Hi All,
we have requested TIKONA for the new connection activation for the wifi broadband,, as discussed with the engineer cum salesman ,, who came to introduce the plan to us...he told that we will be able to access internet with 3-4 laptops within our flat....................they took 1500 INR from us and disapprered for a weektime.... after a week one engineer came and installed the cable and mode in our flat......... initially we asked about the wifirouter ,,, tikona engg said they are not having wifirouter and even they are not having router,,,, then he suggest us to arrange one wifi router to get the wifi internet access,,,,, after a weektime they just installed a cable upto our flat,,,,,
once we purchase one 2nd hand wifi router made of shyam telecom.... we again started following up with tikona engineer for the wifi router + connection activation........ after few days one engineer came and activated the internew with wifi router,,,, but very 2nd day ,,, we facing issue while accessing internet,,, it was disconnecting every 10-15 min.....
we second time raised complaint to tikona customer care for the same,,,,,, but no response...... after couple of week strugle we were not able to find any engg from tikona ,,,, and no one was responding at all,,,,,
always they committing that engg will come but no one is coming ,,,,,, to check what is the problem,........finally we raised request to disconnect the connection and told tikona to give us money back ,,, which is advance 1500/-
now tikona people wakeup for 1 day and called us back to know the exact issue,,,, now they stating that we have to purchase the wifirouter from tikona else they will not be able to sortout this issue and they are not responsible for that,,,,,, apart from router ,,, we were not able to access internet with laptop ,,,,, so raised another call that there is an connection issue and pls check ,.......... but no response,,,,,,
after exactly 1 month and few days,,, they called for the bill payment for the month ,,,,, we shocked and asked tikona that we already raised complaint that the connection is not working at all since their engineer installed the cable,,,,
instead of giving our advance back tikona people calling and frustrating us for the bill which we are not payable,,,,,
please suggest.

bill — Late fees
Dear Sir,I am your Barclay Platinum Card holder from August, 2008 to till date. You can go through my account. I am regularly air ticket purchaser. Now, To day one call from your bank that my outstanding balance as on date Rs. 2,247/-.
Previous one bill I dropped in drop box 07 days before due date. Unfortunately that shop was closed more than 10 days. After five days from due date one massage from your office that you are not received any payment. I went their, shop where I dropped my cheque in the shop; I came to know that the shop was closed from few days.
I inform your customer care all the above massage. The lady told me from your customer care, no problem you pay on line immediate, we don’t charge any late fine.
Now, to day I talk to customer care and told all the things but one gentle man from customer care he does not agree to wave out the late fees. If it’s my knowledge that my late fees so much than I will pay earlier.
You are requested to kindly solve my problem to wave out the late fees.
If there is not possible to wave out the late fees that I have to pay. What can I do?
