We have selected a plan 14999 for 3 years. Before placing order we requested them to Deliver the same urgently. Demo was given by there engineer and order was also collected by them and it was confirmed by them that they will Activate the services immediately on receipt of Cash or DD. from bank as our company doesn’t deal in Cash we gave them DD after reconfirming with the senior and he confirmed that it will be done.

We have communicating with them since start of May 2012 they didn’t activated our account when we required the most urgently after there confirmation. Hence
we spoked with there seniors at there office Bhandup and given written confirmation that we don’t want there services and return our money back. they confirmed that we will get the cheque within 15 days.
Still we are chasing & not received any payment’s from them.
So please help us to get our payment ASAP

    Dear Mr. Nair,

    Myself Kailash Poddar from Nigdi, Pune a new user of TIKONA BROADBAND bearing account id : [protected].

    I had called up Mr. Vikram ([protected]) and he gave us a form which we duly filled and gave a cheque of Rs: 3300 on 1st Of July'2012 at Nigdi,

    Pradhikaran, Pune. I was been told that the connection will be installed within 3 days after cheque being cleared. However after 10000 follow ups

    with this guy and some area manager named Mr. Prasad ([protected]) who apparently sitting at office dosen't receive calls and says i am unwell

    and on bed, finally the connection was installed on 10th July 2012 around 4:00 pm IST. The internet connection worked for 30 minutes after that

    and since then till the time i am mailing you the connection is not restored ?

    I waited on 10th of July 2012 for 2 hours and finally raised a Ticket on your help line [protected]. The ticket number is 1/[protected]. The engineers and customer

    care executives repeat the same script "We are arranging a urgent engineer and he should be there in a few hours". I asked the approximate resolution time

    and one of your executive said 48 hours. The engineer for some reason i am assuming is still travelling from MAHAPE to PUNE to resolve my query as i guess

    you don't have local support. You can pull the recordings and analyze yourself of all my calls.

    With all respect towards your position and Tikona, i myself being a technical person and having industry exposure working with various ISP's, NOCs and have

    used almost all the services like broadband , ILL, PRI, IPLC but havent been part of this kind of helpless frustration and worst service.

    There is zero customer service, no escalation matrix, I have got your email Id after 3 days of frustrating follow ups and pestering Mr.Vikram.

    So could you please take this as a request or notice. Tikona can give me in writing on their letter head and duly signed that we are unable to provide uptime

    and service in your area hence we are giving back your paid money and i can assure you no legal action will be taken from my end further. Failing to resolve

    my query (ticket no : 1/[protected]), i will be compelled to take stern action against Tikona as i have paid for my services and been cheated.

    Thanks to TIKONA Technical agent Mr.Vishal Durapae for the job done from his side to resolved the issue. My internet connection was not working properly, i called up to tikona customer care toll free no. and Mr. Vishal attended my call he resolved my technical issue easily and quickly, he also teach me how to remove small technical issue. So thanks to Vishal.

      I am customer of tikona broadband from last 2 months. I am getting many problems, every day to every week. First two weeks, my internet was suffered from technical issue. 2-4 technical guys has visited my home. But after 7-8 calls to customer care, has given a right person for solve the issue.

      Next week, i have loss my internet speed because the marketing person (who has visited first time for connection) has cheated me. Customer care person told me that my plan is not unlimited plan. I am not aware about it because i have purchased the unlimited plan from tikona marketing guy.

      I have made complaint via Email, Call to customer care. Every time,they are assigning me a complain number and updating status as closed. I dont know, what is going on.

      I have wrote an email to tikona superior person, but all was in vain.

      Ohh..one more issue.. I have one website of my client and i am not able to open at my browser via TIKONA connection. I have made complain about it. The satisfactory answer was that i have to give apx 10 same sites (which is not open at my browser) to TIKONA, so they will help me.

      Now i have got a good bill from their side. What to do now? I have to pay or kick out.

      Tikona — cheating with me

      Dear Team,

      I have applied ([protected]) for the new connection for which Mr. Vinay (Sales exe id no:[protected] from Bhandup (W), mobile no: [protected] had come to me for filling my form on

      9th Dec 2011. While filling the form I was assured by him that I just have to pay Rs.1500/- for yearly subscription of your Wi-Fi service.

      Further I was also assured that the connection will be activated in 2 days.

      When I called him yesterday on the above mentioned mobile no. He informed me that I have to pay an additional Rs.1000/- in order to get the connection activated. When I

      Refused to pay, he said I have to at least Rs.500/-.

      I feel cheated for this and puts an impression that I am not dealing with professionals. Request you to kindly look into the matter.

              Don't buy tikona.

              I installed tikona couple of months back and never worked. Finally decided to cancel the connection and asked tikona to do that.
              They would n't cancel the connection at all.

              Any one who is considering read the following mail conversation below and decide for yourselves.

              Also I would like to state it is not legal for company to send payment remainders / sms to a customers who is requesting to
              cancel the connection.

              With ref to the above, i wish to inform that i had booked a Broadband connection of 23/05/2012 in my sisters name vide application no. [protected]. The connection was installed on 25/5/2012 and commission the same day. The Broadband was just working for that day only after which it did not work. I informed the Sales executive that the broadband was no working and asked to send the technical team to rectify the same, but no action taken. I was surprised when a bill was raised from 25/05/2012 to 06/06/2012. Then i raised a complaint on 08/06/2012 over the tikona care no.[protected] . and was given a ticket no.1-[protected].

              But no technical person attended the service till 13/06/2012. Again On after frequent calls to the tikona care no as well as the sales executive, the technical person at 6.00 PM on 14/06/2012 and checked all the parameters.

              On check he found that the device installed on the terrace of our building was not configured properly ( make of Device - Gem Tech) and replaced the same another device (make of Device - Nano Station) and configured the same.

              We then checked the broadband connection and was working fine and the speed test done at 6.30 PM when the technician was there, the results were download - 3884 Kbps, Upload - 485 Kbps.

              After a few minutes after the technician had gone, I again tried to connect to the internet and found the broadband not working. I immediately called the technician and informed him the same. He asked me to restart the system, but nothing worked so I asked to come back and rectify the same. He agreed to come back in 10 minutes but did not come nor take my phone call.

              I tried after some time and the net got connected but the speed test gave results which were shocking Ping - 123ms, Download - 0.08 Mbps, and upload did not happen and gave an error. I again called the tikona care no at around 7.00 pm and spoke to one Mr. Vilas B. I explained him all the details for about 43 min and he could not solve the issue and asked me be on hold where in he would connect to the superior, but to my shock he disconnected the call. I immediately tried calling again on the same tikona care no. and entered the customer Id No, but the automated system did not recognize the customer Id. After many attempts, i finally got the call connected and again spoke to one Mr. Dhanraj around 8.00 PM and explained him all the problems again and he could not give a proper support. I immediately asked him to take a request for disconnection of my Broadband connection. He did the same and issued a ticket no.1-[protected] at 8.10 PM. I then asked him to transfer the call to the commercial section so that i could inform the disconnection no. and also get the refund of the advance payment of Rs.1900/- paid by cash.

              He informed me that the refund process would take 45 working days. I am really shocked to hear the same, since while booking a new connection you neither accept card/Cheque payment and only insist on cash. And you also raise a bill for the period when the broad band was not working for not even one day after installation.

              I had to spend two and half hours to get the broadband running for just a few minutes and going dead. I have never experienced such a worst service from any service provider. I thought that a private service provide like Tikona would be better than the services provided by BSNL, but your service has proven me wrong.

              Now that I have asked you to disconnect my connection with immediate effect vide ticket no. 1-[protected] dt. 14/06/2012 at 08.10.40 PM, i want you to refund the full amount of Rs.1900/- paid by me towards advance without deducting any amount immediately.               I had given my TIKONA Internet Disconnection request on 18th July, 2012, with request number1-[protected] and the Customer Care Executive taken on 22nd july, 2012 and said will be done in 7 days.The reason for disconnection--"i will be out of country". Kindly diconnect my connection on VERY URGENT BASIS.

              But Still date no one had updated or either called as its been already 15 days. And in response from Mr. Lovenesh. G email dept had sent me a mail saying will get an update in 48hrs and know on yesterday i get a mail from customer care asking an email reply for disconnection.

              I had been speaking with your customer care persons Mr. Mahesh and Mr.Suresh from mumbai Customer Care dept on Aug 2nd, 2012 and replied that will get a call in 24hrs.. no call call to update any feed back..and Know(04-Aug-2012 talk to Miss.               TIKONA HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND NETWORK, REQUEST YOU TO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF HIGH SPEED BROADBAND

              I am victim of their promises, my details are mentioned below. After 6 months, I stopped using Tikona broadband, got a call from Rahul Khanna laywer from Delhi asking to clear an outstanding payment of INR 4313, else pay upto INR 50000 fine and 2 days in jail. TIKONA has one of the worst services in broadband, customer care is blank. The technical team are dumbs who cannot resolve issue and becasuse of TAT of 72 hours they will close my ticket without informing and open a new ticket, below is the complaints list which I have marked. In 6 months o[censored]sage I have raised 15 complaints, thats the service and connectivity

              Connection is not available for 20-25days in a month but the bill will be generated on time as this is being handled from Mumbai and team is Bangalore does not control it.

              Tikona executives please stop this non-sense and be professional.

                  i made a payment of 1500 towards installation of wif router to tikona digital services on 29-08-12 and i was promised that the same would be installed within 3 days. now it is 10 days and inspite of numerous complaints and calling them for nearly 100 times other than fake apology aND FALSE PROMISE THAT THE SAME WOULD BE PROIVDED IMMEDIATELY I AM STILL SUFFERING FOR CHOSSING THEM AS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. They promised to call me back evertime i phoned them but not once did they called me back. they are just playing with my time and money. service providers like tikona should be dragged to the courts. i also intend to bring this to the knowledge of the telecom ministry. Tikona is not even apologetic about their poor and eratic service. imagine an internet service provided not able to provide wifi router even 10 days after payment of the prescribed amount.                     My tikona ID is [protected] in the name of Rajeev Bhardwaj. My connection was not working in the month of May 2012 for more than 12 days .At that time i called up the customer care , billing and technical support desk n number of times .i even asked them to remove my connection , the billing team at that time asked that for thye days the net was not working we need not pay the amount as we have not utilized the services and this was all due to non availability of resources at the service providers end . Now they again generated the complete bill and if being asked for the same they say that no such details are available with them .Now they have sent me the bill even of those days when the net was not working. When the last bill was generated the we called customer care and they said that u can make the payment after deducting the amount of 12 days and this time they have included the that amount also and made it up to Rs. 781.69 which is ridiculous. I 've asked them to retrieve the calls made by us however they deny to do so. Pls help me out of this painful scenario.

                      We have got Tikona broadband connection on 24-Feb-2012. My user Id is [protected].
                      Since we have shifted our house from Nilangarai to Puzhthivakam (Madipakam) on 29-June-2012. We have raised a complaint in Tikona Customer Care for the reason to update my new address (or) transfer my connection to my friend and also our device is not working properly on 29-June-2012 @ 2:40PM.

                      Till now We have not received any response from them. Every day we are calling to customer care number and asking about the status of our complaint, the answer from them is, we will send a technical assistant to your residence (or) with in 24 hours your problem will be resolved. Almost we had heard the same answer for 8 times.

                          i bought a connection from tikona that cost me ~600 rs./month this February 2012(plan 549:unlimited) but i i never satisfied with the services of these people because they never gave me the promised speed, connectivity and not even satisfactory customer support.
                          how many issues i can write here,it'll be wastage of my time only,but still i wanna share here so that a person must be understanding here that,

                          "its better not to have internet connection than to have an tikona broadband connection.".


                          i always had speed issues, i had gotten 120-160KBps speed since i took the connection,lots of complaints, n bla bla..in my phonecalls tikona is at the top of any other person.that means after paying,i am taking care of tikona neither they are taking account to there customers.

                          last incident:

                          on 24th june i decided to change my plan to 1mbps unlimited.That day an engg prem visited to my home because i have some pending technical issues of latency n connectivity. I asked him what to do, could i change the plan.i asked him for help. He gave me the contact number of sales person( vishal, employee id:[protected], contact no.[protected]). I called vishal and asked what to other plans are available there.He said that he must be coming to my home if i give him my address..and i gave him my address.
                          He came to my home and we have conversation on available plans.i chose 1mbps unlimited plan for six months cost:5400rs.
                          After that said that if i change my plan then for swapping only, i'll have to pay some extra money that is around 200Rs.He said that changing plan is a work of very headache, so to get rid o[censored]nnecessary steps,take a new connection,so for that i must hv to call to customer care and told them that i m migrating so provide me the disconnection.i did the same.more over sales man after a bargain provide me 300Rs. off to the subscription amount of 5400, so i pay him 5100 in hand.and took a receipt (application form number: [protected]). he promised me that he'll make it install by tomorrow,that is by 25th june.i was happy.
                          after that nothing happened till evening with my application, so i called vishal, but his number was switched off.i called customer care for progressn they informed me that there is no extra amount payable for changing the plan..i was feeling cheated,sales person vishal lied just to increase his sale, after that i called to zsm of lucknow(contact number: [protected]),he told me that his employee is on leave so he cant do anything even having all the information,n asked me to wait 1-2 days.then i call to customer care n took all the information,what was being done with me.i slept some how due to my headache that night, next day it was my exam for the completion of my training in hp.
                          after returning to home, i called to zsm, he said that all info is write but he cant refund, he can only transfer money to my another tikona account,but i asked him again n again for my money refunding,he finally transfred my cal to some guy whose contact number is [protected].he was also forcing me that there is no other way than transferring to my tikona account only.but some how i agreed him to refund my money.and he said it'll take 30 business days.
                          after that i called to customer care n canceled my request for disconnection n spoke to the senior member there,n told all about the incident.he conveyed me that he'll arrange a call back for me for refunding within 48 hours, but no such call was there regarding my refund.
                          same day i received a call from sale depart,i talked to mr.chetan.he asked me that change the plan with him,he'll provide me discount of 30% for three months if i change to any plan.so for that i should have to pay outstanding amount of my last month. I thought that, its okay, now everything'll be fine so i paid 615Rs again to tikona in order to get those thing.my plan was changed to unlimited799 (@ 1 mbps), for after some time i realised that i m not getting proper speed again.i called customer care, they said that i am now subscribed to secondary speed because it'll take 24 hours to be activated.i thought its okay i'll wait for next day,but now its 30june n still i am getting 20-40kbps speed only.
                          i called customer care on 29june twice at evening n told about the problem.but no one was there to sort it out, they were saying that i used my whole 30gb limit thats why i m getting such speed,but its not so.i used plan on 26th n 27th (till evening) june,after that i was not at my home, i was away.i checked my session history but i used approximately 5gb yet.i told the customer care executive, they said okay they are putting my call on hold,they'll sort it out in a minute, i waited so long, n then they cut the phone call.i tried another time n asked to transfer my call to senior executive, but they dint n said that they will call me within half an hour. after 2 hours i called customer care after my patience to wait.i called 6 times but every time call was cut down by them.
                          so i now i called to sales depart of customer care and took the disconnection request from them.request number(1-[protected])
                          i have most of the call recordings regarding my issues.if you need them i can post them here too.

                          now i want to take action against this company, we always blaim that government is sucking us, but reality is that companies like this are sucking common man more than anything else.

                              I have opted for 499 plan where i should receive 2MBPS speed for internet access. But unfortunatily neither this tikona provides so nor they listen to complaint. I have tried to lodge a complaint for speed related issue, but they close my incident without taking any effort to resolve it. No one even visit at my home to see the problem.
                              My complaint no was 1-[protected].
                              It was closed while no one resolved it. I dont know how these fraud companies are executing their business and here no one in India that can stop these fraud companies.
                              I straightly calling Tikona a fraud company, what else i can call it, When i logged my complained 2-3 times on phone, they always disconnect the call inbetween while we are discussing for the resolution. Since then now whenever i dial [protected] then it ask to press 1 for tech support and as i press 1 my call always gets disconnected.
                              Please take strict action against them. Tikona care is big fraud. I am going to mention this on 10 website today whereever i could see the hope for justice.
                              This company should be punished with high fine because they dont provide customer support and cheating lots of customer with their fake service commitments.
                              I will soon file a complaint in consumer court too.

                              I am fed with its services. I am not interested to avail any more services from Tikona.
                              Please be aware the entire India on behalf of this message and block the Tikona the Fraud company.

                              Bad experience continuing. Dont know when it will end.

                              Unfortunately the tech representative visited at my home, but on that day the speed was coming fine. He spend half an hour to keep checking. The speed was fine continously. I thought problem is resolved. But on just next day the problem starts again.
                              I dont know what trick you people are applying. You people have made my life hell. I am not able to work at all.
                              I request to please disconnect this service. I am no-more interested in your services.

                              I have almost complaining daily for the speed. You people have tricks to make your customer fool but you are not a competitive service provider. It is my mistake to trust on this company.

                              Even in you billing statement you have mentioned that if i will pay the bill online then you will provide discount of 2.5 or Rs 25 whichever is lower. I have paid the bill online last month, but in this month i did not received any discount. Where do i go for this now. Do i keep complaining.
                              May be you would like to hear more. So here is next.

                              I was trying to pay this month bill through your online portal again i.e. self care portal. Now again the internet speed is so worst that i could not even pay the bill. Please find the attached screen shot of error which i faced while making the online bill payment.

                              One more ticket assigned to me, 1-[protected]. So as usual another complaint number which will never be resolve permanently.

                              So you must be habitual of hearing complaints because you know you can't resolve them.
                              So instead on expecting that you will resolve my issue some day, i am fed up with increasing list of complaints. So please you can just stop making fool of people and stop providing such services. Go and open some street food shop, may be that's what you can only manage. This is impossible for you to manage internet services.

                                Hi All, My Name is Amresh and I'm one of the victims of Tikona. It was no surprise that a mere search on this company on this website resulted more than 1000 hits. It'd be no exaggeration if I say this whole company as a fraud and scam. In my case, they took Rs. 1200 from me for a new connection, promising the connection within 3 days. Since I had to travel abroad after a week and as connection didn't happen by that time, I had to ask for cancellation.Now it's been 4 months since then and I've not received my money. Needless to say about the trouble I took calling their useless customer services and writing numerous mails. Now I feel like looted by this company. Hence, instead of complaining here, what I really want to do is to file legal petition. And for that I need your help.                                   People talk about best services provided by Tikona
                                  I closed my hathway internet and decided to install Tikona but there I got worst experience of my life.

                                  Sale guy came to my house and told me that I can take the connection.
                                  Engineer came to me and shouted at me how come you can take the connection, its not feasible at your home.
                                  I called sales guy still said I can take connection.

                                  For installation engineer is not doing anything, he asked to help for installation (I never expected this.)

                                  Installation engineer shouting at me and I have to coordinate between sale and him to get my connection installed.
                                  He (Installation engineer) asked me he can cancel connection anytime he has all the authorities in his hand.

                                  Finally sale and engineer both were invited by me Sunday morning.
                                  They were fighting each other and decided to put on wires.

                                  But engineer still in double minded situation, he put on the wire till sale guy was there but once sale guy went he called his manager and removed all the wires and without saying anything cancelled my connection.

                                  Your installation engineer don't know where is LAN setting in my laptop. (Worst case)
                                  When I asked him to configure router he said it will cost 800 rs. And he said this is Tikona process.
                                  I was taken aback.

                                  Overall it was worst experience, I paid six months cost to Tikona I don't know if I will get back that or not. (Cash payment)
                                  In my life I will not take Tikona connection now.

                                  When it comes to refund no one was able to ans me how I will get refund even customer care (lack of coordination between teams)
                                  Installation engineer is worst part of the story

                                    I applied for Tikona Broadband connection on June, 2 2012 by paying cash Rs. 2000 and got it installed on June 7 , 2012.

                                    Before i applied for a connection, one marketing executive came to my home (Anil, sales executive ID [protected]).
                                    He promised me three things:

                                    1. That I will get a WI-Fi router on rental basis for Rs. 75 per month rental.

                                    2. That Installation security Rs. 500 is refundable.

                                    3. That i will get constant speed (512 kbps) the entire day (No Fair Usage policy and no server down time).

                                    Also customer care people confirmed the above things.

                                    Response after connection

                                    1. After installation i am not able to browse internet on phone because he didn't provide me Wi-Fi Router. On being asked, he replied that our policy has been changed. When i asked him that why didn’t you tell me at the time of giving connection, then he agreed to give me Wi-Fi router .but he said that, at this time we don't have WI-FI router in stock.
                                    After some days when I again asked him for Wi-Fi router, he completely refused me. When i said that i will make a complaint against you, he replied,” I don’t bother”.
                                    At the time of paying Rs 2000, i clearly told him that mostly i have to use internet in my mobile device, which is not possible without Wi-Fi Router.

                                    2. After some when asked for disconnection, customer care told me that installation charges are non refundable.

                                    3. Apart from that when i have to use internet using Ethernet cable (mostly in the night time 9-10 pm) internet never works. On being made a complaint to the customer care, they sent an executive to fix the problem but He told me that in the night time, when server is down, internet will not work.

                                    After few days (on june 24, 2012) internet speed permanently got reduced to 256kbps. On being asked, the technical customer care replied that there is a fare usage policy after some data usage.

                                    But before getting connection, i asked from customer care several times if there is some fair usage policy. They replied that this plan is unlimited plan with no fair usage policy.(i have a call recording also)


                                    Here i am thinking that i have been cheated everywhere.

                                    Tikona charged me Rs. 2000 for nothing in return. I have a cluster of wires, nothing more than that.

                                    Kindly take a strict action against Tikona and make them refund my full money back (Rs. 2000). And also take a strict action against Mr.Anil (Exe Id- [protected]).

                                      I had a tikona broad band connection of ID [protected].
                                      I had given the request to disconnect because of the poor quality if service. It was not connecting most of the times and even if it connects the speed was slow in most of the times. There were always errors in Billing too. After sending so many complaints finally I decided to unsubscribe.

                                      I had given a request to disconnect on March 31st and I have paid the bill till April 15.
                                      After that many times they had called for confirmation about disconnection. Even if I had confirmed about my decision about disconnection they have not disconnected it yet. It is more than two and half month after I requested.

                                      Most of the days I get call from tikona asking me to pay the bill(for the months after I stopped using it). I reply them that I have given request to disconnect and most of the time their answer will be our system is not working and we will be calling back after checking.
                                      Twice I had got reply in mail that they have initiated the process to disconnect. But nothing has happened yet.

                                      Bad service... I took the connection in 27th Nov'2010 for six months. Due to bad service like not connecting for 5days & speed, I requested to disconnect on 14th may 2011. Customer care people took the request and disconnected in 2hours. But shocking thing is I got the call on 22 june 2012 i have a due of Rs.3794.00. This people are not telling me the date i raised for disconnection & over to that they are using bad words to make me to pay. I am lodging the compliment against tikona in consumer court in bangalore.I serious request dnt take tikona connection. Its really bad service.

                                        My net has not been working since 15th April,2012.
                                        I had tried to bring tthis to the notice of tikona customer care but they were not lifting the call.
                                        At last, they responded around 25th and then they said that it is there internal problem and will get resolved in 2 days.
                                        After 4 days again its the same answer.
                                        I again tried after 3 days , then they said that they dont know about the complaint. and they "ordered" me to sit before the computer before calling them and wasting their time.
                                        Next time i did so and called them. I said that there may be problem with router and may please send a engineer for rectification. then the customer service guy again talked to me in a very rude tone and " ordered " me to file a FIR with police if i want something to be done.
                                        I even mailed to thier customer serrvice and asked them top rectify the problem.
                                        But there was no vaiable reply.
                                        Then i left them to their pathethic situation and went on.
                                        Then there were series of cals from al around tikona to pay the april bill.
                                        I said them to send a enginer and rectify the problem and the bill shall be paid next instant.

                                        One fine day some guy(of non-technical background) came and declared that it is not possible to rectify.
                                        Hence i asked him to remove the connection and waive my security deposit as their bill for month of April,2012.
                                        Then there was no sign of any tikona person or call.

                                        Now again since one week they are sending me msgs that i have 2 months bill outstanding.
                                        Just now at 13:00hrs on 18/6/2012 , a guy called me and threatened me to pay the bill or they would proceed(i dont know where)

                                        now please suggest me what to do.

                                        the rudeness and the callousness with which they have handled a customer is pathethic.and even more threatening.
                                        they are not removing my connection and threatening me to pay the bill.

                                        I personally pleead u all not to get into this trap of tikona.
                                        Worst service ever imaginable in ur farthest nightmare

                                        Bad service... I took the connection in 27th Nov'2010 for six months. Due to bad service like not connecting for 5days & speed, I requested to disconnect on 14th may 2011. Customer care people took the request and disconnected in 2hours. But shocking thing is I got the call on 22 june 2012 i have a due of Rs.3794.00. This people are not telling me the date i raised for disconnection & over to that they are using bad words to make me to pay. I am lodging the compliment against tikona in consumer court in bangalore.I serious request dnt take tikona connection. Its really bad service.

                                        My self Akshay P. Tikona user with user id/service id - [protected].

                                        I had already faced lot of problems using Tikona net services and i can't bear more & want ring a bell for all of you for the WRETCHED, POOR, MISERABLE, PITIFUL, SERVICE PROVIDED BY TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PVT. LTD.

                                        1. The quality of the wire & modem & the wireless device (which is installed on the terrace)

                                        2. The technical staff or online engineers not even well verse with English.

                                        3. In month of Sep 2011 I was facing lot of technical problems from few month using your net services. Your technical person (look like mavali, tapori i.e, please hire some decent staff of engineers as they represent your company) also visited more then 10 times but could not solved the problem every time they blame the online staff or server room.

                                        I have requested to disconnect my tikona service in OCT 2011 to customer care agent also have sent letter to the below address.

                                        When explain the same to tikona customer care agent, At that time only i made request of discontinue of tikona services and customer support told me that i will receive confirmation about this very soon but still not received any call.

                                        Instead i keep receiving the outstanding bill (including rental for NOV to JAN 2012) & harassment call from billing dept to pay the bill for which i hv not used the service

                                        This has continued for 4 month i.e, feb12 & now I am receiving call from some guys asking me to make the payment or else they will drag me to court for the INSUFFICIENT, PATHETIC, USELESS SERVICE THEY have provided to me & breaking my trust.

                                        I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PATHETIC TREATMENT TIKONA is giving me after taking my money.

                                        May be i should have listen to advise provided by my friend for not to go with TIKONA AS THEY had similar disappointment.
