Very Bad Feedback and very poor service

I have taken the connection from the above company in the month of March 2010, I have taken the unlimited usage plan. First 2 month gone well, in the month of July from 12 to 21 there was very poor connectivity and I could not use the services to the fullest or you can say hardly 2-3 hours in the 10 days. When I had word with the customer care person on very first day he told me that there is some technical problem going on and some repairs...

Cheated during issuing a connection

i took a Tikona Wi-bro connection on 26th of january, which is supposed to be a national holiday, they installed it on that day and as if i wanted to use the connection on multiple computers they asked me that i will need to ask for static id. On next day i requested for it, the guy who installed it told me it will take 3 to 4 days for this thing to work.

I paid my first bill 989/- of December without fail .but next month an executive named Rambabu has come to collect bill. That guy has not deposited the money as bill. he has taken and made fraud.
Later my approach to the company in guntur they said Rambabu has left the company .i told them what had happened but no response....

inefficient customer care

I am prashant, I stay in Thane Balkum , for the past 5 days I am not having net connectity at my place, I have called the tikona customer care about 6 times but i get a standard reply that the issue will get resolved in appx 6 hrs.
today is the 5th days & the issue is not resolved .
also yesterday night i spoke to one of the executives of tikona & the shocking part was, in there system its showing the issue has already...

and downloading speed is 70 to 75kbpssec.
but i did not get this speed.
now my net sarfing speed is 198kbpssec and my downloading speed is 20 to 25kbpssec.

Worst Service of Tikona

I have taken tikona service on somewhere around 10 Feb 2011. When I called for new connection, the person from the company reached within an hour for new setup. Everything went well and i got my user name and password after 3 days which is the normal process for them. For the new connection they charged me Rs 1100 (550 for advance payment of coming month and 500 for installation few).

After 2 weeks that is on 26 Feb 11 am in...

this is srinivas B. iam from bangalore. i took tikona broadband connection in last month(jan) 1st week. on next day it was disconnected even login page is not opening.
then i given complaint 10 times but not responded any one(custome care & technical engineers).
after that again i given complaint to disconnect the broadband connection and long with refund my deposited amount Rs 1433/-. then they were immediately disconnected...
