[Resolved]  Tikona — Non-settlement of refund

Sir,

I have subscribed for Broadband connection of Tikona broadband as on 15th june 2012. My user ID is [protected]. Subscriber's name: Vipul Verma
I was not given any demo as per mentioned in there advertisement and there engineer cam and installed there connection although there was not any sufficient feasibility in my area so due to lack of feasibilty I faced a lot of connectivity and internet speed issues during day time and placed number of complaints at there customer support. A number of engineers from Tikona had visited my place to check the problem but nothing get resolved. I had placed my disconnection request on 25th june 2012 but have not received any call from tikona regarding my refund claim.Instead they are calling regularly for paying for that period in which I have not utilised there services.
So it is a request to kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

Tikona — no refund provided

I have given cheque on 11-04-10 for tikona broad band connection. But still now internet connection not provided by tikona i asked customer care so many times still nothing done and than i asked to refund the amount that also not happen. What a customer responsible service they have i dont know.

I have not received any call or intimation from Tikona networks.
they have already violated there policy regarding refund of amount within 45 days and now their executive are calling me to pay the bill for july and august month.
I have laced the following complaints regarding disconnection but have not received any redressal

Tikona has disconnected my connection user id :[protected] but now they are calling me daily to pay for the period 15th july 2012 to 14th august 2012, the period in which I had not used their network at all.They are also saying that they are not going to refund me any amount pertaing to installation charges which I had paid Rs. 1000 but as the installation was not as per sufficient feasibility so it is Tikona's fault that they had fraudulently installed their network at my premises

Dear sir

I have reconnected the Tikona Internet from the first week of september 2012 till 9th october 2012 considering the request of Tikona but still I did not get any service during day time between 9 AM till around 8:30 PM from 10th september till 5 october.
whenever I call tikona customer care their executive used to file my complaint and commit m for an engineer visit at my place but no engineer came. at last only 1 engineers visited my place at 5th october and at that time internet speed was enough.
So as I hav suffered a lot of inconvience again so I have taken a disconnection but still I am getting a number of SMSes and calls regarding pay your dues but instead I should ask for the waiver as I have already deposited enough amount in their account

Dear Sir,

In continuation to my previous complaint, now the tikona representatives have sent me a mail regarding return their internet device installed at my premises and deposit Rs. 369 for the period for which I had not utilized their services.
I have already given my consent to them for collecting the device but as I was not satisfied by their internet services as during the day time their internet was not even getting connected so I was expecting a refund of the amount I had deposited with them they instead raising a demand of Rs. 369 on me which I am not going to pay as this amount pertains to the period I had not used their services.
kindly provide me a remedial action.

Dear Sir

As per the complaints I have previously posted in this forum. I had not received the appropriate speed of internet and at the same time not any appropriate redressal from you and I have already paid more than enough amount for your services so now instead of granting me a refund Tikona has raised a bill of approx Rs. 500 which I am not going to pay.

They also Collect All Device and accessories. and now the send me a mail. Please our authorized representative came at your place and collect device & accessories. tikona fraud and cheater id is [protected]
