I use tikona broadband service (User id [protected]) since last 13 months(Plan-2999-30Gb-30Month validity on 25-Nov-2011), I have bought static IP package for 1000/- INR for my use on 13-Jan-2012.

On 26-Dec-2012 00:01 am (midnight on 25th-dec-2012), My internet stopped working. There was connectivity present.
I found my account is not active. I tried to call customer care[protected], no response.br...

I subscriber to Unlimited 4 mbps plan on 10th December 2012. From day one I was not getting even 1 mbps speed. Never use the tikona internet they provide the false bills and when you ask them to rectify the bill or disconnect there connection, they will provide the fake bill and when you argue with tikona persons they will argue and say abuse words to you, it is the worse company I have ever seen,

We have taken an internet connection from tikona internet service on the day 7th november 2012 .we are receiving speed of 50 kbps when the network providers are promising 4mbps for first 15GB nd rest of 2mbps unlimited. We called the customer care plenty of time but they didn’t take any action. they are bluffing us .

only 1 day it worked proper and then from 11th of december it is not working .

I was asked to pay my bill in March after few complaints of bad service and on payment I was confirmed that my connection will be disconnected. but that has not happened. i was getting intermittent services for about 30 mins or 1 hr in a day or two...and I complained for that but no one bothered to resolve the complaint and finally I have got a call threatening legal proceedings.

I paid the all bills of the brodband company tikona.
i got very bad speed and service from their side due to this reason i disconnect the connection. i sent so many mails for disconnecting connection and disconnection confirmation mails but i did not get any response from their side.

connection on 4-2-2012. At the time of demonstration of tikona range
your engineer said that this is feasible area for taking connection.
But after taking connection i was not able to use your facility
because no continue range was available.
