Hi,
Two years back I had subscribed to Tikona Digital Networks in my home Windwards at Wakad. All along it was a troublesome journey with Tikona. My earlier service id is [protected] and my data plan was HFUL2999(earlier). I took Tikona broadband service on October end, 2010 and Paid 3000 INR as advance rental for 6 months and ever since then I am paying them advance amount for each half yearly cycle. Here are the payment details in descending order:

First of all, the Tikona service personal who visited us for new connection fed us with information that for HFUL2999 plan initial amount is Rs.3000. Next, when I gave them Cheque, they refuse from accepting, saying that Cheque clearance will take time and if you give us cash the service would start ASAP. So they said that they will accept cash. Although I oppose saying that according to Tikona rule we are not suppose to give cash, they convinced us by saying that they have spoke to their manager and asked me to talked to him. So everything was settled that point of time.
After using the service with some heavy intermittent connection problems, one more issue occurred. This was with respect to the bill payment of 8th June 2011 Transaction ID: SB273788. After all the above stated problem , I was in the practice of giving Cheque for my bill payment except on this occasion since my Cheque book was about to exhaust as I have only 1 leaflet left. So I thought to pay via net banking online transfer. I was paying the required advance amount in the month of April,2011. The deduction happened from my account and I was under this impression the bill is paid. But I was keep on receiving customer care calls 2-3 times daily for the bill payment and I have to explained the whole story to everyone on each instance. I was irritated from them then I dropped a mail with the transaction snap shot to the stated mail ID as per the Customer care. Though all my efforts were in vain since that particular amount reverted back to my account in the month of May(End of May). So I thought better to pay them via Cheque for the next 6 months and then everything was on track.
After all this recently I got my plan changed as per one of the Tikona service personal, who asked me to switch to a new plan with better connectivity. So I agreed to his suggestion without giving a second thought. My new service id is [protected] and my data plan was Bill free plan. He assured me that he will take care of all the closing formalities for my old account and I just need to divert my amount to the new plan. As I was paying the advance for my internet connection so I gave him the advance Cheque once again for my new account. But this time he asked me to give some other contact number for new connection otherwise there would be a gap in internet service if I open on the same contact number. As the time between old and new connection will take some time and I have to be deprived of the internet connectivity for some weeks. So I gave other contact number of my family member.
Now everything was settled once again and here comes a great surprise to me today i.e. 6th August 2012 at noon. I got a call from [protected], one of the lawyer saying that Tikona has filled a case against you of not paying the outstanding approx 3000 INR amount to them. Whether you want to fight a case or settle it separately. I was like shocked after hearing all this. He was talking to me rudely and warned me that police will come to my house and stuff. Tell me.. this is the way any service provider handle their customers. I am harassed mentally and need a resolution to my problems as soon as possible. The purpose of stating everything is detail was just to highlight that I was bearing with all those problem and harassment all this time and now things have taken a new level. I made a huge mistake by taking Tikona's internet connection.
I would be really grateful to you, if an immediate action is taken to solve my problem/issue.

I would request the fellow customers to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum to make these guys realise that they cannot take the customers for a ride & have to either fulfill their promises or refund the money for the services charged but not provided .
