... Totally bull...
Customer care people disconnect the calls. They simply hangup the receiver..

Some statistic:
Time to get to customer care (Wait time): average of 11-12 mins.
This shows the magnitude of issues tikona's customers are facing... A lot of them have to call for support - technical.

Other features of tikona customer care:
1. People disconnect your call.
2. People are very rude to you - they are provided training for abusing by covering the phone speaker.
3. People are not trained to get their job done.
4. They have a master list of excuses to say to the customer. They are saying this for 3 continuous months: we are upgrading the network infrastructure we are facing bandwidth issues. Purchasing with tata and others.
5. People cannot resolve issues. They just hit the escalate button on some software which does not do anything... There is no handler written for the button.
6. The tls and managers are shy of speaking to customers and they don't come front to face customer issues.
7. Their automated system for checking connection is just a speech they repeat in a loop and nothing is done in the background.

This has been my experience from last 2 months...

They suck big time!!!

    Hi,

    I am using Tikona Broadband for the past one month with 512Kbps unlimited plan. The service offered to me is not only full of interruption but also with poor customer facilitation as the customer support is totally unreliable and bogus. Anybody, looking to use Tikona in Gurgaon region, I would suggest not to go for it. Pathetic and unreliable service they are offering and you cannot bank upon them.

      I am highly dissatisfied withe thee service from Tikona Digital Network. I had subscribed thee broadband service wide SRF Number [protected] on 28the April 2012. I have been approaching thee customer service for last 3 weeks. The installation has not been done. I am highly disappointed by thee various customer service representatives and also installation engineer inability to respect my timings. I am working for a respected company theerefore I have to be in office and attend to thee company needs. I had instructed thee company to do installation before 10 am or on my weekends which is Saturday or Sunday. Rs. 1300/- paid by cash wide receipt:[protected]. Neitheer installation nor any respectable company representative has approached me. I had also demanded refund of thee amount paid but thee company. Kindly let me know thee next steps in theis regard.

      Tikona Digital Networks — Broadband Installation

      I have paid Rs. 1850 to Tikona for the Broadband connection on 8th June, they have done the installation on 13th of June, it was install but it was not working after that they are giving me assurance everyday that it will work today....it will work today....but that today has not come till yet.

      Everybody in Tikona saying lie, sales person(Bhupender Yadav), Technical person, customer care, also their nodel officer service is so carped, they don't have any problem if customer is suffering with any problem.

      I think nodel office service is dummy.

      I am loosing my lacs of Rs. business due to this problem because everyday i am thinking that it will be done today and will start my work from today onwards....

      Can you please help in this matter.. i don't know what to do but i am very frustrated with that..

        I have an complaint to tikona executor that I want a broadband plan of 699 and Mr. Raj sent an executor to collect Rs. 1400, after that he could not register my account after 3 days i call to Mr.raj ,he tell me i am not responsible for that ,he gave me contact No. of Mr. Santosh who was a amount collector then he was not receive my call.         Tikona Digital Networks — Refund of money

        Dear Sir,

        I had applied for the new Internet connection of Tikona Digital Network in the month of march that too after doing several follow up i got the application form filled up,when i filled the application that time i was told that the connection will be done in 48 hrs and even i confirmed form the sales person whether the network connectivity is there or not he said yes after two days i received my user id and password and my registered mobile no with the company is [protected] but there was not response after receiving the user id and i was waiting for the connection to be done but again i have do to follow up for the same and then finally after calling 10 times i got the information that theres no netwrok connectivity near to my residentail premises so i asked them to close the application as i am not intrested in there service on 16th April ,when i had asked that my case to be closed that time the company should have informed me that it will take minimum 45 days to process the refund amount but they didnt do that then again i kep following for the refund amount when i called first they told me that the accounts departement need the customer account number which these peolle didnt provide to concerned dept,again i called after two days the customer care executive are giving me different response for my query , when i had already asked to close the case they are calling and asking me wther the connecion is working fine or not even i had put an email to the customer care but there was not response,So just two days back i got to know it takes 45 days to processs the refund amount ,customer care officers are not at all aware of the customers request they dont know what to reply back to customer andwhen i talk to the senior person he is assuring me that it will be done in 2 days of time i am fed up of following just for 500 rs
        I request you to take necessary action and get my refund done with intrest as soon as possible

        Tikona Digital Network — already deactivate my a/c but they sent me bill each month

        my problem is that i had closed my account at june 12 -2011.tikona already reply me that your a/c have successfully closed and modem wifi was collected..bt at next month tikona billing department continue send me bill copy of further next months june,july.and when billing agent come at my home i said that my was already closed they act rude behaviour at my home.when i call at customer care they said that your a/c is active how it can happen when it was closed and how they generate bill.while i have already complain 12 to 15 time at coustmer care they said sir we forword your complain.but now 2 month pass and their make no action.
        so please sir kindly request you that please make action on my complain at soon as possible and cancel all my billing because i paid my last bill after that my account was fully closed then how it possible that you generate new bill.

        I am currently a user of TIKONA with the user id [protected]. I have received my first bill from TIKONA which is shocking to me; I am disputing the bill as I have the following issue:

        The plan which I have requested is BB449 UNLIMITED Plan and based on which I made the initial payment. However, the plan which is mentioned on the bill is ADCB299. This plan ADCB299 is a limited plan which is charging me extra usage, i never requested for limited plan. So I mailed my issue to TIKONA customer care asking to rectify the plan with immedi/ate effect.
        After 24 to 30 hrs I got a mail from customer care ID with all the calculation and confirmation of plan change. It was great experience with Tikona customer care, I really appreciate.
        Thank you for your co-ordination and resolving my issue.
        I am really pleased with the manner in which my problem has been addressed and resolved. Special mention to Mr. S. Nair & Team who have taken pain in addressing my billing issue evolved due to charging me with an undesired billing plan. The team has worked with the back end billing team to understand the problem, ensured proper co-ordination, rectification and enabling me to have my desired services within a short time.
        Keep it up. Hope for similar support and co-operation in future.

        Tikona - Not disconnecting my internet connection
        I am using tikona broadband connection in Kolkata
        I have raised a request for disconnection on February 2012through email, but they said me we accept it only by register email .Again I send request for disconnection 0n 28th February, 3rd march & 7th march, 2012 but they don’t send me any feedback and I have to use it. But finally I decided that I have to talk with customer care & they said to me your request is going on and very soon we take steps. After that I don’t trust anyone and i am not using the connection on 1st April 2012.

        My billing date is 26th of every month.
        Even though i have not used the connection after on 1st April 2012 i got bill till 26th now.
        Also i think they ll be sending bill next month also as they have not disconnected yet.
        But i want the disconnection to be made on on 1st April 2012 itself as i have not used after that.
        When ever i call customer, they are telling it will take 45 days according TRAI rules and your request is not update & you have to send email by register email id. I am fed up listening to such kind of excuses.
        So please send me a corrected bill and take back your equipments ASAP.

          I got a bb connection of tikona ,on 31th April there executive came to me and given me a plan of six moth,four month rent and two month free,for rs 3900/as per company norms he had to show me a demo and certify that there are proper signals receiving or not.but he did not do all this and he fill up my form and issued me a slip of rs 3900/slip numbers are[protected],and assured me to install on next day.

          On the next day second person came tried to activate my net,and found that the device installed .not getting proper signals due distance from tower.and advise to me to contact tikona technical support.

          Sir i have been getting signal problem since it was installed at my home,and I have made a tones of complaints
          to tikona technical support department and billing department also to solve my problem.I am not receiving proper response from them.I have been given only one month plan of rs 1300/instead of six month.I have sent them scanned copy of receipt of rs 3900/and mail to there all concerned person and department .but complaint is still unresolved. kindly do the need full. I would like to inform that I have been cheated by the following tikona personals.

            I dixit vora hav internet sevice of tikona wireless. I had a tech issue with the product i have tryed to call the tech suppport center and the lady ii spoke to was not giving me the exet reason wht my internet service was nt wrking and she was very unproffesional on call with me whn i asked her she cant talk to me line this shehung up i tyed calling again spk to other executive ask to trns to manager he also hung up on me and thn i tryed 3rd time thr was no one who picked up my call and was nt ready to help me.

            So pls guid me tht wht this tht wht action i can tack against the compny

              I took a Wireless Broadband plan 2 Mbs and actually I am getting 20 Kbs. I complained but no improvement. I asked to disconnect and refund my money but they are not returning and send me new bills.

                I was using tikona internet for the last 9 months the service is too bad i took this connection because there is no other service provider in my area i already know the service is too bad my friend used it for 4 months and my cousin used for 2months they already told me many times its worst don't go for it but i have no other option so i went for tikona digital networks it worked nice for the first 5months and after that problem started it will not work when you need it will work insane if we make complaint in customer care they will tell we will fix in 48 hours but even after months nobody will come on October 18 i made a complaint the internet was not working nobody came home to fix the issue then after 2 days it worked itself then again after one week i face same issue i made a complain on October 27th they said will fix in 48hours but same happen nobody came home to fix the issue at last making 8 to 9 complaints in customer care on November 7th fed up with customer care i made a call to customer care and told them to disconnect on November 7th they said ok but after that after two weeks i made a call to the customer care and told them the connection is still working but the customer care executive said since the connection issue fixed so we didn't disconnect the connection i asked how can you make the connection active without customer knowledge because i told them to disconnect the connection but they gave me a crap answer even after making so many call to the customer care i am still getting bill form tikona stating i have to pay 2800 rupees due so the customer care people itself doesn't know how to follow up so NEVER BUY TIKONA CONNECTION YOU WILL DIE. my consumer id is :[protected] and the disconnection ID is1-[protected] i had many disconnection number but i lost it somewhere.

                tikona network — nobody bother about customer

                i booked tikona on 27-10-09 and still today 6-11-09 im not get connection no installation, customer care said that u take back your advance payment from tikona executive we dont have RR in your area. company not responsible for your money which you paid to tikona network. one of the third grade company i ever seen.

                I am from Bangalore,Karnataka.I am complaining about Tikona Broadband services because It is ' the ' worst network service provider in India(only in India because india ke bahar jane ki aukad nai hai). Worst customer care services. It looks their technical engineer are passed out form some street college.Solving a problem is far away from their knowledge they don't even know how to figure it out that what is the problem.
                A little suggestion from me to tikona : " agar aukad nai hai to company kyu kaholte ho..."..more wrst is i am not event able to connect to tikona main page from last ont month and after all of this what i got is a bill of 1653...father of ...bastrds..beep beep beep...please dont even think about getting tikona

                  I was using tikona broadband services. I was not satisfied with their services, so I requested for disconnection of services on 18th November 2011. But they keep sending bills for every month till February 2012. Then I deposited all the dues of Rs 1417.12 in March 2012. Still neither they have given me the NOC nor they have collected the instrument from my home.

                  Initially, when I had requested for installing their broadband service at my place, they did it the same day but when I have requested for disconnection it is now 6 month and still not done. It shows their irresponsible approach towards consumer. Now if their will be some problem in the instrument after 6 month of disconnection they will again charge me.

                    I was looking for a Broadband service and picked up Tikon seeing their low fares.
                    Checked my area's coverage online in Tikon's site, and found that my area is well
                    within many tikona towers hence went on online registeration process. I made online
                    payment of all the installation fee and rentals.

                    The customer executive appeared next day and told that the connection is not feasible
                    in my area. He asked me to sign on a paper which stated successfull installation.
                    I wrote that installation was not made since it was not feasible and signed below.

                    Executive told that he will mark the connection as not feasible and I will get my
                    money within 15 days.

                    It is more than 15 days now and I called the executive as the first step, but he did
                    not answer. next I called Tikona Wireless customer service and it got disconnected 3 times.
                    On the fourth time a customer service executive told that they will give a call back
                    within 24 hours after checking the case.

                    TIKONA WIRELESS — WRONG BILLS AND PESKY CALLS

                    I took tikona service in june 2010 and then disconnected it in july 2010, paying all the dues for the time i had used the service.

                    post that few months down the line, people from tikona started calling me that i have to pay bills of 3000/-.

                    it comes out that they never disconnected and still charged me.

                    now even after writing more than 20-30 emails to Customer care / Nodal officer vikas bhosale, i still get the same calls even after more than ONE YEAR.

                    this is september 2011 and i am still getting rude calls from pathetic lady customer care reps saying i have to pay bill.

                    I have been facing the following issues since the last 4 months from tikona. There have been repeated attempts to clear these, but every time I get the same issue again and I am not able to understand the senior management is doing to resolve this, other than mailing me a standard mail

                    After than I put my acc on suspension, so I did not use any service since August 2010 till date.
                    After this I get a bill asking me to pay the bill (which is WRONG)
                    Then I lodge a complaint and I get a call after a month, that the issue has been resolved and the bill was wrong and it will be reverted.
                    After this more problem from your side : I get a new bill of 661/- (Mind it, that I have not resumed any service)
                    I keep getting SMS and mails asking me to pay bills whereas I have now moved to new location and asked to disconnect the service.'
                    During all this time I have been mailing Vikas Bhosale, and I never get a simple call from this guy
                    TILL DATE THIS IS NOT RESOLVED.

                    I need to know who is the CEO of this company and would like this to go his mail box.

                      Want harassment then Go for Tikona. World No.1 Worst Company and Pathetic customer service.
                      If you are looking for broadband in anywhere in world never even think about Tikona. They are big cheaters. They will take the money from you and then they will never install the connection and never refund money.I paid Rs.1100 on 27th Dec 2011 but still i am struggling for refund our money and no one listens to me. Their call center is pathetic, Sales person does not pick up the call.
                      I would say PLEASE dont make the mistake i did, don’t go for this unprofessional people company who is just interested in your money & zero efforts are taken in providing the service.

                      Tikona - Worst broadband service in india,

                      i am using tikona from past 8 months onwards and i have shifted my house fro one place to another place and i have asked tikona coustomer care guys to sift the thing, they told that it will be done in 24 hrs, it happened 240 hrs but no reply from them, i called daily to the coustomer care guys and they said it will be done ASAP but no resonse from them, but i ot my bill for the month, worst service and no resopnsible towrds coustomer care guys even though if you speak to the manager level people also. useless to use this broand and even we can go for local broadband service than this tikona.

                        I have applied for a new connection to Tikona. As per their policy I have transfered 1347/- online to their account. And as per their policy the internet has to be installed within 48 hours after making the payment. I made the transaction on 4th May. After 5 days Tikona didnt deploy the connection and when ever I am calling to them they are not responding properly. I have sent email to everyone for the refund.But for that also they are not responding. I have attached one screenshot of the payment. Kindly take some action on this fraud company.

                          Sub: complain against tikona broad band services

                          Before a 1 & ½ month I had applied for tikona broad band services through sales man of this tikona broad band services & A/C no was [protected]
                          That time company had assured me for best services of broad band and given me plan of Rs-499 in this plan unlimited surfing & downloading free for a month.

                          On the time of activation they had change my plan 499 to 599 rental after that technical dept of company came at my home & attach the dives on the same time there was technical problem in his system from day 1st, further services was totally stop due to technical fault after that I had complain against services to technical department 4-5 times & they had also given me complain no but there was no action on complain from technical dept.

                          Finally in decided to go for deactivation of connection on 4th sept and request them for my initial deposit which a have been submitted in the starting Rs -500 but till date there is no any action against that , any call from company side when I make call to the dept which is in sec 11 dwarka & sales executive they don’t picks up call

                          So sir I have hardly request to u that take some immediate action against them & any my deposited money

                          Tikona had restored my net service last week for 2-3 days with a very low speed. Now it has stopped again. 2 weeks back Tikona gave a call at my home number saying that the problem was from Tikona end and they are waiving off the bill which seemed to be a hoax as 3 days back the recovery guys came to collect the 2 months pending bill. Now today (27.06.2012) I called up customer care (from UAE) the tech dept guy said that there is no prob from their end and the complaint is of billing dept and when call was transferred to billing dept they said it is of tech dept. Today was my last call to TIKONA regarding the service and bills. I will be launching a complaint at consumer court soon as Tikona is not willing to help their customers. No tech person has yet come from tikona (tikona cc says that the tech person was unable to find our address). If recovery person can find our address Why no tech person.Attached is the bill from Tikona for the period where there was no connection.

                          Now that my connection is disconnected by Tikona, the so called Legal dept is harrasing me for the Payment foe the service not given to me. As I am out of India the calls are attended by my family members. The recovery people are threatening my family members saying that Police will be coming to arrest me, which is creating tension at my home. If the calls do not stop I will be bound to file a case at Police station against TIKONA and the recovery guys whose Number and names (along with call records) are with us. Also they are threatening my family members for money which itself is a crime.

                            I had applied for an Internet connection on 29-Mar-12 and paid Rs. 3300 - Rs. 3250 by vouchers and TRs. 50 in cash. Basis the full payment of Rs. 3300 I was given a cinsumer ID. I followed up for instalaltion and was being promised installation on various time lines but no one from Tikona turned up. After after religious followup for installation, I was told that there was network issue in the area where I live so I would be refunded full amont.

                            Posty this on 19-April-12 I was sent an email informing that cheque is disptached for refund but till date I ahve not received it. On regular followup for reund, on 01-May-12 I was told that cheque is bieng sent on 01-May-12 and it wouold reach in 30 days. the chequer being sent is only for 3250 i.e. amount paid by voucher. I wonder why can't they internally check - how a customer ID was given if payment was not made in full?

                            For a local delivery of cheque, all courier comonies take one day - but this doesnt seem to e the case with Tikona. I ahve also offetred to collect the chequ in person but to delay the refund they have not accepted it.

                            In last one and half month (from 20-Mar-12 to till date) I have made numerous calls - first for installation and now for refund.

                            They have even ignored my written email where I told them that I would approch consumer court - suggests how customer centric they are.

                              I submitted fee for Tikona broadband service on 4th Nov 2011. The total amount I given is Rs. 1000. After 3 months when nobody reverted to me for the installation, I raised a complaint and start chasing the salesman and the company. Almost after 50 emails and 25 calls they heard my complaint and agree for refund.

                              However, they have given me refund of ONLY Rs. 448 last month. Instead of giving me my whole money back (with interest) they have reimbursed me with less than half.

                              Now when I am chasing for rest of the money they saying that its cancellation fees which has been charged. How come they charge something from me if its completely their fault.

                              I would like you to help me with this issue and aware other consumers to avoid such type of company. You have to take a hard step to set an example.

                              I am attaching the receipt of the fee submission.

                              i had register for internet connection of Tikon service, after the demo setion took at my place, now the installation guy refuse to install the modern as the tower was not in range in 500 meter which may give me surfing trouble in future. As this was acceptable, but still i have not received my Deposit amount check which i had give at time of registration of Rs 500.

                              The major thing is that i am receving bills and sms to pay the bill on time.

                              Congratulations ! I have decided to pay up the Tikona bill of Rs. 274 inspite of not using your service for a single hour. In fact I will be paying Rs. 500+ Rs. 274= Rs. 774. The 500 rupees was the security deposit. I have attached the full and final settlement receipt for your reference.

                              Congratulations to Tikona billing department for being persistent in sending bills on regular basis and charging interest at the rate of 120%. Indeed many many congratulations to the CFO of Tikona. It is an excellent business model- in modern electronic extortion. I hope you will give some management lessons in Harvard and other institues and explain the new MBAs how to run these types of businesses and make returns of 120%. Congratulations again.

                              Congratulations to the customer service team for actually managing to shield up to 50 calls from me to reach the concerned person who can take action. Customer service team you are doing a wonderful job at not providing any customer service. I think you should ask your management for a raise. It has been truely frustrating experience to the customer which means that you have done a fine job

                              Congratulations to the management team for hiring individuals in billing department and in customer service. They have done a tremendous job at not allowing any information to reach the management. The best part is that the management believe that everything is going well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

                              Tikona Broadband — No connection installed and not yet received the refund even after 4 months

                              I had subscribed for a Tikona connection at my residence (28 chunawala building,2nd floor room no 21,mohd Ali Roadmumbai -3) on 1st June 2010,even before installation there was no network at my place but the sales guy (Mr.Suraj) blufed me saying that there is network at my place and the connection will be installed in a day or two and took a cheque of Rs.500 drawn on icici bank(cheque no :514871),but when the engineer came to install he found no network at my place and no connection was installed.

                              Thereafter i requested for my refund and i was being told that i will get the same with in 45 days but now its almost 90 days and i have not yet received any refund nor has any one contacted me from tikona.

                              I am calling the customer care every week and what i am getting is just an assurance (complain no.s :[protected] and[protected].


                              I have also escalated the issue to the issue to its nodal officer - mumbai Mr.vikas bhosle ( Escalation Docket Number[protected] & 1-[protected]) but yet have not received any responce or revert from him accept a assurance mail.

After 1 month when I enquired about status, he again replied a templated message which has not information. I committed a mistake by not blocking cheque which they have encashed unlawfully.                               I am an unfortunate customer with the company. I have called the call center more than 25 times regarding an issue. Every time I call, the customer service representatives were so unprofessional in their behavior. On top of it, they were unapologetic and used to hang the call on my face.

                              In the month of June 2010, I applied for Tikona connection. The marketing guy came in and did some tests and took Rs.500 and left and the next day the technical guys come and try to install the BB but couldn't dude to weak signals. I was asked to call back and ask for refund which I did. they told it will happen in 45 days. It never happened. I kept calling and every time the cheque was under process. It has been under process for 10 months. I completely forgot the issue.

                              Again last month, I got a call from the marketing staff informing that instead of the Rs 500 refund, I can get the connection.

                              I accepted the deal. Again 2 guys come and did some tests and informed me that the connection is strong. and asked me to pay 1500. I told i cannot because I have already paid 500. they speak to some head and gave me a deal for 880.

                              I shouldn't have trusted these cheats, but I did and I gave them a cheque for 880. The money was withdrawn and the technical guys came and it was the same issue. The signal is so weak the connection is impossible.

                              I repeated the entire procedure this time for Rs.1380. I spoke to 'n' number of supervisors and CSR. None were there to help me.

                              I am feeling so deceived. Just to increase the sales volumes and incentives, you cannot cheat people like this.
                              No one from this company is helpfull. This is extremely bad customer service. They have not given my money back for Rs 1213.00/-

                                I would to highlight my grievance related to harassment of my tikona internet bill payment prior to due date.

                                My due date was of 3rd May 2012 and i always pay via internet since three years, but i got reminder calls on 1st may 2012, 2nd may 2012, 3rd may 2012.

                                Over and all the limit of all tolerance was over when some stupid ill mannered executive visited my residence on 3rd may 2012 were in my retired parents were annoyed.

                                I need to know from TIKONA that which organization or collection rules allows a collection executive to visit prior/on due date of a bill ?????

                                I need and explanation and apology to my parents for this continued unwanted and annoying actions from TIKONA.

                                  Tikona is the worst thing that happened to me.

                                  I bought a broadband plan from Tikona in March which promised me 750kbps for 6 months at Rs. 3900 (ID : [protected] ). The installation itself took me more than a week. The reason: "Your username password has not been generated by the system". How long does it take to generate a username and password? Specially when you have submitted all the documents and all of the password generation process is computer based.

                                  Finally when it did get installed, I got the promised speed for only about a week. And since then it has been the beginning of a struggle between me and my computer: me asking the computer to load webpages; my computer trying to tell me that my net is v v slow, it cant be done. Forget the speed, the login page for tikona (without which you cannot connect to the internet) itself takes more than 20 minutes to open.

                                  When I finally decided to call them and ask for a recheck from their side, I got a response saying that an engineer would come and make things right. The day he arrived, (after another week of-course 22-April, '12), he struggled to get the login page. After many trials, he left saying that my device is faulty and it needs replacement. On being asked as to when and how the device would be replaced, he gave an angry look and said that it would take time as it would have to come from the company. Its been a week since then, I havent heard from anyone from Tikona. I have not been able to use the net properly.

                                  Even as I type this, I am facing a lot of difficulty in connecting to the internet. I get speeds of only about 60-100kbps while browsing the net.

                                  Inspite of many mails back and forth between me and tikona, my grievances have not been addressed by tikona. Is there anything you can do either get my money refunded or the promised service provided?

                                  If by any means it is possible, may strict actions be taken against companies like this, so that they may not harass people the way they have
                                  harassed me. If there is anybody who can hear what I speak, I would sincerely suggest them to never go for Tikona.

                                  How can that be? I have not been able to login since the last one month? When I finally do, the pages do not open.

                                  You can check the records and find out the number of times I have logged in..



                                  I am facing connectivity issues every now and then.. Why dont you send over a person to fix the issue.. Its already been more than three months since I installed this fuss of yours. Even after repeatedly crying ouy for help, why cant you send a person to fix the issue..

                                  When call the customer care, the connections works for a while... then the person on the other side of the call says, I'm having a good connection. So they cannot have anybody inspect..

                                  Why can you just send someone to find out what the problem is?? I have many other things to take care, I dont want to spend all of my energy and time on such a petty thing as this.. If anyone is complaining, it is for a reason..

                                    Hi,

                                    I've been using Tikona's Internet Connection from last 3.5 months and I have found the service to be REALLY PATHETIC.

                                    Every alternate day I make a call to Customer Care to get a complain logged.

                                    Problem I'm facing is -
                                    1. Connection - many times I cannot connect to the Internet.
                                    2. Speed - I get a speed of less than 10 Kbps for a line with 2 Mbps.

                                    The excuses I hear from Technical Support -
                                    0. We are upgrading the network... (from last 3.5 months, I'm listening to this EXCUSE.. and the upgrade is still not done.).
                                    1. Bandwidth is limited at Tikona as it purchases the bandwidth from Tata and other big players. They don't have of their own.
                                    2. The tower is out of electricity so cannot connect (got this beautiful excuse on a Thursday).
                                    3. The router is dropping packets (so, what are you guys waiting for? come-on do something about it.. would you?)

                                    In order to voice the concerns, I've mailed to all the available channels -
                                    1. s.[protected]@tikona.in (Appalet Authority)
                                    2. [protected]@tikona.in (Supposed to take care of Customer, don't know what they are doing)
                                    3. nodal.[protected]@tikona.in (this email ID of an ISP is bouncing back... )
                                    4. [protected]@tikona.in (probably not in use...)
                                    5. Call at Technical Support.

                                    And none of them have responded back.

                                    I believe there is NOT A SINGLE RESPONSIBLE person at Tikona... NONE of them are bothered about your issues. ALL they wanted is already accomplished - THEY HAVE MADE YOU A FOOL BY SELLING TIKONA's PATHETIC INTERNET CONNECTION!!!

                                    If you are a potential customer of Tikona, I would rather advice you to go for BSNL.. they are STILL FAR FAR better than Tikona.

                                    Tikona Net Connect — Pathetic Service

                                    I had written the below complain to the Nodal Officer of Tikona however till date i dont have any satisfactory response.. My calls are unanswered and even my mails are not getting responded... Their customer care IVR time doesn't reduce from 5 minutes... and you have to keep on chasing them....

                                    Requesting everyone save yourselves and stay 20000000 miles way from Tikona.. I am not even sure whether anyone will listen to me now bt least i can do i save others from getting trapped... HORRIBLE is an understatement for these shameless guyz.....

                                    I again called and spoke to Mohsin Shaikh... even he kept onsaying the same thing....                                     I am not even sure whether the nodal officer will alsobother to listen to me..Incase if you are listening i need the following :
                                    1) I will not pay any late fee charges as the problem was atyour end which no one bothered to look into.. PS: i have the call recordingswith me the prove that.
                                    2) let me know when your site will be working so that i canpay the actual bill amount.

                                    I too along with many of my colleagues in company and friends from across Pune are seeing very slow speeds on Tikona...
                                    service is not good...
                                    Don't subscribe it's services...

                                    I'm using BSNL.. happy from last 3 yrs.

                                    I'm also using Tikona's services since last 8 months. Certainly, i had speed issues but when i had a word with "Swati Sinha" - A Customer Care Executive, she understood my problem and sorted it out. They took 2 weeks time to get the things done but evetually it's going fine now. I hope i won't come across any issue further. For now, I do recommend Tikona.

                                    3. I've already contacted hell lot times on customer care and that is of no use. The TL and Team members disconnect my calls.

                                    Also, the supposed to be Appellate Authority: Mr. Sunil Nair does not care to respond back.
                                    When the people at higher authority are not responsible NO ONE WOULD EXPECT the people at lower end of hierarchy to do some responsible work.

                                    I also hope you don't use this information for damaging the existing poor service Tikona is providing OR against Me.

                                    I fully agree with you, my complaint no. 1-[protected] in since last month @least 20 time I have called tikona guys but till problem not sorted out now i am disconnecting there service for that also i have take their follow up.

                                      TDN is providing Broadband Internet Service. I have the wireless service using the Access Point mode since February 27, 2012. The service worked very well for 20-25 days. But now its most unreliable and that I have contacted the Service provider - Toll free number is[protected] but has yielded no satifactory answer.                                         Tikona people when came for demo they give 2 MBPS speed , but when we install the system i never get the speed up to 2 MBPS or 1.5 at least, they dont have good service technician,
                                        after complaint, these people only call by phone and ask for visit of their service engg who never visit in his whole life.
                                        There pune base server is in problem from last 2 months but the company is not capable to repair it,
                                        tikona is bullsheet service i came across. I request you if tou are looking for net service or broadband never go to tikona, there so called technical person / engineer dont have any technical knowledge that can be useful to resolve the problem. You never get connected to their IP address in 1 st trial, I have to wait and on/off device several time for accessing right IP address. in short it is useless service.
