CHEQUE ISSUE

i m the internet holder of tikona care from last 3 months, i m facing always problem of check issue
i m giving check mostla on 31 to 2 date of every month but billing department is not working properly and calling that you have not paid a bill and always my check is clearing on 13 to 15 of the months.
same way last dec end 31 i have paid a cheque no 337716 of 686 Rs but their billing department has not cleared...

Speed 120 kbps instead of 600 kbps

I have taken tikona connectionon 26th Jan 2011,- the plan is unlimited called UNLTD649
THE SPEED SHOULD BE 600 KBPS
YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 1267/- AND TAKE THE CONNECTION
monthly charges are said to be 649/-

from the day one till today the 9th of feb 2011, at least 10 service personal has come and changed every thing but he is to able to show me 600 kbps. He is help less, the call center says they will rectify...

Internet connection

Internet connection. My self dhrudip thakkar using Internet connection of Tikona Digital Networks for last four months and submit more than 25 complain within this period without any result. Its fraud company. You never get enough speed. This is new company in India updating process is going on so minimum twice in week u found server is down. after sales service is totally drama. Don’t use it……...

Forcing to pay bills generated after permanent disconnection of the service.

Dear Sir,

PART 1
This complaint is regarding Internet services provider Tikona Wi-Bro. My user ID was :- [protected]. I had disconnected the ISP service somewhere in September 2010 clearing all their previous dues by cheque which got cleared as well. I disconnected all their devices and never connected the same back again.

Download speed is reducing day by day

This Laxmi Narasimha Rao from A.P,Hyd, I think "Tikona Digital Networks" will never listen my problem. If this continues I had to cancel my internet and this is last i[censored] not correct my internet download speed on the connection day the speed is 297kbps ( transfer rate is 37 KB/sec ) and on friday it is 115kbps ( transfer rate is 14.39 KB/sec ) and today i.e, sunday it is 68kbps ( transfer rate is 8.48 KB/sec )

Not providing what is promised

On 26th Jan 2011 I was approached by tikona broadban sales people and had promised me 600 kbps connection for Rs.649/- per month and asked me to pay Rs.1,267/- towards first month instalment and installation. I canceled my earlier connection and took up Tikona.
from the first day till date they are not able to give me 600 kbps - many complaints - and many visit from their technical dept. but not rectified - so I am asking them to pay...

NO RESPONSE TO SERVICE REQUESTS

Even after complaining against inaction of Tikona Digital Network on my service requests in this forum, they have not cared to respond to my requests. I am astonished to see the impunity with which they are acting upon. They do not seem to be concerned on the matter. Kindly suggest if I need to file a law suit against this fraud company. Thanks.

Poor service and Cheating billing department

No Refund

I had applied for a Tikona Broadband service at Marine Drive. They took a deposit for installation. The installation was never done as there was no network.Was never given a userid nor password. This was in the month of June'2010. I am still running from pillar to post for refund. Over and above that I receive calls any given day at anytime for payment dues outstanding.

Worst service & harassment for bills

Hi Team,

My name is Tejas Maladwala, I was using Tikona internet broadband, I have started using this from around Aug/Sept 2010. First 10 days it was working fine after that it started giving problem I have launched complaints in customer care after that also service was so poor that problems are getting sorted out in 2 or 3 days minimum.

On 26th Oct 2010 the internet stopped working & then never got connected....

Half Bandwidth

My Userid is [protected]

The issue here is that my bandwidth drops down to half every 2 days. I have a Ful799 plan. The speed should be 80Kbps. I can understand if it fluctuates between 60 and 80 Kbps. But I get a maximum of 35 kbps. Then i can and file a complaint and in 24 to 48 hours, the issue is resolved. But the issue occurs in 2 days again. I have lodged about 10 complaints in 1 month. Have issues with smtp ports too....
