Dear, I have taken broad band connection on 2nd Jan from TiKONA and sales person vijay ([protected]) came to home give connection. It worked fine till 26th jan. I requested to solve problem. It did not work. I immediately asked for closure. Since there were n number of mails sent and n number calls were given to service people. Finally in the month of May disconnection took place they took their unit. And instead of repayment (as mean time I made payment of 1600/- ) to them for have smooth closure and with understanding that, I will get refund... Then I am surprised with closure time considered. I have proof mails that I requested for account closure on 23rd feb and they considered May as closure date. I am supposed to get back 500/- but now they are sending monthly bills to me. What is to do done. How to file case against them. Regards Chavan

    i am constantly called by tikona digital care legal representative stating that tikona has filled cases against me under several sections demanding a fine which court has imposed in stead it was me who get money from them here and my conversations with them through mail which i send them for disconnection and other purpose

      hi,

      I am highly harassed, frustated and helpless client of tikona broadband. From my personal experience would recommend that nobody should take this broadband connection as it is the worst network connection I have ever experienced.

      I am a software engineer. I m not physically fit to commute to my office so have taken 'work from home' from my office. So, I took prepaid network connection for 3000/- appx. and 6 months duration. My customer ID was - [protected]

      Within few days I realised that its getting disconnected every now and then and impacting my work so badly. I called up their technical support for resolution. They end up with basic connection checking (like power off your system and then power on. Power the network adaptor and then power on) and said that it seems to be a connectivity issue and will raise a request from their end. After few more calls from my end they said they will be sending a technial guy to look into the issue.

      Some stupid and dumb technical persons came at my place with no knowledge of what is the problem. They saw the machine and connection box and said don't know what is the problem and may be its a radio signals problem.

      After few days of continuous problems, I asked them to close the connection and money back. They said within 3 days it will be done. After two days, someone from their side called us and said please wait for another day. The problem is resolved at their end and now there will be no issue.
      I waited for another day with no luck.

      Still their was problem as soon as their was power cut. Another few days I kept calling them to resolve else to close the connection. Every time I got a new reply and irritating reasons for network problem :

      -It seems to be a network issue from their end.
      -It seems their is no battery backup at access point.
      -It seems there is some problem in Device at my home.
      -It seems somebody has stolen the battery from access point.

      I am highly frustated with their services. My office work is highly hampered due to their interrupted network. Because of this my productivity in office is drastically lowered. I am mentally harassed and I want them to pay for all this.

      I want my whole money back as a compensation.

      Please help!!!!

        13, After Shilpa Bhagat Call I had received many call regarding payment of my dues but as committed by Shilpa I did not made my payments due to browsing issue.

        14, September 8 2012 - Threatening call from - Taran Chaudhary from Tis Hazari Court, Delhi case no. 09/2012 in morning at 9.50 AM regarding if payment not done I need to pay fine of 30,000 RS.

        15, September 8 2012 - Payment was done of RS. 1990.93

        16, September 24 - Mail received as bill was being generated again being mail sent for disconnection and above all I had already not being using your service since 3 Months.

        17, September 29, 2012 10:37 AM - Again mail was sent regarding disconnection as I had received mail regarding the payment.

        18, October 2, 2012 - Call received regarding payment. Lady again wanted to convince me to continue the service. How can you expect the customer will continue the service where Service Provider gives a threatening call and late response via mail and late response of engineers, no reply from any senior person from Tikona

          कनेक्शन हटवाने के 8 महीने बाद तिकोना से SMS आने बंद नहीं हो रहे है

          मेरा नाम पवन चौहान है दिनाक[protected] को मैंने तिकोना कनेक्शन के लिए अप्लाई किया था जिसके करीबन 6-7 दिन बाद कई बार फ़ोन करने के बाद तिकोना का सेल्स एक्सुकेटिव आता है और घर पर सिंग्नल वगरह देखने के बाद कल कनेक्शन लग जाने का वादा करके चला गया और ४-५ दिन तक कोई नहीं आया फिर दुबारा कॉल करने बाद टेक्नीकल वाले आते है और कहते है आपके यहाँ सिंग्नल नहीं है यहाँ नहीं लगेगा किसी तरह मैं अपने पडोसी से बात करके उनके चौथे फ्लोर पर लगवा देता हूँ लेकिन नेट की स्पीड नहीं आती जिसकी वजह से मेरा काम देरी से होने लगा करीबन एक हफ्ता परेशान होने के बाद मैंने कनेक्शन हटवाने के लिए अप्लाई (ईमेल द्वारा) किया 10-15 दिन मशक्कत करने के बाद ओखला फेस - 3, कुनाल मेहरा सेल्स एक्सुकेटिव आता है और 450/- फुल एंड फाइनल बिल लेकर और मोडम वगरह उतार कर ले जाता है
          20-25 दिन बाद ही मुझे मोबाईल पर एस एम् एस आने शरू हो जाते है लेकिन 1/5 महीने बाद मुझे फ़ोन आता है के आपका बिल पेंडिंग है मेरे समझाने के बाद भी वो एक्सुकेटिव नहीं मानता तो फिर मैंने कहा कुनाल मेहरा से बात करवाओ वो कुनाल को कांफ्रँसे में लेता है कुनाल दुसरे एक्सुकेटिव को डांटने लगता है के तुम्हें अब याद आ रही है और मैंने पेमेंट जमा करा दी है वो दोनों आपस मैं गाली - गलौच पर उतर जाते है और फ़ोन काट देते है फिर मुझे कुनाल अपने मोबाइल से कॉल करता है और अपने सेनिअर का मोबाइल नंबर देता है और दुसरे लड़के की कंप्लेंट करने के कहता है में उस सिनिअर एक्सुकेटिव को कॉल करता हूँ और अपनी परेशानी बता देता हूँ वो कहता है के सर 3 बजे कॉल करना मैं आपकी काल क्लोस करवा दूंगा फिर आपको कोई कॉल नहीं आएगा मैं उसे 3 बजे कॉल करके उसे अपनी युसर आई डी बताता हूँ और वो कॉल क्लोस करवा देता है लेकिन आज 8 महीने बाद भी मुझे तिकोना से एस एम् एस आने बंद नहीं हो रहे है -

          दिनांक 02/11/2012 को मेरे पास तिस हजारी कोट से एक वकील का फ़ोन आता है जिसमे वो व्यक्ति कहता है के तिकोना वालो ने आप के ऊपर एक केस फाइल किया है के आपने उनका बकाया बैलेंस नहीं दिया है जबकि मैं आपको पहले है बता चूका हूँ के तिकोना वालो ने मुझे ई-मेल द्वारा ये जानकारी दी जा चुकी है के अब आपके ऊपर कोई बैलेंस नहीं है इस घटनाकर्म के बाद ही मैंने यहाँ पर अपना रिव्यु डाला था के मैं अपनी कंप्लेंट वापस लेता हूँ अब आप ही बताये मुझे क्या करना चाहिए..

            I had taken services from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. for broadband internet connection in May. They installed my connection on 19th May, which did not even work for a single day. After they repaired the services for 4-5 times and again there were issues in connection, i decided to terminate their services. They told me they will refund all my money as I could not use the connection for a single day. And that was proved from my data usage. They terminated my connection on 14th July 2012 and informed me that I will get refund of my money in net 45 days. Today it is more than 75 days and I have not received the money. I had paid Rs. 2400/- to avail this connection. Now I want Rs.5000/- extra as I was in a need of money and I did not get it back as per company's promised time. I was very much in a need of internet connection when I opted for it and I could not use it for a single day after I paid for it. For this opportunity lost I want that extra 5000/- rupees as a compensation by the company.

            i faced similar problem after giving several mails for disconnection and asking for refund which i never received instead now their lawyer calls me and says tikona has filled a case against me demanding rs 3500 unless i have to pay rs 65000 which is ordered by court for which i never received notice and when i call their customer care department the constantly disconnect my calls and i am not able to send mail to nodal department as it says the mail id does not exist and the contact number of nodal department no body is taking up the call please tell me what should i do

              My Tikona broadband account number is[protected]. I had raised a request for cancellation of service on Sep 1; complaint number 1-[protected]. I had already paid my bills for Aug. My cancellation request is not being acted on; and I still keep getting pestering/ nuisance calls for bill payment reminder.

              Tikona is the worst network i had used. Thanks to the network's unreliability, I haven't used it for more than 10 days in the 6 months o[censored]sage. It's just money down the drain!!! I have heard similar complaints from other TIkona users who struggle a lot to get their service disconnected (for obvious reasons), while their bills keep mounting on and on. I wish this complaint is acted upon promptly by Tikona; and save the company's reputation from being regarded as 'unprofessional' and lacking customer focus.

                I've been having a lot of problems with Tikona but this one is really causing some pain to me. Since Saturday 22nd Sept my connection is down. My PC shows network as disconnected. I tried changing the LAN cable and also trying with my Laptop but same issues. That means LAN cable is perfect and my PC LAN card is working perfectly. I registered a complaint on Monday 24th - 1-[protected]. They sent a technician to my home on 25rd. But the annoying thing is that I got an SMS stating that the complain has been resolved as soon as that technician entered my house. He was not much knowledgable person as all he did was change my LAN cable and check and change my Tikona device and check. But that did not solve the problem. He went off stating tht he'll come back on 26th with a bundle of CAT5 cable which he'll use to replace the cabling coming to home from terrace device.
                On 26th when I called Tikona Customercare, the update I got was that the main Tower in my Area is down. What ???? If that is the case when I had called on 24th they had told me that they were able to reach a tower in my area and confirmed to me that the problem would be in cabling only. And now they are saying the Tower is down.
                I'm still without a solution and customercare is not giving any kind of assurance.

                  Today, it was my 22nd call to Tikona in a span of 30 days, after every call I get an assurance of service within 24 hours. I'm connected to Tikona over the phone for more hours than at the internet

                  It's height guys. I had a conversation with the floor manager 'Ketan Puranik" yesterday, he took remote access and temporarily resolved the issue. I was promised a permanent solution for today, which i didn't get but the ticket has been closed for that[protected].

                  I've called up Tikona four times in last 3 hours and my call always is being disconnected by the Techninal support officer. Today itself i was promised (their so called marketing term) to get a call back from them.. but I didn't get any.

                  If you guys are ever calling me, please call with full details of the disconnection and the amount to be refunded. I would love to use the refunded amount as the fee to issue a court notice against you guys in lieu of the mental harassment caused to me. One of my scheduled interview has been cancelled because of the service provided by Tikona. And that, coupled with the number of my calls to Tikona, provides me enough ground to sue you guys. If my carrier gets suffered in any way, I'll make sure to make you guys suffer (including Ketan Parikh's career) as well.

                  I would expect a call stating the full settlement policy from Tikona. I'm not interested in calling Tikona-care and being placed on hold for 17 minutes.

                  No Thanks for your pathetic service.

                    I applied for a 6months net plan on[protected] at Rs.3000. From[protected] I was unable to access internet because of some feasibility problems. Many a times an engineer from Tikona paid a visit to my house and confirmed that I shall not be getting access to internet so he advised me to apply for disconnection. From[protected] daily I call to the customer care and ask for disconnection and daily he asks for 48hrs. time for the disconnection process. Now my position is that neither I am getting access to internet nor the Tikona is willing to disconnect my account and give me refund for the last one month. Can somebody help me?
                    I had also asked for disconnection to Tikona and they have sent me email saying that it will take 45 days for the process !!!
                    I don't hope to get any refund although I could use their service only for 1 day and paid Rs. 2300 advance.

                        As suggested by a Tikona support person, I payed an advance amount of 1500 Rs for wireless router in addition to the account transfer from Pune to Bangalore. After several weeks of pushing, the technical guy checked at my bangalore address and found that the the signal strength is not good at my location. So I put a request to disconnect my account permanently and refund the amount 1500 Rs.

                        After talking to various support guys they finally agreed to refund the amount to me. But till now I haven't got any response even after continuous mails and calls.

                          Hi,
                          I am facing serious mental harassment by Tikona Internet Servire provider. I am using 699 unlimited (so called) plans by tikona last four months. My tikona Id is [protected]. But ever since I took the connection I have never used it continuously. In a month only hardly it works for 15 days. Rest of the days it never connects. I never contacted them as I never got a chance to use it fullest, but since 28th August I started reporting the incidents to the toll free number[protected]. But ever since then I faced harassment of life time. The issue was simpler as I do have some technical understanding, I reported in each and every request as
                          “After 7:30 due to high usage of internet, I cannot log in to the internet, low network issue. Also as I am working professional I always come home by 8:30 – 9 pm and internet never works. Before that as in on weekends during the day time it works ok… not desired speed too”
                          Even little educated person would understand this problem, but for that problem I started reporting officially since 28th August. The issue is still not resolved. Please find bellow the ticket numbers and the details.

                          Their IVR system is so wonderful that only after 12 minutes waiting some guy will pick up the call and create a request. I have spent almost more than 20 minutes in every call but round figure I am taking hence I have mentioned 20 minutes. Every requests required field engineer visit and it was auto closed without taking any action. No one visited my place till now. As of now I am not claiming for the service which I supposed to get after paying 800 rupees per month. It’s purely harassment is being done by customer care executives, field engineers & senior technical persons. As they have called me only once even though every request I have requested them to talk with me. After coming from the whole tough day office I call them and they give me no input. More than 3 hours I talked with them and I got mental harassment and stress only. I want a proper advocate who can guide me how can I claim this harassment issue.
                          For all the number of requests they always gave different reasons which indicate that people who talks on phone are not educated. Or they don’t pass proper information to the field engineer/senior people. Or the entire company works on this model. Like cheating consumer by giving name of the plans and don’t provide the service and make them fool.
                          Please don’t use the Tikona service in life forever. They are biggest cheater in any service industry I have ever seen in my life. I have posted this thread using my mobile internet as it is not working still. I am sure it will never work. I want seriously want an advocate who can teach these people proper lessons. I am ready to pay whatever money it costs to me.

                            Hi,
                            Again i am fed up with the services of tikona. My suffering in steps are described as follows:-
                            I raise a request on customer care with request number SR1-[protected] for connection related issue. My speed of internet is not coming properly. The speed comes full once in while and mostly the speed is very low and internet get disconnected inbetween again and again.
                            I raise a request through "siddesh" then he told me that executive will come to me. The executive called me and fixed a time of 5pm to reach at my home. But he didnt come and even didnt called regarding the status. I called customer care again and explained everything. This time i talked with nikhlesh and he said connection is ok from their side. I said while doing speed test its showing latency time error again and again, how can you say connection is ok. Even i am not able to upload a 100kb document in my e-mail.
                            Tikona people keep telling you sorry but never able to resolve the issue permanently. I have to raise a request every 7th or 14th day in a month to get my connection work properly for another few days. They provide very bad services and customer care support.
                            I request them to do follow up regarding connection is working or not, but they never do the followup.

                            The second tragedy is with the customer care contact number. Whenever you call customer care for tech support, you will have to wait for 11 to 15 minutes normally. Keep call on hold till some customer care executive pick your call. Even once i was waiting for 11 minutes and when my timer reaches to 1 min then it again restarted with 11 minute of waiting. Its so frustrating that sometime i think i should break all the devices provided by tikona. The customer care machine tell if you want our executive to call you back then press 1, i have tried that also, but no executive called up for many days. then i have to call the customer care again. Full fraud services. Even when your timer reaches to 1 min then it keep saying expected wait time is 1 minute for upto another 30 minutes. Realy very much frustrating to customer. Then I disconnected the call myself. Huff…
                            They assure you 24 hour customer care support, but after 12 in midnight, your call never picked up. Again one more fraud.

                            Please help to provide the justice. I am tired of tikona bad and fraud services and liar customer care executives.

                            Dear Nair,
                            As you are well aware about my all the problems. I would like to put in your notice that since last four days, your executives are calling from [protected], and asking me to close the ticket, I tell them everytime that I am not in front of my system, please call me at 8:00 pm so that I could check the connectivity and let you know the exact speed I am getting. They always confirm that they will call me at 8PM but no one call me at that time and on next day again they ask to close the ticket.
                            Now see yourself, You yourself know since how long the ticket is open, but no one taking it seriously, and they always make false statement.
                            Why don’t you take serious steps against them, or you are also just enjoying your salary, after all who wont like to take money without any effort. So do I assume you are also one of them.
                            My internet connection still giving lots of problem. I had lots of expectation from you but you also make me sad. Please give me your seniors number or e-mail id for further escalation. I am going to put this entire thing on website as a complaint.
                            If you were at my place, only then you can understand my pain.
                            Thanks for making me suffer.

                              I have never seen a worst connection provider and worst customer care like Tikona
                              For last 30 days I have been suffering from low speed (300 kbps and i am paying them every month 1234/-) issue and every day more than 4-5 times net get automatically disconnected. I have received more than 5 complain numbers and assurance that our engineer is going to visit. No one can believe that though engineer has not visited now the customer care not taking any complain and I received the msg the issue has been resolved. My question is when I am calling every time they told that there is problem on the device and engineer is going to visit. And every time you call to customer care you get to new things behind problem
                              1. There is problem on our network
                              2. There is problem on access point
                              3. There is a problem we see on the device we gave.
                              My question they don’t even know what is the issue behind Then what kind of customer care it is?
                              Now see another worst part even today that happened when I call some people say sorry sir our engineer will visit soon (that I have been listening for last 10 days) and on the next time you call they said our engineer has visited? And they even sent me mail and msg and told the issue has been resolved. Can anyone believe? I even sent 3 mails to customer care and mister nair’s address only I received two auto generated mail.
                              SO, SHOUL I PAY MR. NAIR WHEN I DID NOT GET PROPER CONNECTION??

                                I am not using the Tikonna connection from last three month ,the total usage is 0 MB , Due to in consistence speed of Internet and bad customer services , I had decided to disconnect the connection and informed the customer care that I want to disconnect the Internet.At that time they did not informed me that I have to drop a mail to customer care for disconnection of Internet and generate the bill of Rs. 800 against me.When I again called the tikonna customer care.They told me to drop a mail for disconnection and I had dropped it but they did not disconnected and every month they are keep on adding the 800 Rs. + service tax in my bill.

                                When I again complained it to customer care , they told me to clear the bill of 3000 Rs. before disconnection without even using any data.When I denied that I will not pay this bill .They file the case against me and forced me to clear the bill. At last I payed the bill , for connection which I did not used.

                                  I had taken a prepaid internet connection from Tikona valid for 6 months on 21st Oct,2011paying Rs. 3639 (User ID No. [protected]). So the connection was supposed to be valid till 20th Apr 2012. However I shifted from the premises in Jan 2012. I called their customer service and informed them, and they told me that I donot need to disconnect, they will get the connection shifted to my new residence. I declined saying I donot need it in my new address, as I am already provided internet there. If they want they can contact the new tenant when they occupy, and ask them if they need it.
                                  I was shocked to receive a bill of Rs.3059 in March 2012. I immediately wrote a mail demanding an explaination for this bill, but did not receive any reply. I then called up their call centre to explain the case, and also to ask, that since this is a prepaid connection, the bill is generated under what head ? Especially when I have already informed that I have left the place? The executive attending my call was ill-informed as always and told me my account is just showing a bill generated, but it does not show the head. It also does not show any disconnection request. I asked her to place a request immediately, which she did, and and also gave me the rqst no. 1-[protected].
                                  After that I received numerous calls from various executives with the same content - "Why do you want to disconnect ? We can get the connection transferred to your new address"
                                  For each of them I had the same reply "I shifted from the premises in Jan 2012, and I already have an internet connection in my new address". I also told them that I paid for 6 months, and used only 2-1/2 months. And on top of that I am receiving sms-es about paying another Rs.3059. All the callers were polite and each of them seemed to understand my point.They also informed me that the account shows zero usage since Feb'12. They told me that they will forward my complaint. Sometime around June these calls stopped coming, and I was relieved that my issue is resolved. But it was not. In August, I started receiving calls from goons who called themselves Tikona lawyers and using filthy language asked me to pay Rs. 3059, if I donot want to pay Rs. 2 lakhs. I went to the police, but they advised me not to pick these calls or just disconnect them.
                                  Not satisfied, I wrote a mail to Tikona, narrating the entire story. I received a call from them after a few days, where again the same story was repeated. Hearing my side of the story (although everything was written in the mail) the caller simply told me that he will forward my request. This also happened 3 times. The funniest part is that after every conversation, I receive a mail, starting with " As discussed...", but the contents are totally in contradiction of what was discussed. Now the latest mail says that I have placed a disconnection request on 12th Aug'12. This rqst will be processed within 45 days after my clearing all outstanding dues, and after returning all equipments in working condition.

                                  My points to the consumer forum are:
                                  1. since I took a prepaid connection, paid for 6 months, and used for only 2'1/2 months, there is no outstanding.
                                  2. Since I was never informed about any equipment that they are placing on the terrace, or wherever, I am not responsible for it, and hence will not pay for it.
                                  3. If at all there is any equipment that they have placed at the building, whey did they not collect it in March, when I had placed my disconnecton rqst ? Why did they wait for 5 months before informing me that I am supposed to return it ? So that the rains can damage it completely, and they can claim damages ?

                                  I have written all this in numerous mails addresses to their customer service, as well as their appellate authority S. Nair, but never got any reply to any of my questions. the standard response always being, "we will forward your complaint to the concerned department". I am writing to this website, hoping to get some positive action on the part of Tikona Digital Networks.

                                    I have applied a broadband connection to tikona services on 30th of August'2012 and paid 1600/- rupees as per plan and told me that two or three days your connection will be installed but they have done the same after a week after a lot of complaints in customer care but the services is very much poor internet is working a single minute till date and have already complaint to customer care many times and delhi office and even sales and service person also but nobody have taken any action so please i request to you sir/mam please do my favour that refund my money by tikona broadband services. my user id is [protected] (shabana rabbani)

                                      I had a Tikona broad-band with me. But it services was very poor(not able to my office works due to it) so i disconnected it on (18-July-2012) and not paid the remaining amount as i had given a advance money equal to 1month of charge. But they are continuing charging me the bill till now. And are calling every alternate day and asking for payment and asking details why disconnected and telling that i am using the services. It kind of harresment getting a call for poor service and explaining him always that i have disconnected the service and reason for the same.

                                      Tikona is the cheater and fraud company. If you have any issue go to the site www.pgportal.gov.in. This site is run by Department of Telecommunication (DOT). DOT provides licences to the ISP to start the bussiness. Log your complaint in this site.

                                        from last 4-5 days i am facing speed downgrade issue(getting low speed). My broadband plan is ADULQ512K which offers a speed of 512 kbps but from last 5 days i am getting just half of the speed.
                                        i have logged about 8-10 complaints to the customer care but still till my problem has not been resolved.
                                        Every time the customer care officer takes the complaint saying that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. after i get a call from them saying that the problem has been resolved and the complaint has been closed, but in fact the problem is never resolved.

                                        Tikona Digital Networks — Service quality poor

                                        I had subscribed to internet services at home through Tikona from end of May 2010. Since that day i am facing problem that I am unable to get my connectivity properly and due to which my downloads get waisted and I have to go to internet parlours for accesiong internets.
                                        I have made several compaints in these 1.5 months but no one hears the same. Only once a person had come to correct but again the same problem started.
                                        They have collected Rs 500 for installation an last month bill of 907. I have asked for refunds of the same and close the account if the service are not good.
