I too Internet Connection from Tikona Digital Networks in the starting of year 2012, mostly around Jan12 end. initially the connectivity was good later it started showing connectivity problems, like no internet connection, slow connection. on complaining everytime i was committed for a quick resolution. but no technical support or customer care ever turned up or cared to call back asking whether the problem is solved or...

Filled my registration form.
Took cash from me for installation of product which was supposed to be followed up next day.
After taking the cash the tikona ppl have disappeared in thin air and no one can be found on any given nos.

Despite of termination of service asking for money

Disconnection Request

We have taken tikona service.
But as we are not satisfied with we wanted to discontinue it.
But strange there is no way where we can apply for disconnection.
As they dont have physical office for the same, niether do there website has this
option.

billing without intimation

i had taken tikona broadband service which i had already prepaid one year charge for the service provided by them. for further renewal service no payment paid by me and the invoice generated. i had just received an sms of new invoice generate with no conformation the bill is generated. as i don't need the service had informed their customer care executive immediately after receiving the sms to disconnect the service.

Internet ISSUEs

Non-cancellation of service after reminders
