1) WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SALES PEOPLE
2) NO FARE USAGE POLICY WAS DISCUSSED AND NO CLEAR CUT INFORMATIONS ARE BEING PROVIDED BY ANY O[censored]R CUSTOMER CARE, UR SALES PERSON, YOUR TECHNICAL PERSON, ETC
3) FROM DAY OF ITS ACTIVATION STILL I M NOT RECEIVING PROPER SIGNALS, ACESS PROBLEM IS THER, ACCESS POINT IS ALWAYS DOWN, NO PROPER INSTALLATION IS BEING PROVIDED, STILL THE ACESS POINT IS HAVING PROBLEMS, AS REFEREB BY YOUR TECHNICAL PERSON
4) WORST CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT
5) REGULARLY SENDING COMPLAINTS BUT STILL THINS ARE AS SAME AS EVER
6) MY USAGES IS SHOWING MORE THEN WHAT I HAVE USED
7) TRYING TO REACH NODAL OFFICER MR VEER GARG BUT HE EITHER UN REACHABLE OR DO NOT PICK THE CALL, IF ANY HOW PICK THE CALL HE IS NOT WILLING TO TALK.
8) WHEN I AM ASKING TO EITHER PROVIDE A COMPLETE SERVICE OR REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT AS I HAVE NOT AVAILED ANY CONSISTENT SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE, ON THIS POINT I AM BEING REFERRED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE WHERE THE REFUNDS ARE BEING SUBJECT TO BE ON PRO-DATA USAGE, WHY I SHOULD BE PAYING WHEN THE SERVICES IS NOT BEING CONSISTENT AND NO ONE IS ADDRESSING TO PROBLEMS.
I HEREBY REQUEST TO RESOLVE ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES ON IMMEDIATE BASIS, FALING TO WHICH WILL PROMPT ME TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION.
I AM WILL TO USE CONNECT WITH NO FURTHER HURDLES, IF YOUR TEAM IS A FAILURE TO RESOLVE ALL ISSUES, I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU TO REFUND MY TOTAL AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION. I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY HARNESSED WITH YOUR QUALITY OF SERVICES, YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SALES PERSONS.

Dear Team,
I applyed for new connection on 7th July [protected]@ 11am. At that time, they updated me installation will happen within 3 or 4 working days. But till date its not Happend(Almost 35days).
I tired to complient so many times but no response, always saying we are working with High prority.
I called daily 5 times for more than last 5days onwards.
Coud you please take immediatly action this tikona broad band service team.
