This is to tell you that I am a customer for TIKONA Broadband Services, and my Customer ID is [protected]. Recently I had upgraded my Plan from
ADSL1048 of Rs.899/- to Retail-4MBPS, which is of Rs. 1600/-.
This complaint is regarding the loss of data speed as well as Internet Connection, for which I had lodged a complaint with TIKONA Customer care on 12th of October 2012, for which they gave me a time frame of 24 hours that my internet connection issues would be resolved in 24 hours. After 24 hours when the person didnt come, i complained once gain for which a person came at 13:00 hours on 14th of October, 2012. He changed my device and after numerous attempts, he couldnt rectify my internet connection. He left my house around 17:30. That day in the evening my internet connection started working. approximately around 20:00 hrs.
On 15th of October when I reached home around 19:00 hrs, i found the internet connection is not working. After confirming the same with my brother who stayed home, he said that the internet connection wasn't working from the morning itself. Today it is 17th of October, 2012. Last three days there hadn't been any internet connection.
I had paid for my TIKONA connection on 3-oct-2012. Right after the payment the Connection was lost. on 3rd, 4th, 5th I couldnt access my internet.On 5th after 20:00 hours my internet connection started. It stopped at the morning of 6th, It agian started around 7th at around 20:00 hrs, worked for two days consecutively. on 9th there was no internet connection, the whole day.12th & 13th there was no internet connection.
Two Days The internet Connection works only at the night and consecutively two days nothing happens. The person who had come to rectify my connection had come twice in the fifteen days in this month only.
If I would count then around 8 days in the past 13 days, my internet connection is not active, after paying done on 3rd. The Field boy says that there
are some issues in the instruments, from where the broadcasting is done. The lady on the Customer Care says that they have no issues in the internet connection from there end, and there is some problem in my area only.
Till now my internet connection issue has not been resolved. I tried calling the Advanced technical of TIKONA at[protected], but still my issues are not resolved.
Thus, I want to file a complaint against them.
If they dont want to help the customers, or dont want to resolve the issues then it should be known to us by some means. It is not that we do some business and 1600 bucks which I am shelling is nothing for me.
Tikona Internet service — Connection is not good frequent disconnection
I have internet connection with Tikona it is very bad. It is very worst with respect to speed and frequent disturbances.Is any body to help me.
