[Resolved] Tikona — Poorest Service, Poor internet connection, poor customer care, poor billing process, poor installation process | |||
I am extremely frustrated with Tikona broadband connection...I have paid three months advance to Tikona.. In just 2.5 months they just irritated us like anything...since Day 1 I am struggling to get my connection right...Too many excuses for poor services.. Customer Care asks you too many questions just to irritate you further without any solutions...Advice to all to rethink if any one looking to get tikona connection... Internet Connection — poor installation
Dear sir,i am very sorry to inform you that before one month i have taken internet connection. I was not present at home at the time of installation.
The cable is not connected properly. Your personnels inserted cable through the window. Now the window is open all the time.
Due to open window Mosquitoes are harrasing us every night. I made complain to the main office as well as local office Many times but no body is there to listen
The complain was made before 10 days.
Pl. take some action and do the needful.
