Hi,

This is Rajwant Singh from NOIDA Sector 56 U.P. I opted for Tikona internet connection on Thursday, 19 July, 2012, and before going for this connection the sales guy called Bhupinder( Cell: [protected] ) told me that since you already have a beetel wireless modem it can be configured with the Tikona internet connection very easily and for that I will send a technician who will configure it for you. And it's almost been a month, that guy is not picking my call, not only that even customer care people also do not entertain my call, rather they tell me that they are going to transfer my call to the concerned department and they disconnect the call. And it's been happening for many days, resultantly I do not have any reference number which I can share with you.

Besides, even wired connection also doesn't work properly. Now I do not wish to continue with Tikona anymore and I want a stringent action to be taken against this guy Bhupinder who thought that he got fool out of me.

And I paid 2000 rupees for 3 months of internet service to tikona, since it's been pathetic since day one, I need my money back ASAP. I hope that you will take some rigorous action in this regard.

    Dear Sir,
    I was using Tikona broadband Internet connection with 299/- plan. Around on 15 july , i called to them and asked to change my plan. Then they told me that first pay your previous bill with the amount for the plan you want to activate. Then i paid my previous bill 679/- with 1500/- for the new plan on 17 july. I've receipt as proof. Then they told me that your new plan has been activated that was 512kbps(Unlimited @ 3months). Suddenly i got another bill from tikona. And i found that they didn't change my plan. They have so careless executives. Now they are again asking for money.
    Apart from this, i called many times to their Head of Customer Care S. Nair to resolve the connectivity problem. But they just say that your problem will be solved within 24 hours. S. Nair also doesn't have any responsibilities to resolve the problems of their customers.

      I used Tikona broadband service for 3 months and i faced lot of issues with speed and connection. Tikona technical service did not address my issues properly and hence i requested for disconnection of service on 4/7/2012 but till now tikons has not disconnected the service and still they are generating the bill. i have a deposit of Rs. 500 against the modem which they have provided.
      Can anyone please take proper action?
      I am lodging a complaint in consumer court as well for this issue.

        After my last payment i started getting intermittent connection from tikona, and when i say intermittent i mean once in a day for a minute or two i had the connection and then for the next few hours the connection was not active. In short i had to always be alert to see which would be the minute that i will be acle to access the internet. I called up the customer support to complain about the same. Following which after a week a person from tikona removed some part of the device and said that the connection was fine, next day again the connection went off and this time it did not come up after which we called up the customer support again to report the issue and this time no one came. next week we called up again to ask for the cancellation of the connection since we had already received a bill for the not used internet connection. Following which a technician came up and informed us that the device was faulty and will be removed. We were under the assumption that the device was probably removed since it was a Wi-Max connection and the device was installed outside my house, post which we never tried to use the internet. Now a month ago we requested a new connection again from tikona(Since no other provider gives a WiMax). That was when we got to know that the old device was never removed and there was a bill of 3 months o[censored]nused internet pending for us. Since we already had a word with customer support regarding this we didn't bother to call the customer support again.
        Today 9th August 2012 around 12 PM I got a call from someone who calls himself a lawyer Advocate Chaudhary and threatens me to pay the remaining bill of Rs. 3000 else pay Rs. 45000 for some case and what all, Come to Delhi and fight the case tikona has filed some complaint and all. My question is how can a collection person claim that he is advocate? Well that's none of my business, the law should look after that. But why is there no synch between the customer support and collections. I want tikona to closely look into this matter and their records corrected. I am pretty sure that i am not liable to pay any bills whatsoever. I have kept all my records clean with tikona. And finally the collections people should be taught to be professional rather than being rude and impolite.

        Not only Tikona service centre, even their management attitude is similar & no one is bothered even if you escalate your complaints to their MD Mr Prakash Bajpai & COO Mr Yugal Sharma at prakash.[protected]@tikona.in & yugal.[protected]@tikona.in, which I did when it took more than a week for the installation & had to face almost similar connectivity & service issues a month after installation like Mr Nagekar & followed up almost daily with the service team but they always tried to buy some time to resolve the connection issues.Finally even after sending the notice for termination to their customer care & appelate authority Mr S Nair at s.[protected]@tikona.in & the top management, they are still sending me the bills for the same .

        I would request the fellow customers to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum to make these guys realise that they cannot take the customers for a ride & have to either fulfill their promises or refund the money for the services charged but not provided .

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Please Help!

          I am the old customer of Tikona, and I disconnected my connection last year in April after that now I applied for new connection on 20 July 2012. I made online payment of Rs. 2246.08 but after two days I got a call from Tikona that my bill is pending and they are adjusting the payment in my last bill. I explain that I don’t have to pay any amount to Tikona for any last bills. Then I made a complaint in customer care and to local agents from both side I got response that I don’t have to pay any amount to Tikona and they also told me that they are closing my new account and I can use my old account but I was getting the old plan FUL799 with 750kbps then I complaint for the speed because I applied for 2mbps plan and now everyone tell me different story and local area staff are not tacking my calls.

            I have paid 3000Rs for half yearly plan for unlimited usage at 512kbps
            and when sales executive visit at my place on 29th may 2012 i deamanded
            a plan that should be o[censored]nlimited usage and constant speed then they
            suggest me to take halfyaerly 512 kbps
            plan which has unlimited usage till six months and there will not be
            any downfall in speed till six months o[censored]nlimited usage. but my
            speed is downgraded to 80kbps

              Two years back I had subscribed to Tikona Digital Networks in my home Windwards at Wakad. All along it was a troublesome journey with Tikona. My earlier service id is [protected] and my data plan was HFUL2999(earlier). I took Tikona broadband service on October end, 2010 and Paid 3000 INR as advance rental for 6 months and ever since then I am paying them advance amount for each half yearly cycle. Here are the payment details in descending order:

              First of all, the Tikona service personal who visited us for new connection fed us with information that for HFUL2999 plan initial amount is Rs.3000. Next, when I gave them Cheque, they refuse from accepting, saying that Cheque clearance will take time and if you give us cash the service would start ASAP. So they said that they will accept cash. Although I oppose saying that according to Tikona rule we are not suppose to give cash, they convinced us by saying that they have spoke to their manager and asked me to talked to him. So everything was settled that point of time.

              After using the service with some heavy intermittent connection problems, one more issue occurred. This was with respect to the bill payment of 8th June 2011 Transaction ID: SB273788. After all the above stated problem , I was in the practice of giving Cheque for my bill payment except on this occasion since my Cheque book was about to exhaust as I have only 1 leaflet left. So I thought to pay via net banking online transfer. I was paying the required advance amount in the month of April,2011. The deduction happened from my account and I was under this impression the bill is paid. But I was keep on receiving customer care calls 2-3 times daily for the bill payment and I have to explained the whole story to everyone on each instance. I was irritated from them then I dropped a mail with the transaction snap shot to the stated mail ID as per the Customer care. Though all my efforts were in vain since that particular amount reverted back to my account in the month of May(End of May). So I thought better to pay them via Cheque for the next 6 months and then everything was on track.

              After all this recently I got my plan changed as per one of the Tikona service personal, who asked me to switch to a new plan with better connectivity. So I agreed to his suggestion without giving a second thought. My new service id is [protected] and my data plan was Bill free plan. He assured me that he will take care of all the closing formalities for my old account and I just need to divert my amount to the new plan. As I was paying the advance for my internet connection so I gave him the advance Cheque once again for my new account. But this time he asked me to give some other contact number for new connection otherwise there would be a gap in internet service if I open on the same contact number. As the time between old and new connection will take some time and I have to be deprived of the internet connectivity for some weeks. So I gave other contact number of my family member.

              Now everything was settled once again and here comes a great surprise to me today i.e. 6th August 2012 at noon. I got a call from [protected], one of the lawyer saying that Tikona has filled a case against you of not paying the outstanding approx 3000 INR amount to them. Whether you want to fight a case or settle it separately. I was like shocked after hearing all this. He was talking to me rudely and warned me that police will come to my house and stuff. Tell me.. this is the way any service provider handle their customers. I am harassed mentally and need a resolution to my problems as soon as possible. The purpose of stating everything is detail was just to highlight that I was bearing with all those problem and harassment all this time and now things have taken a new level. I made a huge mistake by taking Tikona's internet connection.

              I would be really grateful to you, if an immediate action is taken to solve my problem/issue.

              Even i got a call from a lawyer today for the same reason. MY id [protected] and even i am reporting the same to consumer forum. My service was down for 3 months i called tikona customer care regularly to get the service started but it never did. finally i called them up to get the connection removed. Some one came up and said i dint have a good connection because the device was faulty and will be removed. No one came up thereafter except for this call that only popped up today from nowhere also. I am raising it to consumer forum right now.

              Abhishek here.. I'm still receiving a call from some number and he is forcing me to pay bill. Otherwise he is sending police to my residence.
              I'm replying him with gentle note that I have connected with you and we are dealing with problem and providing the required inputs.
              He is very recultant and stating harshly to go with legal prosecution, seems that caller belongs to recovery department and calling me time and again.
              I am harassed mentally and need a resolution to my problems as soon as possible.

              I also call from Tikona legal department saying they are going to file case against me in Delhi court. I have not paid them last two months bill of Rs 1200. In those two months service was almost down . I was not able to use internet whenever I required it. So I told them I will not pay for 1200 and they can disconnect my connection. I am too much frustted with this service. I am ready to fight legal case against them but I am not gointg to pay them for zero service.

              I am still receiving a call from the lawyer name ‘Virender Singh’ ([protected]). This matter is already been cleared from the higher management and I am still getting calls. These things are totally unacceptable despite explaining the matter to the customer care and all the concerned authorities. Please don’t force me to file a case against that person. Otherwise things would be worse even though things sorted out between us. Please ask that person to stop making calls and ask for apology.

              Donot worry friends about the calls you are getting from so called "Lawyers". They are recovery agents and not lawyers..and second thing is that they cannot do any thing like what they are telling "fine and jail".

              Keep your self cool and donot pay any amount.
              All these call numbers are from Rajasthan and not from Delhi and all calls are fake calls...they are not real lawyers .
              You need not fear bcoz if they somehow go to court then they will need to pay hefty fine bcoz its they on fault not we.

              Please dont harass with peoples emotion and dont threat them by giving
              a lawyers call...There are hundred of threads I have seen
              regarding same situations. If we come together def you will be in
              trouble. Even we got best lawyers in India to sue against you. Even
              your own people dont trust yourself what the faith we can keep on you.

              Please clear all the charges regarding [protected] or else I am going
              to sue against you regarding my (& many peoples) mental torture.

              So tell your lawyer not call once again or better be prepare for the
              case against you.
              I have faced same harassed call from some xyz lawyer, regarding bill payment.
              I had asked them to disconnect the connection but they have not respond on this and keep on sending bill after that.

              I have not used internet service because it was so much bad that u have to wait for 2 hour for 5 MB song download.

              I M Pratul singh i got same call from [protected] for forcing me to to pay the remaining amount otherwise i will case on you or cease my bank account even though i try to cancel services of my id [protected] i follow all those procedure for cancellation any paying the remaining amount still my plan was not cancelled and my charges are increasing month by month. this is something legal, i have attached one screen shot for cancellation, please look into this matter. i haven't use the services from February 2016 still my charge is increasing.

              Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                I got message on my Tikona login page about upgrade plans and hence i called them and after discussion, agreed to move to an Unlimited plan of Rs.999. They did that and then within 15 days, disconnected my connection saying i had exceeded my credit limit and Rs.1700 was due from my side. I enquired if am into a plan of maximum 999Rs then how come my bill exceeded the limit. I was told that the plan was a 'Advance rental' and hence Rs.999 was deducted and rest was pro-rata basis. I requested them to shift me back to my Old plan but was told that it has been discontinued. And now am forced to pay additional amounts every month. My concern is around the 2 points below -
                1. Why i was not informed of things like, I can't go back to my old plan AND the plan am moving into is an advance rental plan? Had this been done, i'd have not agreed to move to this plan.
                2. As per policy, they don't change to these Advance rental plans, if payment is NOT done in advance. I didn't make a payment, so why was i moved to this plan? If their policy of not moving to a discontinued plan is followed strictly, then why this policy of Payment in advance was not followed and i was swiftly moved to a costlier plan?

                I feel CHEATED and would need help from Cosumer Forum, to resolve this situation.

                  This is to inform you that till date the so called connection which is not yet activated as per the commitment made you by your team, prior to payment receipt.in spite of making the payment as advised nothing was done from your support team to make the connection active in spite of innumerable communications.
                  This is the worst, i had ever seen such a services. Its almost 6 months now after paying the activation charges, still our account is not activated, after lot of communications things didn’t happen/resolved yet and we lost the faith you please refund the money paid at the earliest. Else we have to go to consumer's forum for the settlement

                    I have subscribed for Broadband connection of Tikona broadband as on 15th june 2012. My user ID is [protected]. Subscriber's name: Vipul Verma
                    I was not given any demo as per mentioned in there advertisement and there engineer cam and installed there connection although there was not any sufficient feasibility in my area so due to lack of feasibilty I faced a lot of connectivity and internet speed issues during day time and placed number of complaints at there customer support. A number of engineers from Tikona had visited my place to check the problem but nothing get resolved. I had placed my disconnection request on 25th june 2012 but have not received any call from tikona regarding my refund claim.Instead they are calling regularly for paying for that period in which I have not utilised there services.
                    So it is a request to kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

But still now internet connection not provided by tikona i asked customer care so many times still nothing done and than i asked to refund the amount that also not happen.                     whenever I call tikona customer care their executive used to file my complaint and commit m for an engineer visit at my place but no engineer came. at last only 1 engineers visited my place at 5th october and at that time internet speed was enough.
                    So as I hav suffered a lot of inconvience again so I have taken a disconnection but still I am getting a number of SMSes and calls regarding pay your dues but instead I should ask for the waiver as I have already deposited enough amount in their account

                    In continuation to my previous complaint, now the tikona representatives have sent me a mail regarding return their internet device installed at my premises and deposit Rs. 369 for the period for which I had not utilized their services.
                    I have already given my consent to them for collecting the device but as I was not satisfied by their internet services as during the day time their internet was not even getting connected so I was expecting a refund of the amount I had deposited with them they instead raising a demand of Rs. 369 on me which I am not going to pay as this amount pertains to the period I had not used their services.

                      I started using TIKONA connection - [protected] about more than year ago.
                      It was expire on Feb 2012 and i had followed up with TIKONA customer care as well as online; however nobody confirmed next steps for extending beyond.
                      On a Fine day , TIKONA sales representative came for new connection and I have highlighted to him that I had TIKONA connection in past; however i want to extend same connection. He has confirmed me that previous connection has been expired and you cannot extend. He has recommended to me for new connection. He also mentioned to me that you can have new connection in your name due to system problem and pushed me to get new connection on my wife's name.

                      I started using new connection is March onwards within month TIKONA presented me extension fees for [protected] (previous account). I had provided completed details to customer care and mentioned to them that TIKONA has provided me new connection for same. TIKONA has threatened me to pay mentioned bill else they will take legal action against me. Based on mentioned legal action threat, I paid bill in Jul 2012.
                      On Payment of bill, I had requested them to provide service for paid bill; however no response from TIKONA to resolve mentioned issue in last 15 days.
                      They have not provided Instrument to make connection as previous instrument is used for new connection.
                      I’m looking forward for your help to resolve mentioned point.
                      This can be considered as Business Fraud.

                      Hi, My name is Arun Chiluveru. I have paid Rs.1985 for an internet connection on Oct 30th 2010. As per the agent, they are supposed to provide the connection within 2 days. However, till date they haven't provided me with a connection. This did not get solved in spite of customer care several time, I have also contacted the agent that collected the money and gave me a receipt. Can something be done about this?                           My Tikona no. [protected], it is really disappointing for me to take Tikona connection.since the day of installation I am chasing to Tikona for convert my wired modem to Wifi ... I made 10-12 calls to sales guy Sunil ([protected]), twice I spoke to Nitin ([protected]) now I both guys are not answering my call, they commit me it's WiFi connection at time selling connection. when I spoke to your customer care executives, they said I need to pay extra for Wifi modem .. that at time of sales you make wrong commitment to customer & cheat with them , it really unethical & pathetic behavior from Tikona sales guys.

                          Even at time of installation I told to your service engineer & sales person you commit me for WiFi modem, but they told me it is for mean while the Wifi service engineer not available. So he will come by next day & install WiFi router but after that no body visited , then I call to your sale executive for same he said give one more day I will try but after 2 days I again call him then he visited on Sunday, at my home & they were trying to do some thing with my Airtel connection "which is illegal how can they touch other operator property" . So I told them what are you doing then they said we try to connect with existing Airtel modem so I clearly said why you trying with Airtel modem then they said "today Sunday so we try for alternate option tomorrow your wifi modem will installed" ,then I haven't heard any thing from Tikona & no person visited for same.

                          when I call to Sunil (Sales guy) for same so he told "sorry sir we not able to provide wifi modem for same" he is completely changed & said if you want to access wifi you have to buy modem then I call to Nitin for same he not picking my phone

                          I applied for tikona wi-bro connection. i called an agent. he came, he took my proofs and the installation amount(Rs.1433). i asked him is there any feasibility or not in my house, because i applied for the same connection 2-3 months back and they said there is no feasibility in my place. then the agent told me that there is a feasibility in my place now. so i gave him everything he wanted. After 2 days a guy came to give me the connection and then he was telling me that there’s no feasibility in my place. Then i didnt say anything, i just called tikona and told them like cancell my connection and give me back my money. they they told like within 30 working days i’ll get my money back. after some days i again called them and thn again some girl told me from today onwards within 30 days i’ll get the money. i dont know whats going on. i applied for cancellation on 25th of april. still i haven’t got anything from them. please help me out. i dont have anyone to tell this about. the sales guy was sujeet and his cell no is [protected]

                            I am pravesh Kumar wasnik from Hyderabad, last month 24th June 12, I have taken your new broadband connection and I got your no. from just dial. Before taking you connection your executive [MR.H VINAYAK- ph.no [protected]] called me and he request me for meeting, so that he could explain about the package. On that day only 20th June 12 he came to my house and explain about the package. I asked him regarding 1 package ,which is 1 mbps and he told me after all discussion ,he will provide me that connection in rupee 600 .then he told me that if you are taking 1 mbps in 600 , why don’t you go 2mbs speed for that , just you have to pay 700 rupee. I said fine and he has marked in your tikona broacher for 2mbps. More over when I asked about installation charges, he said there will be no installation charges for me. When all installation procedure has completed , your engineer inform me that , sir your speed is only 1mbps not 2mbps .when I called him , he said there might be mistake done by office people , while filling the data & he told me with in 7 working days he will change it. Later on I was calling him but he was not responding my call .between that time I also call to your tikona customer care and informed about the fraud, which is made by your executive. But in a one day 4 times I spoke to different executive regarding my concern but nothing has been done. I don’t know do you keep this type of existing employee or franchise, who do this kind of fraud with customer. Is it not affecting you goodwill of your company. But now I am totally exhausted while calling to your customer care and that fraud guy. Now I want action from your side and completing all the promises what your executive has made. also I am sending this mail copy to just dial & customer court .one more thing, through just dial also we try to connect that executive, but once he has lifted the phone & he suppose to call me on that day, which has been recorded by just dial executive, but he didn’t and later on he is not responded the call from just dial. So they are freezing tikona a/c in just dial. looking forward for your positive respond as soon as possible.

                              I had been misled into buying tikona first of all. The official never mentioned to me a "Fair Usage Policy". Also the plan shown to me on a sheet did not disclose it. I don't think I am God to understand that the company would interrupt my usage by a "Fair Usage Policy" when I was clearly told that I would be provided "2mbps Unlimited" usage.

                              The another point is that I did not have access to my e-mail id because I had stopped using their net connection in the end of April 2012 when I called the customer care for disconnection. A month later, I am informed that just because I didn't mail for disconnection, they kept my connection on, which is not my fault. It is the company's fault.
                              I had called for disconnection in April itself. Now just because I could not mail, the company has no right to demand me for more money. So my bill from 26 April 2012 - 25 May 2012 is the company's fault.

                              I have paid Rs.3050 uptill now, in return to which I have used Tikona's connection from 15 Dec 2011 upto 25 April 2012, which happens to be an utterly dis-satisfactory service of Rs.2500 approx. [Rs.200 approx from 15 Dec 2011 - 25 Dec 2011, Rs. 500 approx (450 Unlimted plan) from 26 Dec 2011 - 25 Jan 2012, (then 550 unmimited plan) Rs. 600 approx for 3 months 26 Jan - 25 Feb, 26 Feb - 25 Mar, 26 Mar - 25 April]

                              My CPE has been submitted to the company representative. So no issue stands there.

                              Now the company demands me to make my payment immediately, so even I should have the right to ask the company to return my Security Deposit amount and my 1-month advance payment amount "immediately".

                              The company, TDN Pvt. Ltd. has provided me such poor quality service, not revealed the plan details properly and misled me into buying the service; and is now trying to extort money from me regarding its own mistake of keeping my connection on. They have also harassed me by calling again and again, also wasting my time.

                                My Tikona Out Line Story
                                --Happened in Chennai
                                --Paid 2 month advance along with service tax and service charges for the 40GB 2mbps plan.
                                --And I need to pay only after two months, i.e from 3rd month onwards
                                --All process including installation happened with in a day, wow what a service
                                --But speed never touched even 1 mbps except the time of the demo and instillation, From the very next day onwards it was always below 1 mbps
                                --Ok fine leave about speed, it will never get connected most of the days.
                                --And the state of art customer support, 15 minutes minimum waiting time to get the operator. And the operator will drop your call with out resolving it.
                                --Forgot to mention, you need to call the tolled number to get the better service as per Tikona suggestion. i.e apart from resolving the issue and wasting time, you will lose money too :). Interesting!!!
                                --In sumy you'll never get connected when you wish. You need to use internet only when Tikona get connected. Since we don't have any other work and Tikona is the only Internet provider in the entire universe we will wait for our turn, like in last century trunk calls!!!
                                --After couple of weeks I've lost complete faith in Tikona, No response to complaints, no one will pick your calls, most of the time network will be down etc...
                                ---As usual I've decided to disconnect it after two months since I've already paid two month in advance
                                ---I've took the connection on 22-Mar and requested for disconnection on 16-May
                                -Story Part II
                                --There comes the next smart move from Tokona, instead of disconnecting the connection Tikona send me a bill soon after requesting for the disconnection.
                                --When I've called customer care(after spending 30 minutes to get the line) they said like Tikona will bill generate bill on 15th of every month and I am liable to pay the amount for the next billing cycle.
                                --i.e.I've paid 2 month rental in advance on 22-Mar and requested for disconnection on 16-May even though I can use up-to 21-May Tikona generated a bill on 15 and asking me to pay the remaining 24 days amount in advance. And the interesting part is that I've received the bill only on 17-May followed by the request I've made on 16-May to disconnect the connection. Only those who took PhD in cheating can take such a move. What a move, really appreciated even-though I am a looser.
                                --And as usual i didn't paid the bill
                                -Story Part III
                                --Then comes the next bomb from Tikona, legal notice
                                --After couple of months later I've received a legal notice from Tikona for not paying the bill amount including the late fee and interest charges.
                                --I've discussed the issue with one of lawyer and he advised me that, if the amount is less than 1000 better to pay the amount and settle it, since Tikona is famous for making money like this.
                                --I've considered that I've paid the money to a daylight robber to save my life
                                --Since Tikona is making money mainly by cheating people only not by doing business!!!

                                    worst service their marketing executives are more worried about target getting done to which they fool customers eluding into gimmick along with their service enggs( some guy named suraj and sunil) providing wrong information about the connection. their marketing head must learn how to treat customers calling around 16 to 20 times a day and disturbing late night at 11.00 i dont think the CEO of the company Mr Bajpai wud have been at office dat late.i applied for tikona connection after getting calls for more dan month and half , they never had permission in the society and nvr bothered to get permission cleared instead requested me to get device mounted at my open terrace all terms and conditions were decided and no internal wiring was assured the marketing exe guy takes cash after 2 days sends a wireman wid a pile of wire wound the technical head(nandkishor) assures for cancellation and full refund in 20 days and on calling customer exe at 15 th day u get to know the cancellation request is still not registered .TIKONA the worst service provider i have seen total fraud people cheating customer.
                                    They call u 20 times a day for month long to forcefully make u agree to their connection and when resolving issues come u need to dial 20 odd nos as the particular req dosnt comes under their department.
                                    Better learn to handle the customers u have than making new customers Mr Bajpai.

                                      I have had Tikona service, before installation they took money from me, and from next day onwards that service was not working, I complaint about it 3-4 times, finally I decided to discontinue, they agree to return my money back within 30 days after termination. They took month to terminate my connection and after 1 months also they didnt pay me back, so when I asked again they said it will take more 45 days, since they have to ask to their backend department, so I waited for that period but still they after that also they are not returning my money, finally they mentioned that we dont have any balance left for my account, on which they agreed initially,, but its almost six month I havent received my money.                                         I was customer of tikona broadband services & after cancelling the connection with full & final payment I am receiving the bill & sms on my mobile every month. I have full proof of the settlement with name & number of the person who came to me.. I have talked to tikona so many times to stop all bills & sms but still recieving every month.

                                        this is really frustrated service in India... what the hell with this organization ... why don't they listen to ex customers.
