[Resolved]  Tikona — Network quality degrade. Low Speed issue.

sir my tikona id is [protected].
from last 4-5 days i am facing speed downgrade issue(getting low speed). My broadband plan is ADULQ512K which offers a speed of 512 kbps but from last 5 days i am getting just half of the speed.
i have logged about 8-10 complaints to the customer care but still till my problem has not been resolved.
Every time the customer care officer takes the complaint saying that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. after i get a call from them saying that the problem has been resolved and the complaint has been closed, but in fact the problem is never resolved.

I have really frustrated with the service i am getting from tikona. the plan offersa speed of 512 kbps but i never get that speed.
All the time the complaint was closed without solving them.
sir please look into the matter and take some necessary steps to solve my problem.

Tikona Digital Networks — Service quality poor

I had subscribed to internet services at home through Tikona from end of May 2010. Since that day i am facing problem that I am unable to get my connectivity properly and due to which my downloads get waisted and I have to go to internet parlours for accesiong internets.
I have made several compaints in these 1.5 months but no one hears the same. Only once a person had come to correct but again the same problem started.
They have collected Rs 500 for installation an last month bill of 907. I have asked for refunds of the same and close the account if the service are not good.

I am using the net connection of ttikona since last three month.

I am still suffering from the same problem.
I had also talked to the Ahmedabad Technical Head Mr. Vikram Desai.
But he has not responded properly.
