Hi Sir,

My Tikona Service Id is [protected]. I have taken this connection on[protected].
Since then I am facing problem in this Internet. This is intermittently creating problem.
I have called to customer Care several times and they simply open service Request without taking care of that SR, it is closed.
Currently I have open SR#1-[protected] which is again not taken care and nobody visit my home.
It’s been a long time and I want my 2800/- (rent for three months) back as it’s been a long time and I am not able to use this Internet connection.
My Cell# [protected] and Email id is 05.[protected]@gmail.com
Please let me know if any information is required.
so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .

    Hi,

    I had used Tikona Boradband -id-[protected] for 30 odd days during starting 2012 Jan. I was using Rs 599 pm unlimited plan and I paid Rs1250 for it, which is offcourse more than I used for services and during those 30 odd days there are hardly any days that I haven't faced any issue.

    So I decided to withdraw the connection and I duly sent the email to Tikona and I received the confirmation from the customer service.

    Now after several days I am receiving threatening/abusive call from the Number#[protected] asking for due bill which shouldn't be the case.

    Please do the needful and forward this complain to concern department.

      My Tikona User id is [protected] and docket no. of complaint is 1-[protected].
      In the month of June 12, I got the internet connection from Tikona service provider which was a big mistake of my life and I experienced the worst service ever.
      After experiencing the worst service, I complaint to the customer care lot of time (almost 10-15 times) within a period of 2 months but they didn’t resolved the issue properly and then I decided to surrender the connection and after few days of trying to lodge the complaint, my complaint finally got lodged on 6 or 7 Aug 2012 with urgent request but they didn’t disconnect the connection and billed me even after lodging the complaint upto 8th September 2012.
      During the period of disconnection I didn’t used the Tikona service for a single day even I disconnected the instruments also but their billing showed excess usage by me .. I was amazed how this can happen ? when i had not used the internet connection for a single day I got usage bill. After this I requested lot of times for a session history o[censored]sage, which I got only after complaining to their appellate authority (twice) Mr. Nair and again I was surprised after viewing the session history because session history shows usage even after disconnection of service confirmed to me by Tikona itself (8th sep).
      The story of surprises and shock didn’t end here. After writing lot of mails to Tikona ,their customer care sent engg. , who took the instruments after checking and instruments was working at that moment but till date I am getting two kind of replies from their customers care
      1. We have not received instruments till date even their engg. Confirmed me that they had submitted the instruments in company.
      2. Your instruments are faulty and billed me Rs 1500/- for this.
      Few days back i again got the call from customer care to submit the instruments. I am really get pissed off now because even after raising issues with appellate authority I am not getting resolution for issues but yes now they again surprised me and today I got call from their legal department who said they will file a case against me Tis Hazari court for non- payment of bill.
      I am requesting to ever body, please don’t take Tikona connection they will harassed you mentally lot .

        Seriously, I have no words to describe the worst connection provider and moreover the much worst customer care service like Tikona. But I really want to say so that no other person will suffer by taking this connection.
        See how they behave?
        First, I have been suffering from network issue for past 2 weeks but every time they are assigning invisible engineer who never has visited and apart from resolving the problem they are adding more problems every day.
        But moreover their customer care service.
        See the words they use when asked why this thing is going on?
        1. “I can see there is no problem right now so I am not taking complain”
        2. And how their team leader response when I asked what is his name 2nd time because of his bad behavior, He directly told “I am not going to say it 2nd time”
        3. I even received this type response that shouting at me (to a client!!!) and when I told don’t raise your voice he directly told “I only talk like that, do you want your problem to be resolved or not?”
        4. He directly told,” my system is showing that you did not call before so…” (See I have been calling for past two weeks and they are behaving like this) and seriously, he did not take my complain.

        I never have seen the customer care service like you are providing. And when your team leaders are behaving like this that means I have to pay every month then I have to beg (but you can shout) and then I have to wait for your time.

          I got tikona broadband connection on 24/11/2012 by making payment of rs.1800 (My user Id is [protected]).For few days days connection was working fine but later it started to give trouble that I was always getting the message as "limited or no connectivity". Regarding this I started to complain to tikona technical support and was being asked to do some exercises like switching off & switching on power adapter,removing cable & connecting back.But still problem was persisting.Finally I requested for deactivation of broadband, but they told they will solve the problem by sending a technical person to my home. In fact he came my home and he tried to to get good signal. But he DID not get and he told me that my connection have poor signal and he told he will inform the the same to tikona for deactivation.But they(tikona) were not bothered for deactivation, they just kept on postponing telling that they will solve it. I strictly requested for deactivation on 24/12/12 with complaint no [protected].But I don't know why the connection is not yet deactivated and I received a call from tikona on 08/01/2012 for payment of bill of rs.456.53 for the period 22/11/2012 to 15/12/2012.I asked the status of my connection he told it is active and I am surprised to why these people are acting like this. After so many requests for deactivation of connection, they have not yet deactivated it and I have not used the broadband after I requested for deactivation,moreover they have generated one more bill of rs.1398.11 for the period of 15/12/12 to 14/01/13. So I request you to help me in this regard.Following are the complaint nos.

          Tikona Digital Networks — Delay in problem solution

          first of all, usually have problems regarding internet, if complained then they say that they will resolve it on the next day till 2 in d noon, few times problem not solved till 2 days, If Having some important work we have to wait for the next day , and many times problem is not solved on the next day also.

          Problem resolving method is very bad,takes a lot time. n there is no instant solution.

          will b thankful if this issue gets fixed.

          Tikona Wibro Internet Connection — Irresponsible Answer

          Advance payment clear but not getting any service "The boss Mr.Rajiv -[protected] said like we are not responsible person please go to that person who had come for sales..."

          Tikona — delay in connection setup

          this is regarding the delay of tikona Internet connection which i have procured on 8th of March
          2011, Through Sales person Mr Sandeep Trepathi ( mobile no [protected] )
          And after that we haven't received password ID till 17th of March and on
          18 of March we received wibro password
          but till now no one has come to complete the Internet connection We also
          tried calling Mr. Abdul Kalam ( Mobile no [protected] ) but now he also
          responding to calls
          We also tried calling customer care number but they are going nowhere

          But till now no proper response & they are not responding to give money back also

            I had Tikona connection a year back. due to the inefficiency of the service provided i logged many complaints regarding the connectivity and the speed. i never got service on time. fed up of the service i stopped Tikona and there was only one month amount pending.
            It was their fault for not providing the service that they had promised for and had filed a complaint against me for not paying an amount of 1111/- if they would have shown the pro-activeness in fixing their technical issues that would have been more appreciated than showing their pro-activeness in legal issues

            i have given change of address to tikona . it has been two moths they have not updated my address. four times i have send the reminder.but still the same and for the same i spoke with the tikona customer care. they have been very rude and unprofeessional.
            i have paid the bill in time but still they charged me the late payment.
            I have took tokona connection around 4 to 5 months back my name is agyendra jha,1st thing they never delievered on the time they said after waiting for a long time they get back to me after 15 days,by the mean time i took data card ...after that i informed that i dnt want your service you can disconnect it ..agian as usual they didnt do it,,no again & agin they are calling at the same time they are using abusing launguage as wellcall getting from # [protected]...there is 1 lady who is behaving like a

            I have Tikona broadband connection but not working due to Power adapter failure. There have been marks of short circuit on the adapter. On Saturday i called up Customer service desk after ridiculous attempt of their efforts to understand my simple problem they promised me to assign an engineer who is yet to call me and visit my place. Then they will decide the resolution because they didn't understand what is power adapter on the phone. I am beyond the situation of making them understand this problem and begging them to replace the faulty adapter. Now i am thinking of filing a Law suit against Tikona for providing me cheap quality material which could have been dangerous to me or my family. The User ID is [protected]. They are not even closing my connection.
            1.Broadband Connection not configured with router as assured before taking the connection.
            2.After lodging complaint firstly promised that it will be done within 2 days.
            3.No response when approached.
            From last 2 months complaining same issue, but still no permanent fix.


            They stop my service for an false reason that is also without informing me, when i called and asked this thing they said "sorry for Inconvenience caused".

            They taken my connection accidently, thought its another persons wire who raised request for disconnection.

            They told me if i choose for Quarterly plan they will give me one month service i.e. free of cost. When i paid for quarterly on second month they sent me the bill asking to pay it for next month. I called and asked them, they said Sir you are still in quarterly plan, they said we will check the call logs of yours so they can investigate. Simply its a wrong information provided by there one of CR.

            Whenever i will call for same issue they assign me the same Engg. who is not even able to handle L1 stuffs i asked to send them L2 or L3 Engg. but still no luck....

            This is my 3rd &amp; last Email regarding
            the same sick &amp; pathetic service from
            your company, its been a nightmare &amp;
            a horrendous experience with your
            company and not to forget your staff.

            A complaint was raised on Saturday 26th
            Jan regarding WIFI access &amp; to my surprise
            until date nobody bothered to call or visit
            my house, but when it comes to payment you will
            call me 10times. in spite of numerous calls and the
            worst part is that you keep sending me some
            stupid messages saying my issue is been resolved.
            On top of it all you send me a huge bill in spite
            of no usage because of the connectivity. To
            give you the names of your great staff members
            Mohammed sultan, praveen, prakash to whom
            the work was allocated.

            Don&#039;t have the patience to take all the hassle
            after paying you so much money, better sense
            prevailed &amp; have decided to disconnect the
            service would never ever take a connection
            &amp; would ever recommend to someone.

            Who on earth are trying to fool??you are way behind
            compared to other companies, when it comes to service
            &amp; connectivity, so lets go back to your basics.

            Tikona user id ____. I live in Solapur. Once I was Tikona customer. I used to get very
            interrupted service at my locality. A technician of their, when I
            called used to say me that "sir Tikona ise hi hai, aapko acchi speed
            nahi milegi, mai kuch nahi kar sakta" You people had stopped providing
            Tikona service long back in Solapur. I didnt pay the bill since there
            was advance money with you. Even I was charged for the duration for
            which Tikona service was closed in Solapur. Now when I tried to take
            new Tikona connection (After facing so many problems still I opted for
            Tikona due to its low cost. And this costed me a lot). The customer
            care said to pay 3000 rupees online to get connection immediately. I, a
            fool, paid it. After many and many calls to their service men in
            Nagpur, to their customer care I got tired. They said, "sir Nagpur me
            modems ki kami hai, to aapko 1 month rukna padega" I ask why the hell
            the customer care said me to pay 3000 rupees in advance. I asked to
            refund my money. And you know what they had deducted my previous
            bill!!! Long back I called customer care when I was in Solapur to stop
            the service they said they will cut. But they didnt. When I called them
            again they said I should email asking them to stop service. Why the
            hell they didnt inform me to email when I called first and made me to
            wait for weeks. Even they charged me for the service during which
            Tikona was shutdown in Solapur. And the reason they gave me for
            charging was, "sir apne Tikona bandh karne ka request kiya hai, lekin
            apne phir kyu use kiya?" Yar if the internet is there who dont use it?
            I paid the 3000 rupees bill in Nagpur immediately after 1 hour when
            they asked me to do so. But I didnt received my refund money (3000 -
            900 =2100 round figure) immediately. They made me to wait for around 40
            days to get my money back through check in courier. And I guess I
            called them for around 30 to 40 times. Had explained all the story to
            every new customer care officer, wasted hours explaining the story.
            Hell!!!

            And now I get calls saying, " sir main Delhi se bol raha hu, Magistrate
            office se. Tikona walone aap pe case kiya hai ki apne unka 3000 rupee
            bill pay nahi kiya. Aaj (23rd February 2013) 4 baje tak aap agar pay
            karke outside hi ye issue solve karna chahte ho to 3000 rupees pay
            kijiye. Ya phir aap ko Delhi ana padega aur aapko case ladna padega.
            Sir ek suggestion hai mujse, aap par agar case hoti hai to aapko banks
            loan nahi dengi, aap par black mark hojayega." Now from where did this
            Delhi came? Tikona office is in Mumbai, I fall in Solapur jurisdiction,
            how they are going to file case against me in Delhi and that too for
            3000 rupees? Actually I havent returned their modem in time. I used to
            be in college ( I am a student). They used to call me in
            college hours. How can I attend? Now I am in Nagpur, how can I make
            them to take the modem in Solapur. It is obvious that there would be
            communication problem, and they charged me for that too. The
            interesting thing is that modem cost is 1500 rupees and they filed a
            case against me saying I should pay 3000 rupees. Out of heights!!!


            Now, if everything goes against me, I have to attend the case and fight
            a legal case in Delhi against them. Not in Solapur, not in Mumbai, not
            in Nagpur directly in Delhi. Is this possible for a student like me!!!


            After all this I have no issue with them since I am a common man and
            cant stand against them. I could have filed a case in customer court
            for cheating and inefficient service provision when the Solapur bill
            problem was arosen. But I didnt since I have no time for such issues.

            But I want to give one free advice. I recommended to opt for Tikona
            service only for non-students, who have legal support like their
            relatives or parents are well versed with legal matters. Recommended
            only for those who have plenty of free time. Recommended for one who
            dont mind to repeat same words hundreds of times.
            the worst service ever experienced in my life. when you lodge a compliant regarding the speed they say it will be solved
            in another 24 hrs. But that time will never come. Next time someone else will pick up the phone and will ask another 24hrs or will assure you for the wave off in the bill. So please never go for tikona. see the photo what speed iam getting instead of 2mbps.

              I am raising complain that my internet is not working properly and the speed is showing too low and even sometime

              its not even able to connect to the internet. Whenever i call customer care, they keep saying that it will not

              happen on next day, some server update is going on.
              The whole week have been passed but the problem is not resolved.
              Dear people, our irony is that we are living in a country, where every company is fraud and just take charges but

              never provide services. Tikona is one of such fraud company.
              I am fed up with its cusotmer care services. Neither they are able to resolve the issue, nor they respond quickly.

              It take too long to just log your request. So frustrating behaviour of customer care.

              Last i talked to Rahul from customer care, he said some server update is going on in gurgaon, tomorrow you wont face

              any issue. But i am still facing an issue. None of my request have been resolved out of mentioned below:-
              1) 1-[protected]
              2) 1-[protected]
              3) 1-[protected]
              4) 1-[protected]

              even my call get disconnected while talking to sohan on 15Nov2012 at 9:22 PM. It was clear that he was not able to

              resolve my issue so he disconnected the call. I have full data thats why anyone can understand i am saying truth.


              Please do the needful. take some action against them. Never rely on this company, its a big fraud company, it gives

              you plan of 2MBPS but you get only 200-400 kbps speed.

              My irony is that Airtel do not have network here, else i would have selected Airtel connection. Can anyone suggest

              me some good broadband connection.

                Hello,
                I use tikona broadband service (User id [protected]) since last 13 months(Plan-2999-30Gb-30Month validity on 25-Nov-2011), I have bought static IP package for 1000/- INR for my use on 13-Jan-2012.

                On 26-Dec-2012 00:01 am (midnight on 25th-dec-2012), My internet stopped working. There was connectivity present.
                I found my account is not active. I tried to call customer care[protected], no response.

                26-Dec-2012, i called up them again. I could not get reason why internet was stopped.

                27-dec-2012, i came to know from them that my static ip renewal is enforced and hence 1000/- is due amount and due date has gone. I didnt get any email or physical bill saying pay this bill. There was no intimation from tikona.

                Also my one year tenure of static ip has almost 20 days left. So Why Renew enforced? Care couldnt answer this.

                on Same day i told care that please deactivate static ip as i dont need that. they said it will take 48-72 hours.

                on 30-dec-2012 i called up again and found that last customer represenative has mistakenly submitted static ip activation request and person has again raise two request to cancel both new and renew static ip requests.

                on 1-jan-2013, i come to know that my static ip is removed but internet still not working.
                on 4-jan-2013, they said we have raised 1000/- waiver but it is still not working.

                as of now 9th jan 2013, 10 am, my internet is not working.

                I visited Tikona surat office they said it is in progress but no one knows what is happening. I talked with Akhilesh, Alpesh, Vinod there at surat office.

                I talked with Mr.Patil, Nilesh bangra, Ms Rai, Shruti at billing dept of customer care, mumbai.

                  I am resident of Baner, Pune and requested Internet service from Tikona Broadband. My consumer ID is [protected].

                  I subscriber to Unlimited 4 mbps plan on 10th December 2012. From day one I was not getting even 1 mbps speed. At time of demo sales guy shown demo of 2 mbps and told that you will get 4 mbps speed also. He promissed that no problem will occur. Once he left and I initiated my connection I was not getting even 1 mbps speed. I raised multiple complaints and customer care never responded. They said advance team will call in 10 mins all the time and their 10 mins seems like are hours in normal clock time. After getting frustrated for 3 continuous days I asked them to disconnect my connection on 15th december. I made payment of 2600 for installation and advance rental. I need this money back as I was not provided service for which I paid for even 1 day. I am attaching snap shots which I have for speed test I took at different time of day so that one can see how horrible tikons service is.

                  Following are the reference number of complaints I have raised:

                  New connection date 10/12/12.
                  Connection activation 11/12/12. Degraded speed noticed on 11th also. Complaint: [protected]
                  Degraded speed noticed on 12/12/12 complaint raised: [protected]
                  13 th I was not in home so no idea.
                  14th again degraded speed noticed. Many calls were made from 9:00 till 1:00 AM. every time was told I will get a call back. I will get speed in some time. No improvement.

                  Disconnection request: 1-[protected], Date: 15/12/2012.

                  I was contacted by tikona representative on 29 December. He was rude, arrogant and misbehaved with me. He told me I will get email regarding refund status. I have not received any so far. I have also send email to Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair who is listed as Appellate Authority on tikons's website. I have not received any reply from there as well. Please help me to get my refund also if any one knows process to file consumer complaint do let me know.

                    Hi,

                    I've been doing follow up to get my BB up and running since the time it got installed but you could not do that and more than 27 tickets was raised to get service up and running. However, my services are still down. Finally, I requested Tikona to refund my money as its not working for long. However, they have refused to refund the money which was taken from me. Please find below the list of Ticket which was raised till date but all were unsuccessful.

                    I would request you to ask Tikona to provide me the refund as they have not given me the service till date. Internet works in the morning but goes down in the afternoon as so on... TIkona does not have any solution for this issue and they simply making fool to customers. Now, they have sent me the bill as well and asking for more money instead of refund the same.

                    This is Suruchi & this is regarding the problem I am facing with my Philips LCD Which we have bought on March 2011.



                    My complaint number is PGUR[protected].



                    I started to face a problem recently with my Philips LCD TV, when though there was sound but no picture. I lodged a complaint with Philips customer care. A technician came on 22nd Dec’12, he wanted us to send it to the service centre.



                    We have visited your service centre in Gurgaon on Saturday 22nd Dec’12.



                    There your engineer gives us the different statements, he advised that they need to change the monitor as display is not working, after our few questions (like than why the sound is clear ) he advised that the inverter plate of LCD needs to change & after our approval to change the inverter plate they have ordered that inverter plate & advised us that they will received it on Monday 24th Dec’12.



                    Today Monday 24th Dec’12 I called & asked for the inverter plate status the service centre executive advised me that this part is not available in the allover India inventory hence we need to change the whole back panel.



                    I don’t want to hear any excuse, I want to repair my LCD immediately within today i.e. Monday 24th Dec’12 else I will take legal action against Philips.



                    As per the guideline the warranty of electronic items are 7 years.



                    I have my LG & Sony LCD from last 2 years & we have not faced even a single issue till date.



                    I want to repair my LCD immediately



                    Please reply urgently.

                      Hi,

                      I had got tikona broadband connection like a year ago.My UID is [protected]. I was facing speed issues and their router stops working every month. So i decided to cancel the connection. After i have given cancellation request, they started saying some device they have installed in my building some where and they will come and collect that after 45 days and if they dont find that device after 45 days , they will put Rs.1500 in my settlement bill. I was never told about any device which is installed in my building and at the time of connecting taking , their person said somebody else is also using the connection in the building. So that device could not be only for me, i am trying to call their customer care number and saying i am responsible for the devices inside my house but about the device i am not even aware of i can not pay for that. Their customer care executive have no manners to talk to customer and bluntly say we will not help you in any matter. No body is listening and they are just in market to make money by fraud means.

                        Beware Of These Cheaters and Looters..............
                        One day, on 17th Dec, I got no network. Had a red cross symbol. So reported complaint through mobile. Waited for a day. Meanwhile checked my connection on our apartment terrace. Found that someone removed a Tikona's receiver device, through which they have given 2-3 connections in our apartment. All other companies devices were there. So thought that, Tikona service engg. must have removed this device.
                        And I got call from service engineer on 19th Dec. I told the reason of no network so that he can bring that device to fit. But reply was shocking. He told me that, device is stolen. So I need to file FIR for that. However I told him that, this device is not mine, its of Tikona. Tikona has provided 2-3 connections through this device. Then he told me that device is stolen from our apartment terrace, so I have to file FIR. Then I told him that, there is TIkona's server also on our terrace, and if that get stolen, then?
                        he had no reply, he asked me to contact Tikona call center.
                        So I contacted Tikona call center on 19th Dec, Reply was same and my questions were same. Hence finally call center guy raised new technical complaint in the system and told me that I will be called from Tikona's Tech Department.

                        On 23rd Dec(yasterday) I got a call, asking do you want to disconnect Tikona? I was shocked. I asked him who told you, that I want to disconnect? He replied, no one told him that and this may be mistakenly generated by system.

                        From all this experience, I found that Tikona is not in any mood, to resolve my problem, by fitting their receiver device through which they have provided 2-3 connections( and can provide around 10 connections) in our apartment. whenever I call their Customer care/Service Engineer they create frustration with funny answers.

                        Looks that, these devices are stolen by Tikona persons then they ask customers to pay for the new device, as no body else than Tikona can use this device. This is their business.

                        Hi mate,
                        this happen with me too. and this is happening frequently in our area.
                        Now this is the second time i am facing this issue, i am getting a red cross again, i doubt somebody must have removed my device. I enquired other members from our society who's having the TIKONA connection they told me its their filed engineers who removes the device and full fill the new connection requirement. I crossed check this with one of the filed engineer and he admitted it too, but asked not to disclose his name.
                        I wonder why cant they track the device using its MAC ID.

                          I had ordered tikona broad-band connection at my new-panvel residence on 20 Feb 2010 , and paid a sum of Rs. 500 to tikona in form of Cheque, however when tikona engineers came to my home the next week to fit the device, they found out that i am not receiving any connectivity signals. They told me that my cheque will be cancelled and money wont be transferred. (They didnt install any hardware devices at my home)

                          It came to my notice that this year around February first week 2011, i see a sum of 500 deducted from my abhudaya account, and money was taken in name of Tikona . I tried calling tikona help line numbers, they told me that the Cheque / DD would be send to my home address within 45 working days, yet i have not recevied it, complaining in early February itself.

                          Being tried calling customer care almost 7-8 times i think is of no use. I stil call them but no one takes my complaint

                          I would like to know the status of it, and a confirmation weather i am going to receive the money or not,

                          Tikona Broadband — Money did not refund

                          I have placed cancellation request on May 30 2011 [protected],at 7:45 PM EST but they did not refunded my money yet.I have the mail which i sent to Tikona customer care
                          I GAVE THE ADVANCE FOR NEW CONNECTION ON 31ST MARCH 2011 AND ON 6TH APRIL THEY DENY TO INSTALL THE CONNECTION DUE TO NON SIGNAL, AND TILL TODAY I.E. 11TH JULY THEY THE MONEY IS STILL WITH THEM, THE CUSTOMER CARE IS USELESS THEY ALWAYS SAY, YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND AFTER 100 DAYS THEY ARE SAYING THE SAME THING.

                            Same case happening with me from last 2 days..I was customer of tikona services in feb 2011 nearly 2 years before. someone calling himself a lawyer from tees hazari court called me for the payment of 3400/- on 19th dec 2012. I actually paid some amount around 1500 at the time of installation, while sales executive told me 500 rs are refundable on the time of disconnection. after around 1.5 months I shifted from my adress. I called them for change my whole installation to my new adress buy no responce from them after telling me at my new address thr is no frequency available. while shifting thr executive collected all thr provided accessories from me and told me to contact in customer care for my deposite amount and remaining dues. after that I just received one last bill of rs 625/- bt still the lawyer from tees hazari court asking me for 3400/-. I asked him lots of times to provide me bill for the same and explain me how it came 3400/- after that I will surely pay it immediately but he just said that now I have to pay 10 times of my remaining dues in the delhi court. I don't know why he is harassing me now even if I am ready to pay my dues if thr are any but only after providing me the bill for the same. my username was [protected] and my last bill number was B[protected] with billing a/c number[protected]. even in the period 2 months when I was using thr services I never get 2 MBPS speed. I complained for it many times. I still have some complaint mail conversation which I sent them with the proof. pls do the needful.

                            Even I am getting threatening call from[protected] and the person on call is so rude in nature. He is continuously harassing me like anything. He said his name is Saurav grewal and lawyer id is 64077. I guess Tikona became total fraud and disgusting in services and their employees behavior is totally disgusting. I am requesting ppl to never use Tikona services and pls update your grievance also.
                            Same case is also with me. I am getting calls from[protected] and asking for the amount which is not correct. They said themselves as layer and threatin us. Tikona became total fraud and disgusting in services and their employees behavior is totally disgusting.
                            tikona is a fake company they have not good service as well they are doing this all even they took money from me for chinal patner and not any resonce . dont trust this peoples ...they are rude in business...poor service

                              I have disconnected the tikona broadband services long back in the year 2010 and just couple of days back I got a call from some one representing himself as an advocate filing case against consumers. My details are as follows

                              I think we have to now fight against companies like tikona broadband as they give poor services and then start making wrong calls and scams by harassing innocent public misusing the laws and jurisdiction of ipc. I have all the slips and receipts of payment done so far I have the day 1 receipt were I have paid rs 2000/- For installation and then paid monthly payments. There I have the receipts of final settlements too along with the receipts of monthly payment done through online and direct in person. One of their technical person has take away the material too. I now wanted them to return back my advance which was paid to them as advance or else I will file a case against them.

                              Again I warn them to be aware before making a call to anyone in future as there are people who have paid the entire dues and have enough supporting documents which shows you are going to be back fire.

                              I need no solution but support from consumers who have the same concerns so that we fight together and pull this companies out of business.

                              Same is my concern, Tikona is making up money from all these illegal things and one has to stop them and kick them out of India. They don't deserve to survive on earth any more...Kick them out. I am a victim of same fraud and scam.

                                i have taken tikona net in 2011 vide my Tikona UID- [protected] for a annual unlimited plan & in 2012 when its time to renew the same i have approach to company for not willing to continue the same & i have talk to customer care for the same. than i got the reply from them that it will be discontinue only when you will pay the advance bill which is raise for 2012 and within 30 days will be refunded the balance advance amount after adjusting the usage till date.
                                from than i continuously following it up for refund and the only reply i get from them is "We would like to inform that, your request has been forwarded to the backend department for necessary action. They will contact you soon."

                                kindly help me to receive my refund.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had been using broadband connection from Tikona Digital Networks from 9th June 2011 till 15th of Jan 2012. The problem started when I had initiated a transfer of connection request from my earlier address to a new location.

                                  Because of this connection transfer process, I was not able to use their services from 3rd of December2011 to 7th of January 2012. As a charge for transfer of connection, I was informed that it would require some additional 350 rupees. After I shifted to my new location on 6th of December 2011, I sent the related document (rent agreement) to them on 21st of December 2011. The connection was shifted to this new place on 7th of January 2012. On 15th of January 2012 the connection was terminated on account of overdue of payments. Ever since then I have not used their services.

                                  The problem is I was charged for the duration I was not able to use their services. I had called on to their customer care numbers only to learn that these amounts would be adjusted after I do make payment of the amount mentioned in their bill. Needless to say, I was charged for the connection transfer, for the time duration I was not able to use broadband connection. I did not make any payment only because these charged amounts were unreasonable and they did not respond to the numerous mails from me.

                                  Finally today, the 18th of December 2012 I receive a call from a Third party from Delhi asking me to pay the dues by today or tomorrow or be ready to get the matter being settled in a court in Delhi. Today I am told that a notice has already been sent to my old address regarding this decision. I am literally shocked with this. During the period,15 of October 2011 to 15 of January 2012, I was not able to use their services for around 5 weeks, I repeatedly call them to take note of the situation only to get a minimal waiver of 480 rupees when the monthly charges are 853 rupees. As of today, the Tikona Digital Network site shows I have an outstanding payment of 3081 rupees (including the late payment charge of Rs 100/month).

                                  Please help me out with this. I am still not going to make any payment as this is absolutely unjustified.

                                      We have taken an internet connection from tikona internet service on the day 7th november 2012 .we are receiving speed of 50 kbps when the network providers are promising 4mbps for first 15GB nd rest of 2mbps unlimited. We called the customer care plenty of time but they didn’t take any action. they are bluffing us .

                                      Sir we are student,We need good internet connection for study material nd now we feel that we were cheated.

                                        I have just Renewed Tikona wireless broadband on 10th of december...
                                        only 1 day it worked proper and then from 11th of december it is not working .

                                        when i complained about it they are telling that they will resolve before next 24 hours and this is 4th day still they gave me no response and my internet also not working properly

                                        plz help me about it.. and i want to knw whether any action is taken or not..
