[Resolved] Tikona — Mental Harrasment
I was a customer of Tikona Broadband services(UserID- [protected]),but due to low connection speed I have raised a request to disconnect my Tikona internet connection on 14th july 2012.(request id-1-[protected]) in response to which my connection got disconnected on 25th july.On 21/9/12 I got my final settlement Bill 1573.36 INR(Please refer to the attached PDF).On which there is a penalty amount of 1500 INR,for not returning the modem.
Although one of your technician from tikona came on 12/9/12 and collected the Modem from my home,when I asked him for the receipt for modem collection he told me no receipt is required as the connection is already disconnected and did not give me any receipt.
suddenly since Jan 2013 I am getting calls from tikona legal colls stating that I have to pay RS 3073 as pending bill charges and 1500 more as modem charges,or other wise have to appear in Delhi Tis hajari court by the next day,when I asked the caller(Shalini Sachdeva as mentioned in call) for proper billing document she stated that she cant send it to me,and since then I am getting threatening calls in every 10 days.(I have some of the recorded calls let me know if you required)
after that I got an email from your legalcolls department on 26th April which stated that I need to pay 1794 as pending bill charges( as mentioned in the mail trail image attached)+1500 as modem charges (which I have already submitted) within 7 days.other wise they will take legal action against me.
and then again on 20th June,I got a mail from your legalcolls department stated that I need to pay 1573 as pending bill charges( as mentioned in the mail trail)+1500 as modem charges which I have already submitted within 7 days.other wise they will take legal action against me.(attached the copy of the mail)
as per actual billing record that I have and confirmation from Tikona customer care(having the recorded calls) My billing details are as below
Total Bill- 1573 Rupees
Termination Penalty Charges(for not returning the modem)-1500
Actual Bill(Total BIll- Termination Penalty Charges)-73 Rupees
I have sent several mails to tikona to correct my Final bill,but never got any reply from them although still I am getting threatening calls and Tikona legalcolls mail,asking for abstract and varing amount without details or justification.
My Modem MAC ID was- MAC-20107A65D35C.
