Slow Internet Speed

From past week, I am unable to use internet because of Slow speed of Tikona, I have opted for 750 KBPS unlimited all I am getting is 90 to 100 KBPS.

Highly satisfactory performance

I am a customer of Tikona Digital Network. We pay charges for a month and get service for a week or two in a month. There are regular complaints to the Company and their technicians do respond but after follow up for atleast a week and then the service starts only to go off once again in five to six days. The service is horrible and very poor....

Money not refunded

I gave a cheque of amount 1287/- To tikona broadband services for internet connection.But after cheque got cleared they started denying that their is no internet connection in my area, since than 2 months been passed but I have not got my money nor any internet connection.I have been dialing to their customer care on regular basis but every day they say we will refund you within 2 days but still now we havent received a single pie....

I took a TIKONA INTERNET CONNECTION on 16 th March 2011 after the the EXECUTIVE [ one MR RAVIKUMAR ] who took my documents, photo and a Cheque for Rs 1157 had PROMISED that my old TATA CONNECTION would be transferred to one of his clients and I would have no loss as Rs 1000 could be obtained for that connection.

Mis-selling and bad service

1. The salesperson sold the connection when the connectivity was limited
2. Since the connectivity was limited the person who installed the connection did not complete the work order (all though the internet was working).
3. 10 phone calls and 7 emails over 1.5 months were required before they sent a representative to check things.

People at call center are either dumb or rude or both. Replies to emails are copy...

Worst Service

Since the begining of May 2011, my connection goes off exactly at 7pm and restores exactly at 10am next day. VERY SLOW CONNECTION
