bill — Late fees

Dear Sir,

I am your Barclay Platinum Card holder from August, 2008 to till date. You can go through my account. I am regularly air ticket purchaser. Now, To day one call from your bank that my outstanding balance as on date Rs. 2,247/-.

Previous one bill I dropped in drop box 07 days before due date. Unfortunately that shop was closed more than 10 days. After five days from due date one massage from your office that you are not received any payment. I went their, shop where I dropped my cheque in the shop; I came to know that the shop was closed from few days.

I inform your customer care all the above massage. The lady told me from your customer care, no problem you pay on line immediate, we don’t charge any late fine.

Now, to day I talk to customer care and told all the things but one gentle man from customer care he does not agree to wave out the late fees. If it’s my knowledge that my late fees so much than I will pay earlier.

You are requested to kindly solve my problem to wave out the late fees.

If there is not possible to wave out the late fees that I have to pay. What can I do?

    I applied for Tikona connection on 21/01/2012. One of their representatives visited me, and collected Rs. 1200.00 for the connection. I got my user id too via email. When I logged into the website, there were two errors. My address and amount were wrong. There was a typo mistake in the address, which changed the whole address, and I paid Rs. 1200.00 to your sales rep., while it showed only Rs. 900.00 vouchers on the site.

    Later I found out that your service is not available in my area, and I would receive a refund.

    I tried calling the sales representative who never picked up the phone, and since his phone is eternally switched off. I called their call center who asked me to email the scanned copies of receipt and address proof, which I did.

    Since then I have sent numerous emails, but neither my address has been corrected, nor I received my refund. Their Delhi office never picks up the phone given on the website. Customer care is useless.

        Regarding Refund Cheque

        Hello,
        Myself BIJENDER KUMAR. I live in Delhi. My registered number is [protected].& Application no. [protected]. I subscribed tikona internet connection on 27 march 2012. That day mr. shashikant came from Tikona without any demo. He took Rs1000/- to me for connection and told me that an engineer will come from tikona and he will installed the internet connection.After 10 days of patience , tikona's network engineer came. And after 1 hour he refused to set the connection, when I asked for reason , he told me that my roof is unable to get the network that's why connection cauld not be set. When I asked him for refund my money. he told me to call the customer care for my refund. Then I called customer care and said that refund my money then the customer care executive told me that After your network connection cancellation you will get cheque after 1 month. And when I asked why so many days then he replied that there are some procedures to be followed, I said ok I will wait. But waiting was too long.Anyway i called customer care again then the executive told me that your network account to be not closed till now. i repeated this procedures 2 to 4 time but now i helpless. plz solve my problem ASAP

        Tikona — money refund

        went for broadband connection..........sales person took the money on 5th Feb2012.......tech.person found problem during installation ...refuse to install device due to week network......again contact customer service ...asked for refund and they replied it would be done within 30 days .....months passed still money not received .....again called them and ....again same reply for waiting.......
        Hi, I am Sachin Sharma. I have a Tikona broadband connection and I am very happy with their services. All these blatant lies about their bad services and all is nothing. I think companies need to play it a bit fair, just because Tikona is providing quality services to small towns and cities like mine, doesn’t mean that other rival companies can just go around spreading rumors. I mean even we need to be connected and why should only the big cities get access to quality internet access. I am glad that Tikona came to Guntur with their amazing services because earlier, all we had was the local ISP’s, which didn’t even have the proper infrastructure. Stop blasting Tikona folks, they are doing a great job.

          1. I requested Tikona representative Mr. Sunil Choudhary (Mobile No. [protected]) for installation of broadband connection at my residence on 03/03/2012. Accordingly Mr. Sunil Choudhary visited my home on 03/03/2012 and collected Rs. 3300=00 in cash and application form duly filled in No. [protected] for installation of broadband. I was in urgent need for broadband and Mr. Sunil Choudhary promised me to install it by 06/03/2012. The Sales executive Id given by Mr. Choudhary was:[protected].
          2. But nobody came to install the broad band connection on 6/3/2012. And Mr. Choudhary didn’t pick up my call. On continuously calling, He picked up my call on 7/3/2012 and promised me to install by afternoon of 7/3/2012. Again in evening I called him then he again told me to install by 8pm and told me that our installation engineer is on the way. But nobody came on that day.
          3. Again on 9/3/2012, I called Mr. Choudhary for early installation as he promised to install it by 12.30 PM. But no result. Again at 2.30 PM I called him again and he showed his inability to install and gave Mobile no. of his boss Mr. Arvind (No. [protected]) for further talk.
          4. Then I called Mr. Arvind, and he promised me to install it by 7 PM on 9/3/2012. I also requested him that I applied to Tikona on the basis promise by Mr. Choudhary of early installation by 6/3/2012 as I was in urgent need. I also requested him that Tikona personnels are befooling me by means of false promises and I have been feeling cheated by TDN and I do not require this service if not installed by 9/3/2012. But he assured and promised me for installation of connection by 7 PM on 9/3/2012. But again no person came to install. Again I called Mr. Arvind, he told me that person is on the way to to install. But no person came till night. I called Mr. Arvind at 10 PM and asked him to refund my money immediately and he assured for that also.
          5. In the morning at 10AM on 10/3/2012, I called Mr. Sunil Choudhary regarding my status, he told me that He has requested for cancellation for my connection. Then I asked him to refund my money of Rs. 3300=00 immediately and now nobody is picking up my phone call.
          In view of above circumstances, Tikona Digital network Co.(TDN) is fraud Co. and cheating people by taking advance payment and having a very poor service. I requested Tikona Digital Network Ltd on 11/3/2012 by e-mail on [protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikona.in, and nagesh.[protected]@tikona.in to refund my money of Rs 3300=00 as TDN has cheated me and extracted money by false promises, by cheating and be-fooling me .
          On inquiry at customer care No. [protected] on 12/3/2012, I was told that your amount will be refunded within 30 days as per policy of Co. I again contacted the TDN customer care No on today i.e. on 16/04/2012 i.e.after 37 days and TDN representative told me that now amount will be refunded after 40 days from 16/4/2012. Moreover reply was not satisfactory and firm. It seems that TDN has cheated me
          Therefore Tikona Digital Network (TDN) should refund my amount of Rs. 3300=00 along with interest.
          Moreover I request all not to deal the TDN as it is a farud co.and cheating customers by taking advance payment.

          Tikona Digital Networks — Request for my Refund Amount

          I have applied Tikona Wi-Bro on June 2nd. One Sales person(SUKU) has come for Domo and promised me that our home have good signal. He collected Rs.1000 (for FMC-599 Plan). After a week another Technical person has come for installation and told me that there is no signal at all. So, I have applied for disconnection and Refund. Its been almost 45 days, still I didnt get my refund money even after several reminders though phone and mails.

            Hi Tikona team,

            I have replied to your SMS's and called the number below stating that the bill is not correct as I have not received the services stated in your bill.

            Your technical team has also confirmed that there is a lack of WiMax signal in the area and the situation is not resolvable. They have said that need to take it up with the head office.

            In the meanwhile you have had the lack of basic courtesy to disconnect the connection without any information. I had also stated several times that am not willing to pay the price of a 1MBPS connection when I have only received 256 KBPS with very high latency of 300msec+ and that the login pages seldom showed up for me to get access when needed. These are just some of the critical issues pointed out earlier as well in addition to other commitments that are not met, stated at the time of taking the connection.


            After this again I sent an email since I did not receive any response, finally got a response on 21-May-2011:

              I have this Tikona Broadband connection since about 2 years under the unlimited AUL6000 plan. I had paid for the entire year at the begining of the year. Yet I still recevie calls from Tikona asking me to pay some balance Rs. 660. Very strange! They had also themselves once agreed that there were no dues but later disconnected my service. I am afraid they should not repeat this once again that too for their sheer ignorance. Can anyone assist me?

                  Vary Bad Experience with TIKONA Broad Band, i have pay 1500/- Rs. for New Connection of TIKONA in my Office, Connection Give by Mr. Vikas and say me our Broad Band Speed is Up to 4 MBPS but i feel that all Sales Person is completely commit FAKE now my connection speed is 500KBPS only on 1 PC when i connect my 8 PC (as per our Broad Band Plan) all PC is working on only 10-50 KBPS,

                  i complaint in TIKONA Customer Care for that, his Customer Care executive Say me here is all is well, i don't know what is your problem, than i say please send your Engineer for that, he come at my place and check it whats the problem, he say when we not track any problem in your connection we are unable to send any person in your office, and he not take any action on my request.

                  after a 2-3 days i got a no. of his indore officer ( Mr. Nitin Sharma) he say me we not able to rcv. your complaint you call wrong no. please contact customer care. after than i call again Mr. VIKAS for that. he give me a Engineer no. Mr. Mahesh he come at my office and check it and track problem but unable to solve it and again make me fool o[censored]s.

                  i want to solve my problem or REFUND my deposit amount because i have very bad Experience with TIKONA BROAD BAND,

                  I was facing Wi-Fi issue with TIKONA. In morning I called TIKONA technical support after on hold for 5 min my call got connected to Mr.Vishal trechnical agent, his support and help resolved my Wi-Fi issue
                  Very Good online technical support on resolving the WiFi connection issue.

                      Tikona.in the broadband service provider is gulling the public of India in broad-day light.

                      The company is selling it's Wireless Internet Plans by showing the Bandwidth as the Downloadspeed.

                      For those who do not know what is the Bandwidth & Download speed.

                      Bandwidth = Let me explain you by the analogy, Bandwidth is similar to say 3feet waterpipe line installed on the city roads by the Corporation
                      Downloadspeed = Half inch water line coming to your house.

                      Now imagine of the total Bandwidth of 3feet line only half inch get's delivered to your house.
                      As per TRAI the Bandwidth to Downloadspeed ratio can be maximum upto 1:50 for home internet use. (This is also called the contention/compression ratio) Normally in wireless infrastructure it can be in the range of 1:8 to 1:20.

                      Please check this ratio before buying ANY internet connection. As most of the internet service providers including Tikona.in do not disclose this ratio, which shall reveal their actual Download speed. Not only that they misquote the Bandwidth as Download speed in their brochers/websites etc. Further the callcentre guys are trained to further gullying you by making you believe that the actual Download speed is what has been quoted, by saying that their systems shows this as Download speed.

                      For eg. if you take the Tikona Plan: ADBB699 Unlimited Plan.
                      Monthly rental: Rs.699/-
                      Company shows the Download speed as 2MBPS for 7.5GB usage & thereafter 512kbps. {this is actually the bandwidth}.

                      In reality the customer will get download speed of 256kbps [2MBPS=2048kbps divided by 8] for 7.5GB usage & thereafter
                      only 64kbps [512kbps divided by 8]...

                      Hope you got present to reality @64kpbs the plan is nowhere close to what you expect from an highspeed internet broadband connection.

                      WAKE UP!!!! and lets fight against the company who take consumers on ride!!!

                        I took tikona broadband almost 11 months ago.At that moment in my area in Bangalore I had only 2 options for broadband connection Airtel or Tikona.As tikona was providing a cheaper unlimited plan I opted for Tikona (the big mistake).The very next Tikona executives came to my house and Installed broadband connection.After 2 days again a technical support guy came and checked everything so that I can enjoy a tension free Internet.He told me that whenever I face any problem they will come immediately.By evening I got a call from customer care and they asked me whether I am satisfied or not.I said yes as I was highly impressed with Tikona.Earlier I had Sify and I waited for 7 days to get installation.

                        The First month everything was going fine.Good speed and prompt service.The problem started from the second month.Most of the time the speed is very slow.Sometimes it took 2-3 minutes to open just the Google page.I called customer care many times,They always promised to check it but that never happened and all they did was kept sending me the Bills in due time.The Plan i had is 2 MBPS speed till 4 GB and after that 256 KBPS..But I experienced 2MBPS only in the 1st month.The following months I experienced only 150-200 KBPS.

                        After using it for 8 months that way ( as I was too busy and Lazy to get another connection) one fine day I
                        decided to get rid of Tikona.I called customer care and asked them to disconnect my Service Immediately.The next day a guy called and asked me whats the reason behind my request.I told him all the problems I am facing.He said the technical team will solve my problems.So I said then I may not disconnect my service if everything get solved.(as I already said I was too busy and lazy).

                        But nothing happened.I waited for another month.As usual I got another bill for Rs660.So I called customer care again and asked them to disconnect it.They said within 10 days they will disconnect my service and collect their equipments.I too stopped using Tikona completely and got another connection.Then again 1 month passed and they sent me another bill.I said I am not going to pay the bill as I already asked for disconnection.The customer care girl said that I dont have to worry as it may happened by mistake.

                        But as the due date passed I got 2 calls daily from the billing department asking me to pay my pending Bill.At first I was explaining the situation to every caller but later I got fade up and decided to put those numbers in my phone"s reject list.This shows that they have no communication between billing and customer care department.

                        Then one day I got a call from a local mobile no saying that they are from Bluedart and want to know my whereabouts as they have a consignment for me.At that moment I was at home and that was normal for me to get calls from courier guys.But when I met them they said they are from Tikona and want me to pay the pending bill.They thought they can easily threaten me as I look like a average college going kid and an North Indian.At first I explained them the situation but still they insisted that I must pay.So,I showed them My Official ID card (This card is enough to make anyone nervous) and They apologized and went.

                        After 2 weeks I got furious as they sent me one more bill incuding the previous bill.Again I started calling customer care.As always they promised me to solve the issue but as always Nothing happened.
                        I complained every possible way to Tikona.I was determined to not to pay these two Bills as I wasn't using Tikona at all.

                        Long story short,Five days ago I received a call from customer care and I told them my issues.so They said No need to pay the new bill but If I pay the previous bill then they will disconnect it.I am now determined to get rid of Tikona and these calls for pending bills for ever so I asked them to send the collection executive.Today He came.But he was telling that I have to pay for both bills as he was instructed to collect 2 bills from me.I said him that I was instructed to pay for 1 bill only by the same Billing people.He understood my issue and took the amount for 1 bill and left.

                        I hope after this finally I will get rid of Tikona. A BIG MISTAKE.

                          I have been using Tikona Internet for some months now, and the experience is alright as long as their service works, but if there's a breakdown you are done for. Tikona has absolutely useless customer support service.

                          This is the seventh day that my Internet connection has been down, and I have been requesting Tikona repeatedly to send an engineer to my premises but Tikona people are not responding at all. All they have done is call me repeatedly and make me do useless things on my computer. Yesterday their engineer promised to come to my office in the morning at 5 PM, but called me at 6.30 PM when my office was already closed. Then he promised to show up tomorrow morning, but did nothing.

                          I have written email to their customer support email address and also their customer support boss whose email was given on the Tikona support page, but not received a single response from any of them.

                          Their attitude towards customer support is very callous.

                          Now I am considering getting my Internet disconnected, and I will migrate to some company which is not so useless.

                          Tikona, please pay attention to your service, your funky ads are useless if your service is poor.

                            On 26th march 2012 i have request your Billing department i.e. i required Wifi Router, Static Ip & Change of plan to 3300 Bill free plan. they told me you need to transfer approx 6800/- to your account & than only we can take your request. informed by your one customer support team member. So very next day i have transfer 7000/- to my account. 27th march 2012 again called up to Billing department and Register above three request to them. and they told me all request will be closed with in 48 working hours. so i have waited for 48 hours. but there was nothing from your side. on 30th march to till today i am trying your call center. i am getting pathetic response from them i.e they put me on hold for literally 15mins. than call automatically get disconnected after that when again i called up same things happens. i have called them many times but same response. They ask me will arrange call back from our senior. but than no Revert.

                            Dear Mr. Nair. i am business man please value my time. and clear the matter as soon as possible this my Sincere Request. if this is not been resolved than i am compel to go the consumer complain department.

                              we have requested TIKONA for the new connection activation for the wifi broadband,, as discussed with the engineer cum salesman ,, who came to introduce the plan to us...he told that we will be able to access internet with 3-4 laptops within our flat....................they took 1500 INR from us and disapprered for a weektime.... after a week one engineer came and installed the cable and mode in our flat......... initially we asked about the wifirouter ,,, tikona engg said they are not having wifirouter and even they are not having router,,,, then he suggest us to arrange one wifi router to get the wifi internet access,,,,, after a weektime they just installed a cable upto our flat,,,,,
                              once we purchase one 2nd hand wifi router made of shyam telecom.... we again started following up with tikona engineer for the wifi router + connection activation........ after few days one engineer came and activated the internew with wifi router,,,, but very 2nd day ,,, we facing issue while accessing internet,,, it was disconnecting every 10-15 min.....
                              we second time raised complaint to tikona customer care for the same,,,,,, but no response...... after couple of week strugle we were not able to find any engg from tikona ,,,, and no one was responding at all,,,,,
                              always they committing that engg will come but no one is coming ,,,,,, to check what is the problem,........finally we raised request to disconnect the connection and told tikona to give us money back ,,, which is advance 1500/-

                              now tikona people wakeup for 1 day and called us back to know the exact issue,,,, now they stating that we have to purchase the wifirouter from tikona else they will not be able to sortout this issue and they are not responsible for that,,,,,, apart from router ,,, we were not able to access internet with laptop ,,,,, so raised another call that there is an connection issue and pls check ,.......... but no response,,,,,,

                              after exactly 1 month and few days,,, they called for the bill payment for the month ,,,,, we shocked and asked tikona that we already raised complaint that the connection is not working at all since their engineer installed the cable,,,,
                              instead of giving our advance back tikona people calling and frustrating us for the bill which we are not payable,,,,,

                              please suggest.

                                We have bought the internet connection from tikona broadband services, the sales man (demo person) told that the signal is very clear. So, we bought it as 6month plan and paid the amount(Rs.3900) on 28th Feb 2012. Later, they installed on 2rd Mar 2012 @ 9:30PM. At the time of installation itself, we faced the internet problem issue it was happened after 20 mins of the installation guy left. Daily the problem occurs, some time it will connect with low speed and disconnected. again we restart the device later it will connect, it was frequently occured. And we had called the tikona care, stated that "just turn off all the devices (pc, modem, etc.)" still it's not connected and not properly responded for us. Daily we call the care, later three days, they a sent a guy and checked all the things. And he stated that, at the time of installation itself you had this issue, so the installation guy will come and rectify this. Till now, he haven't come. Again and again we called the tikona care. we call tikona care twice a day, but not responded properly.

                                Later a week, we called continously again they sent the same guy. Again he checked all the devices, frankly told that the "signal quality is very low. the same thing will occur in future and i will report to tikona the same". Again we have called to know about the status, Each guy telling each scenario.

                                1) I know your problem, can you plz restart all the devices and disconnected the call.
                                2) We will arrange a technical person to visit your place and i briefly explained the technical person what have told. Then, they forwarded my call to superior officer and he also not reponded properly.
                                3) We have a backend problem and it will be resolved within 24 hours and we will update you the status. Nobody called on next day.
                                4) Problem not yet resolved. Again we called, told about the disconnection and they also took it as disconnection and our people will tell the procedure. Till now, nobody called about the procedure of disconnection.

                                Day by day they are telling lies, making us fool and doing fraud things.

                                5) Again Contacted them, told us "you complaint is still in progress, but we don't know any update." And also we asked about the disconnection team not called me till now, every time they telling this type of queries not handled by us. we will forward your call to billing department they will take care of you. Just the guy escaped from me and disconnected the call.

                                6) Again we called immediately, picked up by another guy, he also asked, what was the problem and i told from start to end and also the last guys call was disconnected. Guy say "Sorry for the inconvenience, technical issue so the call got disconnected". He forwarded the call to another concern department, they told it will resolved within 24 hours and get back to you. At that time, it got connected for 6 - 8 hours.

                                7)Again, the same problem occurred frequently and not connecting for entire day. Day by day calls were increased, even now we didn't get proper response. So we have asked the refund the entire amount and disconnect the service. Again tried made 4 calls on that day itself, roughly told "you will not refund the entire amount, i'll just post this in forum" and the guy told "you will get a call from us within 10:00 AM"

                                8) on Mar 30th, Waited for call, again turns me down, i had called 8 times (6 picked up 2 was disconnected by them) on that day.
                                i) Again explained whatever happened for 8 mins, he also told the same answer , i ll forward the call and disconnected.
                                ii) A lady picked up the call, again told the entire thing and also check "how many times i have called you since a week and nobody responded me". She told "i'll forward my call to superior", sometime later, sorry my superior is handling another call. so you'll get a call back from us within an hour.
                                iii) Nobody called me, again called told the same. "nobody check their logs what was happen for this guy and calling continuously". He also asked the entire thing like a bed time story (but here burning). Transferred the call to the superior and he stated that "we have sent a mail regarding the disconnection on the next day itself (when you complaint about the disconnection)" and also read out the mail. But all the things are false when i saw on next day (make me ) and also told evening you will get a call.
                                iv) Nobody called again, contacted them, the same bla bla and angered, all the guys are asking same question, without asking the question just saw the logs and updated notes. And also i have asked about the status. He makes me to wait and checked, said that i have understand your problem, i'll forward the call to our team and they will help you (call disconnected).
                                vi) Finally, i have called again, told that i don't want your services and any thing, just am pluck out all the devices and took out from here and refund the entire amount. I have talked 45 minutes but here briefly stated. It's a poor service and making us fool and fraud. Later they told that the disconnection will be made after 45 days.
                                why should i wait for 45 days without internet connection?
                                Refund my entire money as soon as possible, otherwise i'll file a case on consumer court.
                                It's a poooooooooooooor pooooooooooooor service.
                                Nobody can beat you guys in fraudulent activity.

                                Tikona — make customer fool

                                hello friend.
                                i m using tikona service, suffering same problem and now

                                felling they make me fool, but In plan which am using i has

                                to pay 1RS-per 1mb over 100MB, right now i has used

                                900MB.

                                now i m not going to use it in next month, but due payment

                                is 800 rs.
                                so , should i pay it or not ???
                                if i not pay them extra MB used charge, what they can do

                                except cancelling connection, plz urgenty reply me to

                                I have already mailed him from tikona portal. No body responded us. But they have created a new ticket as called the customer but ringing.
                                Now they closed my complaint "retention".
                                They itself known who am i, but they have template for all like above. just posting, never taking any action. It's a poor service.
                                Why they need 45 days for disconnection, still we din't go for other broadband connection. They fooled me and nothing returned back the money.
                                This is highly disgusting and also saw the reviews about tikona. All are bad comment such as making us fool, fraud, poor service, etc..
                                As of human am asking my rights in india, and need to convey this others.
                                on 17th apr 12. We have spoked 3 times with care. First guy disconnected the call, second (nakul) forward to unconcerned dept and third (preethi) assured that "you get a call back from us on 18th apr 12, but none of the calls received".
                                Highly disgusting and not properly responding. And also checked in my portal, anonymous they have created two complaints, it's not related to me. Without my knowledge they have created the complaints as "Complaint - Billing - Postpaid", "Information Product". As of now, we don't want their service, but they have created the query as "Information Product" and these are not detailed.

                                Anybody suggest or help me to come out from this issue.
                                We didn't use the service for long time and they are asking us to 4000 approx. And a lawyer threatened me regarding the payments no been done. I believed the selvakumar, vikash, rajesh no body has helped me. Already told that cancel my connection. Local guys also called and will get the instruments back. But nobody came. These guys are doing fraud, am going to complain in Ministry of communication, to revoke their license.

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    I applied for tikona connection on[protected]. one person came from tikona broadband services and demonstrated about their plans and speed.
                                    when i am taking 512KBPS connection i will get the download speed of 200 kbps. after that i paid 3000/- cash to that person name pramod. after 2 days installation person came to my site and he explained about speed regarding download he cleared that on 512kbps connection it is impossible to get 200kbps downloadspeed. i called marketing person at that time and enquired that this is true or not. he said i commited to 200kbps download speed. after 15 days i did not get the connection and i want cancel that connection called to coustomer care and cancelled that connection. after that they give me the refund of 2448/- in the place of 3000. i enquired about this matter to customercare person they said on the base of when customer want to cancel the connection his side we will deduct the amount of 552/-. there is nothing wrong from my side. tikona company marketing person duped regarding download speed issue. when company is not able to take action against that marketing person how customers can believe this tikona company. i want to take total refund behalf of tikona connection i[censored] my billing account no and other deatails i will provide that.                                       5)Rakesh(2005hrs)-who tells that Mr Ajay will call in 5 min,
                                      6)Avinash(2045hrs)-Again tells that Ajay will surely call in 30min(yes understood that with this type of great service he keeps himself busy trying to resole issues,but does not get resolved even after months),
                                      7)Sukhit-call disconnected,
                                      8)Kailash-Transfers callbecausei insisted,
                                      9)Rishi Sharma-Assuredthatthe issue will beresolvedby tomorrow 12noon complaint #1-[protected](call ended by 2200hrs)

                                      This speed problem i am facing since long back and sending mail to cc head there is no revert mail also. When the head of the department is this way there is no doubt the subordinatesbehavior.

                                        My tikona user ID id [protected]. I took the connection at the time of
                                        new year that time offer was going on for most of the net connection
                                        services. So i choose tikona and called to tikona executive for new
                                        connection.The executive clearly mentioned that there is no
                                        installation charges just paid the rupees 1250 and you will not get
                                        the bill for two month as they are taking two month at the time of
                                        connection. My plan was 550 rupees per month and 150 rupees as a
                                        deposit.But i got the bill for two month and now they are saying that
                                        executives has given the wrong information. This is not happened with
                                        me this happened with lot of customer.Sir Please help me out from this
                                        fraud tikona net connection services. I already called so many time to
                                        customer care at [protected] and clearly told that please deactivate
                                        or disconnect my connection but they are not taking any action against
                                        disconnection. From last 20 days my net is not working i assumed that
                                        it was disconnected but they have generate the bill continuously. Sir
                                        really i am so fraidup please take the strong action against tikona
                                        broadband services. They are just making fool to the customer.Just you
                                        have to type in google you will get the lot complaints against tikona
                                        broadband services.

                                        Sir help me out from this problems please take the serious action
                                        against him and please disconnect my net connection for that they are
                                        unnecessarily generating the bill.Sir i mam waiting for response.
