Not refunding after poor quality

Sending excessive bills

REFUND PENDING FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTH

With reference to the subject, I had recharged my userid [protected] for Rs. 3358/- on 5 June 2012(payment slip attached). The Plan started on 8 June for 2012. On 8 June 2012, we had a technician visit our place and suggested us to deactivate the account due to problems in connectivity. Impounding penalties even when billing team is saying "no dues left "

Harassment calls being made

Bad Service and wrong billing

Slow tikona broadband service
