least that my money is not wasted.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am a tikona user from Chennai. I have taken 2 mb/s internet plan from Tikona broadband. But for the last one month i have been facing low speed issue. Since last 20 days I have been calling tikona customer care everyday but i did not received proper solution from them and also they do not talk properly.

                                      Everyday they give some deadline that the issue will be resolved within 24hr or by a particular time. But still issue is persisting and not only my money but also my important work are being hampered for which i have taken this plan.

                                      So Can you please help me in this regard as i am fed up of these tikona connection because every 1 or 2 month these types of issues are happening and then we customer have to suffer for next 2-3 weeks as they take more then this much time to resolve the issue. Please help.

                                        I was using a Tikona Broadband service while I was in Mumbai till 30th Aug'13 and given a request for disconnection since i was moving out of Mumbai. When I moved out from Mumbai, i still used to get the monthly bills and then i had to call Tikona CC to explain that I am not using this service anymore and why am i still getting bills and they assured me that I'll not getting bills from next months. However, the trend continues to get the monthly bills. I got so frustrated that I stopped complaining to Customer care. But, they crossed the limits when i started getting threat calls to make the bill payment. I called up CC again to report the same and they assured me that will not repeat again (Please see the attached mail communication). But i still tend to get the threat calls (mobile numbers specified in the attached mail. I am very tensed with the same.                                         From July / August I have been calling and emailing them. Not only they did not cancel or send any final settlement letter but kept on charging me every month and send bills. I called cust care and was given a contact number of Palani to hand over the modem. He answered couple of times then he stopped responding too. So many emails I wrote to them but no response at all. Plus they claim they tried to contact me but I did not get any call . I see many customers have reported same issue.
                                        Today I got a call as well from [protected] literally threatening me and telling me to pay immediately otherwise they will take me to court and block all my government papers etc. I requested that I cannot connect to network but the lady named Priyanka wont listen and wants immediately ( same as the customer above has mentioned ). I have used services in June and I paid today. But I do not understand what kind of terror technique is this ? I see so many people have reported same issue. I will tell everybody not to go for Tikona and report it in media / online as well. You are threatening the customers ? I used in June and I have always agreed to pay that. I requested to cancel and waive the charges you had been charging me. When I asked this lady that whether I will receive any letter confirming settlement she did not assure as well and kept on threatening and harassing me.
                                        I wrote to J Nair as well and no response rather automated email to resend mail from registered email id ( I get bill at the same email id )

                                        I wish to bring this to somebody's notice hoping a resolution and closure
                                        I have the same issue . I just terminated my connection in month of July . Still i got bill for the month of August .

                                        .Its india and they think they can do what they want . But here they are not seeing that doing this they only loses the trust of customer .

                                        The company is running due to customer only, I think they need to learn this lesson .

                                        I already gathered all the info need to file a consumer course . I only advice you people go file a consumer case and file a compensation for all the troubled you make
